EWR End of Month run time error. Help!!!!

Please help I get the below error message at the turn of every month and it means I all my end of month messages about prospects in my developmental and talent retiring or moving down. It only happens as the month ends and a new one begins, its ruining game for me. I saw before long time ago this brought up and was suggested if you use editor to get around contracts this can occur, but I have never used it. Any help at all will be greatly appreciated.

The only real fix for this is to restart the game.
