  2. I agree with Nev, Torres should have had a straight red for his first challenge.
  3. Two seasons in, my United team looks like this: David De Gea Rafael - Phil Jones - Kyriakos Papadopolous - David Alaba Yann M'Vila - Tom Cleverley Lionel Messi - Shinji Kagawa - Cristiano Ronaldo Wayne Rooney
  4. Huff The Middleman Andy Richter Controls The Universe My So-Called Life And it was better than Dead Like Me and Pushing Daisies, IMO.
  5. Can't believe I only just realised that you're Jimmy! I remember you from waaaaay back when in like 2005!

  6. Saw someone on another forum ask about actors who auditioned for/were offered/were cast in roles that went to someone else. There were a few interesting ones mentioned; John Lithgow as Frasier Crane (Cheers) Selma Blair and Katie Holmes as Buffy Summers (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Nathan Fillion as Angel (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Ryan Reynolds as Xander Harris (Buffy the Vampire Slayer) Paul Giamatti as Michael Scott (The Office) Judd Nelson, Ben Stiller, Jon Cryer, John Cusack, Charlie Sheen, James Spader, Emilio Estevez, Sean Penn, Macaulay Culkin, Matthew Broderick, Andrew McCarthy and Dan Aykroyd as Dexter Morgan (Dexter)
  7. Epic. Absolutely loved it.
  8. I think the point was that he kept him at the club after the incident, whilst Fergie is calling for Suarez to go. So I wouldn't say it disproves anything. Cantona was still a cock, he was just a better footballer than Suarez is. Suarez racially abused a player and then refused to shake his hand. Cantona attacked a racist fan. Not exactly comparable, are they?
  9. He did, after the Suarez/Evra non-handshake. It was certainly mentioned by Sky in their half-time/post-match analysis, and I thought MOTD covered it too. And as I type this, Sunday Supplement are discussing that.
  10. This whole "Evra refused to shake hands, not Suarez" thing is ludicrous. I can't believe the lengths some Liverpool fans will go to shift the blame away from their club.
  11. It's even worse with mobile phones. Obviously the audience needs to be able to see what's on a reasonably small handheld device, so you often get "INCOMING CALL - TED" in massive letters, taking up the entire screen.
