***spoilers*** TEW IX Real World Update: November 2024

Here is the update for November, nothing too major, I was more focused on getting through my picture backlog and getting a pack out, for the database it's mostly minor updates, I've gone through and updated Japan's rosters, now all that is left is finish off Mexico, and since I did that a couple months ago it just means setting up their contract dates. Beyond that a few people got added mostly to fill out rosters (details in the editor).

The main thing this month was getting out the updated BUMP pictures, they are not like the older packs because TEW doesn't like images of a larger dimention that it requires and will distort the image, so these are all scaled down, I'll still need to go through and fix up some images, main goal will be to sort things out for a combined all in one pack for January.

Beyond that it's the typical if you see an issue mention and it'll be fixed for next month.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is [Promotion] closed when they are active?
Due to how slow the game runs with more promotions active, I have included active promotions but have them closed, to identify these they have their opening date and closed date the same. To activate the promotion simply remove the closed date.

Can I use this mod as a base for my mod?
Feel free to use this mod as a base or in part of your own mods, just credit that this mod was used as your base.

I just moved houses and, as soon as December's update is out, it's time to see what you've got going on. I'd like to take a moment to apologize for the lack of feedback. I imagine that a lot of people took to other mods early for TEW 9, as there were quite a few that were quick out of the gate with updated versions from 2020.

I played some historic stuff, and enjoyed it, but I'm itching to get a new game going in today's game world, and your mod has always been my preferred real-world mod.

I know how much effort you put into this, and I really appreciate it.

I had been planning on modding myself this game, but I'm thinking I might just offer to lend a hand with mods I'm playing. Create some add-on packs for things I'd like to see in the game world.

It's all good, don't expect much updates for December had some computer issues, main things would be finishing up contract dates for Mexico, adding in the missing WWE ID talent, and going through updating tag teams with dates/experience, I'm now down to working through individual teams.

I was still going on a game from the Here Comes the Money mod, so I haven't had a chance to see what you've done since TEW 9 released. I usually just use your mod until I give up on or lose a game somehow, and then download the newest version and repeat.

When December comes out, is there anything that you might want a hand with? I'm happy to help out in any way I can.

Nothing specific, most of the main "projects" are just time syncs of grinding through and updating dates on secondary things like venues and broadcasters, and going through and updating relationships beyond the blood relationships.
