"The biggest change is to the group stage, which will become a single 36-team League stage. Each side faces six different teams (three at home, three away). The top eight overall advance directly to the round of 16; sides finishing from ninth to 24th will contest the knockout round play-offs, with the victors going through to the last 16. From then on it is a straight knockout."

Looking at the wiki page revealed to me that Chelsea, Fiorentina, Lens, Real Betis and Heidenheim haven't even qualified for the Big League phase and we all have to go through a Playoff Round against teams emerging from the qualifying rounds above and/or losers from Europa League qualifiers.

Notably, Valur have Gylfi Sigurdsson playing for them.

Dunno about the rest of the draw, but Chelsea will play the loser of Braga vs. Servette from the Europa League qualifiers.

Theyre definitely being joined by Shamrock Rovers in the Conference League  unless they can overturn a 4-0 loss to PAOK in the Europa League qualifiers.

St Patrick's Athletic are still in with a chance of qualifying having drawn 0-0 in Dublin with Istanbul Basaksehir.

Larne lost 2-1 to Lincoln Red Imps. I don't know which I want to see more a Northern Irish team qualify for the first time or a second group stage appearance for Gibraltar.
