July 17th 2004

Guthrie Center, Iowa

Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling present there debut show Go Go Go where 11 different men of Alex Shelley, Jimmy Jacobs, Danny Daniels, Jimmy Rave, Kid Kash, Kid Kashs Mystery Ninja, Ricky Reyes, Rocky Romero, Trent Acid, Chris Cash and Joey Matthews will be looking to make history and become the first ever SWEW Heavyweight Champion:

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

5 Way – First Fall To A Finish

Mystery Ninja vs. 4 Qualifies

When we asked Kid Kash to be a part of Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling he agreed to come in if one condition was met, he could bring in his Mystery Ninja with him. So intrigued with the prospect of a Mystery Ninja we have put him straight into the main event and he has a chance to become the first SWEW Champion. Nothing at all is known about the ninja apart from he posses mystery powers. Trying to stop the ninja will be the other four qualifiers which will be determined from the following four matches:

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Chris Ca$h vs. Trent Acid

When Trent Acid heard all that stands before a SWEW Heavyweight Championship match was Chris Ca$h he said he could just phone it in and make it to the final. However Ca$h not to be confused with Kash has promised to give Trent a run for his ‘money’ and has said he is a very powerful friend that could be coming to SWEW in the next few months.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Winner Of Fall Advances

Alex Shelley & Jimmy Jacobs (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Havana Pitbulls

With only one place available in this match to get to the big one with only the winner of the fall going to challenge for the SWEW Heavyweight Championship these four men might no only have to beat there opponent but maybe even there partner. Alex Shelley has phoned the SWEW offices and was very confident on getting past the Havana Pitbulls and says if Jimmy gets in his way he will stop him. We have had no contact from the Pitbulls since they signed up but they are known to be very dangerous.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Danny Daniels vs. Kid Kash

Will Kid Kash be able to meet his Mystery Ninja in the finals? Was it a coincidence that both mens names have the same first letter for there first and last name? Find out at Go Go Go.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Blue Skull Hat Match

Jimmy Rave vs. Joey Matthews

In what might possible be the greatest match ever in the history of our sport Jimmy Rave will take on Joey Matthews in a Blue Hat Match which will see the winner gain a shot for the SWEW Heavyweight Championship and be forced to ware a blue skull hat for the rest of his time in SWEW for some reason. Jimmy Rave is looking forward to winning a major championship for the first time in his life but Matthews fresh from a stint honing his skills on a remote Island off the Pacific Coast will put up a strong fight.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Number #1 Contenders Match

Samoa Joe vs. Spanky vs. Zack Gowen

With two huge stars in Samoa Joe and Spanky along with one-legged wonder Zack Gowen this is a money match. All three men will be looking to have a shot at the newly crowned SWEW Heavyweight Champion next month on August 8th and they all have a very good chance. Samoa Joe doesn’t like small people, and especially small people with disabilities so Spanky and Zack Gowen might have to feel the wrath of Joe who was visibly choking out a invisible Gowen when we SWEW officials told him to the face of what he will be doing on this debut show.

Delirious & Matt Sydal (w/ Daizee Haze) vs. Joker & Sabian

IT’S JUST A MATCH

Tickets are still available on the door at $15 or through www.swew.com. We are at the Guthrie Center, Iowa on July 17th and we hope you are there as we bring the fun as the first ever SWEW Heavyweight Champion is crowned.

Is there any point to put the word 'Wrestling' two times in the name? Or are you just milking it for all it's worth?

Because it is cra3y and you never know what going to happen next in the SWEW.

Pre Show

A car pulls up outside the arena and Alex Shelley, Jimmy Jacobs and Becky Bayless come out, there are around 50 fans outside shouting HUSS to Jacobs who smiles and walks inside the building with Shelley and Becky following him into the building.

Spanky and Trent Acid are laughing and joking. Trent says he’s going to take this shit home and become champion as he has the easiest qualifier, Spanky tells Trent to get ready for next month as he will be number one contender and he will take the shit that Trent wins tonight home, they start laughing again as Trent says that’s ridiculous.

Joey Matthews is backstage and he cuts a promo on his opponent tonight Jimmy Rave saying he will win the Blue Skull Hat match and then become the first SWEW Champion. He also threatens the mystery ninja and says he doesn’t care what powers he has, he just isn’t Joey Matthews.

Show Time

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Winner Of Fall Advances

Alex Shelley & Jimmy Jacobs (w/Becky Bayless) d. Havana Pitbulls

Both teams got nice pops as they came out as the SWEW had there first ever match. The Pitbulls took early control of the match and Reyes came close to picking up the pinfall after a stump-piledriver on Shelley. The finish came when Jacobs knocked Reyes to the floor and Shelley locked in a STF on Romero as referee Paul Turner checked for a tap, Reyes came up behind Jacobs however Jacobs turned round in time to small package Reyes, Paul Turner saw this and counted the three as Jacobs picked up the pin for his team just as Romero started to tap. Alex Shelley celebrates thinking he is advancing to the main event but when Prazak announces Jacobs will infact be going, he doesn’t look pleased and confronts Jacobs and they have to be separated by Becky as Shelley goes to the back. The crowd shout HUSS at Jacobs as he is the first man to be facing the ninja in tonight’s main event.

Jacobs.

Result - Shelley and Jacobs win. Jacobs advances to the Main Event.

*** (14:29)

Main Event – Mystery Ninja vs. Jimmy Jacobs vs. 3 other competitors

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Trent Acid d. Chris Ca$h

Acid does is usual on the way to the ring and flashes his money in Ca$hs face, Ca$h replies by taking his own Ca$h out of his $5000 pants. This annoys Trent who slaps Ca$h in the face. Trent Acid was able to pick the win after a good performance by Ca$h who came close to a shock win after a Shining Wizard but Trent kicked out at two. At the ten minute mark after Ca$h missed a top rope dropkick, Trent signalled it was over and hit Ca$h with a flurry of Yakuza Kicks to pick up the win. After the match Trent took out all of Ca$hs money from his pocket and left as he advances to the main event.

Result - Trent Acid wins. Trent advances to the Main Event.

**1/2 (10:28)

Main Event – Mystery Ninja vs. Jimmy Jacobs vs. Trent Acid vs. 2 other competitors

Joker & Sabian d. Delirious & Matt Sydal (w/ Daizee Haze)

A rather long match for the foursome which didn’t go down so well with the crowd. Due to the rather unknown CZW alumni of Joker and Sabian. The two team’s styles didn’t really match and it was the much bigger men of Joker and Sabian who picked up the win after Joker hit the Joker Driver on Delirious. Sabian and Joker beat down Sydal and Delirious after the match for some reason.

Result - Joker and Sabian win

* (14:05)

We go backstage into Alex Shelley and Jimmy Jacobs’s lockeroom who are still arguing. Jacobs says Shelley would have done the same and Shelley gets in Jacobs face again so Jacobs’s snaps and starts screaming HUSS at Shelley until Becky tells Shelley to leave. Shelley picks up his bags and leaves the building.

Before his match Kid Kash comes out to the ring, he says his mystery ninja is in the back but don’t go near him as he is going to flip out and kill all 2000 fans in the audience. He warns Danny Daniels that if he doesn’t lay down for him that the ninja will kill him in the middle of the ring.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Danny Daniels d. Kid Kash

Daniels REFUSED to lie to Kash and the two battled for up to ten minutes long. Kash thought he had the match won after he hit a top rope hurricanrana on Daniels, but only got two. A frustrated Kash went up top again to attempt a moonsault but Daniels cut him off and carried him into the ring to deliver the Electric Chair Driver to pick up the win. When Kash came to he grabbed the mic and said to Daniels he will sorry and ran to the back.

Result – Danny Daniels wins. Daniels advances to the Main Event.

**1/2 (10:28)

Main Event – Mystery Ninja vs. Jimmy Jacobs vs. Trent Acid vs. Danny Daniels vs. 1 other competitor

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Qualifier Match

Blue Skull Hat Match

Joey Matthews d. Jimmy Rave

Referee Sean Hanson held up a Blue Skull Cap as both men know what they were fighting for, a shot at the SWEW Heavyweight Championship and to wear a Blue Skull Hat. Standard indy match here with two of the mainstays of the scene hear but it was Joey Matthews who picked up the win when he caught Jimmy Rave when he attempted the tilt-a-whirl Crossface and dropped Rave on the top of his head with a modified Piledriver to pick up the win. Matthews proudly wore his blue hat as he moved to the main event.

Result – Joey Matthews wins. Matthews advances to the Main Event.

**3/4 (16:18)

Main Event – Mystery Ninja vs. Jimmy Jacobs vs. Trent Acid vs. Danny Daniels vs. Joey Matthews

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Number #1 Contenders Match

Samoa Joe d. Spanky & Zack Gowen

In the money match to determine who will face the newly crowned SWEW Champion Samoa Joe faced his two biggest annoyances in life and did very well in putting them to bed. Gowen came out to a mix of boos and cheers while Spanky was super over. This was sort of worked as a handicap match with Spanky and Gowen teaming up to try and stop the bigger man. Despite Spanky coming close to a pinfall over Joe he wasn’t able. Joe managed to get his hands on Gowen and hit him with a brutal face wash and ass smash in the corner nearly killing him. Gowen nearly got revenge with a plancha but he was easily swatted away. The finish came at an unusual time of the match when Gowen and Spanky were going at it as Joe had been knocked down Spanky managed to take Gowen down before hitting the Sliced Bread #2 on Gowen. However Spanky walked right into Joe who hooked in the Choke on Spanky and fell to the ground. Spanky passed out and Joe won the match. Joe had a smirk on his face as he looked at the fallen Spanky and Gowen and left to the back.

Result - Samoa Joe wins

**1/2 (18:35)

Before the main event Don Callis came out to ringside holding the SWEW Heavyweight Championship belt. He announced that not only is the owner of the company he is also the commissioner with 100% authority. He announces that next month on August 8th SWEW will be returning to the Guthrie Centre with some new faces in toe as Jack Evans will be facing Austin Aries and in the battle of the masked men Shark Boy will take on Super Dragon and Samoa Joe will face the winner of the main event for the SWEW Heavyweight Championship. Callis goes to sit at ringside as we prepare to crown the first ever SWEW Heavyweight Champion.

Jimmy Jacobs with Becky Bayless, Trent Acid, Danny Daniels and Joey Matthews with his blue hat on comes out and they wait in the ring waiting for the Mystery Ninja. Kid Kash comes out to the ring and grabs the mic. He says his ninja is really mad now and he is going to kill all of you. The lights go out and come back on with a man in full Ninja gear is in the ring, everyone but Kash bails quickly looking scared. The ninja takes off his mask and it’s LOW-KI. The crowd erupts as Kash starts celebrating and hugging Low-Ki, Low-Ki looks at him funny and hits a stiff kick to Kash who collapse to the ground to the crowds delight. Referee Paul Turner holds up the championship belt as the rest come into the ring and the match starts with the crowd chanting Low-Kis name.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

First Fall To A Finish

Danny Daniels vs. Jimmy Jacobs (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Joey Matthews vs. Low-Ki vs. Trent Acid

Jimmy Jacobs is immediately targeted as the weak link in the match as Trent Acid is hit with a Yakuza Kick and gets up and walks into a Joey Matthews armdrag. Low-Ki goes to work on Acid with kicks to the ribs as Danny Daniels comes off the top with an axe handle on Matthews. Matthews hits Daniels with an arm drag as he came off the ropes and Acid slammed Daniels down. Acid hits three vicious chops to the chest of Jacobs as Low-Ki comes between them and hits his own chops on Jacobs and Acid to the delight of the crowd. Joey attempts to chop Ki but Low-Ki chops Matthews so hard he goes over the top. Daniels slows Ki down with a legsweep as Jacobs, Acid and Daniels stamp away on Low-Ki.

After ducking a clothesline, Acid used a deep arm drag on Low-Ki. Joey and Daniels hit Jacobs with a high double dropkick to the face. Low-Ki fights back and hits Trent Acid with a flurry of punches and kicks. Low-Ki is taken to the outside and Acid and Daniels follow him. Ki fights them off and the outside and goes up. He attempts a phoenix splash to the outside but Acid and Daniels catch Ki and throw him through a table on the outside. The crowd go crazy as Low-Ki is dead. A big spin kick from Joey floored a groggy Jacobs who goes for a pin but gets two.

A tight arm bar from Jacobs kept Acid grounded as Joey Matthews hit a stalling suplex on Jacobs. The crowd are getting behind Jimmy as Low-Ki is still out on the floor. Trent knocks down Daniels and signals to Matthews something. They wait till he gets up and they hit a T-Gimmick on Daniels. Daniels is down and out, as Trent and Joey know target Jacobs. They set up Jacobs and hit another T-Gimmick on Jacobs. Trent covers but Joey breaks it up, Joey and Trent start brawling as Low-Ki shows signs of movement on the outside. Acid and Matthews’s trade shots and get a series of 2 counts on each other. Trent Acid manages to thrown Matthews to the ground and sees a groggy Jimmy Jacobs getting up. He measures him up for a Yakuza Kick and runs up only for Low-Ki out of know where to hit a top rope splash on Acid taking them both out. Jacobs is groggily getting up and turns round and catches an oncoming Joey Matthews with a Big Yakuza Kick which knocks Matthews out and sends his hat flying over his head. Jacobs covers as Daniels attempts to break it up but is to late as Paul Turner counts to three and Jimmy Jacobs becomes the first ever SWEW Champion.

Becky Bayless gets the title and hands it to Jacobs who is in shock at finally winning a major title. The crowd are screaming HUSS as Jacobs holds up the title, Low-Ki and Danny Daniels shake Jacobs hand and raise his hands in victory as Joey Matthews and Trent Acid sulk and go to the back with Trent screaming he had it won. Jacobs celebrates with the fans a bit as we finish the show.

Result - Jimmy Jacobs wins the SWEW Championship title

***1/2 (15:27)

Post Show

Backstage Don Callis is in an office on his phone, he is telling someone that the next main event for SWEW is SWEW Champion Jimmy Jacobs vs. Samoa Joe.

Jimmy Jacobs cuts a promo with Becky. Jimmy says how important winning a top belt for his first time and he is not going to back down to anyone, even Samoa Joe despite the possibility he make be destroyed. He also warns Alex Shelley to give him respect now.

Samoa Joe smirking says he can’t believe that Jacobs is the only man he has to get past to become champion. He says he will destroy him next month infact he will kill next month. Joe says he is so much better he could beat him several times. You saw what he did to Spanky and Gowen tonight and with a title on the line there is no telling how far he can go.

As Low-Ki is getting in his car, Spanky runs up to him. Spanky asks why Ki didn’t tell him he was coming in tonight. Ki tells him to back off before Spanky challenges him to a match next month. Ki accepts then Kid Kash pulls up alongside Low-Ki and throws a milkshake at the side of his car and drives off. Low-Ki and Spanky get in Low-Kis car and speed off after him as the show finishes.

A prelim card is shown on the tape before it goes to black:

Are You Ready? (to die)

August 8th 2004

Guthrie Center, Iowa

Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling presented there debut show Go Go Go last month which saw a huge surprise on the scale of David defeating Goliath and Moses freeing the Jews as Jimmy Jacobs upset the odd and beat four other men to become the first ever SWEW Heavyweight Champion. At the appropriately named ‘Are You Ready? (to die) Jimmy Jacobs will defend his title in a match with a twist, not a Pepsi Twist just a twist.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

15 Minute Time Limit

2 out of 3 Falls

Iowa Death Match

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Samoa Joe

In a match written in stone after Samoa Joe destroyed two men last Month at Go Go Go to become number one contender for the gold and had some very derogatory comments about Jimmy Jacobs after he saw Jimmy Jacobs become the first ever SWEW Champion. We have studied his comments and he said that he is so good and badass and stuff that he could kill Jimmy Jacobs numerous times. We have agreed with this and made the title match a 2 out of 3 falls and an Iowa Death Match where anything goes. However Joe only has 15 minutes to complete this task and if he does not have 2 falls over Jacobs in this time he will not be champion. We called Joe and he said cool. We called Jimmy and he said HUSS. It’s on.

Low-Ki vs. Spanky

Spanky annoyed that his international team-mate never told him he was the mystery ninja and he was coming to SWEW (they could have shared travel costs) so Spanky challenged Low-Ki to a match which has been accepted. During this Kid Kash pulled up alongside them and through a milkshake all over Low-Kis car which really pissed him off. Kash is not down for a match but we are sure he will be around the Iowa area on August 8th as he will try to get revenge on his mystery ninja who attacked him at Go Go Go. Kash also has a problem with Danny Daniels for not respecting him in his qualifier match and has told SWEW Commissioner Don Callis to tell Daniels to watch his back.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship #1 Contenders

Danny Daniels vs. Joey Matthews vs. Trent Acid

These three men came so close to becoming Champion at Go Go Go that we at SWEW are going to give them a second chance as they have the chance to become number one contender for the gold. Trent Acid was moments away from defeating Jimmy Jacobs for the title last time round and he has been training hard for this match as he wants another shot at the gold. Matthews will be wearing his Blue Hat which he won from Jimmy Rave while Danny Daniels will have to watch his back as Kid Kash has promised his revenge on him. One match so many little things.

Alex Shelley & Zack Gowen vs. Havana Pitbulls

Last month teaming with Jimmy Jacobs, Alex Shelley was able to defeat the Havana Pitbulls of Rocky Romero and Ricky Reyes. However all was not well with Alex Shelley who did not pick up the pinfall so didn’t advance to the SWEW championship match which was won by his partner Jimmy Jacobs. Shelley was not happy with this and was even less happy to know he was on the under card teaming with Gowen (the guy with one leg) against the Pitbulls. Shelley is hoping for a big to win to fly him up to the top of the card.

Chris Ca$h vs. Delirious vs. Jimmy Rave vs. Joker vs. Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze) vs. Sabian

The Delirious/Sydal vs. Joker/Sabain match was rubbish so we are putting them in a singles match against each other. We are also putting in the young rich kid Chris Ca$h and Jimmy Rave into this match to see what they can do. There is one fall to a finish here where all six superstars know a win could mean big things for them.

Masked Mayhem Match

Shark Boy vs. Super Dragon

SWEW are delighted to be brining in two of the top masked men in the business to fight each other in what can only be known as a Masked Mayhem Match. Shark Boy is feeling confident but Super Dragon wanted us to know that it’s Hunting Season and he is after some Shark meat. Will Shark Boy be ready to face the Dragons mighty strength? Will Dragon catch the shark and beat him to a bloody pulp? Find out at SWEW ‘Are You Ready? (to die).

Austin Aries vs. Jack Evans

Always bringing in the freshest talent on the US Scene Austin Aries will be debuting against the always exiting (and debuting) Jack Evans. Evans has promised he is going to pick up a HUGE win and he is coming after Jimmy Jacobs SWEW Heavyweight Champion. Aries also has earmarked the title so both will be looking for a huge win to throw them up the rankings at SWEW.

Tickets are still available on the door at $15 or through www.swew.com. We are at the Guthrie Center, Iowa on August 8th and we hope you are there as we bring the fun as the first ever SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs defends against Samoa Joe and Low-Ki takes on Spanky.

Home Release Version

Commentator: Eric Garguilo & Don Callis

Pre Show

Alex Shelley, Becky Bayless and Jimmy Jacobs are shown entering the building earlier in the day. Shelley and Jacobs look to have made up after the last show as they are laughing and talking as they go through the arena door. Jacobs has the SWEW Title over his shoulder.

Show

Havana Pitbulls d. Alex Shelley & Zack Gowen

Don Callis has now joined Eric Garguilo into the commentary booth for the home release for the show. Alex Shelley once again in the opening match for SWEW was no happier with the end result as Zack Gowen did nothing to help his cause and it was Gowen who went down to the pinfall after a super stiff lariat from Rocky Romero turned Gowen inside out for the Pitbulls to get the win. Shelley had looked good in the match and even came close to making Reyes tap out with an inverted Boston Crab until it was broken up. Shelley looked at Gowen in disgust as he walked to the back on his own.

Result - The Havana Pitbulls win

**3/4 (12:45)

Masked Mayhem Match

Super Dragon d. Shark Boy

Great, great match here which played to both mens strengths as it allowed Dragon to use a slow build until he killed Shark Boy with two Psycho Drivers in a fluffy of violence that left Shark Boy on the verge of death. Shark Boy had attempted to use comedy and attempts to get the crowd behind him and he nearly managed to pick up the pinfall on several occasions around the 10 minute mark after reversing a DVD into a hurricanrana. However when Shark Boy missed a dropkick at 14:23 Dragon simply destroyed Shark Boy piece by piece until he finally targeted the neck and then the early mentioned Psycho Drivers to pick up the win.

Result - Super Dragon wins

***3/4 (17:28)

Delirious d. Chris Ca$h & Jimmy Rave & Joker & Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze) & Sabian

In a much better match than the tag match from last month here we saw Ca$h, Sydal and Delirious in impressive form. All six men came close at one point to getting the pinfall but it was Delirious who got the pin over Jimmy Rave after a few crazy minutes of action. Joker and Sabain were brawling on the outside when Ca$h hit a plancha on the outside. Sydal went to the top rope and hit a Shooting Star Press to the outside on the three men. Rave saw his opportunity to pick off Delirious and went to the ropes and went for his Crossface but Delirious ducked and hit his own hurricanrana and held on for the win. Delirious spazzed out after the huge win as Callis on commentary pointed out Delirious will be moving up the card now into a bigger match.

Result - Delirious wins

**1/4 (11:34)

We are backstage where we see Alex Shelley berating Zack Gowen. He says it’s a disgrace he has opened the show twice in a row and deserves better. He calls Gowen a failure for letting him down and tells Gowen to go away as he has some business to sort out for the next show.

Jack Evans d. Austin Aries

Jack Evans was super over as he and Aries brought there A-Game and put together there best match ever according to many of the fans. Aries was a superb base for Evans to bounce off and onto as the case was a lot of the time. Aries attempts to keep Evans on the mat worked to an extent and when Aries locked in a STF on Evans stretching in him in a sick way the fans thought it was over. They couldn’t have been more wrong as Evans managed to get to the ropes and then throw everything he had in his locker at Aries until he was able to go to the top rope and hit a 630 on Aries to pick up a win. Aries got a standing ovation as he went to the back as they chanted Aries. Evans danced in the ring afterwards as he left, the crowd chanted for an encore and Evans accepted and danced again in the ring then left to the back.

Result - Jack Evans wins

**** (12:49)

SWEW Heavyweight Championship Number #1 Contendership

Trent Acid d. Danny Daniels & Joey Matthews

Don Callis announced the winner of the match would go to face the SWEW Champion whoever it will be when they debut in North Dakota later in the month. Joey Matthews was out in his Blue Hat which he must wear on all SWEW appearance now. The threesome put on a good match which saw Danny Daniels and Trent Acid coming closest to pinfalls over Joey Matthews. However the pinfall came in a dubious situation when Kid Kash came through the crowd with a steel chair and smashed it over the head of Danny Daniels while the referee was checking on Joey Matthews after Acid had dumped in over the top. Daniels slowly got up but walked straight into a Trent Acid Yakuza Kick who covered Daniels to make the pin and become number one contender. Kash was chased back through the crowd by Daniels and Trent celebrated with the ladies in the crowd as he became number one contender of the SWEW title.

Result - Trent Acid wins

*** (17:37)

Low-Ki d. Spanky

SWEW produced there first ever MOTYC as international stars Low-Ki and Spanky had an epic 20 minute plus match, Low-Ki started off the stronger of the two as Low-Ki hit Spanky with flurries of kicks, punches and chops but Spanky held is ground and at the 5 minute mark started to come back into the match as he ducked and dived Low-Kis kicks and slowed him down. The match went back and forth all the way with duelling lets go Low-Ki, lets go Spanky chants through with both men coming close to a pin after Spanky counted an attempted Ki-Krusher into a reverse DDT and Low-Ki kicked out at 2 and 2/3s and when Spanky and Low-Ki were fighting on the top rope Ki through Spanky to the floor and came down with a 360 which Spanky barley kicked out of. The finish came when Spanky attempted the Sliced Bread #2 but as Spanky climbed up the ropes, Low-Ki stepped back and hooked Spanky into position for the Ki-Krusher. The crowd went mental as Ki drove Spanky to the mat and cover him for the 3. Fans were chanting match of the year as Spanky and Low-Ki shook hands, Spanky and Low-Ki went to the back together as the crowd cooled down after the match.

Result - Low-Ki wins

****1/2 (21:45)

Commissioner Don Callis comes out before the main event and thanks the fans for coming and announces they will be back at the Guthrie Centre on September 25th. He also announces after tonight’s great match there will be a Austin Aries vs. Jack Evans for the North Dakota debut on the 21st August and also the Briscoe Brothers will make there SWEW debut against the Havana Pitbulls.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

15 Minute Time Limit

2 out of 3 Falls

Iowa Death Match

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe comes out first with a steel chair in hand as the crowd get ready for the main event. Jimmy Jacobs comes out and the crowd are chanting HUSS for Jacobs all the way into the ring. Becky is wheeling out a shopping trolley full of weapons including two steel chairs, a small ladder and what looks like a pumpkin (WTF?). Jacobs holds the championship up to Joe and hands it to referee Paul Turner. The announcements and rules of the match are told to the crowd (15 minute time limit, No DQ, Joe has to beat Jacobs twice in that time to become champion). The ring bell sounds and Jimmy Jacobs sets off in his attempt to retain his title.

Samoa Joe rocked Jimmy Jacobs with a headbutt which sent Jacobs to the floor. A couple more and Jacobs is rocking in the first few seconds of the match. Joe picks up a metal sheet swings but misses. Jacobs kicks the sheet into Joes head and Joe staggers back. Jacobs picks up a steel chair and throws it at Joe and it his him square on his head and Joe tumbles through the ropes to the outside. Jacobs measures Joe and attempts a tope but he just bounces off Joe as the crowd laugh with Joe. Samoa Joe blasts Jacobs with a series of forearms to the face and showing off his power throws Jacobs back through the second tope. Samoa Joe hits a series of suplexs on Jacobs and goes for a cover but Jacobs kicks out. Jacobs attempts a weak forearm which nailed Samoa Joe who stares at him and delivers a stiff STO to Jacobs nearly breaking him in half. The crowd chant Holy Shit as Joe covers but Jacobs kicks out again. Joe sent Jacobs down with a kick to the side of the head and covers again but only gets a two. Joe looking annoyed now picks up a Singapore Cane and snaps it over Jacobs head busting him open. It was annoyed they were half way through the allotted 15 minutes as Joe made a cover:

Jacobs kicks out

Joe goes to the outside looks under the ring and gets a table. He brings it in the ring and sets it up as Jacobs slowly gets up, Jacobs picks up the small ladder but Joe sees this and superkicks the ladder which falls on Jacobs. Samoa Joe sets Jacobs on the top rope and attempts to throw him off the top rope through the table but Jacobs kicks Joe in the head and comes off the top with a dropkick which sends the big man down. Jacobs HUSSes up as the crowd eat this up and charges at Joe with a shoulder block and he knocks him down, he goes for another one and knocks Joe down again. Jacobs hits the ropes and goes for a third but Joe catches Jacobs throws him up into a powerbomb position and throws him into and through the table with great force. Joe covers Jacobs at (11:19) for the cover and to win the first fall. There is a 30 second rest break as Joe looks ready to kill Jacobs as Becky manages to revive Jimmy and give him some water which he drinks. The bell rings and Samoa Joe has just over 3 minutes to beat Jacobs again to become champion.

Jacobs now a bloody mess and Joe square off and Jacobs spits the water in Samoa Joes eyes blinding him for a few moments. Jacobs picks up a steel chair and hits him not once, not twice but thrice and Joe falls down. Jacobs covers but Joe kicks out at two. 2 minutes are announced as been left as Jacobs continues hitting Joe with a chair on the mat. He takes the steel chair up with him and goes for a chair-elbow but Joe moves and the chair smashes off the ground into Jacobs head. Joe is slowly up with around a minute left as he measured Jacobs up for something as he slowly gets up himself. Joe runs and goes for a lariat but Jacobs ducks. Jacobs goes for a big yakuza kick but Joe catches the leg turns Jacobs round and locks in the choke.

Jacobs tries to fight it by going to the ropes but Joe manages to get Jacobs to the ground. The crowd are screaming for Jacobs not to tap, Paul Turner check Jacobs as the ring bell is rung and Jacobs tapes out. Joe gets up celebrating as Paul Turner, the ring announcer and time keeper consult. The ring announcer gets on the mic and says that the 15 minute time limit expired before Jacobs tapped so the match is a draw so still SWEW Heavyweight Champion is Jimmy Jacobs. Samoa Joe goes berserk as the referee and all the staff move from ringside. Joe gets in an argument with Becky as medical staff come to the ring and surround as road agents come down and surround Samoa Joe who eventually goes to the back. Medical staff helps Jacobs to the back as the crowd chant HUSS to Jacobs all the way to the back.

Result – Draw (Jimmy Jacobs retains the SWEW Heavyweight Championship)

Post Show

We see Jimmy Jacobs been stitched up by the medical staff with Becky holding the SWEW Heavyweight Champion. Jacobs looks hurt but in good spirits as he has kept hold of the SWEW Heavyweight Championship.

Trent Acid cuts a promo hyping his SWEW Heavyweight Championship match against champion Jimmy Jacobs later this month in North Dakota. Trent says he was seconds from beating Jacobs at Go Go Go and he will not slip up again and he will become champion after seeing the beating Jacobs took earlier in the night. He shows all the money the fans gave him tonight and put all $118 he made up for grabs against Jacobs next month before leaving.

Kid Kash pulls up in his car where a camera is waiting for some reason and says he did what he said he would do and embarrass Danny Daniels and will do once again in North Dakota as he takes Daniels on one-on-one before speeding off again.

We got back into the lockeroom and Low-Ki and Spanky are talking about there match earlier in the night when Samoa Joe bursts in looking pissed off and knocks past Low-Ki. Low-Ki gets in Joes face and Joe asks if Low-Ki wants some, Low-Ki says he only fight in the ring. Joe says August 21st be there. That moment Alex Shelley comes into the room. He says he hears this is the main event lockeroom and Shelley says this is perfect because he wants a main event match which any chump that wants some on the 21st. Spanky steps up to the plate and it’s on in North Dakota.

SWEW Presents A PARTY

August 21st 2004

Hallom Arena, North Dakota

Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling is proud to invite you to a party. Tickets are only $15 and that includes free punch. Tickets are selling fast and we have a star-studded show for you:

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

$118 Challenge Match

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Trent Acid

Somehow someway Jimmy Jacobs only got beat once in 15 minutes in the Iowa Death Match on August 8th by Samoa Joe and retained the SWEW Heavyweight Championship. Trent Acid you was moments away from winning the title over Jacobs on the debut show now has his chance for revenge and Trent Acid has put up the $118 he made from the fans at the last show up for grabs. Trent Acid has phoned up the SWEW offices several times since August 8th trying to find out the condition of Jimmy Jacobs but we have no idea the condition of Jacobs coming into this one.

Low-Ki vs. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe came within seconds of becoming SWEW Heavyweight Champion at the last show when Jimmy Jacobs tapped to Joes choke just as the time limit bell rang. Joe was furious and went on a rampage all through the backstage until he got to his lockeroom where Low-Ki was standing. Joe challenged Low-Ki to a fight, Low-Ki said only in the ring. It’s ON.

Main Event Match

Alex Shelley vs. Spanky

After a disappointing two shows for Alex Shelley he wants to prove he can mix with the best as he takes on Spanky in a main event match. The premise of the match is simple. Spanky a main event star has lost two bug matches with SWEW, Alex Shelley wants to take his place and he can if he can defeat Spanky in a match that could shake the SWEW roster up good and proper.

Briscoe Brothers vs. Havana Pitbulls

In preparation for a possible tag team division SWEW commissioner Don Callis has signed up Jay and Mark the Briscoe Brothers to take on the Havana Pitbulls who have been impressive in recent weeks. THIS WILL ROCK.

Austin Aries vs. Jack Evans

After Austin Aries and Jack Evans stole the show on August 8th we are putting them together with both men knowing how much a win in this one will mean. Evans came out on top last time when he delivered the 630 to Evans. Aries has challenged Evans to attempt a 720 this time, we haven’t had word from Evans if he will do this, but he might not get a chance if Aries stretches him like he did last time. OUCH.

Danny Daniels vs. Kid Kash

Kid Kash brought in Low-Ki as his mystery ninja at the debut show. Low-Ki turned on Kash to the crowds delight seconds after Kash announced him. Early that night Daniels defeated Kash and Kash has been pissed at both Low-Ki and Daniels since then. He has thrown a milkshake at Low-Kis car at the end of the debut show and at the last show Kash cost Danny Daniels a shot at the SWEW Heavyweight Championship. Kash has promised he will embarrass Daniels once again as they go one on one for a second time.

Delirious vs. “Blue Hat Guy” Joey Matthews

Delirious won a six way match on the last show and has moved himself up the card and he will go one on one with the Blue Hat Guy Joey Matthews in a match where a win for Delirious will send him even further up the card but a loss for Matthews could prove disastrous.

Chris Ca$h vs. Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze) vs. Super Dragon

Chris Ca$h and Matt Sydal were impressive in the six way from the last so have been placed in a match together. We have added Super Dragon so he can hurt both of them. We have also heard that Chris Ca$h is getting ready to spend some cash to get some powerful friends into SWEW.

Tickets are still available on the door for the party at $15 or through www.swew.com. We are at the Hallom Arena, North Dakota on August 21st and we hope you are there as we bring the fun as the SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs defends against Trent Acid, Low-Ki takes on Samoa Joe and the Briscoe Brothers make there debut against the Havana Pitbulls.

SWEW Present A Party

21/8/2004

Hallom Arena, North Dakota

Attendance: 1278

Home Release Version

Commentator: Eric Garguilo & Don Callis

No time for any preshow shenanigans as we get the party underway. Kid Kash comes to the ring and grabs a mic, he calls everyone in the building an arsehole and tells Danny Daniels that not only he will embarrass him once again tonight, that he will challenge Low-Ki to a match at the next show because he is not scared of midgets.

Kid Kash d. Danny Daniels

Daniels and Kash put on a good brawl where we saw Kash pick up his first win in SWEW. Kash dominated the whole match but was unable to get pinfall over Daniels. This frustrated him so much that he was unable to get the pinfall that he started to slip and let Daniels back into the match. Kid Kash was able to get the win when he cradled Danny Daniels, then used the ropes for leverage to get a three count. After the match, Kid Kash celebrated outrageously, until Low-Ki came through the curtains, Kash rand for his life through the crowd as Delirious sprints out to the ring past Low-Ki and starts running the ropes.

Result – Kid Kash wins

**3/4 (10:45)

Delirious d. “Blue Hat Guy” Joey Matthews

Delirious was running the ropes for a good minute before Joey Matthews came out wearing the Blue Hat of doom. Delirious picked up a big win when Matthews went for a DDT off the top rope for Delirious shoved Matthews down and he hit a top rope leg drop on Matthews for the win. Matthews seemed shock as Delirious spazzed out to the delight of the 1000+ fans in attendance.

Result - Delirious wins

*** (9:35)

Havana Pitbulls d. Briscoe Brothers

This is the second meeting on the Indy scene between these two Indy mega teams after a match for Ring of Honor earlier in the year. Sadly this wasn’t the classic we were expecting as things just didn’t seem to click for them. Still it was a good match which saw the Havana Pitbulls beat the Briscoes after looking for so long like they might lose. Jay and Mark used quick tags and a unusual heel in peril took place with Ricky Reyes been cut off for around six minutes at the 12 minute mark after both teams had earlier come close to getting a pinfall. However when Jay went for a Jay Driller on Ricky he was unable to lift him and Reyes backbodydropped out of it and tagged in Romero. Romero just killed Jay with a lariat and knocked Mark off the apron. Jay slowly up was knocked down from behind from Reyes who then went to cut off Mark as Romero measured Jay up and hit a second stiff lariat on Jay and covered for the 3.

Result – Havana Pitbulls wins

***1/4 (20:45)

Super Dragon d. Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze) & Chris Cash

Ca$h came out with handful of dollar bills and through them into the crowd to there delight. Super Dragon already in the ring took offence to this and through Ca$h headfirst into the ringpost before taking Sydal down and pulling his fingers back so far Sydal screamed. A nice three-way match occurred with Sydal and Ca$h both coming close to getting pinfalls over each other while Dragon had been knocked to the outside after Sydal and Ca$h double teamed Dragon and Sydal hit a hurricanrana on the outside to Super Dragon. The finish came when Ca$h and Sydal were fighting on the top rope after Sydal had set Ca$h up on the top. Sydal managed to throw Ca$h down and set up for a frogsplash but Super Dragon caught Sydal on the top and drove him down to the ground with a Dragon Bomb and he covered Sydal for the three. After Sydal and Dragon left Ca$h started to give more money out to the crowd however Joker and Sabian came through the crowd and beat down Ca$h. Joker hit a Joker Driver on Ca$h right in the middle of the ring before officials came to break them up. Joker and Sabian left back through the crowd.

Result – Super Dragon wins

*** (14:34)

Austin Aries d. Jack Evans

Aries and Evans couldn’t match up to what they did at the last show but they still brought a great showing to the Hallom Arena. Evans delighted the crowd with his break dancing before the match as Aries seemed more intense tonight and it was that intensity what brought him through to revenge his defeat to Evans from the last show. As Aries had challenged Evans to do he went for a 720 and went to the top rope after Evans had managed to escape Aries onslaught of offence. However Aries was playing possum and attacked Evans on the top rope and pushed him off the top rope to the outside in a sick moment as the crowd chanted wholly shit. Evans barely got in after the 10 count, and when he did Aries hit a brainbuster on Evans and mimicked Evans break dancing before going to the top rope and hitting a 450 splash of his own to get the pin.

Result – Austin Aries wins

***3/4 (12:19)

As Austin Aries celebrated Jack Evans slowly got up and asked for a mic. He said that it’s on each and he wants a decider against Aries for 5th September for the second North Dakota show in a Ladder match. The crowd popped as Aries accepted the challenge.

We go backstage as we see Alex Shelley doing some last minute warming up and is looking almost in a trance before his big match with Spanky.

Main Event Match

Spanky d. Alex Shelley

Both men got nice reaction from the crowd on the way to the ring as Alex Shelley looked to prove he could hang with the top guys in SWEW. Shelley managed to get into his grove early on and hooked a few painful submission moves on Spanky including a very innovative full nelson which the crowd cheered for, but Spanky managed to get to the ropes. Spanky came close to hitting the Sliced Bread #2 at the 10 minute mark but Shelley held onto the ropes and Spanky couldn’t hit it. The finish came when Shelley had hooked a STF but couldn’t quite hook the legs right and Spanky rolled over with Shelley’s arm trapped in Spankys legs and Shelley was unable to kick out of the rollup and Spanky picked up the win. Shelley couldn’t believe he had lost to a rollup and squared up to ref Paul Turner before getting in Spankys face. Spanky and Shelley argued until Shelley just went to the back, Spanky celebrated with the fans as Shelley got a few boos from the crowd after his unsportsmanlike like behaviour just then.

Result – Spanky wins

***1/2 (16:09)

Samoa Joe d. Low-Ki

In the match of the night Samoa Joe and Low-Ki nearly beat each other to death in this match of epic proportions. The match was none stop relented striking for 15 minutes with both men getting close calls. The fans were split with lets go Joe and lets go Low-Ki chants as two of the best went to toe to but it was Samoa Joe who finally got the win after a series of big chops followed up by a big STO on Low-Ki the crowd were firmly against Joe as he covered for the pin. Callis and Garguilo played up the fact on what a huge victory this was. Joe had a big smile on his face as he went to the back.

Result – Samoa Joe wins

****1/4 (15:39)

A camera follows Samoa Joe to the back and into his lockeroom where the Havana Pitbulls congratulate him. Joe says the plan is still on before seeing the camera man and telling him to get the fuck out of here.

Before the main event Don Callis come out again and announces next show matches so far for September 5th will be Austin Aries taking on Jack Evans in a Ladder match which the crowd popped big for, Low-Ki will take on Kid Kash and Chris Ca$h has challenged Sabian and Joker to a tag match but no partner for Ca$h in known as of this time. Callis thanked the fans for coming to there debut in North Dakota and said the attendance of 1278 was a great outing and told us to look forward to the main event.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

$118 Challenge Match

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Trent Acid

Trent Acid came out dressed up like Jimmy Jacobs with furry boots and all. He was holding up the $118 and shouting HUSS with the crowd laughing with or at him we weren’t sure. Jacobs and Becky came out with the belt over Jacobs head. Jacobs was screaming HUSS and the crowd we firmly behind him. The introductions were made and the match was on.

Trent Acid scored with a quick snap rana on Jacobs. Jacobs and Acid then squared up only for Acid to pound Jacobs with right hands to the face of Jacobs. Trent goes for an early cover but Jacobs is out at one. Trent Acid caught Jacobs with a dropkick as he came off the ropes after ducking a clothesline from Jacobs, Trent Acid bounced off the ropes and came back with a lightning kick and a dropkick sent Jacobs to the outside as Jimmy can’t get into this thing at all. Jacobs comes back into the ring but is cut off by the impressive Acid.

Trent Acid applied a hammerlock to Jacobs, and then turned it into a bodyslam to weaken the arm. Acid put Jacobs down with a huge chop and covers again but Jacobs kicks out as Jacobs is not getting any offence at all. Acid short-arm clotheslines Jacobs then hit a spinning elbow to floor Jacobs and go for another pin but only got a two. Acid looking agitated looks in a headlock but Becky starts pounding (the mat) and the fans start clapping and Jimmy is revitalized as he elbows out of it and starts to HUSS up. Jimmy Jacobs floors Acid. Acid hits three vicious chops to the chest of Jacobs but does not sell them and Jimmy Jacobs floors Acid with a big Yakuza Kick and covers

A Jimmy celebrates, the Havana Pitbulls and Samoa Joe storm the ring and surround Jimmy, Becky gets in Joes face but she is shoved down. Jacobs attacks Joe but is swatted down as the Pitbulls and Joe stamp away on Jimmy to huge boos until Alex Shelley and Spanky come running down with steel chairs in hand. Joe and Reyes leave the ring as Spanky manages to get a shot in on Romero. Jacobs is laid out and the heels seem happy with there work as Shelley and Spanky start arguing again as Becky tends to Jimmy as the show ends.

Result - Jimmy Jacobs wins

Post show

Backstage Alex Shelley, Jimmy Jacobs, Becky Bayless and Spanky announce that Don Callis has booked them against the Havana Pitbulls and Samoa Joe in the main event for the 5th September show in a 6 man tag match. The faces looked pretty together in the interview and said they are looking forward to the match

Trent Acid is pacing up and down backstage obviously annoyed, he sees Matt Sydal leaving the building and challenges him to a match because he is annoyed and stuff. Sydal accepts.

A camera is outside Low-Kis lockeroom, a man dressed fully in black comes out with his face blocked by a black ninja mask. We go inside Low-Kis lockeroom and Low-Ki is knocked out covered in blood on the floor, the camera fades to black.

4th Show Spectacular

September 5th 2004

Hallom Arena, North Dakota

Everyone said they wouldn’t make it but SWEW have proved everyone wrong and on September 5th we are proud to present our 4th Show Spectacular with a stacked card including the debut of the ‘Phenomenal’ AJ Styles in SWEW. Tickets are only $15 and we hope you can be there with the following attractions:

Six Man Tag Match

Alex Shelley, Jimmy Jacobs (w/Becky Bayless) & Spanky vs. Samoa Joe & The Havana Pitbulls

RECAP: On the first show Jimmy Jacobs upset the Havana Pitbulls along with Alex Shelley to defeat the Pitbulls and move onto the main event where he captured the SWEW Heavyweight Championship which upset Alex Shelley who usually gets the better of his long term friend. Samoa Joe defeated Spanky and Zack Gowen on the opening show to have the chance to fight the SWEW Champion on the second show. On the second show the Havana Pitbulls defeated Alex Shelley and Zack Gowen which was totally Gowens fault, Shelley was further pissed off when Jacobs retained his title over Samoa Joe due to the time limit expiring which sent Joe into a rage backstage in the Guthrie Arena. On the last show Spanky faced Alex Shelley in a very even match which Spanky won with a rollup. Shelley was not happy with this and argued heavily with Spanky after the match. After Jimmy Jacobs retained his title over Trent Acid, the ring was stormed by Samoa Joe and the Havana Pitbulls who brutally attacked Jacobs but Alex Shelley and Spanky made the save for Jimmy and chased the Pitbulls and Joe away with steel chairs. After the show Shelley, Spanky and Jacobs announced the six man tag has been made. SWEW commissioner Don Callis has also announced some stipulations to the match, if Samoa Joe team wins he receives a title shot on the return to Iowa on September 25th however if Joe’s team loses he never receives a title shot while Jacobs is champion. High steaks have been made for the match whom both teams can’t lose for the sake of Samoa Joe and SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs.

Kid Kash vs. Low-Ki

On the first show Low-Ki was announced as Kashs mystery ninja. Low-Ki soon turned on him and Kash infuriated with his has vowed his revenge on Low-Ki. After dealing with his other foe Danny Daniels he is now to go one on one with Low-Ki. However will Low-Ki be ready? After been brutalised in his defeat to Samoa Joe he was also attacked in his lockeroom by a mystery man in black. Who was that man? Was it Kid Kash? Was it someone new or old to SWEW? Will he appear on September 5th? Find out by buying tickets at www.SWEW.com.

Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze) vs. Trent Acid

Annoyed with losing in his SWEW Heavyweight Championship match against Jimmy Jacobs he challenged Matt Sydal to a match. A win for Acid will cement his place in SWEW above the rest while a Sydal win will shoot him up the card.

Ladder Match

Austin Aries vs. Jack Evans

The score is one each between the two after two superb matches which have been grabbing the attention of the Internet fans. Now Evans made the challenge to settle this in a Ladder match with Aries accepted. The duo won’t be climbing to grab a belt or anything for that matter. They will be climbing so they can hurt there opponent. Will Evans be able to hit a 720 which Aries attempted to goad him into at the last show? Will Aries be able to ground Evans? Whoever wins it is sure to rocket them to the top of the card.

Danny Daniels vs. 'Blue Hat Guy' Joey Matthews

Coming off loses against Kid Kash and Delirious respectively both men need victories to keep a place on the SWEW roster.

Masked Mayhem Match

Delirious vs. Super Dragon

The second SWEW Masked Mayhem Match pitches two men on an impressive run with both men picking up big wins on the last few shows. Dragon has promised to rip Delirious open, grab his heart and throw it into the crowd. We have had no contact with Delirious but I would guess he is worried.

Joker & Sabian vs. Styles Ca$h

Chris Ca$h has spent his money and has hired one of the top names in the US AJ Styles to become his regular tag team partner in SWEW under the name of Styles Ca$h. Styles Ca$h first match will be against Joker and Sabian who attacked Ca$h at the last show. Ca$h is hoping teaming with AJ Styles will be able to get him matches higher up on the card and Styles is looking forward with someone who he sees as a AJ Styles of 2001.

Tickets are still available on the door for the party at $15 or through www.swew.com. We are at the Hallom Arena, North Dakota on September 5th and we hope you are there as we bring the fun as the SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs teams up with Alex Shelley and Spanky and faces the Havana Pitbulls and Samoa Joe. You will also see the SWEW debut of AJ Styles as he teams with his partner Chris Ca$h as the team Styles Ca$h.

PRESHOW

We are shown highlights of the Joe vs. Jacobs from Are You Ready (to die?) and the post match beat down after Jacobs beat Trent Acid at Presents a Party from Samoa Joe and the Havana Pitbulls with Spanky and Shelley making the save to make the six man tag match for tonight.

Jimmy Jacobs and Becky Bayless arrive via taxi and get out with a few fans waiting outside the arena with around five hours to go before the start. Jacobs signs a few autographs for his fans and goes inside. There is no Alex Shelley with them as the crowd chant HUSS at Jacobs as he enters the building.

Trent Acid is backstage and cuts a promo on Matt Sydal saying he will get past him like the nothing he is and he promises revenge on Jacobs tonight for defeating him in the SWEW Heavyweight Championship match at the last show Presents a Party. He also says with Joey Matthews at the next show he will become one half of the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions.

SHOW

Danny Daniels d. ‘Blue Hat Guy’ Joey Matthews

Trent Acid would not have been happy after seeing Danny Daniels defeating his tag team partner Joey Matthews without to much difficultly. Daniels simply kept Matthews on the ground and pounded away on him and worked the lower back by digging his knee into it and pulling his arms back. Matthews made a brief come back but it was easily thwarted by the impressive Daniels who grounded Matthews after he dodged a dropkick. The win for Daniels was inevitable and he finished the match with his Electric Chair Driver for the 3 count

Result – Danny Daniels wins

(9:03) **3/4

As Joey Matthews leaves the ring, Danny Daniels celebrated his win when Kid Kash comes through the entrance with mic in hand and stands at ringside out of reach of Daniels. Kash says he would berate Daniels again but he doesn’t want to embarrass him once again. Daniels lunges at Kash on the outside but Kash runs down the aisle. He tells Daniels to watch it before going on another rant saying he will beat Low-Ki tonight and then he will unveil his mystery partner who was the person who attacked Low-Ki at the end of the last show. Then Kash and his mystery partner will go to the SWEW Tag Team tournament and win and become champions. He tells Daniels to go fuck him self before going to the back. The crowd were chanting asshole to Kash all the way through this. Daniels gets a nice reception from the crowd as he goes to the back.

Masked Mayhem Match

Delirious draw Super Dragon

The two masked men put on a good show which was full of Super Dragon attempting to murder Delirious for a good portion of the match. Head stomp, double head stomp and the dreaded triple head stomp were three of the moves Dragon attempted to put the weird one down but Delirious came back for more each time. Delirious came close to causing what some might call a upset when he and Dragon were fighting on the top rope he pushed Dragon down and hit a leg drop from the top rope on Dragon who kicked out at 2.9999. Neither man was able to pick up the win after the 15 minute time limit which apparently these Masked Mayhem Matches have and the time limit ended and the duo got a nice applause from the crowd. Super Dragon and Delirious had a stare down at the end but Dragon bowed to Delirious and went to the back.

Result – Time Limit Draw

(15:00) ***

Styles Ca$h d. Joker & Sabian

Styles got a huge ovation from the crowd as he came out with Ca$h who once again gave dollar bills to the crowd. Joker and Sabian put up a good fight as they prepare for the tag team tournament where they will face the team of Alex Shelley and Low-Ki who have been forced to tag with each other and are not happy with it in the first round. AJ Styles picked up the win for his team on his debut when he hit the Styles Clash on Joker for the win. Ca$h and Styles worked well together as they teamed for the first time and Callis played up the fact that Ca$h has bought one of the best in the business as his tag partner and it has seemed to work.

Result – Styles Ca$h wins

(11:09) **3/4

After the match AJ grabs a mic and thanks the fans for coming and he is delighted to come to SWEW. He says that he and Chris will defeat Trent Acid and Joey Matthews in the first round of the tag team tournament. Trent Acids music suddenly hits as he comes to the ring with a serious look on his face moments before his match with Matt Sydal, he just blanks Styles and Ca$h and shoes them out of the ring as they head to the back. Trent has a smile on his face as Sydal comes down.

Trent Acid d. Matt Sydal (w/Daizee Haze)

Acid and Sydal had a very nice match which saw the more experienced Acid pick up the win. Sydal came close to picking up a win when he knocked Acid down with a big dropkick and went up top for a Shooting Star Press. However Acid was able to get his knees up and this knocked all the wind out of Sydal who was worked on for a few minutes with a series of arm drags and chops before Acid finished Sydal off with a big Yakuza Kick to get the win.

Result - Trent Acid wins

(13:45) ***1/4

A camera follows Trent Acid back to lockeroom, we hear him been congratulated by a few people but we can’t see who as Acid slams the door shut.

Ladder Match

Austin Aries vs. Jack Evans

A ladder was set up in the middle of the ring before the duo came down to the ring. Evans came to the ring first climbed the ladder and was sat on the top of the ladder waiting for Aries. Austin came down and looked up at Evans and got in the ring. As the announcements were been made Evans launched himself off the top of the ladder with a flying crossbody as the match got underway

The fans were going crazy Jack Evans landed on top of Aries. He pushes the ladder down on Aries head, picked it up and drove the ladder into the ribs of Aries. Evans has made a flying start to the match as he is not slowing down for anything. Evans hits the ropes and knocks Aries down with a somersault clothesline variation which was just insane and covers for one. Evans knocks Aries down again and climbed up the middle of the ropes and hit a springboard leap frog on Aries who rolls to the outside to catch a breath as Evans had been all over him. Evans climbed the ropes and went for a moonsault but Aries dodged and Evans crashed to the mat on the outside. Aries hit Evans with an arm drag on the floor sending him into the steel railings with huge impact. Aries picks Evans up and admires the big Evans shape dint in the railings as he throws him inside. A small Austin chant starts up as Aries takes Evans down in a chin lock after getting a 2 count. Aries dumped Evans on top of the ladder and went to the top rope. He signalled for his 450 but Evans got up and knocked Aries off the top rope and down to the outside.

Jack Evans dived off the top turnbuckle to the outside with a flying tackle onto Aries. Evans pulled the ladder to the outside and drove the ladder into the ribs of Aries. He attempted it again but Aries kicked the ladder into Evans face. He throws Evans back in the ring and took the ladder with him. Aries picked the ladder up and changed Evans down with it. Austin Aries used a waist-lock into a takedown on Evans and locked in a STF on Evans. Evans slowly crawls to the ropes as the crowd tries to get behind him. There are no rope breaks so Evans crawls up the ropes till he can kick Aries off him. Aries hits a superkick to Evans and goes to the pinfall and gets a two. Aries picks up the ladder and throws it on top of Evans. Aries climbs the ropes and comes down with a stomp on top of the ladder crushing Jack. Aries goes for it again but Evans kicks the ladder up in the air and Aries crotches himself on the ladder and both men are down. Both men slowly get up and put the ladder up and both start climbing up.

Austin and Evans are hammering away at each other on top of the 14ft ladder. Aries knocks Evans head into the top of the ladder and Evans crashes to the mat. Aries dived off the top of the ladder to elbow drop Evans. Both men are down but Aries slowly covers Jack

Evans just kicks out. Austin Aries used a knee breaker to soften up Evans. He goes for another one but Evans somehow flips out and hammers at Aries head and knocks his head into the ladder. Evans went to the top rope and scored with a diving senton on Austin Aries he covers and gets a two. Evans slingshot into the ring with a senton legdrop on Austin Aries. Evans saw this as his big opportunity. He scaled the ropes and hit his 630:

Aries kicked out of the 630. The crowd and Evans couldn’t believe it; Evans looks up at the ladder and starts climbing. The crowd are chanting please don’t die for Evans who looks up to the skies as he stands on top of the ladder and hits a 810 splash on Aries. The crowd are going crazy as that gets the pin.

After the match, both men were up slowly to a huge reception after a great match where they both gave it all. Evans extended his hand to Aries but he refused and went to the back to great heat. Evans never did his usual break dancing as he soaked up the praise from the fans. Both men will hope this match will sky rocket them to the top of SWEW and Evans will be hoping at the next show he can become a SWEW Tag Team Champion as he teams with Jimmy Rave.

Result - Jack Evans wins

(18:59) ****

Kid Kash d. Low-Ki

After the last match the crowd was kind of out of it, but when Low-Kis music hit they popped right up again as Low-Ki looked as bad ass as ever. Kash came out to huge heat as he has established himself as one of SWEWs top heels. Low-Ki murdered Kash in the opening with stiff kicks and chops. Kash heeled himself into the match with a low blow and worked a faster pace on Low-Ki than usual, as Kash occasionally looked at the entrance ramp with a look of worry on his face. The end of the match came after Kid Kash had thrown Low-Ki into the referee, he grabbed a steel chair and was about to crash it down on Low-Ki when Danny Daniels hit the ring, he took the steel chair from Kash, and swung it straight into the face of Low-Ki? Kash looked delighted as Daniels woke up ref Hanson and made him cover the fallen Low-Ki as Kash covered for the win.

Result – Kid Kash wins

(15:05) ***

Kash is on the mic once again as Daniels is stomping away at Low-Ki. Kash says it was all a set up and Daniels is his partner for the tag team tournament, which they will win by the way. Kash said he warned Low-Ki not to mess with him and said that he and Daniels set Low-Ki up after the first show and it worked a treat. Kash gave Low-Ki another kick to the stomach and left with Daniels who is now a heel I guess.

Commissioner Don Callis comes out and reminds the fans about the SWEW Tag Team Tournament at the next show on September 25th back in Iowa and he also announces Delirious will take on Austin Aries and Spanky will take on Super Dragon at the next show. Callis invites AJ Styles to the ring who comes down. Callis asks why he never returned his calls but when Ca$h came with his money Styles was on the first plane out to SWEW. As AJ was about to speak Trent Acid comes out and grabs the mic from Callis. He gets in AJs face and says he has no right to say he will beat him and Joey in the tag match and AJ shouldn’t try and steel his thunder because he has friends, very powerful friends. This brings out Samoa Joe and the Havana Pitbulls who surrounded AJ Styles as Callis moves into the corner. Acid, Joe and the Pitbulls start attacking on AJ until Jimmy Jacobs, Becky Bayless, Spanky and Alex Shelley hit the ring and make the save right before the six man tag. The eight men have a stand off as AJ grabs the mic from Callis and says he wants Acid, Acid agrees but point at Pitbulls and Joe then at Shelley, Spanky and Jacobs signalling he wants in the tag match. AJ agrees and Callis leaves the ring as the main event has now been made an eight way tag match.

Eight Man Tag Match

AJ Styles, Alex Shelley, Jimmy Jacobs (w/Becky Bayless) and Spanky vs. Samoa Joe, The Havana Pitbulls and Trent Acid.

Garguilo reminds us of the rules that if Jacobs team wins Joe can never have a title shot against Jacobs, but if Joes team wins Jacobs will defend his title against Joe at the next show. Styles and Acid start us off and get in an instance grapple going the length of the ring. Styles takes the advantage and hits an early powerbomb on Acid. Reyes and Jacobs tagged in respectively. A right hand from Reyes put Jacobs down and Reyes drilled Jacobs with a headbutt. Trent Acid tagged back in and dropped Jacobs with a big elbow while Reyes held Jacobs up. Shelley tagged in as Jacobs feels his neck on the outside. An amateur-style takedown from Shelley puts Acid a second one frustrates Acid who kicks the ropes in frustration and he slaps Spanky on the ring apron. Spanky attempts to come in the ring but ref Paul Turner cuts him off as the four heels pound Shelley in the corner. Romero is tagged in and uses a sleeper hold to weaken Shelley. Shelley elbows out and tags in Spanky for the first time as Joe is tagged in for the first time likewise.

Joe and Spanky face up and Joe lays into Spanky with some hard knee strikes. Samoa Joe hit Spanky with a gutwrench suplex then a hard body to body back to his corner. AJ Styles is tagged in as he runs to Joe who tags in Acid and quickly double team him as the two applied a standing leglock to wear down. Shelley breaks it up but Shelley had his knee driven into the mat by Acid. Everyone hits the ring but the heels are to strong as the Pitbulls double clothesline Spanky then Jacobs to the outside. Acid hits a Yakuza Kick to Styles which sends him through the ropes and Joe chops Shelley over the top rope. The four faces regroup on the outside as the heels pose in the ring to the crowd’s disgust. Acid hits the ropes and hits a tope through the ropes knocking the four men down. Samoa Joe measure the carnage up on the floor and hits a FAT MAN OUT OF CONTROL PLANCHA on the five guys on the floor to the crowds delight as the Pitbulls come through the ropes to the outside.

Alex Shelley is thrown headfirst into the guard rail then into the ring by Reyes who covers for a two count. Brawling ensues on the outside as Romero is tagged in and the Pitbulls double team Shelley inside the ring. Normality is finally restored as all the men on the outside go back to there corners as a few near falls have occurred on Shelley who is now been worked on by the heels. Acid comes in and hits a few stiff kicks to Shelley as Joe is tagged in and chops Shelley as quick tags are keeping them fresh and really killing Shelley. Shelley kicks out of a few near falls as he desperately tries to get to the corner. He finally got his chance as he ducked a Rocky Romero clothesline and hit a roaring elbow to Romero out of nowhere. Both men slowly crawled to there corner and Romero tagged in Acid as the crowd urged Shelley to make the tag but he just couldn’t get there as Acid cut him off. Acid grabbed Shelley’s foot but Shelley hit an enzigahi on Acid and made the tag to Jimmy Jacobs.

The crowd screamed HUSS as Jacobs chopped down Acid, then Reyes, then Romero, Samoa Joe got into the ring and the duo had a stare off until Joe hit a hard slap to Jacobs then hit a stiff STO to Jacobs who landed on the back of his head. Styles and Spanky ran into the ring as all hell broke loose again. Styles took a piledriver from Samoa Joe as Spanky took a backbody dropped the floor from Acid who followed him to the outside. Romero went for a pin on the fallen Jacobs but Shelley broke it up as there’s no chance the ref can gain control of this again. Jacobs applied a knee bar on Ricky Reyes, weakening the legs. Spanky got slammed upside down into the turnbuckles by Samoa Joe and Trent Acid who had previously rolled Spanky back into the ring. Samoa Joe was rocked by an Alex Shelley clothesline but was cut off by Rocky Romero who knocked Shelley down with a big headbutt and covered for a two. Out of no where Styles hit Acid with the Styles Clash but Joe broke it up for two.

Reyes blocked Jacobs who went to the top rope. When Jacobs got up, he was greeted with a double superkick from the Pitbulls. Reyes covered but Spanky got up in time to break it up. Styles hit a flying lariat off the top turnbuckle on Romero who fell down and covered but Acid broke it up after recovering from the Styles Clash. That nearly got a three count. Acid blasted Shelley with a leaping DDT off the ropes and Styles was choked in the corner by Reyes as Romero pounded him. Spanky ran at the threesome and the four men tumbled through and over the ropes in a big heap all apparently knocked out leaving Acid, Joe, Jacobs and Shelley fallen in the inside.

Acid hit an elbow drop on Shelley and covered but Jacobs broke it up. Alex Shelley slowly got up and walked into a sidewalk slam from Samoa Joe and covered but Jacobs it a legdrop to the back of Joes head breaking it up. Jacobs saw Acid slowly getting up on the ropes and hit a Yakuza Kick to Acid and sent him to the outside. Jacobs looks around but doesn’t see Joe and he walks into the choke. Jacobs desperately tries to stay on his feet as Alex Shelley gets up looks at Joe and Jacobs and LEAVES THE RING. Jacobs is unable to fight off Joe who falls to the ground as the crowd throw stuff at Shelley as he goes through the entrance way as Becky screams to Shelley to get back into the ring but to no avail. Jacobs is unable to fight the choke and taps out. Samoa Joe celebrates in the ring and throws Jacobs over the op rope. The Havana Pitbulls and Trent Acid slowly get back into the ring as Spanky, Becky Bayless and AJ carry Jacobs to the back. Samoa Joe is congratulated by the Pitbulls and Acid who do a ‘stable’ pose in the ring as Samoa Joe will now face Jimmy Jacobs for the SWEW Heavyweight Championship on September 25th.

Result - Samoa Joe, Trent Acid, Ricky Reyes and Rocky Romero win

(20:38) ****1/4

POST SHOW

We go to the back and into Samoa Joes lockeroom with Joe, the Pitbulls and Acid still celebrating there win. Joe says by the end of the 25th show his crew will have won the SWEW Tag Team Tournament as he has two chances in that with Acid teaming with Joey Matthews and the favourite the Havana Pitbulls and then he will beat Jimmy Jacobs for the SWEW Heavyweight Championship and they will then hold all the titles in SWEW.

Danny Daniels and Kid Kash say tonight was the night they made an impact and Low-Ki will remember never to mess with them again. They say they will take the Tag Team titles home when they go through three other teams in the tag team tournament starting with Jack Evans and Jimmy Rave.

AJ Styles cuts a promo and he promises to make it big in tag team and singles divisions in SWEW and says if Samoa Joe ever takes the SWEW Heavyweight Championship he is first in line to take it away from him. However his first goal is winning the tag team tournament with Chris Ca$h and AJ is very confident it will happen.

Jimmy Jacobs, Becky Bayless and Spanky are in a medical room getting stiched up as Jacobs cut his arm during the match. Jacobs is pissed with Shelley and wondering where the hell he went and why he went. Spanky tells him to forget about it and worry about keeping the SWEW Heavyweight Championship from Samoa Joe.

A video hyping the Tag Team tournament is shown showing clips of all the teams in it.

Just as the show ends we see Alex Shelley getting in a car and driving off on his own.

The full card for the next show is now complete and is shown on the tape and is title Jacobs vs. Joe II as the show fades to black:

Bloody wonderful diary man. You have totally captured the magic of the indies. to steal a horrible quote from Edge... this reeks of awesomeness and you have some well defined characters. Your booking of shows and announcing of them taking place is so indy style... most people miss it but youve got it nailed down and this is a wonderful diary as a result.

Jacobs~~~ If only for the sheer underdog factor Im rooting for him at the next show, heres my predictions...

Jacobs vs. Joe II

September 25th 2004

Guthrie Center, Iowa

Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling make there way home to Iowa at the Guthrie Centre on the biggest SWEW show of all time. Jimmy Jacobs will once again put his SWEW Heavyweight Championship up against rival Samoa Joe while an eight team tournament will run to crown the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions. Tickets are going fast and at only $14.99 from www.swew.com or on door it’s a opportunity you can’t miss out on.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Samoa Joe

Tyson/Lewis, Austin/McMahon, Ali/Frazier and now Jacobs/Joe ranks up there as one of the great rivalries. Since day one Samoa Joe has put getting the SWEW Heavyweight Championship his number one priority and has been an unstoppable monster in the early days of SWEW. Jacobs while what some say was fortunate in winning the title has been a great one for SWEW and has already defended the championship against Samoa Joe before and Trent Acid and came out holding the gold. Something has got to give. There are no crazy stipulations like last time, no time-limit, just one fall to the finish. Samoa Joe is very confident coming into this match after narrowly running out of time in the last match against Jacobs and knows he can beat him and become the champ. He has pinned Jacobs once, choked him out twice including as recently as the last show to earn this title shot while Jacobs has not scored a fall over Joe yet. Jacobs is going to have to use all his cunning to get out of this one with the SWEW Heavyweight Championship still in his grasp. Jacobs will not only have to be careful inside the ring but outside as well. Samoa Joe’s crew of Trent Acid and The Havana Pitbulls will be in the building as well as Alex Shelley whose status with Jacobs is now up in the air with Shelley leaving Jacobs to be beat by Joe at the last show when Shelley just left his partner and left the building. The biggest prize of them all will be up for grabs and Jacobs will have to be on top of his game if he is going to stop Samoa Joe becoming the new SWEW Heavyweight Champion.

Main Event Match

Spanky vs. Super Dragon

Super Dragon is undefeated so far in SWEW but has not let been able to face a top player in SWEW. He will now as he is facing Spanky in a match which can shake the foundations of SWEW around if Super Dragon can defeat Spanky and rise higher up the card, but Spanky can further establish himself as one of the men to beat if he can defeat the impressive Super Dragon.

Austin Aries vs. Delirious

Narrowly losing the superb ladder match with Jack Evans, Austin Aries knows a win against Delirious would be a huge boost to his career as Delirious has been in the form of his life, beating Joey Matthews then holding Super Dragon to a 15 minute time limit draw. Delirious knows another win will cement his place in SWEW as one for the future and he will be looking to make it happen.

SWEW Tag Team Tournament

Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling will crown there first ever tag team champions on September 25th when eight teams come into the building with the championship in mind but only one team will be champions when the night is over and that team will of gone through three rounds of some of the top teams in the United States to become the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions.

1) The Briscoe Brothers vs. The Havana Pitbulls

This first round matchup is a rematch from Presents A Party where the Havana Pitbulls scored a victory over the Briscoe Brothers. The Briscoes will be looking to avenge this defeat and make there mark in SWEW after a disappointing debut. The Havana Pitbulls part of Samoa Joe’s Crew have been strong in there four shows here in SWEW winning 3 matches and losing just the once and have been installed favourites by many critics to take the gold home and we at SWEW are finding it hard to disagree with them.

2) ‘Blue Hat Guy’ Joey Matthews & Trent Acid vs. Styles Ca$h

Chris Ca$h gave AJ Styles a huge pay check to become his tag team partner and he is looking for instant payback on his purchase by becoming tag team champions. Early results indicate Ca$h and Styles worked well together after beating Joker and Sabian at the 4th Show Spectacular. Matthews and Acid have been thrown together by SWEW officials but are both happy at getting the chance to become champions together and the two Indy stars think they have a good chance of doing something special in the tournament. Trent Acid and AJ Styles also have unfinished business from the 4th Show Spectacular after tangling all through the night and they will get to get it on in the ring once again. If the Havana Pitbulls and Acid and Matthews both win there matches it would put Acid up against his stable mates which would be a very interesting situation.

3) Alex Shelley & Low-Ki vs. Joker & Sabian

Losing many matches in SWEW have given Joker and Sabian little chance of winning the tournament. However will Alex Shelley and Low-Ki be able to work together after been placed together by SWEW officials to both mens dislike. Both are not stable mentally after Alex Shelley just left his friend Jimmy Jacobs to be beat by Samoa Joe at the last show and has not been returning his calls from anyone. Low-Ki was brutally attacked when he was set up by Danny Daniels and Kid Kash over the first four shows and is put for revenge and is clearly not thinking straight at the moment. Low-Ki will be looking to win to possible set up a match with Daniels and Kash in the semi finals. If Shelley and Low-Ki can manage to work together they will be tough for anyone to beat.

4) Danny Daniels & Kid Kash vs. Jack Evans & Jimmy Rave

The newest tag team in SWEW Danny Daniels and Kid Kash will be looking to make a big impact on there debut as a team and pick up the win and a possible meeting with there nemesis Low-Ki. However they will need to get past the young duo of the impressive Jack Evans who has been on quite a roll on SWEW beating Austin Aries in a MOTYC at the 4th Show Spectacular in a Ladder Match and will be looking to continue his rise to the top as he teams with Jimmy Rave who will be hoping some of Evans winning streak rubs off on him and he finally gets a break in SWEW.

Semi Final

5) 1 vs. 2

6) 3 vs. 4

Final

5 vs. 6

All eight teams can’t wait for September 25th which could be make or break time for all 16 wrestlers and a name in the history books could be made for them as they could become the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions.

Tickets are still available on the door for the party at $15 or through www.swew.com. We are at the Guthrie Centre on September 25th and we hope you are there as we bring the fun as the SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs defends against long term rival Samoa Joe, Super Dragon takes on Spanky and a eight team tournament including the Havana Pitbulls, the Briscoe Brothers and Styles Ca$h compete to become the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions.

PRESHOW

Joey Matthews is backstage and walks into Samoa Joes lockeroom with the rest of Joe’s crew in there including Trent Acid who is Joeys tag partner for tonight. Trent says Joey is good people so Joe lets him stay. Just as the cameraman is about to leave Joe tells him to come back. He wants to give a warning to Jacobs. I WILL KILL YOU JACOBS TONIGHT AND BECOME CHAMPION. Intense Stuff.

Styles Ca$h cut a promo on Trent Acid and Joey Matthews and say they are the first team they will go through tonight as they become tag team champions. AJ has a special warning for Trent Acid to stay out of his business after the match tonight.

SHOW

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Round One

Styles Ca$h d. 'Blue Hat Guy' Joey Matthews & Trent Acid

Styles Ca$h impressed once again as they advanced to the semi finals of the tag team title tournament with a victory in the opening match. Matthews and Acid were quick to cut AJ Styles out of the match realizing Ca$h was the weak link of the team and went for several covers on the youngster but a gutsy performance from Ca$h rewarded when he managed to make a hot tag to AJ after hitting a dropkick on Joey Matthews from nowhere. Styles cleaned house and had a confrontation with Acid who he managed to knock to the outside of the ring. He hit Joey Matthews with the Styles Clash then tagged in Chris Ca$h who hit a top rope splash on Matthews for the pin.

Acid shouted at AJ as he grabbed Matthews from inside the ring but AJ brushed him off as he celebrated with Ca$h advancing in the tournament.

Result - Styles Ca$h win

(9:01) **1/4

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Round One

Danny Daniels & Kid Kash d. Jack Evans & Jimmy Rave

The second team that was put together by SWEW officials fared no better then the first as Daniels and Kash showed some great teamwork on there tag debut and have obviously been working on some moves. Hitting a sweet double powerbomb on Jimmy Rave and they finished Jimmy Rave when they hit a spiked Piledriver and Daniels covered for the win. Evans showed some nice moves but was clearly overpowered when fighting Daniels and Kash at the same time. Although at one point it looked like Evans would pull of a miracle when he hit a double somersault dropkick on the heels then went for a Senton from the top rope but it wasn’t to be and he crashed to the mat.

Result - Daniels and Kash win

(10:02) **1/2

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Round One

The Havana Pitbulls d. The Briscoe Brothers

Both teams knew coming into this that they were the two most experienced teams in the tournament and a win for either team would make them favourites. This was the second meeting between the two teams in SWEW and was as hard hitting as the first with stiff strikes all over the place. It took a lot out of both teams but the result was the same as the first meeting as the Havana Pitbulls picked up the win. It looked like the Briscoes were about to pick up the victory when Jay Briscoe lifted up Romero and it looked they were going to hit the Doomsday Device but Mark was bungled into the ring and Romero hit a victory on Jay but Jay kicked out at two got up only to walk into a Ricky Reyes superkick. Jay was out and Mark was setup for the Pitbulls own version of the Doomsday Device with Romero hitting a stiff lariat on Mark from the top rope to turn Mark inside out and crashing to the mat as the Pitbulls advanced to the semi finals after a gruelling match to face Styles Ca$h.

Result - The Havana Pitbulls win

(16:32) ***

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Round One

Alex Shelley & Low-Ki d. Joker & Sabian

The most interesting team in the tournament Alex Shelley and Low-Ki looked very impressive as they took out Joker and Sabian in a matter of minutes. The heels got no offence in at all as Low-Ki brutalised both men with stiff kicks while Shelley was stretching them nearly breaking them in half. The finish happened when Low-Ki hit a Ki-Krusher on Joker in the middle of the ring to take him out. He then hit a stiff lariat on the oncoming Sabian. Shelley locked Sabian in the Stretch Plum, getting the tap out. Low-Ki and Alex Shelley shook hands in the ring as it looked like the two stars would be able to communicate well. Low-Ki will now be looking to get revenge on Kid Kash and Danny Daniels now in the semis.

Result - Low-Ki and Alex Shelley win

(5:05) **

Don Callis comes to the ring and announces semi final matches for the SWEW Tag Team Championship Tournament which will take place later tonight:

Styles Ca$h vs. The Havana Pitbulls

Alex Shelley & Low-Ki vs. Danny Daniels & Kid Kash

Austin Aries d. Delirious

Austin Aries and Delirious were the first men to take part in a singles match tonight and it was a welcome break from the four straight tag matches. Aries was a great base for Delirious to work off and a good match ensued. This was the first time Aries had faced someone else rather than Jack Evans in SWEW and was looking to bounce back after losing the series 2-1 but had a great showing against Evans while Delirious has wins over Joey Matthews and held Super Dragon to a 15 minute draw recently. However a more focused Aries was the man who was able to get the win after he worked away at Delirious once he had clipped the legs of Delirious who started the brighter of the two and came close to an early win after a shining wizard. A figure four leglock from Aries nearly made Delirious tap. He managed to get to the ropes but the damage was done. Delirious was slowly up but Aries hit a stiff lariat to Delirious who was prone to attack. Aries went to the top and he came off with the 450 Splash and that was the end of it as Aries killed Delirious run dead in the water.

Result - Austin Aries wins

(12:51) ***

Delirious hobbled to the back, muttering random things but walked into the waiting Super Dragon. Dragon stared at Delirious and bowed at him. Delirious started screaming and hobbled away as fast as he could as Dragon moved his head in his direction.

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Semi Final

The Havana Pitbulls d. Styles Ca$h

The first semi final in the tag team tournament was a contrast of styles although AJ can go with anyone and it was a very good match where both teams gave everything they could with a place in the final available. Trent Acid had obviously told his stable mates that Ca$h was the weak link in the team (duh) after the first round match and the Pitbulls managed to corner Ca$h off once again in the early going. However Ca$h escaped earlier this time and tagged in AJ but it was he who got caught up in the corner of the Pitbulls who worked away on him like a pack of dogs, focusing on the legs of AJ. When AJ hit a discus lariot out of nowhere Romero crashed to the ground. Both men slowly got to there corner and Reyes and Ca$h came in. Ca$h however couldn’t get things started as Reyes charged Ca$h down, not once, not twice but thrice. AJ went over the top rope from Romero and Ca$h got up only to have his head taken off by a superkick. Ricky Reyes covered and that was enough to get the pin and advance the Pitbulls to the finals. Styles carried Ca$h to the back with help from ref Sean Hanson as Ca$h looked concussed after that super kick.

Result - The Havana Pitbulls win

(15:07) ***1/2

Low-Ki and Alex Shelley make there way to the ring separately for there semi-final match against Danny Daniels and Kid Kash. Daniels and Kash came out and Kash has a microphone in his hand. He tells Low-Ki he wished it hadn’t come to this but he will make sure Low-Ki does not become a champion tonight or ever in SWEW. He says if only Low-Ki had stuck by his side it would be ok but now he will have to do something he never wanted to do and rid SWEW of Low-Ki for ever.

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Semi Final

Alex Shelley & Low-Ki d. Danny Daniels & Kid Kash

A superb match was marred by the actions of Kid Kash and Danny Daniels after the match. Shelley and Low-Ki looked like they had teamed for years hitting innovative tag moves on both men including a double full nelson turned into a double dragon suplex which landed Kash right onto his neck and when Shelley covered Kash it looked over till Daniels broke it up. Daniels and Kash also came close and when Daniels was able to hit his Electric Chair Driver it looked all over but somehow Alex Shelley was able to kick out. Low-Ki was able to pick up the win for his team as he hit the Ki-Krusher on Daniels as Kash and Shelley were fighting on the outside to pick up the win. Kash infuriated of been knocked out of the tournament picked up a steel chair and hammered Alex Shelley on the outside of the ring with it. He took it to the inside of the ring and delivered a sickening shot to Low-Ki busting him open. Several more shots were delivered to Low-Ki who then set up the chair in the ring and Daniels picked up Low-Ki and delivered the Electric Chair Driver on the steel chair. Alex Shelley got up and picked up his own steel chair and hit the ring which sent Daniels and Kash fleeing. Medical staff checked on Low-Ki and they managed to revive him but he was bleeding heavily. He was helped to the back by Shelley and the medical team as fans wondered if Low-Ki would be ok for the finals.

Result – Alex Shelley and Low-Ki

Don Callis announces the SWEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Final will be between The Havana Pitbulls vs. Alex Shelley and Low-Ki and will take place before the Jimmy Jacobs vs. Samoa Joe main event and he expects Low-Ki to be able to compete in it after speaking briefly to the medical team.

Main Event Match

Super Dragon d. Spanky

An unexpected great, great match took place here as Spanky and Super Dragon showcased what SWEW is all about. Stiff shots, face comebacks and colourful characters were all on show in a match where a lot was on the line. Spanky needed to show he was still the man to beat while Dragon had to show he can hang with the top guys and hang he could. Spanky and Dragon decimated each other with chops and armdrags and more amateur wrestling. Dragon managed to get into his grove and took Spanky to the ground and gave him a massive beating on the floor for around five minutes. This took enough out of Spanky and despite a late comeback and attempted Sliced Bread #2, Super Dragons work on Spankys neck paid off and when he hit the Psycho Driver on Spanky it was enough to pick up a huge win for Dragon. Both men got a standing ovation as they stared at each other in the ring as a sign of respect.

Result - Super Dragon wins

SWEW Tag Team Title Tournament – Final

SWEW Tag Team Championship

Alex Shelley & Low-Ki vs. The Havana Pitbulls

The Havana Pitbulls are out first, looking intense but very confident, Shelley and Low-Ki come out together this time but Low-Ki has a big bandage round his head and is hobbling to the ring slightly. Don Callis comes to the ring and announces the two teams himself and then holds up the SWEW Tag Team Championship belts. Shelley and Romero kick us off as we are about to crown our first ever tag team champions.

After some early amateur wrestling Shelley was grounded and Rocky Romero and hit some stiff shots to his arm then applied an armbar. Shelley got close to his corner and tagged in Low-Ki. Romero stepped back but was caught with a stiff kick to his chest anyway. Romero and Low-Ki traded chops but a thumb to the eye stopped Low-Ki in his tracks and Reyes was tagged in. Reyes knocked Low-Ki down and covered but Low-Ki kicked out. Low-Ki hit an armdrag on Reyes but Reyes quickly got up and charged Low-Ki down again as it looked like his injuries were starting to impede his performance. Rocky Romero was tagged in and the Pitbulls both stamped away on Low-Ki and when Alex Shelley came to stop them he was stopped by a Reyes Headbutt and Reyes then sent Shelley over the ropes with a big kick to the head. Romero hit a side slam on Low-Ki and covered but only got two.

Romero got taken over with a fireman's carry by Low-Ki who started to make a comeback as he attempted to get Alex Shelley back into the match. Low-Ki hit Rocky Romero with a forearm which rocked him and he was inches from tagging in Shelley but Reyes came in and stopped Ki from making the tag. Shelley appealed to the ref but the Pitbulls doubled teamed Ki once again in there corner and Reyes was tagged in. Reyes went to the top rope and the big man drove his knees into Low-Kis arm weakening them up and covered but only got two. Romero was tagged in and hooked in a variation armbar on Low-Ki who had to elbow himself out of it. A right hand from Romero put Low-Ki down and he followed up with a high vertical suplex and got another two count. Romero measured Low-Ki as he slowly got up and signalled for a lariat. He ran but Low-Ki ducked and hit a stiff flying kick to the back of Romeros head and they both fell to the mat. They both crawled to there corner and Romero tagged in Reyes and Shelley was finally tagged back in.

Alex Shelley floored Reyes. Ricky Reyes locked his arms around Shelley and hit a series of headbutts to the chest. Reyes set up for a superkick but Shelley ducked and Shelley locked in a Cobra Clutch on Reyes. Reyes was fading fast as Romero and Low-Ki were slowly up into there corner. Reyes charged backwards into the corner of Low-Ki which broke up the hold and Low-Ki tagged in quickly. Reyes was unaware of this fact and walked straight into Low-Ki who lifted Reyes up but Low-Ki was unable to hold him up and his arm just collapsed after all the damage it had taken during the night.

Reyes tagged in Romero as Low-Ki was riving in pain. Romero cover Ki but Shelley broke it up. Reyes hit a superkick to Shelley’s head knocking him down and signalled for Romero to get up to the top. The set up for another doomsday device and hit it on Low-Ki. Romero covered and got the three count and became the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions. The Pitbulls left with there titles held aloft. Low-Ki slowly got up but Shelley just looked at him in disgust. Low-Ki held his arm out to Shelley but Shelley continued looking at disgust at Low-Ki and just left to he boos from the crowd.

Result - The Havana Pitbulls win the SWEW Tag Team Championship titles

We got backstage and Jimmy Jacobs is staring intensely at the SWEW Heavyweight Championship screaming HUSS at it, Becky comes into the room and tells Jimmy it’s time, Jacobs leaves the room as we got back to ringside.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Samoa Joe

Samoa Joe is out first to large boos from the crowd as they are firmly behind Jacobs who gets a great ovation from the crowd with HUSS chants echoing through the Guthrie Centre. The announcements are made and state there and no time-limits and there will be one finish to a fall. The SWEW Heavyweight Championship is lifted up by referee Paul Turner as we are about to find out if we will see the second new champion of the night or if Jimmy Jacobs can retain the gold.

The dup have a stare down and both walk away from each other. Jacobs runs at Joe who just turned round and hammered Jacobs with a huge chop and covers and gets a two count 10 seconds into this. They both back off each other again as Joe indicates how close he was from taking the title already. Jimmy Jacobs attempted to duck a Joe lariat and was successful only to be hit with a huge piledriver and another kick out at two. A short powerbomb by Samoa Joe left Jacobs down on the mat and Joe hits another one as Jacobs once again was getting brutalised in the ring. Jimmy Jacobs applied a hammerlock to Samoa Joe which was easily brushed off by Joe who through Jacobs through the ropes to the outside. Joe waited for Jacobs to get up and went for his tope but missed Jacobs and crashed to the floor.

Jacobs was finally able to get into this match. He gave several crashing strikes into Joes head crashing into the steel guard railings. Joe looked weary for once as Jacobs finally has advantage over the bigger man for the first time in SWEW. Jacobs came back into the ring and hit an elbow drop to the outside onto Joe and went back into the ring. Joe only just got into the ring where Jacobs was waiting and he came off the top rope with a big dropkick and covered:

1

2

3

NO

Joe had kicked out milliseconds before Turner had made the count and made the match continue. A big punch from Samoa Joe put Jimmy Jacobs down and Samoa Joe blasted Jacobs with a big forearm to the jaw and a big headbutt but Jacobs down and Joe covered and got a two. Samoa Joe signalled for a STO and hit it on Jacobs who crashed into the mat covered and got two once again. Samoa Joe slowly got up and dragged Jacobs to the corner and set him up on the top rope. Joe hammered Jacobs a few times on his back as Jacobs looked out. Joe went to the ring apron and set up for a powerbomb off the top rope. He went for a powerbomb and leapt from the top rope but Jacobs somehow reversed it into a hurricanrana and Joe landed on the top of his head from the top rope. The crowd were going crazy as Jacobs got up hit the ropes and as Joe was getting up on his knees SHHHHHHHHHINING WIZZZZZARD from Jacobs right in the jaw of Samoa Joe:

1

2

3

Jacobs had pinned Joe and retained the SWEW Heavyweight Championship. Jacobs got up as Joe had to be taken to the back by the new SWEW Tag Team Champions the Havana Pitbulls and Trent Acid. All was right in SWEW as Jimmy Jacobs held his title aloft in the ring with Becky Bayless at his side. Until….

As Jacobs held his title aloft Alex Shelley hit the ring, the two friends stared each other down. Jimmy Jacobs extended his hand to Shelley, and Shelley after a long pause accepted his hand then delivered a huge clothesline to Jacobs and started stamping away on Jacobs gaining huge heat from the crowd. Becky tried to pull Shelley away but Shelley just looked at her and hit her with a huge slap across her face. Shelley picked up the SWEW Heavyweight Title and screamed at Jacobs that he is going to take the title home then he smashed the title over Jacobs head busting him open. Shelley posed with the belt getting rubbish thrown at him before throwing it in Jacobs face on the floor. The show ends with Shelley smiling as he made his way back down the aisle.

Result - Jimmy Jacobs wins

Backstage the Briscoe Brothers are talking when the Havana Pitbulls walk past them. Romero and Reyes discuss and accept the match because they respect them, but they will beat the Briscoes for the third time in SWEW, Samoa Joe comes walking past and tells the Pitbulls they are going now and we see the Pitbulls and Joe walk outside into a car with Trent Acid in the car waiting.

Austin Aries come out of Don Callis office and he is really happy. SWEW NEWS

October 2004

SWEW are proud to announce a huge tag team match from two debuting teams in SWEW on the second of our two shows in South Dakota as the Spanish Announce Team (The SAT) of Jose and Joel Maximo will take on two of Mexico’s biggest stars as Juventud Guerrera teams up with Nicho (formally Psychosis) in a special attraction tag team match on November 6th.

Three further dates have been added to the SWEW tour as on November 20th we return back to North Dakota to the Hallom Arena. December 11th and December 26th we go back to Iowa. On the 26th we will be holding an awards evening at the Guthrie Centre as we come home to Iowa where we will see wrestling, awards and many more crazy things. Joes Crew of Samoa Joe, Trent Acid and the SWEW Tag Team Champions have all signed for these three dates, along with Alex Shelley, Super Dragon, SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs, Becky Bayless and Austin Aries. Many more will be known in later weeks.

We are delighted to announce that former WWE superstar Zack Gowen has returned to SWEW and has signed on for October 9th and November 6th in South Dakota. We can also reveal on October 9th Zack Gowen will face his friend Alex Shelley who turned his back on his best friend and our current SWEW Heavyweight Champion at the last show. A full preview for the October 9th show will be posted at www.swew.com in a few days.

The Briscoe Brothers have told SWEW officials if they don’t win the tag team belts from the Havana Pitbulls on October 9th in a 2 out of 3 fall match they will leave SWEW for ever. We have appropriately named the October 9th show Final Showdown for this. The Havana Pitbulls stable mates Trent Acid and Samoa Joe have been signed for a tag team match against Styles Ca$h on October 9th and Acid and Joe are both pumped up after big loses at the last show.

Austin Aries is very confident on upsetting the odds and beating Jimmy Jacobs for the SWEW Heavyweight Championship. Aries has stated he is a better wrestler than Jacobs, better looking and he hasn’t had the crap beaten out of him show after show since SWEW have opened up. Tickets for Final Showdown are available at www.SWEW.com or on the door at the James Smith Memorial Arena as we make out debut in South Dakota on October 9th for Final Showdown. Once again a full preview will be up in a few days.

James Smith Memorial Arena, South Dakota

Super Wrestling Extravaganza Wrestling make there debut in South Dakota as they look to expand in the Midwest at the James Smith Memorial Arena, South Dakota Jimmy Jacobs will once again put his SWEW Heavyweight Championship up as he faces the cocky youngster Austin Aries. In our main event of the evening we will see the first defence of the SWEW Tag Team Championship as the Havana Pitbulls of Rocky Romero and Ricky Reyes will defend against the Briscoe Brothers in a 2 out of 3 fall contest. Tickets for our South Dakota debut are selling fast but there are a still a few left at the low price of $15 from www.swew.com or on the door at the James Smith Memorial Arena.

SWEW Tag Team Championship

2 out of 3 Falls

The Havana Pitbulls© vs. The Briscoe Brothers

The Havana Pitbulls became the first ever SWEW Tag Team Champions at Jacobs vs. Joe II by beating three teams in one night to become champions. The Briscoe Brothers were knocked out in the first round by the Havana Pitbulls and lost to the Pitbulls previously at Presents A Party. The Briscoes have one last chance of beating the Havana Pitbulls at Final Showdown where Jay and Mark Briscoe have stated if they fail to take the championships home they will leave SWEW for ever. With the 2 out of 3 falls stipulation in place both teams have been in the gym knowing they could be going at it for a long time. The score stand 2-0 to the Pitbulls at the moment, will the Briscoes be able to take the belts away from the Pitbulls, there’s only one way you will find out.

SWEW Heavyweight Championship

Jimmy Jacobs© (w/Becky Bayless) vs. Austin Aries

Jimmy Jacobs finally defeated his first major hurdle threatening his SWEW Heavyweight title reign as he beat Samoa Joe clean in the middle of the ring at Jacobs vs. Joe II. Shockingly his now former best friend Alex Shelley came down to the ring after the match and turned on Jacobs finally snapping after losing in the SWEW Tag Team Title tournament final. Shelley beat Jacobs senseless with the SWEW Heavyweight Championship belt and knocked Becky Bayless to the ground before claiming he will take it away from him. However Jacobs will not be facing Shelley at Final Showdown as another cocky young man wants to take the gold away from Jacobs. Austin Aries very impressive in a series of matches with Jack Evans and with a big win over Delirious at the last show and Commissioner Don Callis has given Aries a title shot and Aries is extremely confident of taking the title away from Jacobs, but will he be able to get the job done?

SWEW Triple Chance Match

Jack Evans vs. Spanky vs. Super Dragon

Commissioner Don Callis has made a special match named the SWEW Triple Chance Match which we hope will become a specialty of SWEW where the winner will be able to have a shot against the SWEW Heavyweight Championship or the SWEW Tag Team Championship (with a partner of his choice) anytime he wants. The three first competitors of this match are Jack Evans, Spanky and Super Dragon. Jack Evans has been rewarded for beating Austin Aries (2-1) in there series of three by been placed in the match. Super Dragon got a huge win over Spanky at the last show and is in and Spanky on past reputation has been placed into the match. With big stipulations on the match all three will be geared up to win this match and get his chance in SWEW at a title.

Samoa Joe & Trent Acid vs. Styles Ca$h

Samoa Joe is looking to rebuild his reputation in SWEW after losing in his SWEW Heavyweight Title match with Jimmy Jacobs as he teams up with stable mate Trent Acid to take on Styles Ca$h. AJ Styles and Trent Acid have had problems with each other since AJ made his debut with SWEW at the 4th Show Spectacular with Acid claming AJ is trying to steel is spotlight. In tag matches between AJ and Trent it is (1-1) and both men will be wanting to show the fans who the real player in SWEW is. Styles Ca$h are looking to build-up to a Tag Team Title shot after losing in the semi-finals to there opponents stable mates the Havana Pitbulls who went on to win the title and a win against these two huge superstars could well do that.

Alex Shelley vs. Zack Gowen

Alex Shelley shockingly turned on his best friend and SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs at the last show and hit Jimmy’s girlfriend Becky Bayless down to the mat as he finally released his rage which had been building up inside him ever since Jacobs became champion. The loss in the SWEW Tag Team Championship Tournament Final when he teamed with Low-Ki against the Havana Pitbulls was the last straw for Shelley and he is now focused on becoming SWEW Heavyweight Champion. Zack Gowen is returning to SWEW and is looking to knock some sense into his good friend Alex Shelley but will the one-legged wonder be able to beat his former partner. Alex Shelley is thinking no and a win over the former WWE superstar would be a great notch in the win column for Alex Shelley.

Danny Daniels & Kid Kash vs. Delirious & Low-Ki

Daniels and Kash have vowed to rid SWEW of Low-Ki and when Low-Ki and Alex Shelley beat them in the SWEW Tag Team Championship Semi-Finals. Daniels and Kash hammered Low-Ki with vicious shots with Steel Chairs and Low-Ki was unable to get over his injuries and was very weak in the finals which he went on to lose. Low-Ki is out for revenge and will be teaming with Delirious who is looking to bounce back after a loss to Austin Aries at the last show.

Loser Leaves SWEW

Jimmy Rave vs. 'Blue Hat Guy' Joey Matthews vs. Joker vs. Sabian

While the Briscoe Brothers may be leaving SWEW the loser of this four way match will be leaving SWEW forever. Not one of the four men has been able to catch a break in SWEW and the loser of the fall will be leaving SWEW for ever. Joker and Sabian may team up in this match to make sure not one of them are the man to go but Rave and Matthews have been on the Indy scene for years and know when to pick there game up.

Tickets are still available on the door for the party at $15 or through www.swew.com. We are at the James Smith Memorial Arena on October 9th as we make our South Dakota debut. We hope you are there as we bring the fun as the SWEW Heavyweight Champion Jimmy Jacobs defends against Austin Aries and the Havana Pitbulls defend there SWEW Tag Team Championship against the Briscoe Brothers in a 2 out of 3 falls match and if the Briscoe Brothers don’t take the titles they are leaving SWEW for ever.
