The Dictatorship of Karrtopia has joined today. Motto: "It's my way or the highway!" National Animal: Goat Civil Rights: Few Economy: Weak Political Freedoms: Outlawed The Dictatorship of Karrtopia is a tiny, environmentally stunning nation, remarkable for its strong anti-business politics. Its compassionate, cynical population of 5 million are ruled without fear or favor by a psychotic dictator, who outlaws just about everything and refers to the populace as "my little playthings." The enormous, corrupt, socially-minded government juggles the competing demands of Defence, Law & Order, and Commerce. The average income tax rate is 37%, but much higher for the wealthy. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Information Technology. Crime -- especially youth-related -- is well under control, despite the fact that it is difficult to make it through a day without breaking one of the country's many laws. Karrtopia's national animal is the Goat, which frolics freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the Megabuck. Ooooooookay. Now to figure out what the heck I'm supposed to be doing.

I started playing VII again recently. And I while playing it I realized Cloud, Yuffie and everyone else are way underleveled. That's what I get for rushing. Time to powerlevel! ^_^
