The wages is one of the things in game that is impossible to try to keep realistic. In that situation you just have to sacrifice the whole idea of realism to me & just try to find the best middle ground possible. Like most random reasonably known indie guys in the game I would stick at 25000, 15000 depending on how new they are which is already killing any chance of realistic wages. Best you can do at that point is try to scale things like I personally set NXT deals at 65000, ROH exclusive guys 55000, MLW people at 35000. Impact & AEW people are all over the place. Once someone gets called up I bump their deal up to 75000 & most lower card guys in WWE I top out at 85000 up to 105000 depending on how long they've been around. Feels like the numbers need to be something high enough though that it would make sense for people to sign written deals. NXT - 65000, then you start scaling up once they get called up to the main roster AEW - 55000-75000, with exceptions like Cody, Bucks, Omega, Jericho, & Moxley getting more ROH - 55000, with exceptions like Lethal & the Briscoes getting more Impact - 35000-55000 generally, with exceptions like RVD for example getting more MLW - 35000, with exceptions like Aries, Low Ki, LA Park, Hart, & Bulldog Jr getting 45000 Most known indie guys at 15000-25000 based on how new or known they are

Wages as a whole probably need an overhaul with the way money is being thrown around now that AEW is around & WWE is giving people more to keep them away from there. Guys like Ricochet are making $15000 in game right now & that seems like a number that hasn't been changed in a while, nevermind accounting that he signed with WWE & is already on the main roster.

I'd still argue PWG being on par with AAW. Even with the way the indies have been getting hit the last few years their still selling out every show they do, like previously stated are still the "guy made it to PWG, must be coming up" place, & get access to ROH guys (which no other indie does). I honestly never really hear about CHIKARA much anymore until it's time for King of Trios, so I can't really speak on where they're at. Might even lower CZW, they have fallen off a cliff since GCW started growing. DJ Hyde managed to run off most of the more known guys that worked there & their shows are more made up of their mostly unknown students at this point with a couple known names sprinkled in. GCW has pretty much passed them by. I might just go high cult on NJPW too. They don't really run the US enough to be national I don't think. Highest show they did in the US besides the MSG show with ROH was 6,000+ & that was before the Elite left, the last show hin the US the Dallas G1 show did 4,000+.

Bray Wyatt, Laredo Kid, Jim Ross

I would put PWG over CHIKARA. PWG has lost some steam lately (mostly because everyone with a name has been getting signed the last few years) but their still probably the top indie. PWG is the indie supershow that ROH was when it started, usually if guys make it to PWG their close to be signed somewhere or their starting to really get buzz. Some of the promotions in game could probably use an update on their size & image. WWE would be high image & global sized. AEW somewhere between 25-45 image & national sized. ROH & Impact mid-high image & cult sized. MLW slightly under ROH/Impact & cult sized. PWG, AAW, & WWN lower image & cult sized. PWG & AAW usually get the bigger name indie guys coming in & WWN is connected to WWE. The rest would be different levels of image, regional sized & under. Only difference really would be the Mexican promotions & NJPW.

Add Bestia 666 to MLW as a heel. Set Salina de la Renta as his manager & add him to the Promociones Dorada stable. Remove Low Ki from the Promociones Dorada stable. Remove Salina de la Renta as his manager. Switch Jordan Oliver & Kotto Brazil to heels with the angry young man gimmick in MLW. Add a stable called Injustice to MLW with Myron Reed (set as leader), Oliver, & Brazil.
