  1. Kind of annoyed you can't play it constantly like in previous FFs. I want to put 20 hours into it, damn it
  2. You kind of have to for the story imo I blasted through it in 2.5 hours the other night anyway so it's not a huge detour
  3. I was very mixed on Remake but i am LOVING this so far. It's beautiful. I just found something in the forest and did a childish giggle of joy.
  4. Rewatching this for the 5th time. Watching with my mam, she's never seen it before. Just finished season 4 and I'm devastated all over again. Looking forward to season 5, it's nowhere near as bad as everyone says. Love the fan service in it too, so many one or two scene cameos: Nick, Poot, Prezbo, Namond, Randy, Colvin, Avon, Weebay, Johnny Fifty, Sergei, Chardene, Polk, Cutty. Savino too I guess. And that’s off the top of my head, bet there’s more.

    Taskmaster

    I love Keill
  6. WrestleMe is my favourite currently, so much so that I signed up to the Patreon. Consistently good stuff, never gets bogged down by actually discussing what happens in matches. Matthew Crosby & Ed Gamble on Radio X continues to be wonderful. Crosby is one of the funniest people alive. Mike & Vittorio's Guide to Parenting is a new one. Two Irish comedians, neither of whom are parents, chatting shit for an hour each week. Makes me laugh out loud every episode. What is Music? deep-dives Manics, Billie Eilish, Muse and Radiohead's discographies. Long episodes but the hosts are good lads and I enjoy spending time with them and disagreeing with everyone but Adam Gig Pigs is promising, each week Ivo Graham and some other comedian take another comedian to a gig then chat about it. Ghost Stories for the End of the World have a UK series coming up. Essential listening for those interested in evil establishments and governments. Always Be Comedy is another new one. A comedian lists their dream main course, side dish and dessert stand-up comedy line-up. Always like listening to Stewart Lee out of character.

    WWE 2K23

Played a wee bit of 2k22 but this is my first proper experience with a WWE game in almost a decade. It's fantastic! Love all the little touches, some of the animations are so lifelike. 5 star matches actually feel like that. Glad I picked it up.
  8. Anyone got any personal end of year playlists they wanna share? Want to listen to loads more, but these are my works in progress... My top 100 tracks of the year: and my top 12 albums:

    Taskmaster

Mate!!! this is so cool, I hate you. I'm obsessed with Taskmaster, probably one of my all-time favourite shows at this point. the new line-up is good, Johnny Vegas was on my wishlist, think he'll be great. The rest, yep. Don't know much about Catherine, never got the IT Crowd, but know the others well and think they'll all be value. No More Jockeys is the only good thing to come out of lockdown.

    Gogglebox

Gogglebox is BRILLIANT and consistently one of the funniest things on TV, and i'm deeply suspicious of anyone that says it's shite and presume they haven't actually watched it and have just thought 'oh it's a show about people watching TV, must be bad'. If you love 8 Out of 10 Cats then you MUST watch Taskmaster. The perfect TV show for quarantimes, just pure hilarity and escapism. I believe it's on YouTube now.
  11. Added some of you- my nickname is minortextfixer
  12. @Katsuya seems we were both dissing Moldova before the rehearsals. Great job on YT this year btw, you guys have really stepped it up.
  13. Gran Turismo will always be one of my favourite albums... I don't listen that often these days but when I do it still sounds incredibly fresh and the production is spotless. I've always loved 'What Do I Do Now?' by Sleeper but I've never listened to any more from them, but I will now. Are you on last.fm, Hamster? Wondering what our compatibility rating would be...
  14. Wow, seems crazy that it's 5 years since I did the first one of these... 1. Radiohead 2. The Smiths 3. Bjork 4. Boards of Canada 5. David Bowie 6. Steely Dan 7. The Beatles 8. Portishead 9. The Knife 10. Morrissey

    1. Pretzel Logic 2. Aja 3. The Royal Scam 4. Can't Buy A Thrill 5. Gaucho 6. Katy Lied 7. Countdown to Ecstasy The two later albums are shit and don't even deserve a mention.
