Hi everyone,

I can imagine you're quite surprised to see this name pop up in here of all places - but first let me be honest - I'm not AJ, I'm former PWF mod and PW content creator, CorZ. Recently, myself, Adam Jennings and another PWF member, Jay-C have been working together to bring a new data update to Promotion Wars for the first time in 15 years. Alongside this, AJ has been doing some QoL adjustments to the actual game, along with some small new features and graphic overhauls.

While not to the depth of the rival Rylands games, Promotion Wars' beauty, in my opinion, is it's simplicity. I hope you enjoy our 2021 take of the classic 2005 release of Promotion Wars.

Well, 2021 is clearly off to a rip roaring start. We might still have COVID but at least we've also got inexplicable update to Promotion Wars from outta nowhere. Now if we could just get Extreme Pie Warfare 1.31 as well then we'd be getting somewhere.

I had a ton of fun with Promotion Wars back in the day. I don't know if my memory is off but wasn't WCW still around when this was released? Either way, I remember spending hours booking shows on this.

yeah man, came out at the end of 2000, so it would have been WWF vs WCW

Dec 1999 was the first version, as "Wrestling Federation Manager", WFM2 came out in Jan 2000, and Promotion Wars 1.0 in Oct 2000 So yup, slap bang in that era. (PS, PW1.0 is available for download on the site)

Bonkers or incredible?

We'll be releasing expansion packs over the next few months, such as the UK Expansion Pack, Mexico, Japan and more. You'll be able to switch in and out the .fed files in the Data folder to choose which promotions are in the game you play too, giving that extra level of option.

Hi people, if you downloaded Promotion Wars 1.31 since launch, we've just released a patch that fixes a few data errors, and adds a few requested names to the game - such as Griff Garrison, I kid, more like Cena and Edge... and Griff. Please go download it to avoid any future errors with your game.
