  1. Just checking out your profile for nostalia. Was a huge fan of your diaries back in the day. When Pee Wee Herman was the Raw guest host, I couldn't help but think about your diary starring him. Hope you're doing well. Is there anything else that you've been working on lately that you could share? Got a twitter?

  2. I absolutely hated Tweener when he first came on the show. His stupid accent dialect just really got on my nerves and I was hoping that T-Bag would rape him and he would get killed off "Oz-style". But this season, they really turned his character around and I really started pulling for him. When he showed up at his girl's house and said what he said, it officially put him over as my favorite character on the show. And then they killed him... Damn... I think it was necessary though for Agent Mahone to do something drastic like this though to make viewers hate him, as up until this point, he was almost a "good guy" and it was turning into a sequel of "Catch Me if You Can". I figured eventually Mahone was going to start looking into the Burrows case and unravel the big conspiracy that sent Burrows to jail, but this episode shows he's only got one agenda on his mind: Taking Schofield down. And he will stop at no cost, not even the bounds of the law.
  3. http://www.di.fm/edmguide/ You should go here. It tells you all about the different types of electronic music, and should help give you a better idea of what you like and are looking for.
  4. It's not that it's a particularly bad song (though it is), because there are lots of bad songs out there. The thing is, it's a freaking ring tone! A ringtone so popular that they made it into a song. And there is actually an entire CD full of Crazy Frog songs. The second single, Popcorn, has already been released in the UK. This is the dumbest thing since the Hampster Dance CD. From Billboard.com:
  5. While a PG-13 would most certainly make for a more entertaining movie, should they really be targeting PG-13 movies towards kids?
  6. Has anyone heard that new dance song to the tune of Beverly Hills Cop, with the Crazy Frog making random noises in it? Apparantly it's quite the rave over in the UK, topping the charts for a month. I hate to say it, but it's actually kinda catchy. I'll probably hate it in a week though. For anyone who doesn't know, the crazy frog is that annoying ringtone thing. For more info, go to http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Crazy_frog
  7. Maybe I shouldn't say this, but... I've never even heard of this movie...
  8. I don't think it was blown out of proportion at all. It was on CBS during a football game. Little kids watch that shit. I can only speak for myself, but I wouldn't want my kid to be exposed to that. But I agree, it is in no way George Bush's fault.
  9. Has anyone heard about the new movie the South Park guys are making? It is basically a parody of the old British television show "Thunderbirds", with the little marionette puppets. It's supposed to be incredibly violent. I don't know too much about it, but it is due out in October, and honestly, I doubt it'll do too well, but I'd expect it to become a cult classic before too long. Anyway, it definately looks like something I'll enjoy and I can't wait to see it.
  10. Honestly, I'd have to agree that GTA games have good replay value. I wouldn't go so far as to say that I play it every day, but I do find it fun to simply drive fast, get my wanted level up, and see how long I can run from the cops before dying/getting arrested.

I have to completely disagree with this statement. I agree that not all of them do too hot, but I'd say over half of the people that leave to seek better options, do in fact, do better. Look at Adam Sandler, Chris Farley, Mike Meyers, Chris Rock, and Will Farrell, just to name a few. Who's failed? Although people like Chris Kattan and Norm McDonald never really got huge, they certainly did decent. Both have been in starring movie roles since leaving. I don't claim to be an expert, but I bet they got paid more for their movies than they did for doing SNL.
  12. Someone should bring Plankton into this discussion. IIFC, he is a big Ninja Turtles comic fan.
  13. Yeah, I went to work and was telling people about how he died, and out of the few people who had even heard of him, most only knew him from the Chapelle Show. I mean, everyone's heard the song Super Freak, but even I wouldn't have recognized the name had that show never been made.
  14. Oh. I just figured a bad guy poisened him or put a spell on him or something.
  15. When I was little, my mom used to buy me this Ninja Turtles comic book thing. It wasn't the size of a regular comic book, more like one of those Archie comic things. Anyway, all four of the turtles were in it, but one of them, Rafael if I recall, was completely black. I don't mean African American, I mean the color black. Does anyone else remember this, and, even better, does anyone know why his color changed? I've been looking all over Yahoo and haven't been able to find anything regarding it. If no one knows, it's cool. I'm just curious.
  16. Yeah, Brosnan is a good bond, but people will see Bond movies regardless of who stars in them. And they could probably save a lot of money casting someone lesser known. I mean, Tobey McGuire was relatively unknown before Spiderman, now he's a household name.
  17. Yeah, Spiderman is awesome, but I beat it after four days and haven't played it since.
  18. I think if anyone should get their own show, it should be Spike.
  19. I just beat it. The ending was decent, but now I'm at the level where you have to get 50,000 points. At the rate of about 100 points per hero event, I may just say screw it and stop playing. I don't have the attention span for something like that. What happens when you do get the 50,000 points? And are there more levels after that? I read something about a Mary Jane Chronicles or something.
  20. I have been stuck in the theatre trying to save the people from burning for a few hours now. I can't seem to get up to the balcony.
  21. Where could I find a program that makes voices like that? I downloaded SayIt, but it doesn't have that female voice Mary Kate uses.
  22. That game is fuckin hard. In the second level, I died over fifty times before finally just giving it up. The people talking was indeed funny, though.
  23. I'm glad the one Olsen twin started dying her hair brown. They need something so people can tell them apart.
  24. I think it's funny. Funny that Nelly thinks so low of his heritage and culture that he expects them to buy two albums. And a little off topic, but I've always noticed something: A rock group, or any other type of music, really, will make, let's say, fifty songs. And then they take the very best of them, about ten or twelve, and release an album. They will do this every few years. It seems like rappers will make 20 songs, 19 of which are mediocre, stick all twenty on an album, and then four months later, after they've written another twenty songs, they release another. They don't care about quality at all, just quantity. If Nelly has that many songs where he has to release two albums, rather than release two CD's with only two good songs each, he should just release, let's say, just one CD with nothing but good songs on it. Maybe then he would gain some of his fanbase back. But then again, if that many people are dumb enough to buy his albums, then I guess it was a good idea afterall. Not a very respectful idea, but a profitable one.
