Okay so the article is more specific, it makes thr coverup definitely systemic but puts most of the blame on the Blackhawks organization, not the league.

Islanders aren't really playing any differently than they have in the first two series, the Lightning are just simply a far better team that cash in on every mistake.

They're keeping things close so this series is not over, but my usual thought of "anything can happen in playoff hockey" goes out the window if they lose Game 4.  Tough to imagine beating this buzzsaw Tampa team three games in a row.

I seriously thought we had rooted out this shit. This was an epidemic in junior hockey in the 80s and 90s and the fact that it can still happen in the fucking NHL this late in the game is disgusting.

Well, Tampa were heavily favored and the Isles still pushed them to 7.  Can’t complain, fun season.

But man having your season end 1-0 on a fluke short handed goal is a real bummer.

Was just reading about that. What's going around is that he and some friends were watching fireworks from a hot tub, one of the fireworks fell over and shot at them, and he fell and hit his head trying to run from it.

Really terrible and sad story. The details are incredibly upsetting, could happen to just about anyone with fireworks.
