I'll try with an FAQ. Shouldn't be too hard, I'll try to go over the styles, famous fights, etc. As for the event itself, it was one of the better events of the year. No fight was really born, the preliminary fights were good, and there was some good stuff. I'm happy that Brock won, but I hope Randy doesn't retire.

Damn, you got GSP/Penn, Mir/Nog, and Wanderlei potentially fighting on the card and you got one great card. Good point, I have yet to get my hands on a copy of Choke, the documentary about Rickson Gracie preparing for the Japan Vale Tudo Championship. The Smashing Machine was just so damn interesting to watch because it catches Kerr right as he is about to fall from grace. It's pretty hard to watch Kerr today because he grappling skills were pretty damn good. Just a question about Japan MMA, but who owns the video library for Rings? Did PRIDE buy them out because there are some great fights from Nog, Dan, Fedor, and others.

This is a documentary about PRIDE that was produced exclusively in Japan. I just finished it and it ranks up there with the Smashing Machine as the best MMA documentary out there. Paulo Fihlo will defend his WEC Middlewight Championship against Chael Sonnen, originally scheduled for March. Fihlo claimed that he suffured from depression when the match was made, and would not be up for training for the fight. Fihlo and Sonnen met in a controversial bout that saw Fihlo defeat Sonnen with an armbar after the ref thought that Sonnen had verbally submitted.
