  1. They're already advertising this in the UK. Must be kind of good right?
  2. I watched this a few months ago and agree with what you say. Very cool film. Also made me want to play Prince Of Persia afterwards too (you know after realising if I attempted what they did, I'd die)

    Podcasts

I'm looking for some more good podcasts to listen to as I don't listen to that many. That said, here's what I do listen to: Cat & Cthulhu - A friend of mine writes this, and another one narrates it. It's tales are rather hit and miss Downloadble Content - Penny Arcade podcast The Guild - Just an iTunes version of The Guild BBC HeroesCast - This one is a bit middling too The Lost Initiative - UK Lost podcast, I think it's great myself (An EWB member has been on this, but can't recall details) NoobToob - A recommendation by someone, it's again middling and another gaming podcast Official Lost Podcast - 'Nuff said Official Ugly Betty Podcast - Shut your face Stephen Fry's Podgrams - If you don't listen to and enjoy these, slap yourself Yu-Gi-Oh: Abridged - Just the podcastable version of the thing 2P Start Live! - The podcast for the webcomic of the same name
  4. http://spoilertv.blogspot.com/2008/09/doct...-who-movie.html I love SpoilerTV so so much.
  5. I said spoilers and the topic being marked season three. Kinda thought that was enough...
  6. So, now I have bought season two and season three starts in a few days. I bring with me SPOILERS! Spoiler: Click here to view - Seth Green confirms having a part in Season 3 - Kristin Dos Santos has confirmed that Sylar will have a baby with another Hero. As seen in this video she hints that it could be either Elle, Claire or Niki/Tracy. - In the Season 2 DVD there is a deleted scene in which Kaito Nakamura’s power is revealed. Kaito says he can “see the variables of any situation and predict the outcome.” He claims he is faster than a computer and attributes his success in the stock market to this ability. Just the best few that I can find.
  7. I was running along pretty easily, but now some things are starting to get me in to the red warning zone, and no Curaga yet. More missions methinks.
  8. Back on Crisis Core now. Was there anything of value in that place near Mondeoheim that you infiltrate? I got really annoyed and just battled instead. I dunno whether this needs spoiler tags, but just in case: Spoiler: Click here to view Also, during the bit on the beach where Zack uses a parasol as his weapon was when I first got Genesis' DMW Limit. Hilarious to watch. Also got Octaslash and Meteor Rain (though it's called something else...). Looked very funny.
  9. I'll back the Smash Bros. Brawl again. I usually start it, have a few quick brawls to warm myself up and then carry on with the excellent story mode. I'm trying Hard difficulty atm. You also get a new stage every day (for that day only) over WiFi which is nice (you also get a snapshot and replay but pfft). The online play can be a little laggy, but I've only experienced minor problems with it. Also another Mario recommendation, Mario Strikers Charged.
  10. She doesn't seem as pointless as Farah was in the first game
  11. Do you mind posting links to the custom stuff you do have? (If you can remember where you got it from of course)
  12. Cool, I'll preorder simply for the soundtrack I think
  13. So I restarted being a little bored of my old families, so forget all you know about them and prepare for a new update!
  14. It becomes a three person home, so if Sim A, living with Sim B, marries Sim C ; then Sim A & Sim C share a surname whilst Sim B is still in the house. Should I restart when I install the new expansion...?
  15. 1. Final Fantasy VII (PSOne) So many hours poured in to this game, it can't not be my number one. So much to do, and a storyline I love every time I play. 2. Pokémon Emerald (GameBoy Advance) Pokémon started again for me when Ruby & Sapphire came out and Emerald took all the things that were a bit shit in it, threw them away and made some new stuff for itself. The Battle Frontier still has me returning to it occasionally these days. 3. Tombi (PSOne) nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, nah, ooooh NO SWEAT! Fuck you if you didn't love this game. There's a flying dog, leaf butterflies and a fellow with bright pink hair who rides pigs around and throws them at each other. Also, there's Charles the monkey. 4. Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time (PS2) This game was amazing and got me in to the Prince Of Persia things and I now eagerly the new one. 5. Secret Of Mana (SNES) As someone else said, why has no-one else voted for this yet. Apart from the massive leaps in difficulty (going from the forests to the witches castle and such) it's a really fun game. The spells are done very cooly and battling freely as opposed to the random encounters is something I like. (Though random encounters are fine too, see choice #1) 6. Kingdom Hearts II (PS2) Hehehe. Xemnas = Mansex. Anyways, putting Disney & Square together, should not, by all logic, work at all. Yet it does and the storyline is so fucking complex but I enjoy it and it has similar battles to SoM (though on a 3D plain etc.). The boss battles are slightly challenging considering one of it's intended audiences and on that note there are bits I could do without in it. (Please cut out the crappy Mermaid singing Squenix. Keep Winnie The Pooh though...) 7. Monster Rancher (2 in USA, 1 in EU) (PSOne) Insert Monster Rancher. Visit Shrine. Get CD/PSOne disc. Insert in to Playstation system when told. Place Monster Rancher back in. Now here's a kick ass monster made from your piece of crap CD. HOW FUCKING AWESOME IS THAT? While writing this list, me and my little brother have just recounted Monster Rancher memories, such as me ending up with Walls or Jells all the time, or how my other brother's gargoyle snake things always died and after the seventh one, he stopped with funerals and how they were always fed on potatoes and then bitched about it and ran away for weeks on end. Erm...yeah, get it if you can. 8. The Sims 2 (PC/Mac?) I can blame this for my no social life right? No? Crap. Man, The Sims gets worse when you compare it against other neighbourhoods. Benji says I'm a terrible Sim god, simply because of an event casually referred to as The First Great Pleasantview Fire, which claimed many lifes. They're all healthy zombies now though. 9. Pokémon Pearl (DS) The latest in the Pokémon game franchise makes a bold attempt to use all of the DS' capabilites, but I still find it a little lacking. There's still a lot to do each day and I've yet to begin EV training a team for the Battle Tower (congrats if you know what I'm on about Pokénerd) and now My Pokémon Ranch is demanding three different Pokémon off me a day so it keeps me busy. The WiFi is nice and the GTS would work better if it seemed half the world weren't retarded. The lacking thing I think is what made me love Emerald, the Battle Frontier, but fortunately it returns in Pokémon Platinum. 10. Super Mario Bros. 3 (NES) Yeah, screw Jade Cocoon I think that's it... Those that were considered and never made it: Civ III, Super Bomberman 2, Super Paper Mario, Super Mario Land 2: The Six Golden Coins, Battletoads, Rad Gravity, Super Mario Kart, Mario Kart: Double Dash!!, Tekken Tag Tournament, Jade Cocoon
  16. Just try and get one of the Double Deluxe packs and then it'll start you off with three games anyways and usually it's the regular Sims 2, Nightlife and another one. People consider Nightlife and Seasons as essentials usually.
  17. Friends Simpsons Family Guy Futurama Whose Line Lost
  18. Any songs that if you see somewhere on the interwebs (like on last.fm or something) or in a newspaper review or something that you immediately want to listen to? I was looking at my own last.fm and realised I had Harder To Breathe by Maroon 5 on my playlist thing, so I had to go and listen to it right away because I remembered how much I liked it. Also, just a small note, I hate it when I start to sing a song I don't have. Been singing Delilah after hearing it in a shop and don't have it on this laptop. :-(
  19. If it's on handheld, there's usually TV/DVD playing or internet at the ready. If it's console usually not much else. Perhaps some music
  20. Yeah, Raphael is still in. Loved him in II and he's still cool
  21. Yeah, if you check the move list, it will tell you what SC letters = what button you press.
  22. Down + A & B and then Up will Force Levitate you and then I think the lightning is a B+K. Yeah, I think it's B+K
  23. If you can be bothered to do it, we did have the character one a while back too which was good.
