I'm curious as to if anybody knows which mod(s) may have the most promotions in the database? Are there any modern mods [say 2010 to today] that may have over 30 active promotions?

For which game?

 

Current ones are:


For TEW, TheWho87 has probably the most promotions.

For EWR, I believe Bill1996's had more than the current ones. A good place to download them may be:
