  1. He was a really nice person from all accounts and he was the first Liverpool manager of my lifetime that I can recall as I would have been too young to really know much about Roy Evans time so under him was when I first started to properly get into football. Provided some great memories such as the treble, getting us back into the Champions League and the title challenges we had under him. That's not even taking into account the impact he had really in steadying the ship with us and turning us into trophy challengers and getting us out of the spice boy era, the work he did with Fra

  3. Small, medium, large. But they are unerect. Also I didn't see anything to have a circumcised dick. I sent screenshots of the large dick to my friends and they said "so you picked the small option". There was a cut scene early on and I could see parts of my body and I wondered if you could take your clothes off so your dick was visual in the scene. Big old negative on that one. I am not sure what the dick size does outside of giggles. This was my essay on dicks.

  8. you CAN choose between circumcised and uncircumcised to answer a post from a few back. As someone who went under the knife as a little-un for medical, not religious reasons, it was nice to choose for my character to have gone through the same miserable weeks of bathing and weeing through a fresh wound as a 2 year old. I think it's a game that will definitely go down the No Man's Sky route, at least to an extent. The NMS team is refusing to give up due to the love of the game and the vision. CDPR seem to have that, but also the shareholder pressure etc, so I'd imagine that the patch

  10. Was Chris Gaines even active in 1995? Feel like he was on a much-deserved hiatus.

  11. I'm thinking the same. Get the money back and then buy the GOTY (lol) edition for £20 in 18 months time or when it inevitably ends up on Game Pass sooner rather than later.

  12. Think I'm going to take the refund. This will probably end up like No Man's Sky where the game is much closer to what was advertised in a year or two. I can wait until then.

  13. I like the exploration myself, but side missions are totally the jam here. Combat is very satisfying and even just patrolling for gangers to loot their shit is fun.

  14. Maybe someone else can chime in, but I think your exploration and enjoyment of the game will come down to doing missions and side missions. I have not found a whole lot of spontaneity in just exploring.

  16. You can play in 4K without a 2.1 port. 2.1 is needed for any games that can run at 120fps, but it's definitely not essential. Good television with 2.1 ports are really expensive at the moment, so it's very much a luxury purchase.

  17. On another subject, I made it past the tutorial. After that, I decided to turn off all huds and the mini map. And I started to just walk away the map. Some initial thoughts: Visually impressive world for sure. But it is incredibly empty. I walked by the same character model in 3 minutes. There are probably "thousands" of NPCs in the game, but they all have few dialogue prompts. At a certain point with these games, you would think the scope of the game would dropped down so that you could fill the world with more interesting engagements. Playing with no huds was fascinating. 18. Join the club Sociedad is a tough game but honestly it's one of them of which one turns up. The one which drew the majority of its group games or the one that's topping La Liga with one loss. United need to start playing from the get go rather than suddenly come to life when they are behind.

  21. Gesicki is great, glad Tua's starting to use him more often. It looked hooooorrible when he got dumped on his head and had to go off. I hope his shoulder isn't too serious as he's our best offensive player. Was a weird game against the Chiefs, going 10-0 up, then giving up 30 points before going 17-3 after that. 3 interceptions against Mahomes (who'd only had 2 all season until then) and four sacks shows that our D Line and secondary are top notch, but he's a great QB with a lot of weapons and the punt return and safety hurt us. Howard has interceptions in NINE straight games

  22. First playthrough is as a Nomad. Visually I set myself up to look very unfuturistic, just a bloke who's been doing his thing out in the wastelands. My plan is to be very hack and crafting-heavy and but able to handle himself in a firefight if needed. Not gonna go heavy on physical augmentations, just stick to cyberware upgrades for hacking. Intelligence, cool and technical are the three attributes I'll be focusing on, with enough reflexes that I can handle a handgun and assault rifle.

  27. A big factor behind delays is often publishers pushing developers to stick to a particular release window. Cyberpunk was self-published, so CDPR inflicted such pressures on itself. Bethesda may not be a perfect company, but I liked what it did with Fallout 4. That was announced when it was only a few months away from being released, which is an approach I much prefer. Then it went and announced Starfield and Elder Scrolls VI before they'd even been started, so so much for that working formula.

  30. Mazzy Star has some beautiful songs and Into Dust is one of my favourites and I'm pleasantly surprised it made this list, I would have figured Fade Into You at a stretch because it was their more popular hit, but there's an incredibly simple beaty to Into Dust that is entirely carried by Hope Sandoval's voice.

  33. 771. ‘Inkanyezi Nezazi’, Ladysmith Black Mambazo (1992) Famous in the UK for being the soundtrack to a Heinz Baked Beans advert, this naturally isn’t really something I listen to on the regular, yet there is a majesty about the whole song. From the main soaring vocalist to the chorus that supports him to the percussive noises made with entirely with their own voices, it has an allure to it. Lyrically, this is about the three wise men travelling to Bethlehem to meet Jesus, so that’s something new I’ve learned today. 772. ‘Sodade’, Cesaria Evor

He's one of my favourites for putdowns of idiot right-wingers who miss the point; there was a comment on his Instagram saying "just another liberal celebrity forcing their opinion down our throat" - or words to that effect - and he replied saying "you don't have to have a degree in political science from Harvard to understand....but luckily, I do have a degree in political science from Harvard".

  36. "Summertime" is so good. Admittedly a big part of what's doing the heavy lifting is the "Summer Madness" sample but I think the hook and Will Smith's laid-back, incredibly simple flow really enhance it as well. It's a song I want to hear all the time in July and August and only then, feels wrong hearing it any other time. A vital part of the Song of the Summer canon, maybe even the centerpiece. "Smells Like Teen Spirit" is very good. Does what it's meant to. Definitely think it's a little too big to touch, though, especially being from Seattle. Like, I agree that if you're into Nirvana yo
