I agree with you. That being said, the arguement will fall onto the kicker. Either that or it will fall on the fact that OK State lost to a 6-5 Iowa State team that just got throttled by Oklahoma. That being said, Oklahoma State has to run through Oklahoma with slim-to-no opposition to even have a small chance to catch Bama. This season moreso than others is proof that they should cut the schedule to ten games and force a playoff system.

I agree with the second best team in their conference. But I think the BCS is trying put conference champs in the game. Its unfortunate they are in the SEC and the best team in the country is there also but it is what it is. Conference memberships aren't forced (as you can see by all these teams jumping conferences). Is Bama the second best team in the country? Yes. Do I think they should be in the National Championship game without winning their conference? Nope.

But what if LSU drops the conference to Georgia(I know its a longshot)? If they still have Bama/LSU in the title game to me that has to be begging for a playoff ayatem

Its time for San Diego to get rid of Norv finally. This guy has completely turned a franchise that was on a huge upswing into pure crap. It amazes me that Marty got relieved of his duties for a playoff loss, but Norv can stick around for as long as he has and not produce shit but losses to Kansas City teams that are not very good.

You have to be the best defensive player in the country and probably play Special Teams or some offensive snaps to have a shot though. The Honey Badger has to be a frontrunner for the Heisman next year if he keeps himself together, guy is unbelievably talented. I agree. He's a very good player. But their whole defense is loaded. There's one thing I've come to expect with LSU (as an Oregon fan) and that's a very strong secondary and linebacker core
