UEFA Champions League 2022/23

Best draw I can think of (for any of us English clubs in Pot 2):

Eintracht Frankfurt, RB Salzburg, Victoria Plzen

Worst draw:

Real Madrid, Inter Milan, Marseille

(NB. I actually have no idea how good any of the Pot 3 teams are atm so that's pure guesswork on my part)

Rangers have qualified for the group stage!

Genuine shocker, Gio has done very well with what he has.

Two Scottish clubs in the Champions League proper for the first time since 06/07 apparently.

The draw is taking place right now!

I'd like to see Frankfurt (Conference final rematch), Spurs (to spank Rangers after the awful behaviour in Glasgow during a friendly), Dortmund (to get their win back) for Rangers. :)

For Celtic, give them Ajax, Sevilla and Shatktar to give them at least some chance of getting past the group stage. Someone told me their record lately and it's genuinely awful, especially their knockout record.

Watching for the first time in years, solely to happily find that no English fans will ruin my trip to Barca next month. Still time for Scotland though!

Was shitting it there, 50/50 on Rangers...

Celtic get Real, Leipzig and Shakhtar. Doable for Celtic.

Spurs get Eintracht, Sporting and Marseille. Nice draw for Spurs.

Man City get Dortmund, Sevilla and Kobenhavn. Should be a breeze, surely?

Liverpool get Rangers, Napoli and Ajax. That should be a spicy group. Can't see Liverpool being stopped though.

Chelsea get Milan, Salzburg and Dinamo Zagreb. Maybe Salzburg can do it again.

Other groups are:

Atletico, Porto, Leverkusen and Club Brugge. Atletico should enjoy that draw.

Bayern, Inter, Barca and Viktoria Plzen (oof). Group of potential high drama.

I enjoyed the presenter doing Barcelona and Inter with an accent before moving to Plzen and not bothering. It's like Limmy's Shetland sketch.

Well, you don't really want them to pronounce Liva-pyool and Selick, do you?

As it turns out Liverpool have never played a competitive game against Rangers.

Which honestly feels a bit surprising.
