Looking for a TNA Xplosion Brand Logo in The Pipebomb Mod Style

I'm looking for a brand logo for TNA Xplosion in the style of "The Pipebomb Mod". In GIF format please (not actually sure if this matters, but I'm under the impression that JPG wouldn't allow for the full funtionality of having the workers faces in the center)

I have The Pipbomb Mod (.psd file) template for this if it helps, but I am completely illiterate with this stuff to make it myself. Any help of this would be massively appreciated.
