WWE Smackdown!: After WrestleMania XXI

(Another diary? Yes. But I have some great ideas for this one and I'll stick to it)

WrestleMania XXI Results (27 March):

Edge © d. Chris Benoit to retain the World Heavyweight Championship

(History: Edge won the Elimination Chamber in January at New Years Revolution. He and Benoit were the last two men in the Chamber and he managed to get the victory. Edge didn't want to lose his Title, he didn't want to be booked in a title match so everytime he got booked he found an excuse so he wouldn't have to defend his belt. Benoit won the Royal Rumble for the second time but he lost to Edge at WrestleMania)

John Bradshaw Layfield © overcame the odds once again and retained the WWE World Title in a match against the Big Show and Kurt Angle

(History: It all started after Armageddon when Angle fought against JBL on Smackdown! with the WWE Title on the line and Angle made JBL tap out but the referee was distracted. JBL retained his title and afterwards Big Show destroyed everyone in the ring. Big Show and Angle have been feuding for almost 6 months but they went for the WWE Title from that moment on. At No Way Out Big Show went one on one with JBL and again JBL got away with the victory. After a lot of backstage fights Theodore Long booked this Triple Threat match and although everybody thought JBL would finally lose the title he didn't. He tapped out to Angle at WM and he got pinned by the Big Show but Orlando Jordan made sure the referee didn't look when it happened. Two Clotheslines From Hell were enough to secure the win. Will JBL be able to achieve a one year title run?}

Gene Snitsky & Matt Hardy d. The Rock & Kane in a brutal tag team match

(History: It all began with Kane destroying Matt Hardy. Then Snitsky killing Kane and Lita's baby. At the Royal Rumble Kane returned and he destroyed Snitsky. Matt Hardy also returned and he helped Snitsky. In February The Rock returned and he got behind Kane. The Rock and Kane attacked Snitsky and Hardy whenever they could and they won all the matches but at WrestleMania Snitsky got out of the Rockbottom and he crushed The Rock with a big Powerbomb and he got the win for his team. Snitsky has proved to be a monster and he said he has his eyes on the World Title now)

Funaki © d. Ultimo Dragon in a really good match to retain the Cruiserweight Title

(History: Ultimo Dragon won a no.1 contenders match on No Way Out to face Funaki. At WrestleMania they had an awesome match-up and although Dragon almost dominated the entire match Funaki managed to pick up the victory)

Randy Orton is back in the Midcard and he won the WWE Intercontinental Title by defeating Shelton Benjamin, Maven and Muhammed Hassan

(History: Benjamin and Maven started a feud in late-December. Hassan got a victory over Benjamin in January in a non-title match and ever since that moment he has been aiming for the IC Title. Orton couldn't manage to win the Royal Rumble and so he went for the one thing that brought him the most glory in his career yet; the IC Title. Orton won the IC Title at WM)

John Cena © d. Carlito Cool to remain WWE United States Champion in a Street Fight

(History: Cool and Cena have been feuding for almost 5 months and they had there blow-off match at WrestleMania in a big Street Fight. Carlito tried everything to win the match at WM but Cena showed he is ready for bigger things and he picked up the win)

Chris Jericho & Shawn Michaels © succesfully defended the World Tag Team Titles against Christian and Tyson Tomko and the team of Eugene and William Regal

(History: Jericho and HBK decided to team up after the Royal Rumble and within three weeks they became the new Tag Champs as they defeated La Resistance who just won it back from Eugene and Regal. At WM HBK and Jericho showed why they call themselves the Showstoppers as they easily picked up the victory while doing some amazing moves)

RVD and Mysterio © also retained there WWE Tag Team Titles against Billy Kidman & Akio and against Eddie Guerrero & Booker T in a 5 star tag team match.

(History: Not much to tell here. They were booked into this match)

The Undertaker had his last match ever at WrestleMania against Heidenreich in a casket match and he didn't lose. Undertaker has left the WWE without ever losing at WrestleMania

(History: It all began at No Mercy 2003 when Heidenreich cost Taker the WWE Title. Heidenreich cost Taker the Title again at Armageddon 2003 and eventually they decided to collide at WrestleMania XXI, the big daddy of them all. And even though Heidenreich is really fucked up he didn't manage to beat Undertaker in his own game. Bye bye Undertaker, we'll miss ya)

Triple H d. Batista in a Cage Match because Ric Flair interfered and helped HHH win

(History: Batista finally turned Face at New Years Revolution when he turned his back on HHH and destroyed him. He even pinned HHH out of the Elimination Chamber. Batista would have won this Cage contest if Ric Flair didn't interfere)

Vince McMahon has promised in a press conference that things will be changing on Smackdown!. Vince said a new era has started and the WWE will become as popular as it once was in 1998 again.

The WWE has promised that a new era will start before but they weren't right back then. Is the WWE speaking the truth now and will the product finally improve again? Find out as I'll follow WWE Smackdown! from April on!

OK, this sounds good. I assume Edge and Benoit will be in some kind of feud.

Doesn't sound too bad either. I know that JBL must be a heel, but what alignments do the Big Show and Angle have?

Gene Snitsky & Matt Hardy d. The Rock & Kane in a brutal tag team match

(History: It all began with Kane destroying Matt Hardy. Then Snitksy killing Kane and Lita's baby.

Wrong on so many levels. First, it's Snitsky and Hardy beating Kane and the Rock - even the WWE isn't stupid enough to let the Rock, who is an international movie star be beaten at Wrestlemania by Gene Snitsky, even if they do want to push him.

Second, why is Hardy helping Snitsky? If anything, he'd just attack both men whenever he could; after all, Kane stole Lita, then Snitsky killed Lita's child, I'd guess he'd be pretty pissed at both of them.

Third, it sounds like you're intended to push Snitsky for the World title. For the love of everything holy, realise that there are at least ten workers more talented and more deserving of the title than him.

Hell yes. Funaki and Dragon both need huge pushes. The only gripe is that Dragon has retired the 'Ultimo Dragon' character, and when he comes back to the WWE, he will be known by his real name - Yoshihiro Asai

I like the idea of a Maven/Benjamin feud, but Orton's already held the World title; going for the IC title would be a step down. I'd give it to Hassan myself.

It's Carlito Caribbean Cool - now that's cool.

I don't doubt that Jericho/HBK would be a great team, but you should provide a reason why they've decided to team up.

RVD and Mysterio © also retained there WWE Tag Team Titles against Billy Kidman & Akio and against Eddie Guerrero & Booker T in a 5 star tag team match.

(History: Not much to tell here. Akio and Kidman won a no.1 contenders match and at WM they lost)

Sounds good.

Finally, Taker's gone. At least you didn't make the mistake of letting Heidenreich beat him.

Boo, hiss, Flair sucks! I'm a Batista mark, and I'd love to see this match, especially at Wrestlemania.

To sum up, the majority of the matches and pushes here look good, just please don't push Snitsky.

WWE-Insiders.com News:

"NWA-TNA has released two wrestlers; Dallas and Mikey Batts. Almost immediately after they were fired the WWE approached them with contracts and they have signed with the World Wrestling Entertainment. NWA TNA hires WWE rejects but WWE never hires NWA-TNA rejects so this is pretty special"

"Dawn Marie and Michelle McCool are released from there WWE contracts. Dawn Marie got fired not only because the WWE didn't have anything for her but also because Dawn Marie has been complaining to the WWE about the fact that she isn't used much. The WWE had no further storylines for Michelle McCool so they released her and I think that's good because signing McCool was already a mistake on WWE's part"

"Tough Enough participant Ryan Reeves has signed a written contract with the World Wrestling Entertainment. Reeves has been sent to Ohio Valley Wrestling to perfect his skills"

"There are rumours going around that Chilly Willy is about to be used on WWE TV. How and when nobody knows but most smarks think they'll use him as another member of JBL's cabinet"

Well, the roster looks pretty good, the only thing being that there seems to be a lack of big guys on the face side of things, and a lack of cruisers on the heels. Even so, I look forward to seeing what you'll do with this.

Also - try to hire Kid Kash as well. He and Dallas team in TNA (I haven't seen much so I don't know how often), and Kash himself rules (check his stats)

They stopped tagging after winning the NWA Tag Team Titles twice. I'm probably not going to sign Kid Kash because he isn't WWE-ish. He comes from ECW and I think in real life the WWE would never sign Kid Kash. He just doesn't fit the WWE style. Now you can say that I can MAKE him be WWE-ish but I also think he is too old, he's 34.

Paul London vs. Chris Copeland

The show kicked off with a match where London totally had to carry his opponent to a watch able match. The new Velocity crew Tazz and Josh Matthews said that Chris Copeland is related to Edge, which is pretty obvious. Copeland was horrible and London controlled the match. London picked up the victory with the London Calling.

Winner: Paul London

Video

A video is shown about Smackdown!'s main event at WrestleMania XXI. John Bradshaw Layfield retained the WWE World Championship by pinning Big Show after hitting him with the Clothesline From Hell. JBL has been having an impressive title reign so far!

(89)

Kenzo Suzuki vs. Dallas

Dallas made his debut on this show against the Japanese warrior Kenzo Suzuki. Dallas was extremely aggressive throughout the entire match and Suzuki couldn't get much offensive in. But Dallas didn't get the victory because he got TOO aggressive as he totally destroyed Suzuki with the ring steps. He got disqualified and Suzuki got the win but Dallas showed what he's all about and he got the crowd behind him.

Winner: Kenzo Suzuki by DQ

Video

Another video is shown about WrestleMania XXI. This time it showed John Cena defeating Carlito Cool again to retain his spinning WWE United States Title. Cena won the match even though Jesus Aguilera interfered a couple of times.

(82)

Mark Jindrak vs. Scotty 2 Hotty

Before the match started Jindrak said that Shawn Michaels, Paul Roma and Rick Rude were nothing. He is the best looking wrestler ever in the history of the WWE according to Jindrak. Scotty 2 Hotty has sunk to jobbing on Velocity and he should because he had his days. Jindrak yelled throughout the match a couple of times that he was the excellence of sexuality. Makes no sense but hey, it's his gimmick. Jindrak won the match with the Mark of Excellence.

Winner: Mark Jindrak

(64,65,65)

Akio vs. Ultimo Dragon

As always Velocity provided some awesome Cruiserweight action. Akio dominated in the beginning using some unusual high flying moves. Dragon got back into the match and used his experience to win the match as he focused on Akio's head and eventually finished Akio off with the Asai DDT. After the match Ultimo Dragon stood in front of the camera and he yelled that the Cruiserweight Title will soon be his. A rematch between him and Funaki maybe? That would be lovely.

Winner: Ultimo Dragon

I'm already taking a liking to this thing. A couple notes ...

1) The WrestleMania card was pretty realistic. And you did a good job with the histories.

2) I don't know where that Velocity graphic is from, but that's pretty badass.

3) I was afraid that you might have given Dallas a win in his first match, but you didn't, so props.

4) Keep at this one, I'm interested in seeing where it goes.

The pyro's go off and Michael Cole and Tazz welcome us to the first Smackdown! since WrestleMania 21. John Bradshaw Layfield's music starts playing and JBL comes to the ring with his Cabinet members; Chief of Staff Orlando Jordan, Basham Brothers as Secretaries of Defense and Image Consultant Amy Weber. They slowly walk to the ring to a chorus of boos. Eventually JBL grabs a microphone and he's standing in the middle of the ring.

JBL: 'The Champion of all Champs is here! The man who has defeated everybody who thought they could take the WWE World Title away from me! I've had some pretty impressive wins throughout my long and beautiful title reign but my victory at WrestleMania was the best yet. I beat the Undertaker (crowd pops), I beat Booker T, I beat Eddie Guerrero, I beat Big Show, I beat Kurt Angle, I beat.....I have beaten EVERYBODY! And that's a fact! (crowd boo's heavily) I want to hear everybody chant my name....J B L, J B L!'

The WWE Champion is interrupted by Theodore Long and the crowd cheers for the charismatic General Manager of Smackdown!.

Long: 'You were in Smackdown!'s main event at WrestleMania and you won....so tonight you have the night off. You will not wrestle tonight (JBL smiles). But next week you WILL fight and the World Wrestling Entertainment Championship will be on the line playa! Next week on Smackdown! you wrestle against somebody you would never expect to face, belee dat. Holla, Holla, Holla JBL, and good luck next week!'

Theodore Long leaves and JBL looks confused while his Cabinet members try cheer him up a bit.

WWE Tag Team Titles Match!

RVD and Mysterio © vs. Kidman and Akio

Rob Van Dam and Rey Mysterio managed to retain the Tag Titles at WrestleMania in a very good match. Akio and Kidman come to the ring separately and the bell rings. Mysterio and Akio start things off with a couple of Arm Drags. Eventually Akio takes control and he dropkicks Mysterio into the corner where Kidman is standing. Kidman hits Mysterio with a right hand followed by an irish whip by Akio into the ropes and Akio connects with a big right hand to the chest of Mysterio. Akio tags Kidman and Kidman goes for a Crossbody but Mysterio dropkicks Kidman in mid-air! Mysterio crawls to his corner and he tags RVD into the contest. RVD body slams Kidman down and he follows up with the Rolling Thunder. RVD plays with Kidman for a while and then he hits Kidman with a big Hurricanranna and Kidman lands on his ass only to be nailed by a dropkick from Mysterio. At 6:17 Akio and Kidman have the upper hand as they double team Mysterio for a while. Akio goes for a Back Suplex but Mysterio lands on his feet behind Akio. Mysterio pushes Akio into Kidman and Kidman tumbles over the top rope. RVD enters the ring and he does the Rolling Thunder while Mysterio hits Akio with a big Leg Drop from the top rope. Mysterio puts Akio onto the second rope and he goes for the 619 but Kidman hops back into the ring and he clotheslines Mysterio down! RVD immediately kicks Kidman down with a stiff kick to the neck. RVD looks at the crowd before hitting Akio with Mysterio's 619! The crowd goes nuts while Mysterio covers Akio, 1.....2.....3! RVD and Mysterio have retained the WWE Tag Team Titles once again!

Winners: RVD and Mysterio ©

SCREWED

Theodore Long is sitting in his office and Carlito Cool enters.

Cool: 'Theodore, at WrestleMania I finally had my chance to become the WWE United States Champion again but I got screwed by that....by that.....by that THUG! I deserve a rematch, tonight!'

Long: 'Hold up playa. You are not the General Manager are ya? First off, how can ya get screwed in a Street Fight? Everything is allowed in a Street Fight Carlito expect for killing somebody and he didn't kill ya right? Second of all, you will get your chance at revenge tonight (Carlito starts smiling) but not in a one on one match with John Cena. Tonight you and your buddy Jesus Aguilera will wrestle against John Cena and Charlie Haas! Belee dat playa!'

Cool: 'Wow wow Theodore, when can I go for the United States Title again? I should be the US Champion right now but I told you, I got screwed'

Long: 'Playa, you'll get your chance at the United States Title again some day but not tonight. Tonight you have a tag team match and you need to focus on that playa. Now get out of my office Carlito 'cause this ain't cool! Holla holla holla!'

Carlito Cool leaves while Theodore Long laughs.

Shannon Moore vs. Heidenreich

Heidenreich lost to the Undertaker at WrestleMania and he doesn't seem to have peace with it. Shannon Moore comes to the ring to a cheap pop from the fans and he dances in the ring until Heidenreich spears him down from behind. Heidenreich whips Moore into the ropes and he connects with a big boot to the face. Heidenreich nails Moore with 5 Headbutt's in a row and a big Spinebuster. At 3:23 Moore tries to quickly grab the win as he reverses a Powerbomb attempt from Heidenreich into a Sunset Flip, followed by a cover but Heidenreich kicks out at two. Moore goes for a kick to the face but Heidenreich grabs Moore's leg and he crushes Moore with a Whiplash Powerbomb! Heidenreich hooks Moore's leg, 1...2...3! Shannon Moore couldn't do anything throughout the entire match. After the match Heidenreich throws a fit in the ring.

------------------

Winner: Heidenreich

OLYMPIC HERO

Kurt Angle appears backstage to a mixed reaction from the crowd. He also has Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns with him.

Angle: 'At WrestleMania I made John Bradshaw Layfield tap out. The whole freakin' world saw JBL tap out to the Ankle Lock but that stupid referee didn't see it! I should be the WWE World Heavyweight Champion now but I guess it's was not meant to be'

Reigns: 'Kurt, your time will come again. JBL has been lucky ever since he won the belt. He wins by cheating almost every match and if it wasn't for his Cabinet he would be walking around with no title now. YOU would be the WWE Champion'

Angle: 'So you are saying I should take his Cabinet down and out 'cause I could easily do that'

Jindrak: 'No. You need to continue to go for the WWE Title, don't give up. Soon the WWE will have an Olympic Hero as there Champion again....'

Angle: 'But I'm still pissed off! I need to unleash my fury, I need to take my aggression off on somebody. Guys, I'm going to Theodore Long'

The screen fades as Kurt Angle walks away.

(94)

WHO COULD IT BE?

John Bradshaw Layfield and Orlando Jordan are backstage.

JBL: 'Orlando, who could it possibly be? I'm worried; I don't trust that corrupt piece of garbage for one bit. Theodore Long has been after me ever since he has been the General Manager. Doesn't he finally see that I am a good and respected WWE World Champion?'

Jordan: 'Yes, Long is a pain in the ass but we can't do anything about it'

JBL: 'Who do you think is the guy I'll face next week?'

Jordan: 'I have no clue JBL. But you have been the Champ for so long now. I don't know why you are worried'

JBL: 'You're right, you are totally right Orlando. I have beaten everybody that I've been put against. I have crushed my competition so if it's somebody I have already faced I shouldn't be afraid'

Jordan: 'Damn straight JBL! And besides, you also have the Cabinet helping you out. There is not a damn soul on this planet that can take that belt away from you and...'

John Cena appears to a huge pop and he pushes JBL away.

JBL: 'Watch it little punk? What the hell do you think you are doing?'

Cena: 'Yo, you are in the way....b*tch! (crowd goes wild)'

Jordan: 'Hey don't...'

JBL: 'I can handle this Jordan. (JBL looks Cena deep in his eyes) Who do you think you are? I am the WWE Champion. I have the most prestigious title EVER in the history of wrestling in my hand right now. YOU, you snotty little punk....you have a SPINNING United States Title around your waist! You need to shut your mouth and show some damn respect to the Champion of all Champs, J B L!'

John Cena and JBL look into each other's eyes for awhile until Cena does the "you can't see me" sign and walks away to huge cheers from the fans. JBL goes nuts and he wants to go after Cena but Jordan stops him.

Jordan: 'Let him go, he's too dumb to understand that you are the best wrestler on the earth'

The screen fades as JBL looks at his WWE Title.

John Cena & Charlie Haas vs. Carlito Cool & Jesus Aguilera

Cena and Haas come together to the ring under Cena's music theme. The crowd starts a big "Cena! Cena!" chant for the doctor of Thuganomics. Carlito and Jesus get booed heavily by the fans. The bell rings and Cool takes a bite out of his apple and he spits it into the face of Charlie Haas! Haas immediately takes Cool down with a big clothesline. Haas hits Cool with an Inverted Atomic Drop followed by two Belly to Belly Suplexes. Haas locks Cool into a side Headlock but Jesus breaks the hold and he chokes Haas with the second rope. The referee sends Jesus back to his corner while Cool nails Haas with a DDT. Cool whips Haas into the ropes only to get knocked down by a shoulder block from Haas. Haas tags Cena and Cena starts dominating the contest. At 7:12 Jesus and Cena are battling at ringside and Jesus whips Cena into the steel ring steps. TWO WEEKS

We see Kurt Angle walking around backstage and he enters Theodore Long's office.

Angle: 'Mr. Long, I don't know if you heard me earlier on in the show but I need to unleash my fury on somebody. I want to take my aggression of losing at WrestleMania out on somebody. ANYBODY'

Long: 'Well playa, I've been thinking about what the main event will be tonight and because of you I now know. Kurt, you wanna match, well you got one playa. Tonight, here on Smacka Down, in the main event, we will see the Olympic Gold medalist Kurt Angle in a FATAL 4 WAY match against Booker T, Eddie Guerrero and The Big Show! The winner of that match will face the WWE Champion two weeks from now on Smackdown!. It might not be JBL because JBL has a title match next week too. How about that Kurt?'

Angle: 'I can unleash my fury AND win the right to face the WWE Champion? Oh this is going to be fun, I'm telling you this is going to be fun. It's true, it's damn true!'

Kurt Angle leaves with a big smirk on his face.

WWE Cruiserweight Title Match!

Funaki © vs. Spike Dudley

Funaki hasn't been jobbing for a while now. Heck, he even won a match at WrestleMania! Funaki has been more confident and strong then ever before. Spike is still the same arrogant asshole he was when he was the Cruiserweight Champion. This is like the fourth time they are facing each other in 4 months and Funaki has one all of them. Spike got control over the match in the beginning but Funaki showed that Spike isn't a real Cruiserweight as he surprised Spike with all kinds of high flying moves. At 5:34 Spike went for a Flying Elbow Drop from the top rope but Funaki rolled away just in time. Funaki immediately jumped onto the top rope and he waited for Spike to get back to his feet to nail him with the Missile Dropkick! Funaki takes Spike in a roll-up, 1...2...3! Funaki has retained the WWE Cruiserweight Championship! Funaki hopped around the ring with a big smile on his face. I love this guy...

THE SUCKA SQUAD

Booker T is backstage and he has something to say.

Booker T: 'Before we start the main event I'd like to say something....JBL has people watching his back, the Cabinet, Kurt Angle has people watching his back, Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns, so I thought it's time the Bookerman had his own posse, his own squad. THE SUCKA SQUAD! Lemme introduce to you "Chilly Willy" William Jones!'

Jones: 'Wassup?'

Booker T: 'And his partner, give it up for Bobby Lashley!'

The crowd cheers the new guys on. They both have the superstar look.

Lashley: 'Wassup people?! William Jones and I know Booker T for a long time, we've been friends for ages and we have Booker T's back from now on'

They hug each other and the crowd cheers.

Lashley: 'There is just one thing you guys need to know about Chilly Willy William Jones. You see he is a nice guy. Most of the time he is normal but he has a split personality. Sometimes he is someone else and then he just attacks everybody that he sees'

Jones: 'Yeah but don't worry sucka's. That ain't happening much'

Booker T: 'The Sucka Squad is ready to kick some ass! The Bookerman is going to win the WWE Championship in two weeks! Can you dig that, (all three of them do it at the same time) SUCKA?!'

WWE World Title No.1 Contenders Match!

Booker T vs. Kurt Angle vs. Eddie Guerrero vs. Big Show

First Kurt Angle comes to the ring and he has Mark Jindrak and Luther Reigns by his side. Again Angle got a mixed reaction from the crowd. One half sees him as a Heel, the other half likes Kurt. Eddie Guerrero comes to the ring in a low rider and guess who's sitting next to him? It's Chavo Guerrero, ola Chavito! Eddie has brought some back-up with him too! CAN YOU DIG IT, SUCKA?! Booker T walks to the ring with newcomers Bobby Lashley and William Jones. WELL, WELL IT'S THA BIG SHOW! The Big Show makes his way out to the ring fast, which is slow for us normal people. He doesn't have back-up and I guess he doesn't need it either. The bell rings and all four men stare at each other. Suddenly "Chilly Willy" William Jones and Bobby Lashley scream "SUCKA!!" and Booker T starts attacking Kurt Angle with right hands. The crowd laughed there ass off with that one. Eddie Guerrero jumps onto Big Show's back but Big Show smashes Eddie into a turnbuckle. Big Show hits Eddie with two big chops to the chest and then he throws Eddie out of the ring and Eddie lands with his face onto the guardrail! Chavo Guerrero helps Eddie get back to his feet and they talk strategy while Big Show hits Booker T and Angle with a double Clothesline. Big Show covers Angle but Mark Jindrak puts Angle's foot on the second rope. Eddie Guerrero rolls back into the ring and he takes Show down with a dropkick to Show's knees! At 15:16 Kurt Angle is dominating as he has Booker T and Eddie Guerrero locked into a double Ankle Lock! Angle screams "TAP! TAP!" but suddenly The Big Show pulls himself up with the ropes and he hits Angle with a big boot to the face. Big Show picks Eddie Guerrero up and he goes for a Chokeslam but Chavo Guerrero enters the ring and he kicks Big Show down! Suddenly all hell breaks loose as Jindrak and Reigns come into the ring and the Sucka Squad too! Jindrak and Chavo brawl while Reigns crushes Eddie with a big Powerbomb. Kurt Angle tries to lock Booker T into the Ankle Lock again but Bobby Lashley hits Angle with an amazing Overhead German Suplex! William Jones and Lashley clean house until only Big Show and Booker T are in the ring. Booker T and Big Show lock-up in the middle of the ring and Big Show takes the upper hand and whips Booker T into the ropes only to get nailed by a Superkick from Booker T! Booker T does the Spinarooni before climbing onto the top rope and hitting Big Show with the HARLEM HANGOVER! Booker T covers Big Show, Kurt Angle and Eddie try to get back into the ring but The Sucka Squad hold them back, 1....2......3! BOOKER T IS THE NO.1 CONTENDER! What a smart move by Booker T to form his own posse because they helped him win this thing!

------------------

Winner: Booker T

(89,92,84)

The show goes off the air with Booker T celebrating his win with Bobby Lashley and William Jones while the others walk away, pissed off.

Nunzio vs. Akio

Again another world class performance by Akio who continues to amaze me. It's weird that Nunzio is being used as a Face because never really got a Face turn but anyways....Tazz informed us that Akio and Kidman have decided to stop tagging with each other and now Akio can go for the Cruiserweight Title I think. Weird thing is, Akio dominated Nunzio the entire match but Nunzio pulled off the victory by surprising Akio with the Kiss of Death followed by a cover!

Winner: Nunzio

Daniel Puder vs. Kenzo Suzuki

The Tough Enough winner has been developing his skills for over 4 months now and he has become a pretty good Technical wrestler. Suzuki came to the ring with Hiroko but Hiroko couldn't do much throughout the match because Al Snow had Puder's back. Puder showed he has the potential to become a very good wrestler and he won the match with a huge Belly to Belly Suplex.

Winner: Daniel Puder

Scotty 2 Hotty vs. Luther Reigns

The dancing freak Scotty faced Mark Jindrak last week on Velocity and he lost, this week he goes one on one with the big Reigns. Scotty seemed determined to give the match his all but Reigns was supreme. Scotty not so Hotty lost to Reigns within 2 minutes. Reigns won the contest after hitting Scotty with a huge Powerbomb.

Winner: Luther Reigns

Paul London vs. Bubba Ray Dudley

D-Von will return soon and then Bubba will stop wrestling on Velocity, lucky him. London seemed no problem for Bubba Ray but we were all wrong. Bubba dominated in the beginning but after 2 minutes London got the upper hand as he took advantage of Bubba's speed. Eventually Bubba got back into the match and he tossed London around the ring with his power. Bubba picked London up and he went for the Bubba Bomb but London countered into a Stunner! London hit Bubba with the London Calling, followed by a cover, 1....2...3! An upset victory by Paul London! Hell yeah!

Winner: Paul London

Sophie: XPlosion are trying to compete with us, but are being destroyed in the ratings.

Sopie: Main Event TV are trying to compete with us, but are being destroyed in the ratings.

Bubba Ray: Paul London and me don't have much chemistry in the ring. How about putting me in a program with a worker like Big Show? I think our styles would really work well together.
