Picked this up over the weekend and spent time setting up logos and faces (because obviously I cannot start a game without them) but I haven’t decided who to be yet. As an Arsenal fan the temptation is to start there, especially with the youth players coming through but then I feel like it’s too “easy” and want to be a lower league side or at least a mid-table PL team like Leicester (who I had a really good game with a few years ago). Any suggestions? At the moment the only thing I’m sure of is I want to be a team in England.

Without too many spoilers, how “bad” are you? I understand you are in a gang but are you a terrible person or do you have options on how you complete a task? My friend who is considering the game can’t heing himself to play games where you are a bad person, so its a moral choice.

On the subject of commentary, don’t ever have a match with Tyler Bate. I heard about how he entered the UK tournament at 19 and how most people his age were on social media or something about 4 times in the same match. That aside, what little I’ve done so far has felt different to previous years. Hopefully I can keep up the interest/enthusiasm for longer than usual.

The devs aren’t opposed to this which makes me feel happy about it. The problem is obviously going to be that people will want long-term stability over a short-term job, so with the best will in the world it has to be done really quick. The main thing that caught my eye here is the status of the last two episodes. 3 is almost finished (just some “touching up”) and four has had a lot of work done as well with about half of already having been voiced. I’m cautiously optimistic but I don’t want to get my hopes up too much.

I'm exactly the same. I've been flip-flopping about whether to play Episode 2 and I've eventually settled on deciding that I will. But yeah, I'm terrible but I want to know

The way this has all been handled is really kind of disgraceful. The laid of staff were given time to go into the offices and get their personal belongings and it seems as though the company waited until they had all gone before posting this message. Now having said that I really want the game finished. I feel bad for all the staff but being completely selfish I want this game completed. I know it’s shitting all over the devs who have got nothing and are financially screwed but I’m not going to pretend that I don’t want the finished game, even if it means it appears in a different medium and done by volunteers.

The tracks are apparently chosen by the superstars. You’ll be shocked to find that Triple H chose the Metallica song and that Ric Flair (and Charlotte) chose the song called Ric Flair

I loaded up 2K18 the other day and played one match and it looks awful. I don’t know whether this is because I’ve been playing Uncharted (which obviously looks phenomenal) but the models don’t look as good as they could/should and I don’t think they look as good as you think that they are, if that makes sense?

Ok I have a really dumb question. I have created a Japanese PSN account but it would let me link either my card or my PayPal to it. I’ve tried on both the console and laptop. Any thing I’m missing?

Something else I thought of; I completely gave up on Arrow, Flash and Supergirl at the same time (early-season 5 of Arrow). Arrow season 2 was excellent but after that every season followed the same plot of "previous season ends with Ollie realising he needs to trust his friends. New season starts and something happens that he keeps to himself so he loses all his team who eventually come back round when he realises he needs to trust them". I noticed Flash was following a similar sort of trend and so gave up on that and just dumped Supergirl as well. It was a shame because Flash and Supergirl both had great first seasons and then it just became the same thing and it became a slog. Angel was excellent, however I'll agree that Season 4 started off incredibly, possibly on track to be the best season in Buffy/Angel and then it just switched. I'm not sure how much of it was the original plan or whether it was purely driven by Charisma Carpenter's pregnancy but it just killed all the hard work of the first half of the season and obviously ended Cordelia's role in the whole series as a result, which sucked because her and Angel's relationship was really well done up to that point.

Season 2 of Heroes. After the first season, which was excellent from start to finish. They should have let the characters who died, actually die and build new ones, instead they brought everyone back, made everyone a dewy eyed teenager and the major plot point was everyone trying to find romance and it was terrible.

I’m playing a 4-4-2 with the two wingers playing as AML and AMR so pretty standard. I have it set to exploit both flanks but I just can’t grt much out of them but Bruma and Kampl have done much more. Sabitzer and Forsberg came in for a cup game and did well so I’ve decided to give them a chance.

So it seems that I'm the only one who can't get either Sabitzer or Forsberg to play football. Every time I play them they do poorly so I've ended up using Bruma and Kampl as my primary wingers. I don't really want to sell them because my coaches insist they are both either 3 1/2 or 4 stars but they just can't play well at all.

Is a game just as an international manager fun to play? I think I've only ever managed internationally before while managing at club level but I'm kinda curious

The release clause only applies if the fee is paid up front but we're paying it in instalments, hence the higher value.

That’s the only review that is that bad though. All the others basically say it’s pretty good but nothing special and certain things can be a bit repetitive but everything else kinda gives an average 7/10ish score

I feel the same. I think it really suffers from having to wait a week between episodes so I've decided to not watch anymore until the season has finished and watch them all back-to-back

Has anyone got/starting Jurassic World: Evolution yet? Most reviews give it a good-to-okay score apart from IGN and which gave it a 4.8/10. I mean, I pre-ordered it because I know exactly what I'm getting but I'm still interested in getting some other opinions.

Assassins Creed: Origins is incredible and I highly recommend it. It's about 95% in the Animus but there is a little plot set now. It's actually the only AC game I've ever played and I bought it primarily based on the location but it really is a fantastic game.

Just out interest is this coming out in Europe? Can't see it on the PS Store or on Amazon
