I’ve totally done that. Also, fun fact for anyone who’s seen GLOW season 3: I actually have a lot of fun playing it online, but I rarely put myself in combat situations. I mainly hunt, fish, pick herbs, and other solitary activities - while also doing the daily objectives to accumulate gold. When the updates hit, I’ll definitely spend the 32 gold to get that special club membership so I can get rewards from both of the new systems. I’m also guessing I’ll choose to be a trader. From what I understand of the three roles, that fits my preferred play style best.

Started the FFVIII remaster this morning. Only played for about half hour but here are my top level thoughts: The character models look amazing, they've really put some love into it, way more than the VII or IX remaster. The junction system is still the most incredibly broken mechanic in a FF game. That opening FMV is still the hypest shit I've ever seen. Squall is still a moody little prick.
