It is against HIPPA law to ask me about my status.

Anyone seen GhostMachine lately?

This Lineker post is yet another reason why we need an angry react. He shouldn't be granted leave when I had asked him a question and hadn't yet received an answer.

If you like watching big lad graps but you're not watching sumo, I don't know what to tell you. The biggest of lads, the grappliest of graps.

Please apologise for wasting Mod time with such needless reporting of other members, just feels like you are trolling the mods

It is fraud. Misrepresentation is a type of fraud you utter prune. Cf Fraud Act 2006, section 2.
Given that you don't seem to understand what fraud is, I don't think you can be relied upon to deduce which reports are legitimate and which are illegitimate. But here's a hint: reports of fraud concern genuine wrongdoing and should be attended to.

Fraud isn't an "inconvenience". It's a criminal offence.
Reporting misconduct to you doesn't cause an "inconvenience". It's your job to deal with these reports.
Now go away until you can start being a bit more cogent. Your patter's shite.

So bringing it your attention that Lineker is fraudulently editing my posts in order to misrepresent my original point is "needless"?
You really don't have a clue. One rule for the mods, another for everyone else. :/

The significance of something being true or not isn't mentioned in the rules. All that matters is that is inflammatory, rude, offensive or repetitive.
OH WAIT, SORRY, WE'VE ALREADY ESTABLISHED YOUR INABILITY TO COMPREHEND THE RULES YOU ARE SUPPOSED TO BE ENFORCING HAVEN'T WE

"2. No trolling. A troll is someone who comes into a community and posts inflammatory, rude, repetitive or offensive messages designed intentionally to annoy and antagonize other members or disrupt the flow of discussion. For the record, "It's my opinion." is not a valid defense. Trolling will almost always warrant some length of suspension."
Please ban yourself.

I was coerced.
Were I not to acknowledge the warning, I wouldn't be able to demonstrate my innocence and demand my apology (still waiting btw). It's a vile paradox that is befitting of the tyrannical, unaccountable ruling classes of this forum.
So I didn't really acknowledge it, but in case there's any residual doubt, I hereby repudiate my acknowledgement of the warning.

But for me paying, would I have been able to access the forum where the fateful post was made? No. You have to pay to access it. Accessing it is a service. I'm paying for a service.
Nevertheless, I do help with the upkeep of the board. That, and my status as a longstanding member should entitle me to a measure of goodwill - perhaps a member of the mod team having s chat to discuss things instead of just booting me out. I don't think, and nor did I suggest, that it should give me a right to break rules without fear of retribution. But I think it should allow me to expect a degree of civility.
Moving on: my premise of innocence is not based upon ignorance of the rules. It's based upon my belief that I either (a) didn't break any rules or (b) if I did break a rule, it was as a consequence of the mod team's failure to suitably advertise and define the rule. The rule you cited references posts in the Ring. I posted about UFC, a topic that resides in the sports forum. Typically, "spoiling" results from sports forum topics happens regularly and isn't prosecuted by mods in the same manner that they would do for wrestling stuff.
Had the rule been properly explained, defined and set out, would I have broken it?
No, I don't think so, because I'd have been aware of its existence.
I continue to await my apology. In light of the shock and distress fhis has caused, and the money it has cost (legal advice, PR, postage stamps etc.), I think it is the least you can do.

Oh yeah...
"The 48-hour rule as it exists in The Ring extends to the rest of the board as well. "
1. I didn't post about wrestling, so the rule for the Ring or how to post content from the ring doesn't apply. Even if it did -
2. The rule isn't defined in enough detail. Its incoherent and badly written. It can be interpreted in a number of ways. There is no specific mention of posts. Maybe it only refers to status updates?
Under the principle of fair labelling I have committed no wrongdoing. Only wrongdoing is from overzealous mod team who will punish a longstanding member without any opportunity to discuss the matter.
The "all decisions are final" thing isn't good enough. I pay to use this service; I should be consulted on decisions that concern me.
Awful.
I STILL await my apology.
So ya boo sucks to you

Well, while I was serving my suspension for something that (a) I was unaware was a violation of the rules; (b) is not mentioned anywhere in the rules and (c) would probably have been better dealt with had you just said "Oi, don't do that", unless you felt I was a clear and present danger to the wellbeing of the people of EWB...
Anyway...WHILE I was serving that suspension I found out how much of a distraction this place is and I got quite a lot of work done, so I also banned myself from accessing EWB for a bit (on my laptop). Difference is, in doing so I followed due process, whereas your failure to (a) make me aware of the crime; (b) advertise the existence of the crime and (c) give me an opportunity to discuss the crime would earn you a cool UNFREE rating on Freedom House's freedom index.
You've been very naughty.
I'll be back st the weekend to accept my apology.
