Maybe if you climb up a few towers to reveal enough objectives on the minimap you might be able to find one that provides an answer!

I don't think that was based on anything concrete, but rather a set of educated guesses, based on the other games in the series.

Caught a glimpse of the Ubisoft Slowly Decomposing Panda mascot and I think I heard a Weezer song, so this extreme sports game is clearly the Most Ubisoft of the presentation thusfar.

I like the idea of Riders Republic, but I'm not sure I'd enjoy it. The narrator of this presentation is putting me off.

Riders Republic looks fun at least, but I do recall being pretty meh about Steep.

I know who he is but he's not who I would expect as the face of one of these games given that they usually bring out a big pop star. Dance choreography is one of the things he's known for, though, so I guess it makes sense as the top name in a pandemic year.
