Help with a music video

I remember seeing a video a few years back that was a parody of blink-182's The Rock Show. A bunch of guys said they got a check (it was for like $500) to make a video. The video gets about 30 seconds in and stops, they say something along the lines of "So this is what $500 buys"

Does anyone know what video this is? Much thanks to anyone who helps
