  1. If LeBron isn't on the list of finalists for MVP then don't even have a list. That's disgraceful (and don't give me he took the regular season off, he still averaged 26/8/8 and is unquestionably the league's best player).
  2. Knicks @ Cavs February 23rd and LeBron is 100% on Oakley's side. I can imagine he will be sitting front row for that game as LeBron's guest.
  3. That was an incredible game and the Cavs pulling it out in OT with LeBron fouled out was great for the team. The Wizards may end up as the Cavs biggest threat in the East when it's all said and done.
  4. Cowboys aren't giving Zeke the ball enough and that INT was a prime example of why they need to. He's been playing great yet Dallas wants to pass the ball. I don't get it (and the score doesn't matter much yet, a TD there by Dallas would've made it a 1 possession game.)
  5. Warriors-Cavs is quickly becoming a hell of a rivalry, very fun game to watch and Kyrie comes up clutch again. Go Cavs! Westbrook saying thank you Kyrie as he leaves the court. I love how much the rest of the NBA hates GS now.
  6. Ohio State should be a lock for the playoff now even without a big ten title. Projections seem to be either Bama-OSU-Clemson-Washington or Bama-OSU-Clemson-Big ten champ (assuming all teams win out).
  7. LSU has hired Orgeron which seems like a very questionable move to me. Texas has fired Strong and immediately hired Herman. I feel like Herman will make them a juggernaut again sooner rather than later.
  8. Kevin Love just put up a 34 point 1st quarter including eight 3s vs Portland.
  9. Game is going to plan so far. Kluber has been great again, some timely offense and the bullpen lurks.
  10. Terry Francona is the best in the world at what he does and he's proving it again this series...what a well managed game and a hell of a pitching effort by the 4 pitchers. Kluber on the mound tomorrow and Miller available for 2-3 innings (he only threw 17 pitches tonight)....let's get this to a 3-1 lead! They want the option of pitching Kluber in game 7.
  11. Tomlin is a 5 inning pitcher even on his good days, Francona knows it well.
  12. John Hirschbeck is disgracing the entire city of Youngstown with his strike zone tonight.
  13. It's been a problem all post-season but the pitching has been superb. Bauer set them back from the get-go tonight and nothing else is working. It's just a lost game.
  14. Well the pitching appears off today, and Francona having McCalister in to face 2-3-4 hitters was laughable. Gotta go take game 3 Friday night to get some momentum back, at the least ensure this returns to Cleveland for a game 6.
  15. Miller did a hell of a job working through those 2 innings considering he did not have his usual great command today. He is probably unavailable tomorrow (or at least limited) but that's to worry about tomorrow. 3 outs to go for Cody Allen.
  16. All they need is 2 more innings from Kluber and it's Miller/Allen the rest of the way. Good luck coming back against them. He will be an enemy in Cleveland for life.
  17. Once again Jonathan LuCroy can go fuck himself, Roberto Perez has been clutch this post-season.
  18. The two longest world series droughts in MLB facing off...perfect script. I think this could be a series for the ages. Having said that, I am very confident in the Indians due to homefield and the bullpen. They just need to get the lead to the 6th and the game is over, as was the case the first 2 rounds. Indians in 6
  19. The death has been leaked...I won't say who it is in the spoiler tag but I will link to the place that confirmed it for anyone interested.
  20. I'd be shocked if the series didn't go 7 now. The pressure will be all on the Cubs in a potential game 7 because of their history.
  21. I can see why you'd think that, but the Indians need the time off pretty badly to rest up their starting pitching. Bauer won't be needed until next Friday now at the earliest so his pinky can heal up, while Danny Salazar is likely to be on the WS roster as well, and the bullpen will be plenty well rested for the WS now. The time off is only going to help with the pitching, and it's not like the offense is doing much right now, either, so them cooling off isn't a worry.
