TEW 2016 Logo

Hi people of the graphics forum.

I'm looking for a TEW 2016 logo for a fictional promotion. I am absolutely terrible at designs and such, so if this is too much work, let me know and I'll come up with something else; but here's what I see in my head:

The background is like an old blue-ish gray ring mat from yesteryear. Then there's a square (if you can make it look like a wrestling ring, even better) and inside the square/ring is a number 4 with a circle around it. 

Any help would be appreciated.
