Lita –vs- Trinity© GPW Women’s Championship

Lita won the chance at the champion by beating Gail Kim and Jazz on the last GPW TV. She made her way to the ring first to a loud pop from the crowd. Trinity then made he way slowly to the ring, reluctant to get in the ring to say the least. She hovered around the ring, refusing to get in and holding the title close to her chest. Lita got annoyed at this and went out side the ring and grabbed the champion and put her in the ring herself, the bell was rung and the match was on. Trinity backed away from Lita and even began to hide behind the referee. Eventually Lita got her hands on her and whipped her into the ropes, Trinity held onto the top rope though and slid out the ring and started to make her way to the back. The ref started to count Trinity out but she didn’t care and carried on walking. This prompted him to get the ring announcer to announce the new stipulations he just added. The stipulation was that the championship would change hands if Trinity got her self-counted out; the ref began the count again while Trinity started to have a tantrum on the ramp.

Lita, now totally fed up with Trinity’s actions, got outside the ring and once again went to get Trinity to put her back in the ring. She was met though by a kick to the gut and Trinity suplexed her onto the steel ramp. She then whipped Lita into the guardrail and then rolled back in the ring to break the count. She rolled straight back out and went back to attacking Lita. She whipped her into the ring steps and placed her on the ring apron. Trinity then spring boarded over the top rope and delivered a leg drop onto the throat of Lita. She then covered her hoping to get the pin but Lita just managed to get her shoulder up. Trinity then scooped Lita up and slammed her back down to the mat; she then climbed the turnbuckle and jumped off delivering a moonsault onto Lita. She once again covered her and this time got the three count, retaining her championship belt.

Winner and still Women’s Champion – Trinity

Shark Boy –vs- Roddy Piper

Piper made his way out first to quite a lot of heel heat. He was carrying the steel chair he had on the last GPW TV, but this time it had the words “Shark Boy’s Career” spray-painted on it. Before Shark Boy made his way out Piper grabbed a mic from ringside.

Piper: "Let me tell you exactly why this chair has Shark Boy’s career painted on it. It’s because by the end of this match this chair is going to be completely destroyed, just like his career is going to be after what I do to him in this match.”

This little speech brought Shark Boy running down to the ring and spearing Piper down to the mat. With so much hatred between the two men it is no wonder the two took each other apart in this match. With Piper down on the mat after the spear, Shark Boy wasted no time by placing several hard kicks to the stomach of Piper, who getting kicked from one side of the ring to the other was actually kicked under the bottom rope and to the floor below. Shark Boy tried to go out and continue to beat Piper, but the ref stopped him and proceeded to count him out.

While the ref was busy counting Piper out Shark Boy slid out of the ring on the other side and walked round to where Piper was slowly crawling away. Shark went to pick up Piper but he got rammed into the steps instead. Piper started to lay some boots on Shark Boy’s chest and rolled back in the ring to break the count. He stayed in the ring though, looking like he didn’t want anymore of Shark Boy. The ref had got up to 8 before Shark Boy began to try and get into the ring, much to the dislike of Piper who immediately attacked him as he got back in. Piper locked in the sleeper that slowly started to bring Shark Boy to his knees. While he had the move locked in Piper started to shout in his ear: "Come on boy, is that all you got?”

After a while the ref raised the arm of Shark Boy and it came tumbling down. Once again the ref raised the arm of Shark Boy and again the arm came tumbling down. Once more and Piper would win the match, the crowd started to try and rejuvenate Shark Boy by claping and chanting "Shark Boy, Shark Boy" over and over again. The ref raised Shark Boy’s hand for a third time and when he let go the hand stayed where it was, much to the disbelief of Piper. Shark Boy slowly got to his feet and backed into the corner, forcing Piper to let go of the hold. While in the corner Shark Boy decided to deliver the Deep-sea drop on him. He then covered Piper and got the three count winning the match.

Winner – Shark Boy

Paul London -vs- EZ Money

Before the match a video is played recapping the last couple of weeks. It begins at the ten-man battle royal, showing London eliminating EZ Money from the match. It then shows the attack on London two weeks ago where he was driven trough the announcer’s table. The video then shows the attack on London by EZ on the last GPW TV. The video fades showing London laying on the floor. Our cameras cut back to ringside where Paul London enters to the loudest pop of the night so far, his ribs are bandaged from the attack last week. EZ then enters to loud boos from the crowd; EZ Money starts his attack straight away by striking knees into the stomach of London. He does this too many times though as London catches the knee and steps over it, delivering a stiff kick to the temple of EZ.

While on the mat London summersaults onto EZ and then runs to the ropes and delivers a sort of rolling thunder move on him. London then covers EZ, which only gets a two count. London then whips EZ into the ropes but he reverses it and delivers a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on London, sending him in agony to the mat. EZ continued to focus on the injured back of London, driving his knees into the lower back. The crowd started to chant "EZ SUCKS, EZ SUCKS,” the chants though didn’t seem to affect EZ in any way, if anything EZ started to attack London with more violence and conviction than before. The ref at last managed to drag EZ off London who started to grab his back, which must be killing him after the beating it has taken it has taken as of late. EZ just shoved the ref out of the way and whipped London into the ropes, while on the way back towards EZ though, in a last ditch attempt, London dropkicked EZ and gaining some valuable breathing and recovering time.

When EZ finally got up he was sent right back to the mat after a head scissors from London. London the went up top and tried to deliver his London’s calling but EZ moved out of the way, leaving him with nothing to hit but the mat. EZ then picked up London and whipped him to the corner. He then placed him on the top rope, to make him stay put EZ punched the lower back of London who started to scream in pain. EZ then climbed up after him and delivered a super-back-plex, he then covered London,1...2...3

EZ Money starts to celebrate his victory but the bell is rung again. EZ Money turns around with a confused look on his face. The ring announcer that the match will restart as London’s foot was on the bottom rope. EZ turned around and sure enough Paul London’s left foot was on the bottom rope. EZ Money couldn’t believe that he had managed it and began to get frustrated with his inability of putting London away for the three. He went over to London and picked him up and set him up for the bank roll. He connected with the move and covered London, 1...2...3, NO! London just managed to get his shoulder up, this match will continue, again much to the disbelief of EZ Money.

He went back over to London and whipped him in the corner. He followed him and delivered a closeline and then places London on the top turnbuckle for the second time in the match. EZ seemed to be setting up London for what looked to be a super bank roll, but what he had planned we will never know as London shoved EZ off the top rope and nailed him with the London’s calling 1...2...3 Paul London has won the match, with a quick clarification with the ref that EZ never got his foot on the rope or shoulder up London proceeded to celebrate his win, deciding that instead of taking the easiest way to the locker room he decided to take the long way round, through the crowd.

Winner – Paul London

Spanky© -vs- Psychosis GPW Cruiserweight Championship

The last match was a tough one to follow and these two managed to keep the calibre of matches so far at a premium. A video replay is shown before the match of Spanky’s win in the ten-man battle royal and the attack that Psychosis did after their match on GPW TV. Psychosis came out first drawing quite a lot of heel heat, the champion came out last, running to the ring as usual. The ref raised the title over his head and the match was on. Psychosis started this battle by laying punches into Spanky’s head. He then whipped him into the ropes and dropkicked him down to the mat; he then picked him up and hoisted him in the air, looking to deliver a vertical suplex. Instead of bringing Spanky down on his back though, Psychosis brought him down right on his head, almost a brainbuster DDT kind of move. Psychosis then attempted the cover but Spanky got his shoulder up.

Psychosis then whipped Spanky into the corner. He then ran in to follow him but Spanky put his foot up, driving it into Psychosis’s chin. He then jumped up onto the second rope and delivered a flying neckbreaker onto Psychosis. He then covered him but only got a two count. Psychosis then got right back up and whipped Spanky into the ropes, who just leapfrogged right over the standing Psychosis and then tried to deliver a standing rana, but Psychosis reversed it into a powerbomb. Psychosis then covered Spanky but he pulled Spanky’s shoulder up before the three count could be completed. He then picked Spanky back up and nailed him with a Psycho stunner, he once again covered Spanky but pulled his shoulder up before the three. Psychosis then climbed up to the top turnbuckle and jumped off, looking to hit his guillotine leg drop, but Spanky rolled out of the way avoiding the contact. With both men down on the mat the ref instigated a ten count.

By the time the ref had reached eight Spanky had just gotten to his feet and was followed closely by Psychosis, who once on his feet started to punch Spanky in the side of the head. One of the punches though was blocked by Spanky who then grabbed his head, ran to the corner and delivered a beautiful sliced bread #2 on Psychosis. He covered him, but just like Psychosis had done to him earlier Spanky lifted his shoulder up breaking the count, much to the delight of the crowd. Spanky climbed to the top turnbuckle and planted Psychosis with the same frog splash manouvre that he hit last week on GPW TV, we have no learned that it is called the left turn at Albuquerque. Spanky covered him and this time didn’t lift his shoulder up, the ref counted the three and Spanky remains the GPW Cruiserweight champion.

Winner and still GPW Cruiserweight Champion – Spanky

Jeff Hardy –vs- Buff Bagwell GPW Television Championship

Buff Bagwell came out first and for once he was accompanied by Seven to the ring. Jeff then made his entrance eyeing up Seven who stood in Bagwell’s corner, Jeff got into the ring and posed for the crowd on the top turnbuckle that he does the beginning of every match. Bagwell though comes up behind Jeff and shoves him off the top rope. He then runs to the rope and delivers a running elbow onto the body off Jeff, Bagwell then covers him trying to get the pinfall early in the match but Jeff kicks out before the three. Bagwell then tried a suplex but Jeff reversed it and dropkicked him in the back, sending him over the top rope and to the floor. Bagwell became irate at this and charged at Jeff, who low bridged the top rope on the other side, sending Bagwell back outside the ring. Bagwell got back into the ring and closelined Jeff down to the mat. Jeff just got straight back up though and delivered a twist of fate on Bagwell and then covered him but Bagwell just got his shoulder up.

Jeff then picked up Bagwell but Bagwell seeing that the ref’s back was turned low-blowed Jeff. Buff Bagwell then went to the corner and started to take the padding off. The ref seeing what he was doing came over and made him stop. The ref then went about trying to reattach the pads and while he was doing this Bagwell motioned for Seven to go and get a chair from ringside. Seven then entered the ring and Bagwell held Jeff in place as Seven raised the chair over his head. Jeff ducked which sent the chair onto Bagwell’s head. Seven then got the steel chair dropkicked on his head by the courtesy of Jeff, sending him to the outside. Jeff then ascended the top rope and came flying off and delivered the Swanton bomb on Bagwell. He then covered, the ref turned around, seeing the cover being made and counted the three, making Jeff Hardy, from GPW TV the first ever GPW Television Champion.

Backstage Randy Savage is with Josh Matthews

Josh: "Tonight, you have the chance to become the first GPW Champion but you have to go through Sting, Hulk Hogan and Raven, the man who hit you ith a Raven effect last week, what are your feelings about this match and how do you prepare for a match of this kind?”

Savage: "You want to know how I feel, well lets just say I fell a little let down but at the same time happy if you get what I mean. I feel let down as I thought I would have to fight real hard to get the title you know, beat someone up for it, but once I found out who my opponents are going to be it’s like there no challenge for me. That same fact makes me happy at the same time as I know that I won’t have to work for the title, I just have to go in there kick their asses, which will be real easy, and eliminate all of them. All week I’ve been planning who to eliminate first and who to eliminate last. First is going to be that worthless Hulk Hogan and show the world that he doesn’t even belong in this business. Second is going to be Sting and send him to his rightful place, the retirement home and then last I’ll eliminate Raven and he will pay for what he did to me last week, because no-one dow that to the Macho Man Randy Savage. So once I eliminate all these wannabe Randy Savages, I will be given what is rightfully mine, the GPW Championship, OOOOH YEAH”

Erotica -vs- York & Matthews -vs- La Resistance -vs- T&A GPW Tag Team Championships

A video recap is shown of the winners earning their shots at the titles in the tag team tournament. The video then fast-forwards to two weeks ago, showing the attack on Erotica by La Resistance. It then fast-forward to last week's match where all four teams ended up in the ring, with La Resistance standing tallas the video come to an end. T&A make their way down to the ring first, then come York & Matthews. Erotica then follow to the loudest reaction yet to one of the teams, La Resistance are the last team out and the crowd starts to chant "USA, USA.” The rules of his match state that only two people can be in the ring at one time and the remaining six have to stand on the apron until they are tagged in by anyone.

The match starts out with A-Train and Joey Matthews, A-Train towers over the lightweight Matthews, he picks him up and shows him across the ring, into the corner of La Resistance. Matthews hits Sylvan on the shoulder and rolls out of the ring, a tag that Sylvan looks none to happy with. Sylvan gets into the ring and runs over to the Erotica corner, keeping well out of the way of A-Train and tags in Chetti. Sylvan then gets out of the ring as Chetti gets in. Chetti gets right into the face of A-Train, not being intimidated by his height, weight and power. He punches A-Train in the head but it doesn’t cause any damage to his oversized cranium. A-Train responds by putting a knee to the gut of Chetti and whipping him to the corner. A-Train then charges in and squashes Chetti between his bulk and the corner. Rene, whose corner Chetti had just been squashed in, slapped A-Train’s back tagging himself into the match. Rene scooped up Chetti and slammed him down the mat. He then covered Chetti but the pin was broken up by Test, this brought in Sylvan and the two delivered a La Crepe on Test.

A-Train then came back into the ring but he got planted with a La Crepe too. The ref then tried to get Sylvan out of the ring while they were arguing though Christian York climbed up to the top rope and dropkicked the back of Sylvan sending him into the ref, who went down to the mat. Sylvan didn’t take kindly to being attacked from the back and La Resistance gave him a La Crepe as well. They then went over to Joey Matthews brought him into the ring and he became a victim of a La Crepe as well. La Resistance then went over to Chetti and planted him with a La Crepe, La Resistance then got attacked from behind by Doring, who then tried to plant Rene with a Wham Bam but Sylvan low blowed him to break the hold. He too like the other five men became another victim of La Resistance’s La Crepe. Sylvan then went outside and got two chairs. He slid back into the ring and plastered all six men with chairshots to the head. They then rolled them out of the ring except for Chetti. Sylvan got back on the ring apron and Rene covered Chetti. The ref then woke up and seeing the cover began to count the three, Chetti was unable to kick out and no one was there to break up the attempt so La Resistance are the first GPW Tag Team Champions.

Jerry Lynn -vs- AJ Styles© GPW World Championship

A video is shown of the last couple of weeks and the matches these two have been in. It focuses on the events that happened two weeks ago when AJ Styles got awarded the GPW Championship and when Jerry Lynn goes into Don Callis’s office to demand a match with Styles for the title that night. The video closes wit the ending of the match last week on GPW TV where Jerry Lynn beat Scott Hall to get to the match tonight. Back at ringside Jerry Lynn makes his entrance and starts pacing in the ring, waiting for Styles to come down. AJ Styles then makes his entrance to major heel heat; he gets in the ring and kisses his title before giving it to the ref. The two circle each other and then lock up in the middle of the ring in a show of strength.

Lynn wins the contest as he overpowers Styles and brings him to his knees, Styles begins to battle back though and sends the challenger into the ropes and knocks him down with a closeline. Styles then does a summersault flip onto Lynn who puts up his knees, driving them into the gut of Styles. Lynn applies an armbar on Styles trying to where him down, Styles struggles to the ropes to get Lynn to break the hold. Styles gets up quick before another submission move can be locked in, he lays punches onto Lynn driving him back against the ropes, he then irish whips him and delivers a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker on Lynn. He then picks Lynn back up and delivers three german suplexes in a row he then delivers a fourth suplex and then rolls over the body of Lynn creating a bridge and a pinning predicament. Lynn got his shoulder up before the two and Styles went straight back to work on Lynn. As Lynn is getting to his feet Styles runs to the ropes and goes to deliver a running head scissors on Lynn who counters and powerbombs Styles down. Lynn then leans against the ropes trying to get his breath, he goes back to Styles, who is still lying on his back after the powerbomb, he goes to pick him up but Styles jumps up and hurricanranas Lynn from the back, making the crowd to clap for the great athletic display from Styles.

Styles gets Lynn up and sets Lynn up for the Styles clash and manages to complete the manoeuvre. He goes to cover Lynn hoping to end the match but Lynn gets his shoulder up before the three. Styles then goes to deliver the Styles clash again but Lynn punches him in the stomach and nails him with the cradle piledriver. Jerry Lynn then covers Styles but he only got a two count as well, Lynn looked up in disbelief and asked if the ref was sure it wasn’t a three, which the ref assured him that it wasn’t. While Lynn was talking with the ref Styles snuck up behind him and rolled him up, for extra leverage he put his feet on the second rope. The ref, not seeing the obvious cheating counted the three and awarding the match to Styles, who quickly slid out of the ring, grabbed his belt and went back to the locker room, leaving Lynn in the ring arguing with the ref that Styles foot was on the ropes. The ref didn’t believe him though and the decision stood.

Next to make his entrance was Sting who was greeted by cheers from the crowd, Hulk Hogan was the last man to enter the ring and he did so with a deafening pop from the crowd. The bell was rung and the four men went into the middle of the ring and started to trade insults between themselves.

Raven slid outside the ring and picked up Sting and hit him with a Raven effect before turning around and making his way to the back.

Sting got back into the ring, although he looked dazed he tried to fight back, he was soon knocked to the mat by a closeline from Savage who then climbed to the top rope and delivered a Savage elbow on Sting. Well I still have a job, Global Warfare I got a buyrate of 0.98 and an overall rating of 79. Mick Foley was ecstatic at these results and now I have more control over the company. I immediately moved advertising and merchandising up to 100% and also hired some new wrestlers. So my month’s trial period was over, now I’m in charge for real!

The music and pyros go off, 4007 people are here for the last Instigation of September. Tonight the new GPW Champion Hulk Hogan will be here and has promised to defend his belt against any-one who is willing to face him.

York & Matthews –vs- T&A

Both these teams took place in the four-way tag match at Global Warfare and T&A didn’t look happy with the fact that they didn’t walk away from that match with the titles. The weight and power advantage that T&A had was a very big factor in this match. The two heels shrugged of any offence that the two faces hit them with. Christian York became a victim of a big boot from Test and a derailer from A-Train. The two heels then dragged Matthews into the ring and tried to do the same to him, Test ran in but Matthews ducked and Test gave the big boot to A-Train, who was holding Matthews in place. Matthews then rolled up Test and got the three count.

Bill DeMott –vs- Justin Credible

These two men have unresolved issues that go back to their last meeting a few weeks ago. Credible is still without a win here in GPW and he desperately wants one, he feels he’s being laughed at and mocked at the guys in the back for not being able to win a match. He requested this match to prove that he can beat someone; he even laid out an open challenge to any one, that challenge was answered by Bill DeMott. Credible attacked DeMott on his way to the ring, hoping to get the upperhand, with the match not officially started Credible whipped DeMott into the guardrail, Bill though reversed it and sent Credible into the guardrail with such force that Credible went over the top of it. DeMott went over and retrieved Credible and rolled him in the ring to officially start the match. DeMott whipped Credible into the corner and followed him. DeMott then rammed Credible head into the corner and then suplexed him. He then went up top and delivered the big shot onto Credible. The ref counted the three, making Justin Credible still without a win here in GPW.

Erotica –vs- La Resistance

Erotica demanded this match after what happened last night. Erotica came out to quite a good pop while La Resistance came out to reasonable heel heat. The match started with Chetti and Sylvan in the ring. The faces controlled the early going of the match, making quick tags to each other to keep them fresh and to wear the opponent down. The tide turned though when Sylvan low-blowed Doring behind the ref’s back and tagged in his partner Rene.

The heels kept Doring from getting the tag, by luring Chetti in so the ref had to go and send him out while the heels double-teamed Doring. Doring was able to stop the attack when he put two knees up when Rene went to the top rope and jumped off trying to deliver a splash. Doring started to crawl to his corner, but Sylvan came in to distract the ref. Doring got the tag to Chetti who came in and tried to get to Rene but the ref stopped him, as he never saw the tag. While the ref and Chetti were arguing La Resistance nailed Doring with the La Crepe and Sylvan then threw Chetti over the top rope while Rene made the cover. Chetti tried to get back in the ring but Sylvan stopped him, the ref counted the three and La Resistance come away with a victory out of this one.

Winner - La Resistance

Backstage Hulk Hogan is with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: “How does it feel to be the first GPW Champion in history?”

Hogan: "How does it feel? It feels great brother. Last night I went into the ring against three great wrestlers and I was the last one in the ring, when Bret Hart presented me with this belt after that match the crowd went wild brother. It just proves that Hulkamania is still running wild.”

Josh: "But what do you feel about what Raven said earlier and what is your answer to his challenge that he laid out for you.”

Hogan: "Raven, you want to challenge me for a match here tonight, you’re on. I’ve got to admit that when you were eliminated first from that match I found it funny, what I didn’t find funny was being sent down to the mat with a Raven effect afterward. So Raven what you gonna do? What you gonna do when Hulk Hogan and all his hulkamaniacs run wild on you brother?”

Ken Shamrock –vs- Buff Bagwell

Ken Shamrock made his way out from the back first and got into the ring. Buff Bagwell came out to the ring next and unlike last night at Global Warfare was unaccompanied. As usual Shamrock offered a handshake to Bagwell before the match got underway, Bagwell just speared Shamrock to the ground and laid an elbow onto his chest. Bagwell then whipped him into the corner; he then started to punch him in the face while he was in the corner. The ref forced Bagwell off Shamrock and started to reprimand him. While the ref was dealing with Bagwell, Seven ran in and planted Shamrock with a powerbomb and quickly slid out of the ring. Bagwell then delivered a kobayshi DDT to Shamrock before covering him and getting the three.

Raven made his way out to the ring first in the match and awaited Hogan in the ring, Hogan made his entrance to a thunderous pop from the crowd. The fact that Raven was so irate at being eliminated from the elimination match at Global Warfare was apparent by the way he immediately attacked Hogan and with the ferocity rarely seen from anybody. He controlled virtually the whole match. Raven eventually hit the evenflow DDT and covered Hogan, who kicked out at two much to the disbelief of Raven who picked him up again and went to deliver another evenflow DDT, but it was blocked by Hogan. Raven laid a right hand on Hogan’s temple but it had no effect as Hogan started to Hulk up. Raven tried to prevent him but couldn’t, he was whipped into the ropes and got a big boot to the face. Hogan then hit his Legdrop of Doom, which got the three and got him a victory.

Winner and still GPW Champion – Hulk Hogan

As Hogan was celebrating though Randy Savage came running down to the ring with a steel chair. He slid into the ring without Hogan knowing it, Hogan turned round and got plastered with a chairshot to the head that sent him down to the mat.

Our TV rating seems to be hovering around the same place, which can be seen as either good or bad. The rating came back with a 5.47, against Raw’s 6.01, which also is hovering around the same place. The overall rating we got was the same we had for the PPV a 79. I also decided it was about time that we started our own proper feud, Hulk Hogan/Randy Savage started off at a 100 heat rating.

GPW TV

5026 people are in attendance for the first GPW TV since Global Warfare and the first GPW TV of November. What will Jerry Lynn have to say about the underhanded way in which AJ Styles won their match at the PPV? Also tonight a rematch from Global Warfare has been signed, we will see Roddy Piper taking on Shark Boy one more time.

Starting off tonight’s show we see a long black limo pulling up outside the arena. The driver opens the door and the GPW commissioner Don Callis gets out, followed by the GPW World Champion AJ Styles.

Callis: “Are you ready?”

Styles: “I’ve wanted this for a while Don, you can bet your ass that the phenomenal AJ Styles is ready!”

Callis: “Good ‘cause tonight we’ll get rid of Jerry Lynn for good.”

OR – 70

Gail Kim –vs- Trinity© GPW Women’s Championship

Coming off the victory over Lita at Global Warfare, Trinity came to the ring looking very confident in her abilities. Gail Kim came down to the ring to a reasonable pop from the crowd. The two women locked up in the middle of the ring, Kim locked a headlock onto Trinity who reversed it by whipping her into the ropes. Trinity then hit the standing rana on Kim, her finisher, but it only got a two count. Trinity kept in control of the match from that point on. The finish came when Trinity gave a backbreaker to Kim and the climbed up top. She climbed up top and delivered a moonsault on her, she covered and got the three, retaining her title.

Backstage we see Torrie Wilson walking down the corridor, as she walks though she encounters Psychosis who won’t let her pass.

Psychosis: "Well what have we got here then, you know ever since I seen you in playboy I’ve wanted you so what do you say to us to hooking up?”

Torrie: "I’ll think I give it a miss.”

Psychosis: "You’ll think you’ll give it a miss, do you know what your saying no to? No-one says no to me.”

Psychosis starts to move towards Torrie who is trying to back away but Psychosis grabs her arm. Out of the view of the camera another hand grabs Psychosis’s arm. The camera turns round to see the cruiserweight champion Spanky.

Spanky: "I think the lady said no, or did that beating I gave you on Sunday give you hearing problems?”

Psychosis slowly takes his hand of Torrie’s arm and shoves Spanky’s arm of his. He then walks off. Torrie then thanks Spanky for what he had done.

Torrie Wilson gained overness from this segment

Shark Boy –vs- Roddy Piper

Roddy Piper demanded that this rematch from Global Warfare. Shark Boy came out first to a good pop from the crowd. Halfway down the ramp he gets attacked by Piper who is carrying the same chair from Sunday. Piper rams Shark Boy’s head into the ringpost and then whips him into the guardrail. He then rolls him into the ring to officially start the match. Piper immediately goes for a cover but Shark Boy gets his shoulder up before the three. Piper keeps control of the match due to the attack before the match, he locked the sleeper hold on Shark Boy to slow him down, instead of keeping the hold locked in though he delivers a back suplex on Shark Boy and then goes outside to fetch the chair. He slides back in the ring but the ref grabs the chair to prevent him from using it. This causes an argument between the two; Shark Boy sneaks up behind Piper and rolls him up getting the surprise victory and his second pinfall over Piper.

Winner - Shark Boy

Backstage we see AJ Styles and Don Callis joking around in the office.

Styles: "When’s he going to get here man, I can’t wait to see his face when you break the good news to him.”

Callis: “Well it’s hardly good news for him is it, it’s more of the bad variety for him. For you it’s good not him!”

Styles: "It depends on how you look at it, it is sort of a mixed blessing for him, sure he’ll be gone but that way his won’t have to continue to get his ass kicked by the phenomin…”

Jerry Lynn then enters the office and AJ Styles tries to stop himself from laughing.

Lynn: "I don’t really like being summoned here like your little servant, just say what you’ve got to say and I’ll leave you and your pet monkey over there alone to do whatever you do in here.”

Callis:Oh cute really you could’ve have come up with a better one than that but why I summoned you here as you put it is to inform you of you match tonight. In the main event you will face AJ Styles.”

Lynn: "That’s it, that’s all you wanted to tell me. That’s your great plan to get rid of me? Well sure, what the hell,” he turns to Styles who is still holding back the laugh, ”I owe you a beating from Sunday on how you won our match, so I’ll guess you’ll get it tonight.”

Lynn exits the office leaving Callis with a slightly bemused look on his face.

Callis: “Oh and Jerry,” Lynn re-enters the room looking a little confused, "if you don’t win your match tonight you’re fired! Have fun!”

Styles and Callis just burst out laughing leaving Lynn standing there with an irate look on his face.

OR – 74

Spanky –vs- Kid Kash

Kid Kash made his way out first and he came down to reasonable amount of heel heat. Spanky came out next to quite a good pop from the crowd. This was a high-flying match that was expected from these two. What wasn’t expected was the finish, as Spanky had just hit the sliced bread #2 and had climbed up to the top rope and he was looking to hit the big Spank. This was not to be though as Psychosis ran down and threw Spanky of the top rope and to the floor below, causing the DQ. The crowd started to jeer at Psychosis who just started to laugh as he made his way back up the ramp

Winner by DQ- Spanky

CR – 71 MQ – 90 OR – 80

Lita –vs- Jazz

Jazz requested a match here tonight as she feels that she is being overlooked in the women’s division and wanted to prove herself, Don Callis agreed to the request and put her in a match against Lita. The match went both ways between the two with no-one seeming to be able to gain an advantage. After reversing a Jazz irish whip into a sick looking DDT Lita then powerbombed here down to the mat. She then climbed up to the top rope and came off nailing Jazz with a moonsault. This amount of punishment seemed to be more than the Jazz could handle as Lita was able to get a three count, but Jazz is not going to be happy when she comes to.

Winner – Lita

CR – 69 MQ – 55 OR – 64

Backstage Spanky is with our interviewer Dan Wilson

Wilson: “Spanky, it seems that it’s not yet over with Psychosis?”

Spanky: "Psychosis what is your problem? First you hit on Torrie Wilson and when she rejects you, and frankly who blames her for saying no to you, you get mad. You start on this weird little rant about how no-one ever says no to you but I thought you would be used to women saying no to you by now. Then in my match earlier you interfere in my match tonight against Kid Kash. I guess I was right that beating I gave you did do some damage. I just hope you win the triple threat match for the number one contendership later on tonight so I can beat you in the ring next week, oh and Psychosis I will be watching."

OR - 77

Jeff Hardy© -vs- Scott Hall GPW Television Championship

According to the stipulations of the GPW Television Championship, it’s an interpromotion title meaning that it shouldn’t be defended here tonight but Don Callis has ignored the rules. Scott Hall made his way out to the ring first and was followed by the champion. Scott Hall immediately went on the offensive, backing Jeff into the corner. He then whipped him into the opposite corner and followed in with a closeline. Hall then hit his fallaway slam on Jeff and then hoisted him up on his back, looking to deliver the outsiders edge. Before delivering the move Hall taunted the crowd for a while, this gave Jeff the time to recover; he slid off the back of Hall and dropkicked him. He then ran up to the rope and came jumping up, delivering the whisper in the wind. Jeff then dragged Hall into a better position before going back up top. He came off and delivered a Swanton bomb on Hall. Jeff then covered him and got the three count.

Paul London –vs- Billy Kidman –vs- Psychosis #1 Contendership for the GPW Cruiserweight Championship

True to his word Spanky came out first and took a seat at the announcer’s table. Paul London comes out first to a pop from the crowd, he is still wearing the bandages around his waist from the previous attacks by EZ Money. Billy Kidman comes out next and again came a good pop from the crowd, Psychosis made his way out last to a good amount of heel heat, he doesn’t look away from where Spanky is sitting and infact goes round to talk to him before he gets in the ring. After telling him to stay out of his way he gets into the ring, London and Kidman team up in the beginning of the match to take on Psychosis, Kidman even managing to hit the BKBomb, but when he went to cover London broke the fall. This then sent the two faces into a pushing match that London won. After a while London planted Kidman with a dropkick and assailed the top rope and jumped of nailing Kidman with the London’s calling.

London then went to cover Kidman but Psychosis low-blowed behind the ref’s back. Psychosis then planted him with the Psycho-stunner and covered him for the three and getting a shot at the champion next week.

After the match Spanky gets up from the announcers table and gets into the ring where Psychosis is still celebrating, Spanky congratulates Psychosis on the match but before he leaves he kicks him in the gut and hits the sliced bread #2 on Psychosis much to the crowds delight.

Winner – Psychosis

CR – 61 MQ – 81 OR – 71

Jerry Lynn –vs- AJ Styles If Jerry Lynn looses he's fired from GPW

Before the match begins Don Callis comes down to the ring and grabs a mic.

Callis: "You know the match I made earlier tonight between Jerry Lynn and AJ Styles is an okay match and that might be fine for another show but not GPW TV. So I’ve been trying to find a way of making an okay match into a good match that is why this match is now a no-DQ match. So I have changed the match from an okay match into a good match, but that’s still not good enough so I was thinking how do I make a good match into a brilliant match? Well that’s when it hit me this match needs a special guest referee. So let me all introduce you to the special guest referee of the AJ Styles vs Jerry Lynn No-DQ if Jerry loses he gets fired match…ME !”

Don Callis then takes off his jacket to reveal a referee’s top underneath it, the crowd boo loudly knowing that Jerry Lynn has just been screwed.

Callis: "Now lets get this match started.”

AJ Styles makes his entrance first, laughing all the way down to the ring; he slides in the rings and then shakes hands with Callis. Jerry Lynn then makes his entrance and he’s looking even more irate than he was earlier. Jerry goes straight to ringside and grabs a chair before entering the ring but as he goes to swing it at Styles head Callis grabs the chair off him, which causes the crowd to boo. Styles then low-blows Lynn and then sets him up for the Styles clash. He manages to hit the move and then covers Lynn, who even though there was a lightening count by Callis managed to get his shoulder up for the three.

The match continued this way with Callis stopping anything Lynn tried to do and letting Styles do whatever he wanted. Styles looked to have the match won on a couple of occasions but Lynn refused to stay down for the three. Lynn then managed to build some momentum after reversing a Styles german suplex. Both men lay on the mat while Callis went outside to get a chair. Both men started to get to their feet groggily and Callis went to swing the chair at Lynn, Lynn ducked though and the chair went straight into Styles’s skull. Lynn then grabs the chair of Callis and blasts him in the head with it. Lynn then places the chair on the mat before picking up Styles and delivers a cradle to the grave piledriver onto the chair.

Another referee runs out from the back as Lynn covers Styles. He gets the three count and rolls out of the ring before Styles and Callis comes too. Jerry Lynn keeps his job here in GPW even though all the odds were attacked against him!

Winner – Jerry Lynn

Instigation

The music plays and the pryos go off, we are live for another show of Instigation. 5014 people are in attendance where tonight Sting will take on Randy Savage in the main event.

Before tonight’s show starts a video replay is shown of the attack by Randy Savage on Hulk Hogan last week. The video ends with Randy Savage holding the GPW championship belt above his head.

With the video over Randy Savage makes his way down to the ring with the crowd booing him as he comes down the ramp.

Savage: I’m going to make this easy for you Hogan brother all you have to do is agree to a match at Freefall. A match that will have Hulk Hogan in one corner and in the other the best wrestler the world has ever known, Randy Savage! Now I know you’re not here right now Hogan as you’re stuck in traffic somewhere, at least that is what we’ve been told, but I’m going to say this anyway. I’m better than you! I always have been Hogan and I always will be but brother I know you’re not one to back down from a fight so I want you at Freefall. I want you to look me in the face and know that I’m going to beat your as down. At Freefall I’m going to get what’s rightfully mine in the GPW Championship and all I want is a yes or a no!

Bill DeMott –vs- Rodney Mack

Bill DeMott made his entrance first and he was followed quickly by Rodney Mack. Mack starts off the match by whipping DeMott into the ropes, he tried to deliver a shoulder block but DeMott closelined him down instead. DeMott managed to control the tempo of the rest of the match. After delivering a standing suplex DeMott went up to the top turnbuckle, looking to deliver the big shot. Mack put his knees up though, driving them into the gut of DeMott, he then picked him up and hit the underhook powerbomb.

Mack then covered DeMott but he was unable to get the three count. Mack couldn’t believe that he had kicked out of his finisher and locked him in the blackout. After a short struggle DeMott finally got his foot on the bottom rope, Mack refused to let the hold go and so the ref had no choice but to award the match to DeMott.

After the match Mack still refused to let go of the hold, it took five referees to pry him off Bill DeMott. He knocked the referees out of the way before going outside to get a chair; he then slid back into the ring. He went back over to where Bill DeMott was still laying and smacked him over the back with the chair. The referees still in the ring tried to grab the chair out of Mack’s hands but they were met by a chair shots to the head. Mack finally left the ring leaving carnage behind him.

Winner by DQ – Bill DeMott

Danny Doring –vs- Johnny Stamboli

The ring was cleared after the last match events. Once everyone had gotten out the next match was ready to start, Doring took control of the early going of the match. The match was almost finished when Doring delivered a particularly brutal powerslam but Stamboli managed to get his shoulder up before the three. Doring then climbed to the top rope and tried to nail Stamboli with the mamma jamma legdrop but Stamboli rolled out of the way.

Stamboli was unable to capitalize though and the ref had to instigate a ten count, the ref had reached eight before the two men had gotten up. Doring staged over to where Stamboli was propping himself up by the ropes. He was met by a kick to the gut and was planted by the fugettabout it, he then covered the fallen Doring and got the three count.

Winner – Johnny Stamboli

Backstage our cameras caught up with Buff Bagwell and Seven talking in their locker room.

Bagwell: "At Global Warfare one of my plans didn’t work out but you have to remember that all plans aren’t going to. The fact that you made me lose that match for the Television championship got me just a little bit angry, just a little bit annoyed and just a little bit disappointed in myself for giving you so much responsibility but you know what don’t worry about it, there will be other chances.”

Bagwell then grabbed Seven by the neck and slammed him against the wall.

Bagwell: "But let me tell you this if you mess up one of my plans, if you cost me one more match, if you cost me one more championship or if cost me anything I’ll make sure you won’t forget it and that’s a promise!

OR - 41

Ron Killings –vs- Test

The truth started the match off by dropkicking Test down to the mat, which Test didn’t take kindly to. Test responded by charging at Killings but he low-bridged the rope, sending Test down to the floor. This just annoyed Test more as he then went to ringside to get a chair. He got back in the ring but the ref intercepted him and took the chair out of his hands. Test argued with the ref but was turned around by Killings.

With the surprise Killings was able to hit the True Conviction. With Test down on the mat Killings went to the top and came flying off, hitting Test with the truth hurts. He covered and got the three count.

Winner – Ron Killings

Chris Chetti –vs- Buff Bagwell

Bagwell came to this match unaccompanied to the ring; Chetti came to the ring next to a reasonable pop from the crowd. Chetti managed to get control of the match in the early going and was setting up Bagwell for the amityville horror when he saw Seven jumping the guardrail. Seven slid in the ring and swung a chair at Chetti’s head but Chetti ducked the attack and the chair blasted Bagwell over the head.

Seven was horrified with his actions and tried to make up for his actions by going after Chetti. He again swung the chair but Chetti dropkicked the chair at Seven’s head, sending him out of the ring. Chetti went over to where Bagwell was laying and hit the double jump moonsault and covered him for the ring.

Seven then got back into the ring and went over to Bagwell. He helped him up but as he knocked down to the mat by a kobayshi DDT from Buff. He then made his own way to the back stating right to the camera that he and Seven were now through.

Winner – Chris Chetti

Backstage Randy Savage is with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: "Randy Savage you have just laid down a challenge for Hulk Hogan at Freefall, but after your actions last week do you think Hulk Hogan is going to accept it?”

Savage: “Hulk Hogan will never accept one of my challenges and that is why I attacked him last week, I had to provoke him to accept a challenge from me. I had to do this because in his heart Hulk Hogan knows that he can not beat me. He’s scared of me so I have to make him angry to accept my challenge, but if he doesn’t accept it, I’ll just have to provoke him some more! At Global Warfare Hogan got lucky and last week I proved just how lucky he is. That title should be mine Hogan, you know it and I know it. You say that you’re a fighting champion why not put it up against a real champion? That is unless you are too afraid to face the Macho Man Randy Savage, OOOH Yeah!

York & Matthews –vs- La Resistance© GPW Tag Team Championship

The tag champions came to this match waving their French Flags that is accustomed for them. York & Matthews then came out to a good pop from the crowd. La Resistance used every heel tactic in the book. They constantly stopped Joey Matthews from getting the tag from his partner, when Matthews had managed to slow down Sylvan and tag in York Rene distracted the ref.

When the ref turned round he saw Christian York entering the ring, not knowing he had gotten the tag he ejected York from the ring. Behind his back Sylvan smacked a French flag over the head of Joey Matthews, Rene then shoved York from the ring apron while Sylvan pinned Matthews to get the win.

Before the match began Shamrock offered a handshake to Raven but he just smiled back at Shamrock before hitting him right in the head with a right hand. Raven then went on the offensive, he attempted to hit the evenflow DDT but Shamrock held onto the top rope, effectively blocking the move and sending Raven down to the mat. Shamrock picked up Raven, but for his troubles was met by a low blow.

Raven then slid outside of the ring and tried to compose himself. After Shamrock had recovered he also slid outside the ring and charged at Raven who drop-toe-holded him face first onto the ring steps. Raven then grabbed Shamrock’s head and smashed it against the ring post; he then rolled him back in the ring and followed after him. Raven then scooped him up and nailed him with the evenflow DDT for the three.

Sting –vs- Randy Savage

These two still have unresolved issues from the very first Instigation when Savage interfered in Sting’s match. Sting made his entrance first and was welcomed to a good pop from the crowd. Randy Savage came out to monsterous heel heat, he just stared at Sting all the way down the aisle and the gaze never faltered as he got in the ring. Savage never waited for the bell to ring and attacked Sting from the outset. Sting managed to reverse the momentum by reversing an irish whip and closlineing Savage down to the mat. Sting remained in full control of the match and even applied the scorpion deathlock but Savage managed to get to the ropes before he had to tap out.

Sting then whipped Savage to the corner and followed him delivering a stinger splash. He then place Savage on the top rope and climbed up after him. Sting then went to set him up for what looked like a superplex but Savage powered out of it and sent Sting to the mat. Savage took opportunity of this and planted Sting with the Savage elbow. He covered Sting and got the three count giving him the win.

He got into the ring and a brief scuffle ensued. Savage got the advantage by low-blowing Hogan he then went back up top and hit the Savage elbow on Hogan. Savage then exited the ring with a smile on his face. Back in the ring just shrugged off the attack from Savage and got straight back up he demanded a mic. Savage never knew Hogan had gotten back up and thought that the cheers were for him, his face soon changed though when he heard Hogan voice.

The cheers then turn to boos as he belly-to-belly suplexes Tantum to the mat. This brings the television champion Jeff Hardy running down to the ring.

Steiner remains in full control of the match, after delivering a belly-to-belly suplex on Jeff, Steiner starts to taunt the crowd. Styles: "You don’t understand, last week was my chance to finally get rid of that joke Lynn and I failed, I let him pin me. I let him pin the phenomenal AJ Styles.”

Callis: "So what, he pinned you what’s the big deal?”

Styles: "I have to do this it’s a chance to redeem myself, it’s my chance to get rid of him once and for all.”

Callis: "Okay fine, I don’t agree with it but you go ahead if you want to, it’s not like it’ll happen two weeks in a row, I’ll make sure of that!”

Lita –vs- Victoria

This was a typical women’s match with Lita taking control in the beginning of the match, whipping Victoria into the ropes and plating her with a spinebuster. She followed up with a sick looking DDT and a powerbomb. Lita then covered Victoria but Trinity came running down to the ring to provide a distraction, Lita got off Victoria to go and deal with, effectively breaking the pin herself.

The ref ejected Trinity from ringside and the run in succeeded as while Lita was dealing with Trinity Victoria had recovered, she began to stalk Lita and as soon as she turned round she became a victim of the widows peak. Victoria then covered and got the three, thanks to Trinity.

As we come back from the commercial break Paul London makes his way down to the ring for his match, but instead of his opponent EZ Money attacks him halfway dwon the ramp. EZ rams London into the ringsteps and then rolls him into the ring. Paul tries to battle back but with all the damage that he has sustained lately all his efforts were futile. EZ Money took advantage of London’s weakened state and laid him out with a bank roll, he then stood over London taunting him.

EZ: "Did you think I had forgotten you Paul? Did you think that I had forgotten that you beat me at Global Warfare? Did you? Well let me tell you something, I never forget, I want a rematch Paul. I want to beat you down and then beat you down once more. I will get my rematch Paul, I don’t know when and I don’t know where but I will get one but until I do get my rematch Paul, I’ll interfere in all of your matches, I’ll follow you everywhere you go, when you turn around I’ll be there like your shadow. Eventually you’ll just give in, you’ll give me my rematch because you’ll be so sick of me that you’ll do anything to get rid of me and I mean anything.”

Don Callis then made his way out and stood at the top of the ramp.

Callis: "You know what, I was sitting in the back when I heard what you have been saying EZ Money, and you know what you want a rematch you got one. Torrie: "I just wanted to thank you one more time for saving me from Psychosis last week. You didn’t have to and who knows what he would’ve done if you hadn’t come along.”

Spanky: "It’s no problem, any-one would’ve done the same if I wasn’t there. I was worried that what happened last week was still worrying you so I got you something to cheer you up.”

Spanky then pulled twelve red roses from behind his back.

Torrie: "There beautiful, thank you so much, I better go and put them in a vase.”

She then goes away Spanky looks happy with what he’s done.

Torrie: "Oh and Spanky,”

She then came running back and kissed Spanky on the cheek before walking away again. Spanky’s smile just got a whole lot bigger.

OR – 67

We then go to our interviewer Dan Wilson who is standing by with Psychosis

Wilson: “Later on tonight you will challenge Spanky for the GPW Cruiserweight Championship, will you be able to do what you failed to do at Global Warfare and capture the cruiserweight title?”

Psychosis: "Well, if that isn’t the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. First last week you get involved in something that didn’t involve you Spanky and now this week you buy flowers for that slut Torrie Wilson. I just don’t believe the nerve of you first you become Cruiserweight champion and now you after Torrie. How come you get all the things that should be mine, all the things that I deserve? Someone agrees with me though. Someone agrees that you are overrated, and that someone phoned me up yesterday asking to be my manager and just like me, no-one says no to him!”[/I]

Wilson: “But Psychosis you haven’t answered my question, will you be able to beat Spanky tonight?”

Psychosis just laughed as he walked away without giving Dan Wilson his answer or revealing who that someone is.

OR – 76

Nova –vs- Scott Hall

This was basically a glorified squash with Hall beating the lightweight down. He mercifully ended the match after five minutes of completely decimating Nova by driving him to the mat with an outsider’s edge. Nova had no hope of kicking out after the beating he had received and Hall won the match.

Winner – Scott Hall

Spanky© with Torrie Wilson –vs- Psychosis GPW Crusierweight Championship

Torrie Wilson accompanied Spanky to the ring; the two got quite a good pop from the crowd. Both got into the ring and waited for Psychosis to appear. Psychosis then made his entrance but stopped halfway down the ramp and turned round, signalling for someone to come out of the back. Out from the back came Bill Alfonso, Spanky and Torrie seemed undisturbed by this turn of events but Psychosis thought it was the best thing in the world. Torrie got out of the ring as Psychosis entered, the two cruiserweights circled each other before tying up in the middle of the ring.

Psychosis came out of it with the advantage and he stayed in full control. That was until Spanky reversed a suplex into a DDT. Spanky then managed to wear down his opponent so far that he was able to hit the sliced bread #2 on Psychosis. Spanky then covered him and got the three count retaining his championship.

Torrie Wilson got into the ring and the two celebrated the win, Bill Alfonso also got into the ring and checked on his client who was beginning to come around. As soon as he realised what had happened he started to throw a temper tantrum in the middle of the ring. Alfonso managed to calm him down and the two walked to the back looking non too pleased.

Winner – Spanky

CR – 79 MQ – 99 OR – 89

The GPW World Champion AJ Styles then headed to ringside to major heat from the crowd. He grabbed a mic and slid into the ring.

Styles: "Jerry Lynn last week you finally managed to pin me, you managed to pin the phenomenal AJ Styles and you were the first one to pin me in this company. That’s quite an achievement you’ve got there Jerry. I had the opportunity to get you out of this company but you managed to beat me, that’s why I’ve got a proposition for you. So Jerry I am asking, no not asking demanding that you get out here right now.”

Jerry Lynn’s music hits up and he stands at the top of the rampway.

Jerry: "What is it with you and Callis that thinks you can order me about. Last week he summoned me to his office and now you demand that I come out here. The only reason I’m out here is I’m so god damn curious with what scheme you to have come up with to try and get rid of me this week, so go on, get it over and done with.”

Styles: “Jerry, Jerry, Jerry why do you have to be so hostile? I have a proposition for you that is in your interest. I want you in a match next week with high stakes for both of. If you win, which is very unlikely you’ve got lucky once but not twice, you get whatever you want however if I win it’s the same stipulations as last week, if you lose you’re fired. Sound good enough for you?”

Jerry: "Let me get this straight if you win I get fired but if I win I get anything I want, all I have to do is name it?”

Styles: "Yeah that’s right so what’s your answer?”

Jerry: "Oh you’re on and I know exactly what I want as well when I beat your ass. When I win I want a shot at the GPW World Championship at Freefall. Next week it’s you and me, see you there.

Instigation

The music plays and the pryos go off, we are live for another show of Instigation. 5012 people are here to witness tonight show where Bret Hart has said he is going to announce Jeff Hardy’s opponent at Freefall for the GPW Television Championship.

York & Matthews –vs- Erotica #1 Contenders match for the GPW Tag Team Championship

This match is determine who will face La Resistance for the tag titles at Freefall. The crowd didn’t really know who to back in this match with them both being fan favourites. They soon found someone to boo when La Resistance came to ringside, the crowd burst into a USA chant, which angered the champions. They never got involved with the match instead just walking around the ring watching what was going on inside the ring.

Matthews and Doring seemed distracted with what the champions were doing and couldn’t focus on the rest of the match. Doring finally got the wham bam on Matthews and covered. York broke the cover but this brought Chetti in as well. The match disintegrated with all four men inside the ring and the ref loosing control over the match. La Resistance then made their move; they slid into the ring and hit all four men over the head with the French flags that they were carrying. The ref had no choice but to call for the DQ and La Resistance are still without opponents for Freefall.

Winner – No contest due to interference.

CR – 59 MQ – 84 OR – 71

As we come back from the commercials Bret Hart makes his way out to the ring.

Bret: "Last week we saw Rodney Mack attack Bill DeMott. Now not only did he refused to let go of a hold on Bill DeMott but we also saw him viciously attack him afterwards with a steel chair. Did he stop there though? No he had to blast referees with the chair as well. After we went off the air last week all the referees came into my office and demanded that he be reprimanded or they quit. That’s why Rodney Mack has been suspended for one week. Now this brings me nicely to Bill DeMott, since he refused to tap out last week to Rodney Mack I have decided to give him the opportunity to fight at Freefall for the GPW Television championship. Currently that champion is Jeff Hardy but since Don Callis keeps on signing matches for the title when he shouldn’t it could be anybody.”

OR – 72

Ken Shamrock –vs- Johnny Stamboli

Ken Shamrock came out first to a reasonable pop from the crowd, Johnny Stamboli then made his out, when he got into the ring Shamrock offered a handshake but once again he was attacked immediately. Shamrock became irate that no one seems to be shaking his hand and took it out on Stamboli. He delivered a vast array of suplexes on Stamboli, finally finishing it off with a belly-to-belly suplex. He then locked in the ankle lock and after a brief struggle Stamboli tapped out to the pain.

Winner – Ken Shamrock

CR – 48 MQ – 57 OR – 52

Backstage Randy Savage is with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: “Last week Hulk Hogan accepted your challenge for Freefall, and after he had you delivered a Savage elbow on him that seemed to have no effect, aren’t you a little bit worried that at Freefall if you hit him with the Savage elbow that it still won’t have any effect on him?”

Savage: "Josh last week Hogan proved to me that he was a man by accepting my challenge and he is now ready to play a man’s game. That game has already started and the end will be at Freefall, you have to psyche your opponent out, you have to get inside his head Josh and that’s exactly what I’m doing. Last week I gave Hogan a Savage elbow that’s true but it wasn’t one of full force , I held back. You see I want a challenge at Freefall and if I had given Hogan a full force Savage elbow last week my fun would be over far too soon. I need him to be in good shape because there are unbelievers out there that don’t believe I can beat Hogan. At Freefall I’m going to prove them all wrong and prove to them all again that the Macho Man Randy Savage is the best wrestler the world has ever known , OOOH YEAH!”

OR – 89

Bill DeMott –vs- A-Train

DeMott came down to the ring looking completely indifferent, like he couldn’t care less that he has been placed in that match at Freefall. A-Train looked unhappy at Bret Hart’s decision and attacked DeMott from the outset. He hit all his signature moves, which is very little. A-train nailed DeMott with the train wreck but DeMott got his shoulder up at two, showing the resilience that put him in that match. A-Train scooped DeMott again and went for another train wreck but before he could hit it DeMott kicked him in the gut. DeMott then planted A-Train with the no joke, he covered the mammoth at got the three count.

Winner- Bill DeMott

Backstage Rene Dupree and Sylvan Grenier are shown in their locker room

Sylvan: “Once again we prove why we are the GPW Tag Team Champions”

Rene: “It will be a hell of a long time before anyone takes these titles away from us!”

Bret Hart then barges in

Bret: “Do you think that just because you interfered in that match earlier causing it to be thrown up that it would be over? No it’s far from over next week York & Matthews will take on Erotica once again and the winner will face you at Freefall!

Rene: “You can’t do that!”

Bret: “What do you mean I can’t, I am the commissoner here and that means I can do it, so you don’t have a choice!

OR - 67

Ron Killings –vs- Justin Credible

Justin Credible is still without a win here and Bret Hart granted him a match here tonight. Killings came out first but was attacked halfway down the ramp, Credible rolled him into the ring and then climbed up to the top turnbuckle waiting for Killing to get up. When Killings did get up Credible came off the top rope looking to hit him with a missile dropkick. Killings dodged it though and Credible went down to the mat. Killings then grabbed him and he became a victim of a true conviction. Killings covered him and got the three, continuing Credible’s loosing streak.

Winner – Ron Killings

Our cameras cut to the backstage area where Josh Matthews is standing with the GPW Champion Hulk Hogan

Josh: "No doubt you heard what Randy Savage has said earlier tonight I was just wondering what are your thoughts on what he spoke off and what he did to you last week.”

Hogan: "Ever since I arrived in this company Josh all I’ve been hearing is Savage bitch about this and bitch about that and I’ve come to a conclusion, Savage is a bitch. He says how he should be the champion, he says that he can beat me; he says that he’s better than me. Well I don’t know what planet he’s one because everything I’ve seen is the complete opposite. At Global Warning I beat you brother, I beat you in a handicap match on Instigation a few weeks ago. Savage you talk the talk and walk the walk but let me tell you brother that’s all you do. You talk about were playing a man’s game now Savage, you say that we’ve got to get inside each other’s head. Well it looks like I’m already in your head doesn’t it, you say that it wasn’t a fullforce Savage elbow last week, well let me tell you something brother whether or not you manage to hit me with a Savage elbow at Freefall I’ll still feel nothing. So Savage what you gonna do, what you gonna do when at Freefall Hulk Hogan and all his hulkamaniacs run wild on you?”

OR – 99

Hogan gained overness from this segment

Sting –vs- Buff Bagwell

Surprisingly Bagwell controlled most of this match up, letting Sting get little or no offence in. Buff Bagwell seemed to be still angry with Seven from his actions last week and seemed to be taking out his anger on Sting. Bagwell had just hit the kobayshi DDT when Seven jumped the guardrail, chair in hand. He prowled around ringside waiting for his moment to attack; Bagwell noticing him on the outside went to confront him and slid out of the ring. Bagwell kept on telling him to go away and that he had everything under control, Sting who had recovered from the onslaught tried to get Bagwell back into the ring but was met by a chairshot to the head by Seven. The ref called for the immediate disqualification and Bagwell became irate with Seven. He grabbed the chair out of his hands and blasted it over his head.

Winner by DQ – Sting

CR – 76 MQ – 69 OR – 73

Buff Bagwell hadn’t finished his attack yet though as he slid Seven into the ring. He grabbed the chair and once again smashed it over the skull of Seven.

Bagwell: "I told you last week that if you cost me one more match you were to have nothing to do with me and what did you do you cost me my match against Chris Chetti. Not content with that you cost me my match against Sting this week that I should have won, you just don’t learn do you. I told you if you made me loose you would loose something well next week I’ll make good that promise, next week I make you loose your first match in GPW your opponent for that match is going to be me Seven. Not only is this going to be your first match in GPW, it’s going to be your last and that’s a promise.”

OR – 67

Hulk Hogan –vs- Raven

The main event has arrived and Raven is set to go one on one with Hulk Hogan. The crowd gave Raven the response he deserved, which was booing the hell out of him. Hogan came out next to a thunderous pop. Raven never allowed Hogan to do his pre-match routine of ripping his shirt of etc. Instead he attacked him from behind gaining himself more boos in the process. From that point Raven stayed in full control of the match managing to nail Hogan with an Raven effect, Hogan kicked out at two though which made Raven to argue with the ref. This culminated with Raven giving the ref an Raven effect as well. Raven picked up Hogan and delivered another Raven effect and covered once again. The ref was still out cold from Raven’s attack so another ref had to run out from the back. The new ref slid into the ring and started the count, 1…2…3 NO!

Hogan just got his shoulder up before the three. Raven looked on in disbelief and picked up Hogan again and signalled for another Raven effect. Hogan reversed though and whipped him into the ropes, big boot to the face. The crowd came to their feet in anticipation. Hogan ripped his shirt off and ran to the ropes, as he got there though a hand tripped him from under the apron sending him down to the mat. The crowd cheers soon turned to boos as out from under the ring came crawling Randy Savage. The ref seeing everything called for the DQ while Savage started to laugh on the outside.

Savage slid into the ring and got into Hogan’s face, he whipped him to the ropes but Hogan reversed it into a big boot and followed it up to a legdrop of doom on Savage. Raven the got back up but he was given a big boot to the face as well Hogan then gave him a legdrop of doom. Hogan then slid out of the ring and walked up the ramp to cheers from the crowd.

Winner by DQ – Hulk Hogan

GPW TV

5032 people are in attendance to watch Jerry Lynn facing AJ Styles where if Lynn wins he gets a title shot at Freefall but if Styles wins Lynn will leave the company forever. Also tonight Don Callis is going to be Roddy Piper’s guest on Piper’s pit.

Psychosis makes his way out to the ring accompanied by Bill Alfonso to start the show off; he grabbed a mic before getting into the ring.

Psychosis: "Last week there was a great injustice carried out. Spanky never won that match, it didn’t happen. There is no way he could have pinned me. I am the rightful cruiserweight champion, it’s mine and at Freefall it I’m going to get what is mine. At Freefall it’s going to be me and you Spanky for the cruiserweight championship and there’s nothing you can do about it!

Spanky’s music then hit, and out came the cruiserweight champion with Torrie Wilson.

Spanky: "I’m sorry did I here you right? You say that I never beat you last week, you say that I didn’t nail you with the sliced bread #2 and you say that you never cried after that match? So if that didn’t happen then I suppose I’ll just have to do it at Freefall. Your match is on, but I can’t wait till then what do you say to you and me tonight?

Psychosis: "Oh you would love that wouldn’t you Spanky, you’d love that a lot. Heck I’m sure all these idiots here would love to see it as well! So as far as you and me tonight one on one in a match… nah!

Spanky: “Fine then you don’t want to fight me tonight because you’re scared of what might happen f. But since you don’t want to fight me and I want to fight you I think there’s only one thing to do!”

Spanky ran down the ramp and it looks like we got an impromptu match.

OR – 62

Spanky –vs- Psychosis

Spanky slid into the ring and started to lay forearms onto Psychosis. A ref finally made his way to the ring and the bell was rung to make the match official. Spanky stayed in full control of the match with Psychosis obviously not ready for a match. Spanky whipped Psychosis into the corner and then ran in after him, Psychosis got out of the way leaving Spanky to go face first into the turnbuckle. Psychosis then rolled him up looking to end the match early but Spanky kicked out at two.

Spanky got right back up and on the offensive, barraging Psychosis with forearm shots, he backed Psychosis into the ropes and whipped him across the ring but Psychosis held onto the ropes at the other end. Spanky then charged in after him but Psychosis low bridged the ropes sending Spanky up and over to the floor below. The ref was too busy counting Spanky out to notice that Psychosis had started to take the padding off one of the top turnbuckles.

At the count of six Spanky got back into the ring to find Psychosis was pretending to be winded in one of the corners, Spanky charged at him but Psychosis ducked down and managed to flapjack him onto the exposed top turnbuckle, he quickly covered Spanky and got the three count.

Psychosis quickly got out of the ring and made his way to the back, as Bill Alfonso made his way out of the back to celebrate with his client. Both Psychosis and Bill Alfonso had got to the top of the ramp when Torrie Wilson came out and ran down to the ring to check on Spanky.

Psychosis stopped his celebration and watched the scene in the ring where Torrie was asking if Spanky was alright. Bill Alfonso tried to get him to the back but Psychosis just shrugged him off and slowly made his way back down to the ramp. He slowly circled the ring while inside of it Torrie was still checking on Spanky. Psychosis slid into the ring and walked up behind Torrie, but she didn’t notice till it was too late. Psychosis grabbed her by the hair, Torrie started to scream for help but Spanky was still too far out of it to help her.

Psychosis started shouting at Torrie, asking her why she rejected him but Torrie was unable to answer as he scooped her up and hit her with a powerbomb. The crowd started to boo Pschosis for what he had done but he didn’t seem to care as he just stared at Torrie. Psychosis got out of the ring and made his way back up the ramp to where Bill Alfonso was standing will a big smole on his face. The two went backstage as we went to a commercial.

Winner – Psychosis

Lita –vs- Trinity© GPW Women’s Championship

Trinity challenged Lita to a match tonight and Lita accepted it. It’s still a mystery why Trinity interfered in Lita’s match against Victoria last week on GPW TV and she refuses to answer any questions on it. Lita controlled the early going of the match but Trinity was able to avoid a moonsault attempt from Lita. Trinity slowly recovered her senses and slowly started to get up, she climbed up to the top turnbuckle and started to taunt Lita to get up. Lita groggily got up; unaware that Trinity was on the top rope she turned around. Trinity came flying off with a flying rana and pinned Lita.

Winner and still GPW Women’s Champion – Trinity

CR – 72 MQ – 54 OR – 66

Piper’s Pit

Roddy Piper was already in the ring as we came back from the commercials. He had the trademark smirk on his face.

Piper: "Tonight is a memorable Piper’s Pit as tonight we are going to have the most distinguished guest ever to appear on it. This man is one of, no not one of, is the best commissioner the world has ever known. This man has a knack of being able to book the greatest matches that couldn’t be seen anywhere else in the world. Tonight my guest is the commissioner of GPW TV Don Callis.”

The crowd boos Callis as he makes his way out to the ring. Piper actually goes over to the ropes and holds them while Callis gets in. He then goes over to the chair and whips it before gesturing for him to sit, which he actually does.

Piper: "Ignore these people here Mr Callis they wouldn’t know class if it came up and bit them in the ass.”

Callis: "There just jealous Roddy, they could never be as attractive as me, they couldn’t be as smart as me and they sure as hell can’t book better matches than me.”

Just as he finished talking Lita’s music hit back up before she came and stood at the top of the ramp.

Lita: "Since you think that you’re so good at booking matches Don how does this sound to you. Trinity going one on one against me for the women’s championship at Freefall?

Callis: "Now how does that sound? First off you come out here and interrupt my interview and now you are telling me to book you in a match against Trinity at Freefall. Refresh my memory, it still hasn’t cleared up didn’t Trinity just win her match against you well just now?”

Piper: "Yeah that’s right, what thinks you can interrupt my show? What in the name of….”

Callis: "It’s okay Roddy, don’t worry about it. Lita as far as your match goes at Freefall you will get your shot at Trinity but, and this is a brilliant but, if you loose that match you will not get another shot at the title while Trinity holds it. Is that clear?”

Lita: "Crystal!”

Lita then exits leaving Callis and Roddy in the ring.

Piper: "Sorry about that interruption, now where were we…”

Paul London’s music then hit up and he too stood at the top of the rampway.

London: "I’m sorry to interrupt such a historic moment as you call it Piper but since this is a wrestling talkshow, which is where you ask you guest questions and they answer. I was wondering do you get audience participation?”

Piper: "What do you mean?”

London: "What I mean is do you allow your audience to ask your guests questions?”

Piper: "No, any respectable talk show doesn’t all just anyone to ask questions now GO!”

Callis: "You got something to ask me?”

London: “I have actually, I was just wondering why in hell you let EZ Money get to pick the stipulations for our match at Freefall? Are you out of your mind?

Callis: "I don’t take that sort of talk from anybody, let alone a nothing like you. You wanna know why I let him pick your stipulations for your match, it’s simple, I wanted do. Oh and one more thing, he’s told me exactly what those stipulations are going to be, and trust me it’s a gooden!

OR – 82

Air Paris –vs- Scott Steiner

Air Paris put a valiant effort in the beginning of the match. This proved to be fruitless though as Steiner’s power, size and weight advantage took hold on the cruiserweight. Paris soon became a victim of the Steiner spiral. Steiner then locked Paris in the Steiner recliner, the pain proved to be too much for Paris as he tapped out, giving Steiner a submission victory.

Winner – Scott Steiner

CR – 60 MQ – 62 OR – 61

Paul London –vs- Kid Kash

This match has just been set up as a punishment for Paul London as he interrupted Piper’s Pit earlier. London couldn’t really focus on the match as he was being too preoccupied with looking out for EZ Money. Never the less London put on a brilliant performance, he firmly controlled the tempo of the match. His offence seemed to be too much for Kash as he soon was planted with a London’s calling. London then covered Kash and got the three.

Winner – Paul London

CR – 68 MQ – 81 OR – 74

Paul London then celebrated his win as he went up the ramp. At the top he turned around and raised his hands in triumph. This gave EZ Money an easy opportunity for an ambush. He snuck up behind London and smacked a chair over his back. He then nailed him with a bank roll onto the steel stage. Before he was done though EZ dragged London’s carcass over to the edge of the stage, he then picked up London and powerbombed him from the top of the stage through a table to the floor below. EZ just laughed before making his way to where London lay. He hovered over him for a while before spitting on him and walking off. EMTs and Referees came to where London lay; they put London on a stretcher and wheeled him out of the arena with a standing ovation from the crowd.

This was the second glorified squash of the night with Scott Hall taking on the cruiserweight Billy Kidman. Hall quickly managed to get Kidman up on his back but as he was about to deliver the move, Kidman reversed it into a tornado DDT, buying him valuable seconds recovery time. He had been so beaten down though he couldn’t capitalize on the move and soon found himself on the back of Hall, who this time delivered the move straight away. Hall covered but Kidman just got his shoulder up at two, much to the crowd’s delight but to Hall’s annoyance. Hall scooped Kidman up again and delivered another outsider’s edge, covering him one more time. As much as the crowd hoped that Kidman would kick out he couldn’t manage to find the strength to do so.

Winner – Scott Hall

Jerry Lynn –vs- AJ Styles

If Jerry Lynn loses he will leave the company forever

If AJ Styles loses Jerry Lynn will get a title shot at Freefall

After a wild night the main event had arrived, with such high-stakes for both men there was a lot of pressure going into this match, but neither men seemed to be affected by it. Jerry Lynn came out first to a good pop from the crowd, Styles then made his entrance to major heel heat from the crowd. He walked round the ring and took off his belt and kissed it for goodluck before handing it to the ref and getting into the ring.

The two came face to face and a trash talking match-up ensues, this started a shoving match between them. Lynn ended this though giving Styles a superkick to start the match. Lynn then backed Styles into the corner and hit knife edged chops onto the chest of Styles, who raked him in the eye. He then followed it up with a discus closeline and covered, getting the two count. Styles then tried to powerbomb Lynn but he reverses it into a hurricanrana. Styles immediately got up and hit a spinning kick to Lynn’s face, again he covered but again Lynn kicked out at two. Styles then whipped Lynn into the ropes but Lynn reversed it and gave him a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker instead.

The match continued that way, with no man getting a clear advantage. It was so close in fact it wasn’t until the ending that some-one got the advantage. Styles was setting up Lynn for the Styles clash but Lynn was blocking the attempt. Styles giving up on hitting the move decided to try and hit a powerbomb instead, but just like before Lynn reversed it into a hurricanrana. Styles dazed from the attack got up he went towards Lynn who gave him a kick to the gut and planted him with the cradle to the grave piledriver. Lynn covered 1…2…3! Lynn has done it! Lynn goes on to face AJ Styles for the championship at Freefall.

Instigation

The opening music plays, the pryos go off and the crowd of 5040 rise to their feet for the last Instigation before Freefall. Tonight a rematch from last week’s #1 contender’s match between Erotica and York & Matthews for the tag team championship. Also tonight we will see Seven’s in ring debut against his former ally Buff Bagwell and in the main event it will be the tem of Hulk Hogan and Sting –vs- Raven and Randy Savage

To start the show off Hulk Hogan comes down to the ring to a great ovation from the crowd.

Hogan: “Savage last week you cost me my match against Raven, tonight it’s me and Sting against Raven and you but you know what brother? I can’t wait till then I want your ass here and now! I can’t wait for Freefall, that’s six days away you and me one on one right now.

Hogan drops the mic and walks over to the ropes shouting up the ramp for Savage to come and face him. After a while Hogan goes back and picks the mic back up.

Hogan: "See that’s you all over brother. Week after week after week you go around here saying that everyone’s too afraid to face you, that everyone is scarred of you when in reality…”

Randy Savage slides into the ring behind Hogan and blasts him in the back with a chair, cutting him off. Savage then grabs the belt and raises it up while he stands over Hogan, much like a few weeks before. To add insult to injury though Savage the runs to the ropes and delivers a legdrop of doom on Hogan. He then places the title belt and lays it on the chest of Hogan before climbing up to the top rope. Savage then nails a Savage elbow onto the already beaten Hogan. He then slides out of the ring and up the ramp to loud boos from the crowd.

OR – 90

Bill DeMott –vs- Test

This meeting between these two featured no high-flying manoeuvres or technical holds; it was just an all out brawl. DeMott controlled the early going of this match, using it as a warm up for Freefall. Test took control though after DeMott came charging in the corner where Test was situated and was met by nothing but the turnbuckle. From that moment on Test was in firm control of the match. Test managed to hit the Test drive on DeMott but instead of going for the cover he decides to taunt the crowd. When he eventually goes for the cover, he has wasted so much time that DeMott was able to kick out at two. Test then whipped DeMott into the corner, he charged in after him and delivered a brutal looking closeline. Test then placed DeMott on the top turnbuckle, he climbed up after him but a few well-timed punches to the gut made him go crashing to the mat, DeMott then followed it up with a big shot, which got the three and the win.

Winner – Bill DeMott

A video recap of the ending of last week’s match between Erotica and York & Matthews is shown. The cameras then cut into the locker room of La Resistance

Rene: "Last week Sylvan was brilliant, once again we showed how smart we are and we proved one more time how stupid these American idiots are. All we have to do is keep up the good work and there won’t be any contenders for our championship, which means.”

Sylvan: "That we won’t have to defend them at Freefall, can I just say one more time what a pair of geniuses we are, but Rene I don’t know why we bother, come on Erotica or York & Matthews it doesn’t matter who we face, does it?”

Rene: “Of coarse not Sylvan because we will easily beat them anyway.”

Sylvan: “So why are we bothering?”

Rene: “Because Sylvan if we make sure we have no challengers then we don’t have to fight at Freefall!”

Sylvan: “and that’s a good thing?”

Rene: “Sylvan listen to me closely if we don’t have a match at Freefall then we don’t have to turn up!”

Sylvan: “So we can go somewhere with a little culture and class!”

Rene: “Now you’ve got it Sylvan now hurry up we’ve got to make sure that this Sunday our plans are not spoiled!

The two leave the room as we go back to ringside.

Erotica –vs- York & Matthews #1 contenders match for the GPW Tag Team Championship

These two fan favourites fought each other again this week; Chetti soon took control of the early going of the match, wearing down Christain York. Chetti wanted to try and put this match away early as he managed to deliver the amityville horror on York, but as he went for the cover though La Resistance came running down the ring and slid into the ring. They broke the fall, causing an immediate DQ.

The two heels then smiled and shook hands, thinking that they wouldn’t have an opponent at Freefall. The two face teams were irate at being once again screwed out of their shots. Both teams decided to take out their frustrations on the heels, with Erotica taking on Sylvan while York & Matthews centred their concentrations on Rene. Sylvan became a victim of a wham Bam from Doring and then a double jump moonsault from Chetti. Over in the other corner Rene was nailed with a full effect from York & Matthews. The two face teams then stared at each other in the middle of the ring, before leaving without coming to blows.

Mark Jindrak –vs- Justin Credible

Justin Credible requested this match-up, believing that Mark Jindrak can be the man he can finally get the win over and end his loosing streak. Credible immediately went on the offensive, with a barrage of left and right hands onto the head of Jindrak, who wasn’t ready for the attack and found himself backed into the corner.

The match continued this way, with Credible not relenting on the attack, looking for his illusive win. After a while Credible was able to hit his That’s Incredible move, he covered and finally got the win that he’s been looking for ever since he stepped foot in this company.Justin Credible was ecstatic at this win and up the ramp he was jumping up and down in celebration.

Winner - Justin Credible

Our cameras cut to the back, where La Resistance look to be leaving the arena, they’re still smiling over their actions earlier in the night.

Bret Hart: "Excuse me just where do you two think you’re going? I haven’t given you the good news!”

Rene: "What good news, the only good news is that we’re still the tag team champions and that we are leaving this god forsaken town.”

Bret Hart: "See that’s the good news, yes you are the tag team champions, which if you read your contract means one thing, those titles must be defended at the end of the month event, which is Freefall.”

Sylvan: "But there are no contenders for our belts, which means that there will be no match. No we’ve got things to do so get out of our way!”

Bret Hart: "The only reason that you don’t have challengers for the belts is because you keep on interfering in the matches that decide them. You will defend the championships at Freefall and your opponents are.”

Bret Hart points behind them where both Erotica and York & Matthews are standing.

Sylvan: "But which ones are we facing?”

Bret Hart: "Both of them. At Freefall it’s going to be Erotica –vs- York & Matthews –vs- La Resistance for the GPW Tag Team Championships. Looks like you two are not the only geniuses around here!”

Sylvan: “You can’t do that, it’s not fair, it’s not a French thing to do!

Bret: “Well you’re not in France are you?”

Rene: “Bret Hart, look at what you’ve been reduced to, defending Americans you should be ashamed of yourself. It was not too long ago that you hated America too! I despise you and all that you have become, you’re just like them, you’re just like the Americans!

Rene just spat at the feet of Bret Hart before getting in the car and speeding off leaving a pissed off Bret Hart!

Ron Killings –vs- A-Train

Killings took the advantage in the beginning of this match, keeping A-Train on the mat and not allowing him to get back to his feet. With the Killings blocking the view of the ref A-Train was able to low-blow Killings to gain control of the match. A-Train hit the trainwreck and the match was over.

Backstage Buff Bagwell is with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: "Last week you stated the Seven’s first match will be his last can you please clarify that statement?”

Buff Bagwell: "Can I what? You want me to clarify my statement last week. Well I don’t see the problem Josh.”

Bagwell then grabbed Josh Matthews by the throat and rammed him against the wall.

Buff Bagwell: "I meant exactly what I said, this match tonight with me and Seven will see me end his wrestling career before it’s even begun. Heck if I get the chance I may decide to ruin his life as well, I don’t know about you but I can kindda see him in a wheel chair can’t you?”

He releases Josh from his grip before walking off.

OR – 79

Garrison Cade –vs- Johnny Stamboli

In the shortest match of the night Johnny Stamboli took on Garrison Cade. Stamboli’s experience took a vital factor in this match, as the rookie made a very big mistake by going up to the top rope too early in the match. Cade went for a crossbody off the top rope but Stamboli reversed it into a fallaway slam, before hitting the mamaluke DDT for the three.

Winner – Johnny Stamboli

Buff Bagwell –vs- Seven

Seven came out first for his in ring debut, Bagwell followed and got into the ring. When the bell rung though Seven just went into the middle of the ring and laid down for Bagwell. Bagwell just stared at Seven and then up at the ref with a confused look on his face, this soon gave way to a smile though as he seemed to have formulated a plan. He went over to Seven and covered him, Seven made absolutely no effort to kick out, and Bagwell got the three.

The crowd burst into boos at this turn of events, but Bagwell didn’t seem to care he just slid out of the ring and started to look around for something. He looked under the ring and pulled out a table, he got back into the ring and set the table up. He grabbed Seven, who was still laying on the floor and went to powerbomb him through the table. Before he could though Bret Hart’s music hit and he stood on the top of the stage, still lokking pissed off!

Bret Hart: "What the hell was that? All week Buff all you’ve been going on about is how you’re going to destroy Seven, how you’re going to humiliate him and what do you do, you go in and just cover him. Seven, your in ring debut and you just lay down, you don’t even fight. Well I don’t know about all here people her but I was actually looking forward to this match, and I was robbed. So I’m going to change that, at Freefall it’s going to be you Buff Bagwell facing you Seven in a hardcore match, and if anyone lays down for the other then your both suspended. Oh and Buff that’s a promise!”

In the ring Bagwell look non-too pleased with the turn of events, he grabbed Seven again and powerbombed him straight through the table, before getting out of the ring and heading to the back.

Winner - Buff Bagwell

Hulk Hogan & Sting -vs- Raven & Randy Savage

Raven and Savage made their entrances first to major heel heat from the crowd, Hogan and Sting soon followed to a thunderous pop. All four got into the ring first and starred each other down. Raven threw the first punch, right at Sting’s head, Savage and Hogan soon followed and the ref couldn’t do anything about it. He tried to separate the four but he couldn’t pull them apart. The action spilled out of the ring, with Raven whipping Sting into the guardrail and slamming his head onto the ring post. Savage and Hogan were making their way up the ramp, with Savage ramming Hogan’s head into the steel stage. The ref had no choice but to ring the bell due to a double count-out, but the four men didn’t seem to care.

Raven started to fight through the crowd and disappeared while Randy Savage and Hulk Hogan began to fight up the ramp and soon they reached the backstage area. Hogan and Savage carried on brawling throughout the back of the arena and could not be separated by the referees and road agents that we now trying to hold them apart. Finally they were separated and the two kept on tryinging to continue the brawl.

GPW TV

6010 people are here tonight for the last GPW TV before Freefall. Last week we saw Jerry Lynn defeat AJ Styles to get a shot at the GPW World Championship. Both Lynn and Styles are here tonight what, if any, confrontations are going to happen between these two enemies?

Piper’s Pit

We start off tonight in the ring where Roddy Piper is waiting for tonight’s guest.

Piper: "Ever since this man’s debut in the company a few weeks ago he’s been unstoppable, in his first match he decimated his opponent Jeff Hardy and even though he didn’t win, he was the one who walked away from that match with his own free will. Last week this man faced Air Paris and once again proved his dominance in that match too, tonight it’s my pleasure to introduce freakzilla, big poppa pump Scott Steiner!

The sirens blaze and out comes Scott Steiner to a round of boos from the crowd. He gets into the rings and grabs a mic from Piper.

Piper: "Scott, thanks for coming on the show tonight, I was just wondering…”

Steiner: "You made an interesting point earlier about Jeff Hardy beating me, that’s got me thinking. See all I care about is my freaks and my peaks, and all I know is how good my peaks would look with gold around my waist. I absolutely decimated and destroyed the GPW Television Champion Jeff Hardy doesn’t that mean that I should get a shot at the Television championship?”"

Piper: "You make an interesting point but…”

Don Callis’s music starts up and the commissioner of GPW TV comes and stands at the top of the rampway

Callis: "That is a good point Steiner, you do deserve a shot at the Television championship, so how does this sound Jeff Hardy –vs- Scott Steiner one on one in that very ring tonight? Now that does sound like a good match doesn’t it”

Stiener: "Jeff Hardy, your title’s mine, so this goes to all my freaks out there. Scott Steiner is your hookup holla if you hear me!”

The sirens blare again and Steiner leaves the ring and goes back up the ramp to prepare for tonight’s match.

OR – 80

Nova –vs- Kid Kash

These two were virtually equal going into this match, both with the same abilities. At one point in the match Kash and Nova had a string of around fifteen arm drags one after the other. Kash soon took control with a low blow on Nova. Kash was setting up Nova for the ka ching, but Nova managed to block it and hit his spin-doctor finisher for the three count and the win.

Winner – Nova

Backstage Spanky and Torrie Wilson are shown a locker room.

Spanky: “I can’t believe what that jerk did to you last week, you shouldn’t even be here tonight Torrie!”

Torrie: “Spanky, I’m fine. So what he powerbombed me last week this Sunday you’re going to do much more to him!

Spanky:That’s not the point Torrie, he laid his hands on you…”

Torrie: "Spanky would you do me a huge favour and forget about last week and concentrate on this Sunday? You have a lot more to worry about, however if you do want to do something for me could you run out and get me a cup of coffee?”

Spanky: "Sure back in a sec!”

We here the door open and close while Torrie turns around to get something out of her bag. The door is heard opening again.

Torrie: "That was quick…”

She turns around but doesn’t find Spanky, instead it’s Bill Alfonso

Torrie: "Wh...what do you want?”

Alfonso: "Oh I think you know what I want!”

Alfonso begins to move closer to Torrie, who begins to back up. Soon though she is right up against the wall and no-where else to go. Alfonso starts to smell Torrie’s hair before we hear the door open again.

Spanky: "What’s going on here? Get away from her or I’ll…”

He was cut of by Psychosis who came from behind the door and sent Spanky right into the wall.

Psychosis: "Or you’ll what?”

Alfonso grabs the coffee cup that Spanky had been carrying, which the lid hadn’t fallen off. He takes a sip but spits it right back out again.

Alfonso: "There’s no sugar you idiot.”

He then pours the boiling coffee over Spanky’s body, which makes him scream in agony. Psychosis goes back to where Torrie’s standing, still against the wall.

Psychosis: "See what happens when you say no to me. I’ll think see you again.”

He then goes to kiss her but Torrie moves out of the way. Psychosis just laughs and walks towards the door but before going he turns around.

Psychosis: "Actually I know I’ll see you again Torrie, oh and Spanky see you this Sunday at Freefall.”

He then leaves and Torrie kneels down next to Spanky asking him if he’s all right.

Billy Kidman –vs- Sonny Siaki

In a match that there crowd weren’t really into for some reason. It was a shame though as these two put on quite a good match which in the end saw Billy Kidman picking up the win after hitting his Bkbomb and following it up with a shooting star press for the three.

Winner – Billy Kidman

Backstage the camera cuts to Don Callis’s office. Callis is sitting behind his desk when Spanky barges into the room.

Callis: "Excuse me don’t you know how to knock?”

Spanky: "Oh sorry, here you go.”

Spanky knocked hard on the desk and then sent everything crashing to the floor.

Spanky: "Listen here, I’m in no mood for this you just shut your mouth and don’t talk, I want Psychosis.”

Callis: "You’ve got Psychosis at Freefall, what more do you…”

Spanky: "Perhaps you never heard me, I said don’t talk. I know I’ve got Psychosis at Freefall but after he just did to Torrie and what that jerk did to me I can’t wait. I want him in the ring tonight. You like good matches how does this sound, Spanky –vs- Psychosis tonight?”

Callis: "That does sound great but…”

Psychosis then enters the camera shot

Callis: "But you already have a match tonight”

Psychosis: “Yeah guess what Spanky it you and me one on one tonight.”

Spanky: "Great, I’ll just kick you’re ass tonight and on Sunday, looks like Christmas has come early!”

Spanky goes to leave but Callis stops him at the door.

Callis: "A great as that match sounds I’ve just thought it’s just isn’t as great as it could be, so Spanky let me introduce you to what I like to call the great factor.”

Callis opens the door revealing Bill Alfonso behind it, carrying two cups of coffee.

Spanky: “That’s you’re great factor, god you must be loosing your mind it you think that’s great.”

Callis: "Oh you underestimate me Spanky, this is the great factor because tonight you’re not only facing Psychosis, no. It’s Spanky –vs- Psychosis & Bill Alfonso in a handicap match. Told you you had underestimated me.”

Alfonso: "You know I just had a huge craving for boiling, hot, steaming cup of coffee, but this time it actually has sugar in it. Come on Psych lets go find somewhere to drink this!”

Psychosis then attacked Spanky from behind, leaving him in a heap before Alfonso gives him a cup of coffee.

Psychosis: "I owe you twenty bucks, you’re right coffee does taste better with sugar in it.”

OR - 72

Lita –vs- Jazz

Jazz once again demanded a match here tonight, still thinking that she is being overlooked in the company. As soon as Lita gotten into the ring Jazz brought an elbow right onto Lita’s neck. Jazz was unrelenting on Lita, not allowing to her to get up from the mat and pummelling her.

Lita soon battled back though after a misjudged running legdrop attempt from Jazz. Lita got to her feet from the mat for the first time in the mat, she ran at Jazz looking to closeline her down, Jazz ducked though and Lita ended up closelining the ref, who did a great job of selling it. This ref bump brought Trinity running down the aisle with the title belt in her hands.

Trinity slid into the ring and tried to nail Lita with it in the head. Just like Jazz did earlier Lita ducked and Trinity instead plastered Jazz over the head with the championship belt, sending her cold down to the mat. Lita then took advantage of a confused Trinity and powerbombed her and then rolled her out of the ring. The ref woke up just in time to see Lita make the cover, the ref counted the three and Lita got the win.

Winner – Lita

Shark Boy –vs- EZ Money

EZ Money still had the smile from last week plastered all over his face. Paul London is still in hospital after the attack from last week and with only three days to Freefall EZ Money has yet to announce the stipulations for their match. He crowd booed EZ Money unrelenting throughout the whole match. Actually it can’t be called a match. EZ Money soon disqualified himself by smashing a steel chair over the head of Shark Boy. He then smashed it over the head of the ref as well. He just stood in the middle of the ring laughing at his actions before grabbing a mic.

Winner by DQ – Shark Boy

CR – 74 MQ – 82 OR - 78

EZ: "Always the hero Paul, always the hero. You never learn, nice guys always finish last, but I do have to say it’s been fun beating you up week after week after week. I can’t decide what has been the best moments of our, what shall we call them Paul; ah I know the very name our little get togethers. Well I can’t decide which one of these get togethers are the best. Could it be when I drove you through the announcer’s table, or could it be when I left you unconscious in the back? Heck it could even be last week when I drove you from the stage Paul. No I’ve got it my favourite get together has to be watching you as you bleed last week, when I drove from the top of that stage to the floor, do you remember Paul? I know you’re not here tonight as you’re still in the hospital but I hope you can hear me where you are because this Sunday at Freefall it’s going to be my new favourite get together of our’s Paul. I bet you want to know why don’t you? Well I’m never one for keeping secrets Paul, so I’ll tell you. This Sunday at Freefall in our match my stipulations are…FIRST BLOOD MATCH. Surprise!”

EZ Money starts to laugh again as we go to a commercial break.

Jeff Hardy© -vs- Scott Steiner GPW Television Championship

In just three days time Jeff Hardy will face Bill DeMott for the championship, that’s if he manages to come out of the match with the championship. With his match in a few days Jeff kept on trying to end the match early, covering Steiner after every move he hit.

This strategy was ineffective though as Steiner kept on kicking out at two. Jeff decided that the only way to finish the match was to hit a move fore the top rope, after he had nailed Steiner with a neckdrop Jeff climbed up to the top rope and signalled for Steiner to get up, which he did very groggily.

Steiner turned around and Jeff came flying down with a crossbody. Steiner rolled through the move though and grabbed Jeff’s tights, the ref was unaware of this and counted the three. Steiner is now the GPW Television Champion which means he will go on to face Bill DeMott at Freefall instead of Jeff.

Winner and NEW GPW Television Champion – Scott Steiner

CR – 68 MQ – 66 OR – 67

Spanky –vs- Psychosis & Bill Alfonso

Psychosis and Alfonso came down to the ring first too huge boos from the crowd; Spanky followed soon after but was without Torrie Wilson. With the rules of the match stated that both Alfonso and Psychosis were in the ring at the same time, Spanky didn’t seem to mind though as he just got into the ring and made a beeline straight for Psychsois. Spanky drove him to the ground and laid punches into his head. Alfonso then came over and dragged Spanky off of his client. Spanky seemed angry with this and just stared a hole right through Alfonso, backing him into the corner. Alfonso now looked like he didn’t want to fight and started to scream for help. Spanky though just grabbed his head and was about to deliver the sliced bread #2 when he was blindsided from behind by Psychosis.

The two heels then began to use their number advantage on Spanky, wearing him down as much as possible for Sunday. Torrie Wilson then made her way out to the ring to check on Spanky, but halfway down the aisle see was noticed by Psychosis, he got out of the ring and started to walk up to Torrie, who turned back and started to run back up the aisle. Psychosis ran after her though and dragged her down to the ring, he shoved her into the ring but Torrie was backing away from Psychosis then she backed into Bill Alfonso who just shoved her back into Psychosis.

Psychois grabbed her by the hair and started to threaten her, Spanky though had time to recover stood up without the two heels knowing about it, Torrie then fell to her knees and low blowed Psychosis Spanky then turned him around and nailed him with the sliced bread #2. Bill Alfonso looked terrified at this turn of events and went to leave the ring but Torrie grabbed him before he could, Spanky then grabbed him and delivered a sliced bread #2 on Alfonso as well. Torrie then laid Psychosis and Alfonso side by side while

Spanky climbed up to the top rope, he came flying off and delivered a the left turn at Albuquerque on both Psychosis and Alfonso. He then covered them both and got the three. Spanky and Torrie then celebrated their win and went to the back.

Winner – Spanky

Bill Alfonso lost overness from this segment

The crowd obviously thought the show was over as they got up to leave, they soon got back in their seats tough as on the titentron was shown Jerry Lynn being loaded into an ambulance. He had blood pouring from his head and arm. The sirens blaze and the ambulance drives off. Out from behind a pile of crates comes AJ Styles carrying a crowbar and a big smile on his face.

Styles: "See you at Freefall Lynn, that’s if you can make it!”

Styles then turns and leaves, with the camera looking at him go as GPW TV comes to an end.

This week’s GPW TV got an overall rating of 70, a bit low but it was used just as a set up for Freefall. As the norm now we beat Smackdown in the ratings once again this week, we got a 5.84 compared with their 5.14. The Lynn/Styles feud remained at 90 heat but the Spanky/Psychosis feud fell to 86, not a good sign going into Freefall. The Freefall preview will be up next.

Freefall Preview

Seven –vs- Buff Bagwell - Hardcore Match

Bagwell brought Seven in to help him win every match he was in and this strategy worked, for a while. With the aid of Seven Buff Bagwell was undefeated going into Global Warning I, but this is where his luck ran out. In his match against Jeff Hardy for the GPW Television Championship Seven accidentally cost Bagwell his match. From then on Seven has tried to make up for his mistakes by interfering in Bagwell’s matches trying to get him a win. Every match he interfered in though he ended up costing Bagwell the match. Three weeks ago Bagwell told him that he wanted nothing more to do with Seven, but the next week Seven once again interfered in his match and inadvertently made him loose it. Last week Bagwell and Seven had a match but Seven just lay down for Bagwell to pin him. Bret Hart came out at the end of that match and signed them in a hardcore match where no-one must lay down for the other, or they will face a suspension.

Lita –vs- Trinity© GPW Women’s Championship

Lita asked Don Callis for this match two weeks ago when Callis was a guest on Piper’s Pit. Callis agreed to the match but with a stipulation, if Lita cannot get a win over Trinity she will not have another shot at the title while Trinity is the champion. Will Lita be able to win this match or will Trinity get another win over her?

Bill DeMott –vs- Scott Steiner© GPW Television Championship

This match was originally signed for Bill DeMott –vs- Jeff Hardy but on the last GPW TV Steiner won the championship belt, meaning this match had to be changed. DeMott was given his shot at the title by Bret Hart, who was impressed with his resilience against Rodney Mack a few weeks ago. Will Bill DeMott be able to take the championship belt over to Instigation or will it stay firmly embedded in GPW TV territory?

York & Matthews –vs- Erotica –vs- La Resistance© GPW Tag Team Championship

For the last few weeks Erotica and York & Matthews have been battling it out for the right to become the number one contenders for the tag team championship. In each of their matches though the tag champions have interfered, thinking that if there are no number one contenders they wouldn’t have a match at Freefall. Bret Hart had different ideas though as on last week’s Instigation he got fed up with La Resistance’s actions. He made a triple threat match for the tag team championships and now instead of one team that La Resistance have to face, instead it’s two. They don’t need to be pinned to loose their belts so the world has just got a much harder for them.

Spanky© -vs- Psychosis GPW Cruiserweight Championship

Psychosis and Spanky have been at each other’s throats for weeks. Spanky got a manager in Torrie Wilson so Psychosis got a manager in Bill Alfonso. With both managers barred for ringside during this match all we know is that Psychosis will be looking for revenge for last week’s defeat in the handicap match and Spanky is trying to protect his manager from the ongoing advances of Psychosis. Can he finally prove to him that she’s not interested or will Psychosis still insist that he deserves everything Spanky has?

Paul London –vs- EZ Money - First Blood Match

This with out a shadow of a doubt is going to be the most brutal match to date in GPW. EZ Money has been hell bent on destroying Paul London ever since he eliminated him from the ten-man battle royal last month. With the amount of punishment that EZ Money has put Paul London’s body through it is remarkable that it’s still in one piece. With this match anything goes, there are no rules, there is no time – limit, there is no way one of these men will not taste their own blood before Freefall is over.

Jerry Lynn –vs- AJ Styles© GPW World Championship

As last week’s GPW TV went off the air Jerry Lynn was taking to hospital. We still don’t know the extent of Lynn’s injuries and we still don’t know how badly he was attacked. All we do know is that AJ Styles was the man who did it to him. For the last few weeks both Don Callis and AJ Styles have been on a crusade to get rid of Jerry Lynn from the company. Two weeks ago Jerry Lynn won the right to have this match, by beating the champion, but will he be in any shape to be involved in the match?

Hulk Hogan© –vs- Randy Savage GPW Championship

For weeks Savage has been interfering in Hogan’s matches and ambushing him at every turn. Savage has been too cowardly to face Hogan on his own, always attacking from behind and choosing try and psych Hogan out. He called what he’s in a man’s game, but Hogan is insistent he can win it. The only problem is, can he prove it?

Lita –vs- Trinity© GPW Women’s Championship

If Lita cannot pull out a win over Trinity tonight then she will not get another shot at the championship while Trinity is the champion. Lita came out to a reasonable pop from the crowd, the women’s champions came out next. Trinity slid into the ring and handed the belt to ref. The two women circled each other for a while before tying up in the middle of the ring. Lita controlled the early going of the match, keeping her momentum and stopping Trinity’s before it could build up.

The match continued this way until Trinity managed to reverse a suplex attempt from Lita, taking the advantage she started to wear the challenger down. Trinity whipped Lita into the corner and then placed her on the top rope, she then delivered a top rope hurricanerana, but as she was doing so Lita managed to reverse it into a top rope powerbomb. Lita then covered Trinity and got the three, meaning we have a new GPW Women’s champion.

Seven –vs- Buff Bagwell Hardcore Match

Buff Bagwell makes his way out to the ring first to good heel heat from the crowd. Seven then makes his entrance, using Bagwell’s music that seems to infuriate him even more. Seven gets into the ring, that has “toys” already sprawled out about it, he grabs a kendo stick and goes towards Bagwell, who thinks that Seven won’t hit him with it. Bagwell taunts him, putting his hands behind his back and daring Seven to hit him across the chin with the kendo stick. After a while Bagwell starts to laugh and grabs a chair from the ring apron, while he bent down to get the chair tough Seven brought the kendo stick right onto the back of Bagwell, who slid out of the ring thinking that Seven wouldn’t fight him had proven to be wrong.

The crowd were now firmly behind Seven and started to chant his name. Bagwell started to circle the ring, but every time he slid in Seven brought the kendo stick down onto the back of Bagwell. Seeing that he couldn’t find anyway of getting back into the ring Bagwell instead dragged Seven to the outside, he then grabbed the stick of Seven and proceeded to bring it down onto the head of Seven, busting him open.

Bagwell then discarded the kendo stick and grabbed two trash can lids from under the ring, he went back over to Seven and sandwiched his head in between them, he then tried to cover him but Seven kicked out at two. With Bagwell now firmly in control of the match, he took time out to taunt his opponent, berating him with insults, saying that he wasn’t in his league. All this insulting did prove a purpose, to infuriate Seven, who low-blowed Bagwell giving the immediate advantage.

Seven took the match back into the ring, he then grabbed a trashcan and smashed it over the head of Bagwell; he then got a chair and started to drive it into the gut of Bagwell. Bagwell was now laying on the mat in agony, this gave Seven the chance to go outside the ring and get some tables, and he eventually set up a total of five tables staked up on the outside. While he was doing this though Bagwell had had time to rejuvenate and when Seven got back into the ring he showed his greenness by going back over to Bagwell and scooping him up, Bagwell though was ready for this and grabbed a nearby cookie tray and smashed it over the head of Seven.

Bagwell then whipped Seven into the corner and ran in after him with a brutal closeline. Bagwell the placed Seven on the top rope and started to set him up for a superplex. Seven though chucked him from the top rope and through the stack of five tables on the outside. This brought out chants of “holy s**t,” from the crowd, but Seven didn’t look to be done, he stayed on the top turnbuckle and came flying of it with a big splash onto the prone body of Bagwell on the floor in the remains of the table. Seven then covered Bagwell and there was no way he was going to be able to kick out. Seven has won his first major match here tonight.

Winner – Seven

Bill DeMott –vs- Scott Steiner© GPW Television Championship

DeMott came out to the ring first and was soon followed by Steiner. Steiner took control early going in the match, closelineing DeMott down to the ground and then belly-to-belly suplexed DeMott. Steiner then covered DeMott but got off at two and started to do press-ups shouting that he’s only just getting warmed up. Steiner then delivered an underhook suplex on DeMott before whipping him into the turnbuckle. Steiner then followed in but DeMott got his foot up and it went right into Steiner’s face. DeMott then planted Steiner with a belly to belly suplex of his own and then covered Steiner, but just like Steiner had done he got off and started to do press-ups himself, taunting Steiner.

This just infuriated Steiner who then delivered clubbing blows to the body of DeMott, Steiner then whipped him into the ropes as Don Callis came running down the aisle with a chair in hand. When DeMott reached the rope Callis swung the chair sending it into DeMott’s back. DeMott then stumbled into a Steiner spiral. He then covered the lifeless body of DeMott and got the three count. Callis got into the ring and lifted Steiner’s arm in victory, this only brought out Bret Hart who then came running down to the aisle.

Bret Hart attacked Steiner from behind and sent him out of the ring; Hart then turned his attention to Callis who was no cowering in the corner. Bret dragged him into the middle of the ring and then locked in the sharpshooter on Callis. Hosts of referees and road agents came running down to the ring to try and pry Bret Hart off the screaming and tapping Don Callis. Bret Hart finally relented and went over to where Bill DeMott lay, he lifted him up and congratulated him on a match well done. Hart then went to leave the ring but DeMott grabbed his arm, Hart got a confused look on his face until DeMott lifted Bret Harts arm in celebration. The crowd cheered and came to their feet in honour of Bret Hart.

Spanky© -vs- Psychosis GPW Cruiserweight Championship

Psychosis came out first in this match to boos from the crowd, he was carrying a cup of coffee to try and infuriate the champion. Spanky, however didn’t seemed to be too bothered as he came out to the ring, in fact he went over to Psychosis and took the coffee out of his hand, he took a big gulp and swallowed while he signalled for Psychosis to wait. Psychosis didn’t like this turn of events at all and started to complain to the ref that he’s wasting time. Psychosis gets so fed up that he goes over to where Spanky is still drinking the coffee, he grabs the cup out of his hand and chucks it out of the ring, he then signals to the ref to get the match started. As he’s turning round though Spanky, who still had a mouth full of coffee spat it out in Psychosis’s face, effectively blinding him for the moment.

The champion immediately went on the offensive and started to beat Psychosis down. Spanky tries to german suplex Psychosis but he blocks the attempt and switches behind Spanky, Psychosis then goes for a german suplex on Spanky who blokes Psychosis’s attempt as well. Just as Psychosis did Spanky switched around behind Psychosis and again goes for a german suplex but Psychosis once again blocks it, but this time instead of the standing switch it goes into an arm wrench on Spanky. Spanky though just rolls through and applies an arm wrench of his own. To get out of the pressure Psychosis rolls through the move like Spanky and then monkey flips him, but Spanky actually manages to land on his feet. This display of athleticism gets a great response from the crowd.

Psychosis lays a few knife edge chops onto the chest of Spanky that gets woos from the crowd. Psychosis then whips Spanky into the ropes but Spanky reverses it and lays a few knife edge chops of his own on Psychosis. Psychosis though battles back and tries to arm-drag Spanky who once again lands on his feet. Psychosis then punches Spanky in the head twice but as he goes for a third Spanky blocks it and lays in some punches of his own. The whole match goes on like this, with each opponent blocking and reversing each other’s moves, with neither Spanky nor Psychosis able to get the advantage.

Twenty minutes into the match there is still no-one with the advantage. Psychosis seems to be getting more and more worked up with the fact that he can’t beat Spanky and starts to get more agitated. Psychosis whips Spanky into the turnbuckle and then runs in after him, but Spanky jumps over the top rope and lands on the apron, sending Psychosis into the turnbuckle. Spanky then jumps over the top rope and hurricanranas Psychosis. Spanky then climbs back up to the top turnbuckle and signals for the left turn at Albuquerque.

He takes to long though as Bill Alfonso comes running down to the ring, Spanky comes flying off the turnbuckle and lands the move on Psychosis. When he goes for the pin though there’s no ref to count the three as he’s on the outside trying to get Alfonso away from ringside. Spanky starts to shout at Alfonso, saying that he has no business out here. When he turns around though Psychosis is back up and lays a right hand into Spanky’s head. Spanky goes straight down to the mat, Alfonso then agrees to go away and the ref turns his attention back to the action in the ring. As he turns round he sees Psychosis covering the body of Spanky, he slides into the ring 1…2…3 Psychosis has won the cruiserweight championship. The crowd boos, knowing that somehow Psychosis has cheated; Psychosis ignores them though and starts to celebrate with his title belt. As the replay shows on the titentron though it is plain to see that Psychosis pulled out a pair of brass knuckles from his tights, the ref see this and goes straight over to where the ring announcer is sitting. The bell rings once again and Psychosis music cuts off. The ring announcer Tim Tantum gets into the middle of the ring with a mic in his hand.

Tantum: "The winner of this match as a result of a disqualification and still GPW Cruiserweight Champion – Spanky!

Psychosis gets out of the ring with the belt still in hand, as he gets to the top of the rampway though Torrie Wilson comes out and slaps him, while he’s in shock she grabs the title belt and walks down to the ring, Spanky has now recovered, Torrie gets into the ring and hands the belt to Spanky, she gives him a kiss on the cheek before raising his hand.

York & Matthews –vs- Erotica –vs- La Resistance© GPW Tag Team Championship

The rules of this match state that two men will be in the ring at the same time with the remaining four people standing on the outside. The match started out with Christian York and Sylvan Grenier. York started of the action by whipping Sylvan to the ropes he then dropkicks him down to the mat. He then picks Sylvan back up and whips him into the ropes again, Sylvan though hangs onto the top rope and then runs to tag in Chris Chetti of Erotica. Chetti gets into the ring and both York and him start to circle each other before tying up in the middle of the ring. Chetti has the power advantage and uses it to back York into the corner; he whips York into the opposite corner and follows in with a running dropkick. Chetti then places York onto the top rope, he sets him up for a superplex and the two come crashing down on the mat. Chetti then nails his double jump moonsault on York, he then covers but Rene runs in and breaks it up.

Chetti starts to argue with Rene; while he’s doing this York has enough time to tag in Joey Matthews. The ref gets Rene out of the ring and Chetti and Matthews hook up in the middle of the ring. Matthews comes out of it with the advantage and nails Chetti with a suplex. Matthews then whips Chetti into the corner he then plants Chetti with a swinging DDT, he then goes for the cover but Sylvan runs in and brakes the cover. This brings in Christian York and both York & Matthews start to argue with Sylvan. This leads to Rene coming in the ring as well, which culminates in a shoving match between the two teams.

The shoving soon becomes an exchange of punches between them; this brings in the other team. Erotica then take care of Rene while York & Matthews concentrate on Sylvan. Rene soon becomes a victim of amityville horror from Chetti and a mamma jamma legdrop from Doring. On the other side of the ring York & Matthews delivers a full effect on Sylvan. The two face teams then face each other and the two confront each other in the middle of the ring. After a few words have been exchanged a punching match ensues between them. Erotica soon back the young team into the ropes and they knock them over. Unknown to them though York and Matthews land on the ring apron, when Erotica turn round York and Matthews come off the top ropes with a slingshot dropkick. The two youngsters then climb up to the top turnbuckle; they come flying off with moonsaults, with York landing on Chetti and Matthews landing on Doring. Sylvan now gets back up and he becomes a victim of another full effect, York covers Sylvan and gets the three, meaning we have new tag champions.

Paul London –vs- EZ Money First Blood Match

After the video package airs to remind us how we got here tonight it’s time to begin the match. Paul London makes his entrance first, with bandages round his ribs; he gets the loudest response from the crowd so far tonight. EZ Money then comes out to loud boos from the crowd. London though doesn’t wait for EZ to get in the ring, instead London goes and meets him halfway up the ramp. The two begin to fight, with EZ laying in a few knees into the ribs of London, these bring screams of pain from London, EZ then brings London to the top of the stage, he hoists London on his shoulder and rams him head first into the set. This causes the TV screens on the set to black out for a while. EZ then picks London up again, and tries to ram his head in the set one more time. London though slips of the shoulders of EZ, he then dropkicks the back of EZ sending him into the stage. London then scoops EZ back up and delivers a facebuster onto the steel stage, the ref checks for blood but neither man is bleeding, yet.

The two take a while to get to their feet after the beating they’ve already received. London is the first up and is followed soon by EZ Money, London takes EZ through the curtain to the back, and he then chucks EZ down a flight of stairs. EZ then tries to crawl away but London follows him. London grabs EZ and tries to throw him through a window, but EZ blocked the attempt instead he laid a few elbows to the gut of London, and he then bashes London’s head against the wall. EZ was no in control of the match; he took London further down the corridor. EZ the runs, dragging London with him, and throws him full force through a door, that breaks off his hinges.

We hear screams of “oh my god!” and “is he okay” coming from the room. EZ then goes through he door and shouts at everybody to get out of his way. EZ then picks up London, who is still not bleeding, and takes him out of the room and back into the corridor. EZ then takes the fight to the parking lot; he then rams London’s head onto the hood of a car. EZ the drags London onto the roof of the car and sets him up for the bank roll. London reverses it though and sends EZ flying off the top of the car. London then hits the London’s calling from the roof of the car onto the body of EZ below. London is too weak to capitalize though with the beating he has already sustained so EZ Money makes it too his feet first. He stumbles over to where London lays and picks him up. EZ Money once again tries to set up London for the bank roll but London once again reverses it and this time catapults him right into the car and sends EZ Money through the windshield. Chants of “holy s**t,” come from the crowd in the arena. The ref goes over to check on EZ Money and then we hear the bell being rung in the arena. The ref turns EZ Money over and he’s busted open meaning Paul London is the winner.

Winner – Paul London

Backstage we find interviewer Dan Wilson outside Jerry Lynn’s locker room.

Wilson: "As you can see I’m here outside Jerry Lynn’s locker room. Now no-body knows to what extent Jerry Lynn’s injuries are that he suffered on Thursday at the hands of AJ Styles. No-one knows if he will be able to compete tonight I’m hoping that he will be willing to have an interview with us now.”

Wilson knocks on the door but there’s no answer, he knocks again but again there’s no answer. He knocks for a third time and then turns the handle on the door. He opens it up a bit but the door get immediately slammed back shut sending Wilson flying.

Wilson: "It looks like Jerry Lynn is in no mood to talk.”

Jerry Lynn –vs- AJ Styles© GPW World Championship

Styles makes his way out to the ring first to massive heel heat from the crowd. He got into the ring and grabbed a mic.

Styles: "Lynn, you’re in no state to fight tonight so just do the right thing and stay back there. I’ll tell you what I’ll do, I’ll get the ref here to start the count-out and that way you’ll still have your dignity but you’ll loose the match, but hey your already a looser and I proved that to you on Thursday didn’t I. You just never saw it coming, you were screaming, no don’t do it, you are a better wrestler than me I admit it, you the best no-ones better than the phenomenal AJ…”

Jerry Lynn’s music started up and out came the challenger, Styles looked irritated by this turn of events. The music turned off and Jerry Lynn got a mic from his back pocket.

Lynn: "That’s they way you do it though isn’t it AJ attacking from behind, and from what I’ve heard you also like to take it from behind as well. Now when you attacked me last Thursday you took me by surprise, I was leaving and then I get smacked in the side of the head with a metal thing. When I looked up and I saw you I made a promise to myself right there and then. I said to myself, come this Sunday at Freefall when I get hands on AJ Styles I am going to make him wish that he had finished me off, because there is no way I’m leaving here without that title belt.”

With that Lynn dropped the mic and came running down to the ring. As soon as he slid in Styles went on the offensive. He took the advantage and whipped Lynn into the ropes; Lynn reversed it though and sent Styles to the ropes. Styles grabbed the top rope so Lynn came charging in, Styles backdroped him over the top rope, but Lynn managed to land on the apron. Styles then laid a right hand to the temple of Lynn, and then went to try and bash his head against the turnbuckle. Lynn reversed it though and rammed Styles’s head into the corner padding. Lynn then attempted a sunset flip, but as he was trying to roll Styles over he held onto the top rope. Styles then laid a boot into Lynn’s head, he then went over the top rope and delivered a springboard-twisting splash to Lynn, Styles then covered Lynn but only got the two count. Styles then picked up Lynn and laid some chops onto his chest, he then whipped him into the corner and ran in after him, delivering a moonsault kick along the way.

Styles then charged Lynn again but Lynn got his foot up, Lynn then ran at Styles and planted him with a running tornado DDT Lynn then covered but only managed to get a two count. Lynn then tried to hit his cradle to the grave finisher but Styles backdroped Lynn, he then went up to the tope rope and came flying off with the spiral tap, but Lynn moved out of the way just in time to avoid the contact. Lynn then scooped up Styles and once again went to deliver his cradle to the grave finisher and this time he managed to nail it.

Lynn then covered and the ref went down to count the fall. 1…2… NO! Don Callis had come down to the ring and had pulled the ref out before the count could be completed. Lynn then slid out of the ring and went face to face with Callis who started to back up the ramp. Only to have Bret Hart block his path, obviously still mad at Callis’s involvement in the Television Championship match earlier in the evening. Callis never knew that Hart was behind him as he ran straight into him, knocking himself down. Lynn then went over and nailed Callis with the cradle to the grave onto the steel ramp. Bret Hart just laughed before going back to the backstage area. Lynn went back down to the ring and picked Styles up again, he nailed another cradle to the grave piledriver on Styles and covered. The ref went down to count the fall, 1…2…3. We have a new GPW World Champion.

Hulk Hogan© –vs- Randy Savage GPW Championship

Savage came down to the ring first to major heel heat from the crowd. Hogan then made his entrance to a thunderous pop from the crowd. Hogan and Savage got nose to nose in the middle of the ring, exchanging a few words before the match started, Savage was first to strike, nailing Hogan with a punch to the right temple. Savage then whipped Hogan to the ropes and closelined him down to the mat. Savage remained in full control of the remainder of the match, with Hogan unable to get any offence in.

Savage had just scoop slammed Hogan down to the mat and had assailed to top rope. Savage shouted out “OHHHH YEAH,” and came flying off with a Savage elbow. Instead of going for the cover though Savage went right back up to the top rope and came flying off with a second Savage elbow. Still Savage didn’t cover Hogan; instead he started to mock Hogan, doing all his mannerisms and poses before running to the ropes and going to delver a legdrop of doom on Hogan. Hogan though rolled out of the way, Savage was bewildered and went to punch Hogan, but Hogan started to hulk up. Savage tried to stop him, but he should know by now that nothing stops it.

Eventually after a while Hogan whips Savage to the ropes and delivers a big boot. Hogan then showed Savage exactly how the poses were done by doing them himself. He then came running of the rope and nailed Savage with a legdrop of doom. There is no way anyone can kick out of that move and Hogan covered and got the three count, retaining his title belt.

---------------------

Freefall got an overall rating of 84, the highest yet that we have had. We got a buy rate of 1.17. Both the Spanky –vs- Psychosis and the Paul London –vs- EZ Money matches were a great spectacle to behold. The crowd though were firmly behind the Hulk Hogan –vs- Randy Savage match, the heat for it was astronomical. The feuds have also changed in their heat rating, the Lynn/Styles feud remained at 89 heat, while the Spanky/Psychosis feud climbed to 89 heat as well. The bad news was that the Savage/Hogan feud fell to 94 heat from 100. But that wasn’t the only bad news that came out of tonight.

Instigation

The music plays and the pyros go off, the crowd of 6015 people rise to their feet to see the fallout from freefall.

Bret Hart is already standing in the ring as we come on the air. He waits for the music to stop playing and the crowd to calm down before starting to talk.

Bret Hart: "I’m here to address the situation of the GPW Television championship. When this title was activated the idea was that the title would only be defended at the end of month event. In that match there would be one person for GPW TV and one person from right here on Instigation. Both Don Callis and myself agreed to this stipulation, but he has disregarded all of that. He sanctioned title matches over on GPW TV with two superstars from GPW TV, now if that wasn’t bad enough the championship actually changed hands the Thursday before Freefall, meaning that the match at Freefall itself had to be changed. Not content with that however Don Callis actually interfered in the outcome of that match last night, causing Bill DeMott to loose the match.

It’s obvious that Don Callis wants that belt to stay where it is; it’s obvious that he has so little faith in his champion that he actually interferes in the matches. So if you want it that badly Callis, you can keep it. Instigation will no longer be apart of that title, the superstars of Instigation are going to have their own exclusive championship belt, and tonight will start that championship belt’s legacy.

Tonight in this very ring you will see sixteen of the best wrestlers that Instigation has to offer. They will battle it out in the first round of a title tournament. Next week we will see the quarterfinals and the week after we will see the semi finals. Then at the end of the month at Retribution we will see the finals of the tournament. Where the winner will be crowned the first ever GPW North American Champion, the sixteen men in this tournament will fight it out in the spirit of competition and these sixteen men are:”

Ron Killings –vs- Raven GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

The first match in round one we saw Raven take on Ron Killings. Raven quickly took control from the outset, not letting up on the offence throughout the whole match. Raven set the standard here of how hard this championship should be fought for and took it to Killings like a man possessed. Any momentum Killings had was immediately cut off by Raven. The end of the match came when Raven nailed Killings with a Raven effect and got the three count, advancing to the next round.

Raven had won the match but he didn’t look content, he got Ron Killings back up and delivered another Raven effect and what can only be described as sickening he undid the tape around his wrist and wrapped it round Ron Killings’s neck. Raven choked the life out of Killings, who was powerless to stop him, but no one would go into the ring to stop him. Referees and road agents had come out of the back but were too afraid to get into the ring.

Raven finally let go of Ron Killings and got out of the ring, the road agents and referees parted like the red sea to let him pass as he solemnly made his way back up the ramp sending a message to everyone else in this tournament just how seriously he’s taking it.

Winner – Raven

CR – 78 MQ – 71 OR – 75

Ken Shamrock –vs- Johnny Stamboli GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

Ken Shamrock came down to this match first to quite a good reaction from the crowd, Stamboli then entered the ring and attacked Shamrock from the outset, not letting Shamrock offer him the handshake. Stamboli whipped Shamrock into the turnbuckle and then delivered some knife-edge chops to the chest of Shamrock, who quickly shoved Stamboli in the corner and laid knife-edge chops of his own onto Stamboli. Shamrock then nailed Stamboli with his belly-to-belly suplex and then locked in his ankle lock submission hold. The pain soon proved to be too much for Stamboli as he quickly tapped out, making Shamrock advance to the next round to face Raven next week.

Winner – Ken Shamrock

CR – 72 MQ – 73 OR – 72

Bill DeMott –vs- Justin Credible GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

DeMott seemed angry about his loss to Scott Steiner at Freefall last night, he was eager to get the match underway, the only problem was Justin Credible wasn’t. He was too busy trying to avoid DeMott. He refused to get into the ring and fight, which caused the ref to start to count out Credible who didn’t look like he cared either way as long as he didn’t have to face DeMott. The ref had gotten to the count of eight and Credible still looked like he didn’t care, this caused DeMott to get out of the ring causing the count-out on Credible broken. DeMott grabbed Credible and shoved him in the ring, while DeMott was getting back in the ring though Credible slid out of the other side and jumped the guardrail, taking off through the crowd. The ref started the count-out again and still Credible didn’t get back in the ring, the ref finally got to ten and the bell was rung, DeMott advances to the next round but he doesn’t look happy about how he got there.

Winner by count-out – Bill DeMott

CR – 60 MQ – 66 OR – 63

Mark Jindrak –vs- A-Train GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

This proved to be a one-sided fight, with A-Train using his power and strength advantage to his advantage. A-Train proceeded to squash Jindrak for five minutes until he mercifully ended it with a train wreck, which got the three count. A-Train faces Bill DeMott next week.

Winner – A- Train

CR – 58 MQ – 58 OR – 57

Seven –vs- Test GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

Just like the previous match this was basically a squash, although this time it was Test’s experience that proved to be the deciding factor. Seven actually started off this match on a good footing, controlling the temp and delivering a good amount off offence. Test took the advantage after Seven started to play up to the crowd, which Test was all too happy to attack Seven from behind. Seven got planted with the pumphandle slam, but kicked out at two to the crowds delight. Test picked him back up though and whipped him to the ropes. Seven reversed it but on the way back Test got his big boot in, which got the three count, making him face the winner of the Chetti –vs- Dupree match that’s up next.

Winner – Test

Chris Chetti –vs- Rene Dupree GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

Rene came down to the ring first, accompanied by Sylvan Grenier. Just like Bill DeMott earlier in the night La Resistance didn’t look happy with the result of their match last night at Freefall, in which they lost the Tag Team Championship. Chris Chetti, who was also in that match last night, came out next and was also accompanied by his tag partner Danny Doring.

The four men immediately got into the ring and started to argue, this caused the ref to eliminate Doring and Sylvan from the ringside area. Going up the ramp they continued to argue until at the top it escalated with Sylvan smacking the French flag he was carrying over the head of Doring. Chetti got enraged at this and charged up the aisle after Sylvan, completely forgetting about his opponent in the ring. When he got up there Sylvan made a run for it, dropping the French flag and going to the backstage area. Chetti checked on his partner but he didn’t hear Rene Dupree coming up behind him, he grabbed the flag that Sylvan had dropped and smacked it over the head of Chetti causing the immediate disqualification. Rene didn’t look too bothered though as he just stared down at the fallen team of Erotica before going to the back. Chetti has advanced, but what condition is he to do so?

Winner by DQ – Chris Chetti

Backstage we find Raven with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: "Raven, I don’t know how to phrase this but just how could you just do that to Ron Killings? Bret Hart said that this tournament was in the spirit of competition yet you viciously attack Ron Killings after the match. You do advance to next week but…”

Raven: "But nothing Josh I did for reasons your feeble mind will not be able to understand the full complexity of it so I will put it simply for you. When I first entered this company I had one goal and I would have done anything to achieve it. The only problem was that there was a set back to my plan, one that I didn’t account for. I have had to make a few changes to it but my plan is still intact, I will be crowned the GPW Champion, and I will become the dark prince of GPW. So in order to achieve my newly derived plan I have to be first crown the North American Champion, that is the first step of many in my masterpiece.

I will take out anyone who opposes me and I will take out anyone who is a threat to that plan. I already know who my biggest threat is and I used Ron Killings as an example, an example of what happens if you cross me. I’m going to end this interview like this Josh I’m sending this person a clear message you better not cross me. Our paths must not cross or otherwise you future will involve terrible agony for you but you can avoid it. Let’s just say that if you don’t do the right thing and loose this tournament, what I did to Killings will be only the beginning of what I will do to him if our paths cross. Quote the Raven…Nevermore.”

Garrison Cade –vs- Buff Bagwell GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

Bagwell still looked like he was hurting from his match against Seven last night. Surprisingly Cade actually got some offence in the start of this match. The fact that Seven had beat him seemed to have fazed Bagwell in some way. Bagwell soon got control of himself though and started to take the fight back to Cade, he had knocked Cade down and was climbing up to the top turnbuckle, Cade dazed from the sudden onslaught from Bagwell, turned round and become a victim of the Buff blockbuster. Bagwell covered and got the three count, advancing to the next round.

Winner – Buff Bagwell

Sting –vs- Rodney Mack GPW North American Championship Tournament Round 1

In the last match of round one we saw Sting take on a returning Mack, who had been suspended two weeks ago for his actions against Bill DeMott. The crowd gave Sting a very warm welcome to the ring. Mack then made his entrance to good heel heat and got into the ring, the two circled each other in the beginning of the match. Sting took control of the early going of the match, he was attempting to closing Mack down but Mack ducked which caused him to hit the ref by accident.

While Sting was trying to revive the ref Mack went outside and grabbed a chair from ringside, obviously not learning from his recent suspension. Mack slid back into the ring and went to attack Sting, but he moved out of the way just in time, sending the chair to go into the ropes and ricocheted back into his own head. Mack turned round and got nailed with a scorpion death drop from Sting. Sting covered and the ref started to come round and counted the three. Sting advances to the quarterfinals.

Winner – Sting

As we come back from the commercial break Hulk Hogan makes his way out to the ring. The crowd go absolutely ballistic when they see him, with chants of “Hogan, Hogan,” coming from the crowd. Hogan stopped at the bottom of the ramp and looked around and started to slap the hands of people at ringside. As he was going round though one fan actually held on Hogan’s hand and wouldn’t let go. The fan’s face was behind a mask so Hogan tried to get the fan to let go of his hand but the fan just shook his head no. Hogan tried one more time to get the fan to let go of his hand but again the fan still shook his head know. Hogan was starting to get annoyed at this and started to threaten the fan, who just responded by smashing his drink can over the head of Hogan, the fan then jumped over the guardrail and grabbed the championship belt and started to run up the ramp. The fan then stopped and turned around he reached up and took off his mask, revealing himself to be none other then Randy Savage, he started to laugh, with the crowd firmly booing his actions, before turning round and going out of sight carrying Hogan’s belt.

GPW TV

6037 people are here to see the last GPW TV of October. How does AJ Styles feel about loosing the GPW World Championship to Jerry Lynn on Sunday? Also in a rematch from Freefall Spanky will take on Psychosis.

Backstage we find Don Callis and AJ Styles in the office. Callis has a neckbrace on due to being nailed by the cradle to the grave from Jerry Lynn on Sunday.

Callis: "Can you believe Bret Hart? First he interferes in a match last night between Scott Steiner and Bill DeMott for the Television championship, does he have so little faith in his choice, but if that’s not enough when I go out there to try and get him out of the ring what does he do? He locks me in the sharpshooter. Then he interferes in your match last night, he has no business being there. Just because he hadn’t a main event of the calibre of AJ Styles –vs- Jerry Lynn he goes and interferes in it. He still wasn’t done last Monday, just because GPW TV beat him two months running for the Television championship he becomes this big sore looser and makes his own championship. You would be hard pushed to find someone as pathetic as him.”

Styles: "Oh I can name you one right now, Jerry Lynn. Not only does he give you, YOU Don Callis , a cradle to the grave on the steel rampway, but then he cheats to get the championship of me, now that’s what I call pathetic.”

Callis: "You make a very good point there, Jerry Lynn is the champion, which makes you a former champion. That just won’t do, Jerry Lynn isn’t good enough to be my champion, what good matches can he promote. I’m going to have to do something about this.”

Styles: "I’ve got the very thing, how does this sound for tonight, AJ Styles –vs- Jerry Lynn for the GPW World Championship?

Callis: "I wondered why you and me got on so well and now I’ve just found out the answer. You and me have something in common, we both know good matches when we hear them. To top that off though not only will you win this match tonight but also Jerry Lynn looses his championship four days after he won it in what has to be one of the shortest title reigns in history. AJ you got yourselves a match.”

Styles: "Don that match is of phenomenal calibre, just because it contains the phenomenal AJ Styles.”

Gail Kim –vs- Victoria

This was a typical women’s match with uninspiring fighting. The crowd weren’t rally into from the get go, Victoria won with the widows peak. Victoria celebrated her win up the ramp as we headed into a commercial break.

Winner – Victoria

Piper’s Pit

Our cameras cut back to the ring where Piper’s pit has already been set up.

Piper: "Every now and then the wrestling world produces a exception. It could be that one man is exceptionally charismatic; it could be that he is an exceptionally brilliant wrestler that’s miles ahead of his time. I don’t mean to be big headed here but I was one of these people, no I am one of these people. I am exceptionally brilliant in every area; I’m charismatic and ahead of my time in wrestling. My guest tonight is also an exceptional person. He is exceptionally bad; he wins his matches by pure luck and has no business what so ever being in a wrestling ring. Tonight I hope to make him realise that not only is he humiliating himself by involving himself in wrestling but also he is also humiliating wrestling by being a part of it. Tonight, let me introduce to you for hopefully the last time the GPW Cruiserweight champion Spanky.”

Spanky’s music blares up and Spanky makes his entrance, halfway down the aisle though Psychosis runs up behind him and shoves him in the ring. Not sure to what is happening, Spanky is a bit disoriented, he turns round and is nailed by a missile dropkick from Psychosis. Not content with his work so far Psychosis picked Spanky up and hit him with the Psycho stunner. He leaves the ring, leaving Piper looking round at the damage done to his set.

Air Paris –vs- EZ Money

EZ was all bandaged up after his match against Paul London at Freefall. London is actually out for a few weeks, recovering from the same match. EZ went on the offensive as soon as the match started, he seemed to be venting all of his frustrations out on Air Paris. EZ Money hit the money in the bank quite early on in the match, but he didn’t go right for the cover, instead wanting to continue the beating. The finish came when EZ nailed AIR Paris with another bank roll for the three count. He left the ring to huge amounts of boos from the crowd.

Winner – EZ Money

Shark Boy –vs- Sonny Siaki

The match started out with Siaki with the advantage, he backed Shark Boy into the corner and proceeded to lay some knife-edged chops onto the chest of Shark Boy, getting cries of “Woo” from the crowd. Shark Boy soon started to fight back and reversed an avalanche attempt from Siaki. Shark Boy then gave some knife-edge chops onto the chest of Siaki. From this point in the match Shark Boy remained in full control of the match, eventually Siaki became a victim of a deep-sea drop from Shark Boy. He then covered him and got the three.

Winner – Shark Boy

Backstage we find Spanky and Torrie Wilson with our interviewer Dan Wilson

Spanky: "Psychosis not only do you try and win our match at Freefall with the aid of a pair of brass knuckles but you attack me from behind tonight. What is your…”

Spanky is cut off by Psychosis who enters the shot with Bill Alfonso

Psychosis: "Go on, what’s my what?.. Problem? Oh I get it you want to know what my problem is? Well…”

Psychosis then shoved Spanky to the steel grating behind where the interviews are set. He then grabbed a near-by chair and smashes it over Spanky’s head.

Psychosis: "My problem is you Spanky, you have everything thing that I want, and I get what I want.”

Psychosis goes over to where Torrie Wilson is standing, who is doing her best to be petrified.

Psychosis: "You’ll see what I mean Torrie, I want you and I’ll get you. See you soon.”

Psychosis and Bill Alfonso walk of before the camera turns round to where Torrie is seeing if Spanky is all right.

Jeff Hardy –vs- Scott Steiner© GPW Television Championship

Jeff Hardy took advantage of the rematch clause that was in his contract and challenged Steiner to a title match here tonight. The genetic freak started off in control of this match in the early going. He quickly started to deliver some clubbing blows onto the younger Jeff. He hoisted Jeff up in the gorilla press position and started to showboat to the crowd, Jeff took advantage of this and rolled up Steiner but he managed to kick out at two.

Steiner went immediately back onto the offensive. He closelined the challenger down and covered him. He soon stopped the count by slipping off Hardy and started to do press-ups, claiming to the ref that he was just warming up. Steiner locked Jeff into the Steiner recliner, but after a brief struggle Jeff was able to get to the ropes. This just infuriated Steiner who the just scooped up the defenceless Jeff and delivered a belly-to-belly suplex and then covered him getting the three count and retaining his championship.

Winner and still GPW Television Champion – Scott Steiner

Billy Kidman –vs- Kid Kash

In what can only be described as a match of the year candidate these two cruiserweights took on each other in a brilliant battle. These two men showed that the cruiserweight division isn’t all about high flying and fast paced action as these two, especially Kash, put on a technical display as well as speed. In some manoeuvres that are too breathtaking for words the crowd was left in awe of these two superstars. Kash managed to get the win after delivering his cha ching finisher. The crowd gave these two an ovation for their efforts as they left for the next match to begin.

Winner – Kid Kash

Backstage AJ Styles is with Dan Wilson waiting to give an interview.

Wilson: "Last Sunday at Freefall Jerry Lynn was able to pin you for the GPW World Championship. What do you feel about this and what do you feel about your chances in your match here tonight?”

Styles: "When the ref’s hand came down and counted the three last Sunday I lost the most important thing that I have ever had. I lost the symbol of my blood, my sweat, my tears and my time away from my family and friends. That title was a symbol, a symbol of all the sacrifices I have made to get where I am today and I will do whatever it takes to get that symbol back because without it it’s all been a waste. A waste of time and effort, I am nothing without it and it’s worthless without me.

Jerry I am giving you an advance warning, tonight your going to get a beating like I have never given anybody before, you’re going to get a beating so bad that you’re going to eating out of tube for the rest of your natural life. I am going to make you an example Jerry, an example of what happens to anyone who takes that title away from me. Enjoy your time left with my title because it’s the last time you’ll be holding it and the last time you’ll even see it after what I’m going to do to you.”

OR – 82

Spanky with Torrie Wilson –vs- Psychosis with Bill Alfonso

The crowd were still hot from the last match when these two came out. It was going to be hard to top the last match but these two managed to raise the bar. Bill Alfonso accompanied Psychosis while Torrie Wilson accompanied the cruiserweight champion. Spanky couldn’t keep all his focus on the match though as every time he did Alfonso made advances to Wilson, Spanky kept having to slip out of the ring to make sure that she was okay and that the advances stopped.

It was on one of these occasions that when Spanky leant outside the ropes to stop the advancing Alfonso that Psychosis was able to roll up Spanky and get the three count. Psychosis quickly slipped out of the ring and blew a kiss towards Torrie Wilson before making his way back up the ramp with his manager, leaving an angry Spanky left in the ring.

Winner – Psychosis

Jerry Lynn© -vs- AJ Styles GPW World Championship

In another chapter of their feud AJ Styles took on Jerry Lynn that was set up earlier in the night. Lynn made his entrance first in the match, unperturbed to the threats that Styles was making earlier in the night. AJ came to the ring next and got in the face of Lynn, Lynn handed the ref the title belt and Styles requested to hold it. The ref allowed it but the Styles pointed over the ref’s shoulder, saying that someone wanted his attention. Walking over to where Styles was pointing the ref asked what the man wanted but the man simply stated that he didn’t want him for anything. With the ref’s back turned Styles blasted Lynn in the head with the title belt and quickly threw it out of the ring and covered Lynn. The ref turned round and saw a cover being made and went down to start the count, 1…2…3 we have a new champion in AJ Styles. Styles started to celebrate his title win, he grabbed his title back and started to walk up the ramp.

Just as he got to the top of the ramp though when referee John Finnegan came running down to the ring, he quickly went over to the ref in the ring and they had a brief discussion. The ref went over to the ring announcer and quickly reversed his discussion, disqualifying Styles and meaning that Jerry Lynn was still the GPW World Champion. Styles started to have a temper tantrum on the ramp and said that he couldn’t do that. He turned and started to walk back up the ramp with the championship still in his possession. When suddenly Don Callis came out and whispered something to Styles. The two just smiled and Styles handed the belt back to Callis who the walked to the ring and handed the belt back. Callis walked back up to where Styles was standing and the two-shook hands.

Winner by DQ and still GPW World Champion - Jerry Lynn

This week’s GPW TV got an overall rating of 80, a big jump on last week’s. We once again beat Smackdown in the ratings with a TV rating of 5.83 compared with their 5.14, sure not much but 0.69 is a lot, isn’t it? Anyway the Styles Lynn feud remained at 89 but the Spanky/Psychosis feud jumped up to 91, but how long can all this good luck continue?

Instigation

The music then plays and the pryos go off, welcoming us to the first Instigation of November. 6541 people rise to the feet in anticipation of what they’ll see tonight.

Bret Hart makes his way out to the ring to start the show off.

Bret: "Last week we saw the beginning of the North American Championship tournament, tonight the quarter-finals will take place, with the winners facing each other on next weeks show, and the final competitors are:"

A graphic flashes onto the screen:

Raven

Ken Shamrock

A-Train

Bill DeMott

Test

Chris Chetti

Buff Bagwell

Sting

Bret: "Also last week we saw…”

He was interrupted by Randy Savage’s music blared up, he came out to the ring to major heel heat from the crowd. He still had Hogan’s championship on his shoulder.

Savage: "What you’re talking about may be important to you but to the rest of us it’s nothing. What these people care about is not your stupid tournament, what they care about is when everybody’s favourite Macho Man Randy Savage is going to get his next shot at the GPW Championship. You’re the only one that can make that match Bret, so when are you going to make it, it could be tonight, it could be next week or it could be at Retribution. I don’t care about where I get it, all I care about and what all these people care about is when Randy Savage is going to get his next title shot?

Bret: "You want to know when your next title shot is, what makes you think that you deserve another title shot, you lost at Global Warning and you lost at Freefall, isn’t it about someone else have their shot. Beside after what you did last week I don’t think you should ever have another title shot again.”

Savage: "You don’t think that I deserve a title shot, you don’t think that the Macho Man doesn’t deserve a title shot? I am the best wrestler the world has ever known and you think that I don’t deserve a title shot?”

Bret: "I’m not going to give you another title shot Savage but I’ll tell you what I will do. Tonight in this very ring it’s going to be Randy Savage –vs- Hulk Hogan in a non-title match.”

Savage: "Have you heard anything that I’ve said, I can beat Hogan in any match I want, and as much as I would love to beat him tonight I’m not going to waste my breath and time beating him tonight if it’s a non-title match. Hogan is not going to get his belt back until I get another title shot.”

Bret: "You didn’t let me finish Savage. Tonight it is going to be Hulk Hogan –vs- Randy Savage in a non-title match but that doesn’t mean you have nothing to gain from this encounter. You say you can beat Hogan any time and I say I’m not going to give you another title shot; you’re going to have to work for it. So in this match tonight if you manage to pin Hulk Hogan in the middle of the ring you get your title shot at Retribution. However if Hogan pins you tonight you have to give that belt back and you’ll not get another shot at the title for a year, I think you better go and prepare don’t you?”

Seven –vs- Rodney Mack

In the first match of the night Seven took on Mack, both of these wrestlers are relatively green to the business. Never the less these two put on a decent performance with the action going either way throughout the match. Mack was in control from the early going; using his power advantage on Seven who still seemed to be feeling the effects of Freefall. Seven fought back as hard as he could but the pain in his chest soon proved to be too much for his, Mack took advantage of this and nailed the underhook powerbomb on Seven. Mack then covered him and got the three count, post-match though he continued to beat Seven down, locking him in the blackout, it took ten referees and road agents to pry Mack off Seven, he then walked back up the ramp to boos from the crowd while the referees and road agents checked on Seven.

Winner – Rodney Mack

Mark Jindrak –vs- Justin Credible

Both of these men were eliminated from the North American Championship tournament last week, with Jindrak loosing to A-train and Credible getting purposely counted out rather than face Bill DeMott. Credible was also the man to give the challenge here tonight; still looking to change his bad luck around, his has only managed to get one victory here in GPW. Credible went on the offensive in this match, being the veteran over the rookie Jindrak. Credible manage to get the win here by hitting Jindrak with a superkick, getting the three.

York & Matthews© –vs- La Resistance GPW Tag Team Championships

The heel team came out first in this match, to boos from the crowd and chants of “USA, USA,” also starting up. York and Matthews then made their way down to the ring to a decent pop from the crowd. The action started with Sylvan and Christian York in the ring, Sylvan was the first to strike knocking down York with a closeline. He then stomped on his chest, preventing him from getting up. Christian managed to avoid one of the stomps though and got back up, dropkicking Sylvan down to the mat. York then ran to the ropes and hit a running neckbreaker on Sylvan as he was getting up; York then went over to Joey Matthews and tagged him in to the match, no before hitting a double-teaming the heel. Matthews sweeped his feet from under Sylvan while York dropkicked his chest, Matthews then tried a cover but Rene soon broke that up. Matthews then kept control of the match until unceremoniously getting low blowed, putting the heel in control of the match.

Sylvan then took this chance to tag in his partner Rene while Matthews was still reeling in pain on the mat. The two then delivered a La Crepe on Matthews but while the ref was trying to get Sylvan out of the ring York came in and nailed Rene with the superkick. York then dragged his partner’s body on top of Rene before throwing Sylvan outside of the ring. The ref turned around and saw the cover being made; he counted the three before Sylvan was able to break up the count, giving York and Matthews a victory and retaining their championships.

Backstage Raven is with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: "Last week you said that you were warning a person to get himself eliminated from the North American Championship tournament can you tell us…”

Before Josh could finish his sentence Raven kicked him in the gut and laid him out with an Raven effect. He then looks right into the camera.

Raven: "You didn’t listen to me did you, last week I told you that I would have no threats to my plan, to my grand masterpiece and I gave you a way out. But did you take my advice to avoid a whole world of torment. It is my destiny to be crowd the GPW North American Champion and you are the only one that stands between that title and me. You know who you are and tonight I am giving you one last chance to get out of this tournament. I’m giving you one last chance to save yourself. I am giving you one last chance to avoid pain of which you have never experienced before, or ever will again. You know I won’t having a problem doing it and just to be sure he’s a reminder of what I can do.”

Raven then grabbed Matthews off the floor and rammed him into the wall behind where he’s standing. He then grabs a chair and smashes it over Matthew’s head. He then picks up the bloody mess that is now Josh and delivers another Raven Effect onto the concrete.

Raven: "You see what you made me do, his blood is on your hands. This beating was you fault, how many other people have to be hurt because of you. I’ve given you your last warning if you do continue to advance in this tournament you’ll end up a lot worse that Ron Killings and a hell of a lot worse off than Josh Matthews. Quote the Raven…Nevermore.”

Raven then starts to walk off but when he rounds the corner Bret Hart stops him.

Bret: "There’s only one reason that I’m not suspending your as right now and that’s because you apart of this tournament. But let me warn you now if you do something like what you’ve just done I’ll fire you let alone suspend you, if you’re in this tournament or not. Your match is next you’d better get going, remember my warning Raven because I’m only saying it once.”

Raven then continues on his way to his match

Ken Shamrock –vs- Raven GPW North American Championship Tournament Quarter Finals

Ken Shamrock made his entrance first here tonight, followed by Raven who got major heel heat for attacking Josh Matthews without provocation. As was usual Shamrock offered his hand to start the match but was attacked from the offset by Raven, who started to hit Shamrock with a barrage of right and left hands. He backed Shamrock into the corner and tried to whip him into the opposite one, Shamrock reversed this though and sent Raven crashing into the turnbuckle pads. Shamrock then hit some of his knife-edged chops to the chest of Raven, getting a “woo” from the crowd in doing so. The match continued this way, with Shamrock in control until Raven managed to hit his Raven effect out of no-where.

Instead of going for the cover though he picked up Shamrock from the mat and nailed him with another Raven effect. He then covered him and got the tree count, progressing to the semi-finals next week. As Raven was getting out of the ring he went up to a cameraman at ringside and said right into the camera: “Do the right thing!”

Winner – Raven

CR – 78 MQ – 73 OR – 76

Bill DeMott –vs- A-Train GPW North American Championship Tournament Quarter Finals

DeMott was still seething from his loss at Freefall coming into this match, DeMott also had some work to do this match as for once his opponent has more strength than he has. The two squared up in the middle of the ring, face to face and DeMott wasn’t giving an inch. There was no high-flying action or technical holds in this match, just a straight out brawl. The match went back and forth between the two with no one getting a clear advantage. That was until A-Train whipped DeMott into the turnbuckle and went to run in after him with a big splash.

DeMott dodge this attack and then hit the no joke while A-Train was in a dazed state. DeMott then climbed up to the top rope and came flying off with the no laughing matter, he covered the mammoth A-Train and got the three count. This victory was tainted though as DeMott was celebrating the realization dawned on his face, he has to face Raven next week and with the way he’s been behaving even DeMott looks unhappy that he has to face him.

Winner – Bill DeMott

CR – 63 MQ – 78 OR - 78

Backstage Bret Hart is shown with a mic in hand.

Bret: "Since Josh Matthews was attacked earlier by the hands of Raven I have had to step into do his job while he is being checked on by medical personnel. Now with me is Randy Savage and the question I have to ask you Savage is this. What do you feel your chances are here tonight against Hulk Hogan?”

Savage: "We’ve already been over this Bret, earlier tonight in that ring we went over this. What do I feel about my chances against that wannabe Hulk Hogan tonight? I’m going to win tonight and that’s a guarantee, I win pin Hogan tonight in that ring and then at Retribution I’ll pin him again and this time I’ll will have won the GPW Championship and that title will mean something , because it will be round the waist of Macho Man Randy Savage OOOOH YEAH!”

Chris Chetti –vs- Test GPW North American Championship Tournament Quarter Finals

Test came to the ring first, looking angry that DeMott has eliminated his tag partner from the tournament; at least he’s in a bad mood for some reason. Chetti didn’t even have a chance to get into the ring of his own accord, with Test sliding out of the ring just to shove him in it. Test controlled the whole match, dictating the pace and cutting off all offence and momentum that Chetti had begun to pick up. Test had gotten madder at this and planted Chetti with the Test drive. Instead of going for the cover though Test started to taunt the crowd, even go so far as to climb the turnbuckle and pose for them. While he was doing this though Chetti was able to sneak up behind his and threw him off it into a roll-up. Test just managed to get his shoulder up before the three and immediately went back onto the offensive.

Test ran to the ropes and came rebounding of it and smacked Chetti right in the face with the big boot. This time he didn’t taunt the crowd and went for the cover straight away. Chetti didn’t have enough left to get his shoulder up, meaning Test will go on to face either Buff Bagwell or Sting in semi-final match next week.

Winner – Test

Sting –vs- Buff Bagwell GPW North American Championship Tournament Quarter Finals

In the last match in the quarter finals Sting took on Buff Bagwell. Sting came out to a reasonable pop from the crowd and Bagwell got some good heel heat. The two men locked up in the middle of the ring to start off the match in a show of strength, with Sting coming off the better man. Sting wasn’t letting go and had Bagwell down on his knees begging for the release but when he saw the ref’s back was turned he head butted Sting in the groin and Sting immediately let go of the hold. From that moment on Bagwell was in control of the match, even managing to get some near falls in the process, but not getting the decisive victory. Bagwell was just setting up Sting for the Buff Blockbuster but Sting managed to block it and hit the scorpion death drop. He covered and got the three count, meaning that he will face Test next week.

Hulk Hogan –vs- Randy Savage

The stipulations of the match are that if Hogan wins he gets his belt back from Savage but if Savage wins he gets a title shot at Retribution. Savage came out to the ring first, still carrying the championship belt on his shoulder, Hogan’s music then hit and the crowd went absolutely ballistic for the real champion. Hogan got into the ring and the two enemy’s locked eyes, and the music died down. The crowd started a chant of “Hogan, Hogan,” Much to the displeasure of Savage who told them to shut up but they chanted even louder, if it was possible, than before.

The two walked closer to each other and started to talk some smack to each other in the middle of the ring, culminating in Savage laying a right hand to the temple of Hogan. It didn’t faze him though as he just started a hole right through Savage, who started to try and apologise for what he had just did and tried to back away. Hogan followed him though and soon Savage was backed into the corner Hogan went to punch Savage but he ducked and slid under Hogan’s arm and ran to the other side of the ring. Savage once again went to try and apologise for his actions by sliding outside the ring and grabbing the title belt and slid back into the ring.

Hogan handed the belt back to Hogan and patted him on the back. Hogan just handed the belt back to the ref and continued to stalk Savage, while the ref was handing the belt back to the time keeper Savage reached into his tights and punched Hogan in the head, he then shoved the object back into his tights and covered Hogan, the ref went down and counted the three, meaning that Savage will face Hogan for the title at Retribution. As the replays go out it clearly shows Savage got a pair of brass knuckles from his tights and had used them to win the match. Randy Savage will get his title shot at Retribution!

Best Segment – Raven interview

Worst Segment - Seven –vs- Rodney Mack

-------------------

This week’s Instigation got an overall rating of 73 but for the first time ever we beat Raw in the ratings, with a 6.09 compared with their 6.02. I got some bad news on the beginning of the month with a wrestler I had major plans for announcing that he will be retiring  at the end of this month, I had to re-write all the plans but I think this new scenario will work out. I’m not going to say who it is or other wise it would mean that the next month’s storylines would be ruined. In feud news the Savage/Hogan feud fell six points to 88, not a good thing that’s for sure.

GPW TV

6534 people are in the crowd to witness this week’s edition of GPW TV.

To start off the show we get a video package highlighting the GPW World Title match that took place last week, the package fades with the image of Callis and Styles laughing on the rampway, The video ends and we cut to Don Callis and AJ Styles standing in the ring.

Callis: "Last week in the main event Jerry Lynn miraculously won his match against this man here AJ Styles, but he did so by a disqualification meaning that there was no decisive winner. That’s why I am booking a match here tonight between…”

Callis was cut off by Jerry Lynn’s music playing over the P.A. Instead of coming to the ring Lynn appears on the titentron.

Lynn: "Styles last week you got one over on me, I’ll give you that. Tonight I want you one-on-one tonight in that ring, unless you’re afraid to step in that ring with me because after what you did to me last week, you should be.”

Styles: "As much as I would love that, as much as I would love to face you one-on-one tonight in this ring I’m afraid that can’t happen. You see you have a match and I have a match tonight so it’s just not possible.”

Lynn: "Callis, you like good matches don’t you what about AJ Styles –vs- Jerry Lynn for the GPW World Championship one more time.”

Callis: "As much as that sounds good Jerry like AJ said there’s one problem, you both have a match tonight and I can’t change them, no I can change them I just don’t want to. That match has already been done so the novelty has worn off, it just won’t draw the ratings Jerry. However I tell you what I will do, I’ll introduce you to your opponent here tonight.”

Scott Hall then is shown behind Jerry Lynn, who without being able to do anything gets jumped. Hall throws Lynn into the walls and destroys the room that Lynn was in. Hall then takes the fight out of the room and into the corridor, beating down Lynn as he does so. Hall brings the fight out onto of the stage area and drags Lynn down to the ring where the beating continues. Callis and Styles quickly get out of the ring to get away from the onslaught, Hall quickly gets Lynn on his shoulders and delivers an outsiders edge onto Lynn. Styles then climbs up to the top rope and comes flying off with a spiral tap onto Lynn.

Callis: "Lynn let me introduce to you your opponent for tonight Scott Hall and AJ Styles. Tonight you’ll face both of them in a handicap match.”

Before leaving the ring Styles gets Lynn back up and nails him with a Styles Clash, Styles then exits the ring and goes back up the ramp.

Lita –vs- Jazz

Jazz came down to the ring first in the match, getting some heel heat as she made her way down. Lita then made her entrance to a decent pop from the crowd. Jazz still feels unwanted in the women’s division, feeling that she getting looked over where the title is concerned, she thought that if she challenged Lita to a match here tonight it would prove to everybody that she shouldn’t be overlooked. The only problem with that plan was that it didn’t happen how she intended.

Jazz had taken control in the early going, but Lita managed to turn it around. After delivering a powerbomb on Jazz, Lita then climbed up to the tope rope looking to finish the match. This caused Trinity to run down the aisle and throw her off the top rope, making an immediate disqualification. The bell resounded all around the arena but Trinity kept up the assault, it all culminating with a title shot to the head of Lita she then leaves the ring leaving a lifeless Lita lying in the ring.

Winner by DQ – Lita

Piper’s Pit

Piper: "This week on the greatest wrestling talk show the world has ever known has not one guest but two tonight. My first guest is the current GPW Television Champion Scott Steiner!

The sirens blare up and out comes big poppa pump Scott Steiner; he gets into the ring and shakes hands with Piper and waits for the next guest to be announced

Piper: "My second guest tonight is Scott Steiner’s opponent for later on tonight Jeff Hardy.”

Jeff Hardy makes his way down to the ring but instead of grabbing a mic he immediately dives for Steiner, and the two have a brief scuffle around the ring. Referees and road agents from backstage run out to try and get the two men off each other. A group of refs finally separate the two and they take Jeff to one corner and Steiner to the opposite corner but Jeff manages to get free and goes for Steiner, who powers his way through the referees and road agents. The two go at it again in the middle of the ring, referees once again manage to get the two separated, this time though they get Jeff out of the ring and start to take him backstage. At the top Don Callis is standing with a microphone in his hand.

Callis: "Since you two want to fight so much and the fact that you two are facing each other seems to be not enough for you both. At Retribution it’s going to be Scott Steiner –vs- Jeff Hardy for the Television Championship!

OR – 72

Nova –vs- EZ Money

The match was evenly fought throughout the whole of it. Each man put on one heck of a match but the crowd didn’t really get into for whatever reason. Nova took control early on, but he went up top looking for a high-risk offence. EZ though had different plans he pushed the referee into the ropes, knocking Nova off balance. EZ then climbed up to Nova and delivered a superplex, EZ then attempted a cover but Nova managed to kick out at the two count. EZ took control from this point in the match, he got a couple of near falls but he couldn’t find the move that would put Nova out for the three count.

EZ became more and more frustrated about how the match was panning out; he even threatened the ref at one point in the match. EZ then went up to where Nova had been lain out and went to get him up from the mat. Nova though rolled him up into a small package and nearly got the three but EZ kicked out at two. EZ the got up and kicked Nova in the gut and hit his bank roll finisher for the three count.

Backstage our cameras cut to where Torrie Wilson is walking down a corridor. She starts to hear footsteps behind here and turns around and sees Bill Alfonso making his way towards her. Torrie starts to walk off at a faster pace looking over her shoulder all the time. While she was doing this she didn’t see Psychosis step out in front of her and she walks right into him making her fall to the ground.

Psychosis: "What’s this? Is Torrie Wilson finally where she belongs? On her back like the bitch that she is.”

Torrie: "Please, just leave me alone, I’ve done nothing to you!”

Psychosis: "Oh but you have Torrie, you done something horrible to me! Do you remember when you first came into the company? Do you remember when I stopped and said hello and offered you dinner out at a restaurant? Do you remember that Torrie?”

Torrie: "Yeah but…”

Psychosis: "Do you remember what you said to me?”

Torrie: "What I meant was…”

Psychosis: "You said NO Torrie. Not I’ll have to check my diary, not oh that sounds lovely but straight out no. Do you know what that did to me Torrie? Do you have any contemplation what that one word did to me. It hurt me more than anything that has happened to me throughout my whole life. I’ve watched you for years Torrie, I’ve followed you throughout your days with WCW, I watched you every week when you were on TV and when I finally get the guts to come up and talk to you and you say no. How black is your heart but Torrie if wasn’t enough if that didn’t hurt enough Torrie you had to go and kick me when I’m down didn’t you?”

Torrie: "No…”

Psychosis: "There’s that word again Torrie, haven’t you been listening to anything I’ve said? I’m bearing my soul to you here Torrie and just like last time you’re not interested. What is it with you? What is it tha…”

Just then Psychosis goes flying into the wall and Spanky enters the shot. He holds Psychosis up by the throat against the wall. He just goes to punch Psychosis in the head when he hears Torrie scream in the background; Alfonso has started to drag her up the corridor. Spanky runs after him and knocks him down he checks on Torrie, who reassures him that she’s okay. Spanky then grabs Alfonso by the collar and throws him to where Psychosis is standing.

Spanky: "I’m not going to warn you two again, you stay away from her or I’m not going to be held responsible for my actions!”

Spanky and Torrie then go back up the corridor and the camera then the camera turns round back to face Psychosis.

Psychosis: "Bill, next week it happens.”

Alfonso: "We’re not ready!”

Psychosis: "Trust me we will be.”

Billy Kidman –vs- Sonny Siaki

Billy Kidman came down first in this match to a good pop from the crowd, Siaki then made his entrance to some good heel heat. The two hooks up in the middle of the ring, Kidman was the one to come out on top in this match, he backed Siaki into the corner and gave him some knife edged chops to the chest. Kidman had the match firmly under control right up to the end he had just nailed Siaki with a wicked looking DDT and he was climbing up to the top turnbuckle. Jeff Hardy –vs- Scott Steiner

As it was announced earlier tonight by Don Callis these two will face each other at Retribution. Steiner didn’t even allow Jeff to complete his entrance as he attacked him halfway down the aisle and then shoved him in the ring. Steiner absolutely decimated Jeff throughout this match, not allowing him to get any offence or to build any momentum. Steiner used his strength advantage throughout the match but even with it Jeff refused to stay down for the three count.

At one point in the match Steiner had locked Jeff in the Steiner recliner but Jeff managed to get to the ropes before the move could be locked in completely. Steiner then just grabbed Jeff and hit the belly-to-belly suplex he then covered but got off at two claiming that he was just warming up and started to do press-ups. Steiner once again went for the Steiner recliner and this time managed to get the move locked in. Jeff couldn’t take the pain and eventually gave up, giving the victory to Steiner by submission.

Backstage Spanky and Torrie Wilson are with the interviewerDan Wilson

Wilson: "Earlier tonight Psychosis and Alfonso seem to have a plan that will come into effect next week. Do you have any idea what this could be?”

Spanky: "I’ve have absolutely no idea and to be frank I don’t really care. If it has anything to do with either Torrie or myself those two will have hell to pay. I don’t know what fascination they have with Torrie but they had better get over it and get over it quick. The sight of them make me sick to my very core and Psychosis I’ve warned you once tonight about keeping away from Torrie. In case you feel that I’m bluffing just you try to do anything at all and you’ll see exactly what I will do if you do!

Jerry Lynn –vs- AJ Styles & Scott Hall

Under the rules of this match only one competitor from the team of Styles and Hall can be in the ring at a time. Hall was the first man for his team, but he soon became a victim of a brutal DDT, effectively eliminating from the match for the time being. Styles came in and attacked Lynn from behind, Lynn soon was nailed with a Styles clash but the referee refused to count the three as Styles was not the legal man. Hall was still lying on the mat so Styles dragged Hall’s body over Lynn’s body.

The ref went down to count the three but Lynn kicked out at two. Styles started to have a temper tantrum on the out side so he slid back into the ring and dragged Hall over to his corner and tagged himself in. Styles immediately went for another cover but Lynn once again got his shoulder up at two. Styles argued with the ref about him not doing his job. Styles went back over to Lynn and covered him for a third time, this time though he put his feet up on the bottom rope. The ref never noticed and this time Styles was able to get the three count over Lynn. Styles was celebrating his win all the way up the ramp, Don Callis even came out and congratulated Styles on his win at the top of the stage.

Winner – AJ Styles and Scott Hall

Just as Styles was going through the curtain Lynn’s voice interrupted him.

Lynn: "That’s the way you win matches isn’t it AJ, you have to cheat to win them. AJ I’m not done with you yet, I want you at Retribution. I want to fight you in a match where everyone is barred from ringside and I want it to be a no-DQ match. What do you say, unless that is if you have another match that night as well?”

Styles: "Let me guess this straight, you want to have a match at Retribution in a no-DQ match?”

Lynn: "That’s basically it, oh and one more thing it’ll be for the GPW World Championship, you know the title I beat you for at Freefall.”

Styles: "Oh you’re on Lynn, and this time you will be greeted by a world class beating from the phenomenal AJ Styles!

Instigation

6527 people rise to their feet for this week’s Instigation. The North American Championship Tournament comes down to two men tonight, but will it be Bill DeMott or Raven facing Test or Sting at Retribution?

Hulk Hogan comes down to the ring to start tonight’s show off. Hogan gets in the middle of the ring while the crowd go ballistic for him. After all the usual posing and shirt ripping Hogan grabs a mic.

Hogan: "Last week, in this ring Savage pinned me, but he didn’t do it cleanly brother, he used a pair of brass knuckles. Now according to the rules the decision is final which means that I’ll be facing Savage at Retribution for my championship, but I’m not here to bitch and moan brother, I’m here to kick some ass. So what I want you to do Savage is to walk down the aisle, step into my ring and us two will have an old fashioned match, right here right now.”

Hogan then waits in the ring, seeing if Savage will accept his challenge, after a while it looks like Savage doesn’t want to accept Hogan’s Challenge.

Hogan: "Savage, that’s your problem isn’t it brother, you talk the talk but you sure as hell don’t walk the walk. So it looks like…”

Hogan is cut off by Savage’s music and it now looks like something that Hogan said has hit a nerve of Savage. Hogan faces the rampway, but Savage doesn’t show.

Hogan: "Exactly my point Savage…”

Savage’s music starts up again and Hogan faces the rampway again, this time though Randy Savage jumps the guardrail and climbs into the ring. Savage whips Hogan around and goes to punch him but Hogan blocks the punch and throws him to the ropes. Hogan gets the big boot on Savage and then nails him with the legdrop of doom. Before anymore damage can be done referees and road agents come running out of the back and into the ring and persuade Hogan to get out of the ring.

Seven –vs A-Train

In the opening match of the night the mammoth A-Train took on the rookie Seven. A-Train used his power advantage to the maximum in this match, not allowing Seven to gain any momentum. Seven’s greenness soon showed when Seven had finally managed to get A-Train on the mat, but instead of continuing to beat on A-Train, Seven climbed to the top rope. As he was doing this it allowed A-Train to get back up, he went over to where Seven was perched and lifted him off. A-Train put Seven onto his shoulders and hit the train wreck to get the three count.

Hart: "Can I help you?”

Rene: "Can you help us, did I hear you right, can I help you?”

Hart: "Did I stutter or something, but listen if this is what I think it is you don’t need to worry.”

Rene: "You spoke the truth about how these Americans are the scum of the earth, you used to tell everyone that would listen that you hated America with all of your heart, but look at you now.”

Sylvan: "You’re pathetic Hart, you used to be someone Bret, but now you just sit back here and think that you’re in charge.”

Rene: "When really you just pretend, we all know Bret, we all know who really is in control of this show. It’s that American man sitting in that American chair in that American office, he’s probably dinking some American coffee and he is the man who’s in charge. You’re just his monkey Bret, you’re the person that does everything that he doesn’t want to do.”

Sylvan: "You say you know what we’re here for, you don’t know anything.”

Hart: "Oh I think, no I know what it is you want, you want your rematch for the tag team championship don’t you?”

Rene: "Lucky guess.”

Hart: "I was actually going to give you that shot, but since you seem to think I’m not in charge then this is what I’ll do. Next week it’ll be Sylvan Grenier –vs- Joey Matthews, if you win Sylvan it’ll be La Resistance –vs- York & Matthews for the tag team championships at Retribution.”

Sylvan: "When I win that match Bret, you’ll see how it should be done. How you are supposed to go out there and win a match, something that you will never do again. ”

Rene: "You’re the past Bret, you’ll be ninety years old and sitting in a rocking chair in a rundown care home and you’ll be watching us main eventing every single show.”

Hart: "Oh you think you’ll be main eventing shows now do you. Well I want to be alive to see this so tonight it’ll be the team of Hulk Hogan, Christian York and Joey Matthews taking on the team of Randy Savage and La Resistance!

Erotica –vs- Rainbow Express

Lodi and Danny Doring started this match out for their teams, Doring took control and suplexed Lodi. He went for a cover, trying to end the match early but Lodi got his shoulders up at two. Doring was picking up Lodi from the mat but on the way up Lodi gave him a low-blow, effectively halting his progress. This allowed the heel team to do the normal double-teaming on Doring. They didn’t allow Doring to get the tag and kept on dragging Doring back to their corner every time he managed to ground his opponent.

Lenny, who had just been tagged in, whipped Doring into the ropes. Lenny then closeline Doring down, Doring also had the same idea and the two went down to the mat. The ref started to do a ten count with both Lenny and Doring crawling to their corners looking for the tag. Lenny reached his corner first and tagged in Lodi, who ran to try and stop Doring from making the tag. He was too late though as Doring reached his corner and tagged in Chetti who did the typical house on fire thing. Lodi was nailed with the amityville horror, Chetti then went for the cover but Lenny broke it up. Doring came running back in and threw Lenny over the top rope. Chetti then hit the double jump moonsault on Lodi, Chetti covered and got the three.

Sylvan: "And who does he give us as a partner, Randy Savage.”

Rene: "Another has-been just like Bret,”

Sylvan: "Uh, Rene…”

Rene: "Not only is Savage a has-been but he’s American,”

Sylvan: "Rene…”

Rene: "I mean it just doesn’t get worse than that does it?”

Sylvan: "I think you’d better…”

Rene: "It’s not like he could wrestle when he was in his prime, he’s just some…”

Sylvan: "Rene…”

Rene: "some…”

Sylvan: "RENE!

Rene: "What? You’re giving me a headache.”

Sylvan: "We have a visitor,”

The camera turns round to where Randy Savage is standing

Savage: "Listen you just worry about those little wannabes York & Matthews, leave Hogan to me!

Savage then leaves La Resistance alone.

Bill DeMott –vs- Raven GPW North American Championship Tournament Semi-finals

In the first of tonight’s semi-finals match Raven takes on DeMott. Raven came out first to some good heel heat, DeMott came out next and he got quite a good face pop. The two hooked up in the middle of the ring to start the match off, Raven soon came out of the better man. He grounded DeMott with a suplex and then dropped his leg across the throat of DeMott.

Raven kept his control of the match until DeMott managed to avoid a Raven charge by putting his boot up, sending it right into Raven’s face. From this point in the match DeMott took control of the match, he even managed to hit his no joke finisher on Raven but he could only get a two count out of it. DeMott then climbed to the top rope and came off it with the no laughing matter, Raven though rolled through the move and grabbed a handful of tights. The ref didn’t see it and started the count, 1…2…3. Raven goes through to the finals at Retribution, DeMott doesn’t look happy about it though and starts to argue with the ref about how Raven had cheated to win the match. Raven wasn’t having any of it though as he soon turned DeMott around and proceeded to drill him with a Raven Effect.

Hulk Hogan, Christian York & Joey Matthews –vs- Randy Savage & La Resistance

Joey Matthews limped to the ring due to the attack from La Resistance earlier in the night, York and Sylvan started off the match. Sylvan was the first to strike laying York out with a closeline, he then hit a piledriver and covered but only got a two count. Sylvan then tagged out to Rene and he continued the assault. The heel team beat down York and made frequent tags, not allowing York to get to his corner. Savage had just hit a scoop slam on York and went to hit the Savage elbow, York rolled out of the way and the ref started the ten count. York crawled over to his corner and tagged in Matthews, who went over to Savage and stopped him from making the tag.

Savage though kicks Matthews in the ankle and he soon goes down to the mat. The heel team went back to making frequent tag and focused their attack on the ankle of Matthews. The team of La Resistance hit the Le Crepe on Matthews and Rene went for the cover but Hogan broke it up. The heels continued their attack on Matthews ankle, and he was too weak to get to his corner to make the tag. York eventually got fed up and went in and punched Rene and Savage, who on the apron, sending them to the floor. York then gave a DDT to Sylvan and dragged Matthews over to their corner. Hogan then tagged himself into the match and hit the legdrop of doom onto Sylvan. York made sure that Savage and Rene couldn’t interfere as Hogan covered Sylvan. Sting –vs- Test GPW North American Championship Tournament Semi-finals

For the last place in the final at Retribution Sting took on Test. Test didn’t even allow Sting to get into the ring, attacking him halfway down the aisle. Test the rammed Sting’s head into the ring post. He then whipped Sting into the ringsteps, Test then picked Sting up and whipped Sting into the barricade, sending Sting right through it. Test then shoved Sting in the ring to officially start the match. Test immediately went for the cover but Sting just got his foot on the bottom rope to stop the count. Test had thought he had won the match and started to celebrate but the ref told him that Sting had his foot on the rope and the match is still going on.

Test then went over to where Sting was laying, however he wasn’t prepared for Sting rolling him up. The ref started the count but Test just managed to get out of the school boy. Test was irate at being rolled up and started to lay boots into the chest of Sting, he then whipped Sting to the ropes, he went running in after him and went for the big boot. Sting ducked the attempt though and Test was perched on the top rope, Sting closelined him off the top rope and down to the floor below.

Sting followed him out and rammed his head into the announcer’s table. Sting the rolled Test back into the ring and slid in after him, he waited for Test to get back up and hit him with the scorpion death drop. Sting covered and the ref went down to count the three. Before he could complete it Raven pulled the ref out of the ring, stopping the count. Raven then grabbed a chair from ringside and got into the ring, he told Sting to get up and he swung the chair at Sting’s head. Sting ducked though and the chair went crashing into Test’s head, who had just got up. Sting then kicked Raven in the gut and gave him a scorpion death drop as well. Sting again covered Test and the ref got back in and started the count again. This time the count was completed and Sting will go on to face Raven at Retribution!

Raven the placed the chair on the mat and picked Sting up form the mat Raven then laid Sting out with a Raven effect right on the chair. He then mocks Sting standing over him before demanding a mic.

Raven: "I warned you Sting, I’ve warned you and warned you not to advance in this tournament Sting but did you listen to me? Do you realise what you have done Sting, do you realise what you have made me do? Two weeks ago I tell you get eliminated from the tournament and I show you exactly what would happen if you do by attacking Ron Killings. I never did that Sting, it wasn’t me who attacked Killings Sting, it was you! Then just last week I tell you again not to continue in this tournament, and you made me attack Josh Matthews, he’s still in the hospital Sting, are you happy about that? Are you happy about what you made me do? Since you didn’t eliminate yourself from this tournament it looks like I will have to eliminate you myself. Except I will not only eliminate you from the tournament, I will eliminate you from wrestling. You have no idea what you have made me do Sting, you have no idea what you will make me do at Retribution. At Retribution it’ll be me and you Sting and we’ll go through hell but only one of us will be coming back. Rest assured Sting that one will be me, with the winning of that match I will at last be recognised as the best Sting and my masterpiece will be one step closer to it’s culmination. GPW TV

6505 people are in attendance for this week’s GPW TV. Tonight in the main event Scott Steiner will take on Jerry Lynn.

To start the show off Scott Hall comes down to the ring.

Hall: "Hey ya’ll, last week I was in the main event. I was at the top of the card and this week, I haven’t even got a match! Everyone’s laughing at me backstage and I don’t like it, heck I hate it. Do you know how embarrassing it is? I’m going to soon stop that though, I’m giving out an open invitation for tonight. Anyone back there who thinks that they’re man enough to take me on then come out here.

Some unfamiliar music starts up and out comes the debuting CM Punk.

CM: "You want an opponent for tonight? Don Callis told me that if I could win a match here tonight against an opponent of my choice then I can have a job. So since you want and opponent and I need an opponent how about we help each other out and have a match here tonight?”

Hall: "So you had the choice of anyone in the locker room and you chose me? Well it kinda makes me feel all warm inside knowing that. I’ll let you know something, it’s not going to be the last time I ever feel like this, in fact I’m going to feel exactly like this later on tonight when the referee’s hand comes down for the three count in the match later on. I’ll have the satisfaction of not only knowing that the whole locker room will stop laughing at me and when I know that I have deprived you of a job because you chose the wrong man!

Hall then kicks CM Punk in the gut and delivers and outsiders edge before making his way out of the ring.

Trinity then throws Lita into the barricade at ringside and shoves her head into the ring post. Trinity rolls Lita into the ring with Victoria and the bell rings to signify the beginning of the match. Victoria then hits the widow’s peak on the helpless Lita; she covers and gets the three. Alfonso: "With the help of this I did.”

Alfonso then gets a wrench out of his pocket.

Psychosis: "So we’re good to go?”

Alfonso: "All set.”

Psychosis: "Good, now go and make sure everything else is in place.”

Alfonso then leaves the room, when the door closes Psychosis pulls out a picture from his pocket.

Psychosis: "Not long to go now and we’ll be together my dear. Not long to go now.”

Air Paris –vs- AJ Styles

This was basically a squash match with Air Paris getting absolutely no offence into the match what so ever. Styles nailed Air Paris with the Styles Clash, he then went for a cover but pulled Air Paris’s shoulders off the mat before the count could be completed. Styles then climbed up to the top rope and delivered hit spiral tap, again he covered and the referee counted the three. This time Styles didn’t pull the shoulders off the mat and the referee counted the three.

After the match Styles slid outside the ring and grabbed a chair, obviously meaning to send a message to Jerry Lynn, he went over to where Air Pairs was slowly getting up and wrapped the chair around hit head. Air Pairs slumped back down to the mat and the ref grabbed the chair out of Styles’s hands before any more damage could be done. Styles made his way back up the aisle with the crowd booing him all the way.

Winner – AJ Styles

Piper’s Pit

Piper: "Tonight my guest is a former champion and is possibly the sexiest guest that we’ve ever had on Piper’s pit. Ladies and gentlemen, and I use that term loosely, I give you Trinity.”

Trinity’s music hits and out comes the former Women’s champion. Trinity gets into the ring and grabs a mic.

Piper: "Thank you for joining me here tonight Trinity. I know you’re very busy but there’s one question I really want to ask you. Last week and earlier this evening you attacked Lita, I’m not saying she didn’t deserve it I’m just wondering what is your vendetta against her?”

Trinity: "What’s my vendetta against Lita? Do you really need to ask? She took my championship at Freefall, but not only that she tried to end my career. As a result of that match I ended up with a back injury, it’s lucky that I’m a quick healer and the injury wasn’t too serious. But the fact remains Lita tried to end my career and she deserves to pay.”

Lita’s music then blares up and out comes the women’s champion looking upset at the accusations that Trinity is accusing her of

Lita: "Trinity, I thought we had solved this. It wasn’t my fault that you ended up with that back injury at Freefall. It was you own stupidness. You come out here and accuse me of purposely trying to injure you do you have a brain?”

Trinity: "You know that you did it Lita, you know it and I know it. Nothing you can say or do can change the fact that you injured me Lita, and I think I need compensation for that. I want my rematch for the women’s championship. I would’ve won that match and I would still be women’s champion if it wasn’t for you cheating because you knew you couldn’t win that match cleanly.”

Don Callis then appears on the titentron

Callis: "Trinity I think you have a point and you deserve to be compensated. At Retribution it’ll be Lita –vs- Trinity for the GPW Women’s championship. Oh and Lita if you purposely injure Trinity or any other person in that ring again not only will I strip you of the women’s championship but I’ll fire your ass right out of this company .”

Hall then hoisted CM Punk and gave him an outsider’s edge again Hall refused to cover and this time started to taunt the crowd and Punk himself, slapping him on the head. Hall finally went for a cover but CM Punk kicked out at two. Hall couldn’t believe it and started to argue with the ref, when he went back over to Punk, he got rolled up. The ref started the count, 1…2…3. Our cameras cut to the backstage area where Torrie Wilson is shown walking through the corridor. She suddenly stops when she passes an open door. She creeps back to it and looks inside. A referee takes Torrie out of the room while all the other road agents check on Spanky.

Jerry Lynn –vs- Scott Steiner

The sirens blare up signalling the entrance of the television champion Scott Steiner, he gets good heel heat on the way down to the ring. Jerry Lynn then makes his entrance to a good pop from the crowd, Lynn gets into the ring and a stare down between the two ensues. The two lock-up in the middle of the ring and Steiner comes out of it with the advantage, he backs Lynn into the corner and then lays knife-edge chops onto the chest of Lynn. Steiner then belly-to-belly suplexes Lynn and goes for the cover but Lynn kicks out at two.

Steiner remains on the offensive throughout the match, using his power advantage to the full. Lynn managed to turn things around though and started to battle back. Lynn even managed to plant Steiner with a brutal DDT but Steiner just got his foot on the bottom rope. Lynn goes to dropkick Steiner but he ducks and Lynn ends up dropkicking the ref. With the ref down AJ Styles came running to the ring, he kicked Lynn in the gut and then hits the Styles clash. Steiner then covers Lynn and the ref starts to come to, the ref counts the three and awards the match to Steiner.

After the bell rings Styles re-enters the ring and starts to lay boots to the chest of Lynn. Steiner joins in on the beating but that brings out Jeff Hardy, who gets into the ring and starts punching Steiner, Steiner soon shrugs it off though and lays him out with a belly to belly suplex, Styles is already up top and he comes flying of with a spiral tap onto Jeff Hardy.

Winner – Scott Steiner

Our cameras go backstage where Torrie Wilson is talking on the phone.

Torrie: "Is he going to be okay…no I’m not family…but…I know you’re only suppose to give information to family members but…there’s absolutely no information you can give me…”

Just then a hand covers the mouth of Torrie Wilson and the camera turns round to see Bill Alfonso and Psychosis standing there. Torrie tries to scream but Psychosis shoves her against a wall.

Psychosis: "Shh Torrie, there’s no-one that can help you know.”

Alfonso then puts a piece of tape over the mouth of Torrie and Psychosis lifts her onto his shoulders. Psychosis then walks out to the parking lot and dumps Torrie in the trunk, Alfonso and Psychosis then get in the car and drive off.

Instigation

The pryos go off and the music plays and we are live for this weeks Instigation. 7045 people are in attendance tonight to see a main event of Sting taking on Ken Shamrock.

To start the show off Randy Savage makes his way down towards the ring.

Savage: "Last week Hogan you may have won that six man match but that doesn’t mean squat. At Retribution I’m going to beat you and do you want to know why? It’s because I’m the better man! I’m the better wrestler, I’m the better entertainer and hey I’ll just get to the point I’m better than you. And at Retribution you’ll realise what I’m saying, when I’m covering you bruised and battered body, when the referee’s hand is coming down for the three, when I finally get everything I have ever deserved. You’ll realise that everything that I’ve been saying over the last few weeks, months and heck even years it’s all-true. I can’t believe you actually feel that you can beat me Hogan, the only reasons you’ve beat me before was because it was a technicality, or it was a cheap victory but if me and you have a match that you couldn’t win by cheap means then everyone will see what a fake you really are and the fact will remain that Macho Man Randy Savage is a …”

Hulk Hogan then starts to walk down the rampway, interrupting whatever Savage was going to say next. Before Hogan could get into the ring though road agents and referees came running down the ramp to stop Hogan getting in the ring. Bret Hart then stands at the top of the stage.

Hart: "Hogan I know how much you want to dismantle Savage right now and I also know that the people here would also love to see that but I just can’t let you do that. Imagine how it would feel Hogan to wait a few more weeks and let all this feelings boil over into a pit of rage. You could take all that rage on Savage, Hogan but I just can’t let you two go at it till Retribution. That’s why if Savage if you lay a hand on Hogan at any point until Retribution your title shot is given to someone else. Hogan if you lay a finger on Savage till Retribution then your title will be stripped. I’m sorry about that but I have to protect my main event, but speaking of that Savage what you were just saying gave me a very good idea. Now what were your exact words? You say that Hogan wins on technicalities and cheap victories but you must have different eyes to me and to everyone else in this building because not once have I seen Hogan win a match in this company with a cheap victory, but since you say that you can beat him in that sort of match then at Retribution the main event of Hulk Hogan –vs- Randy Savage is now a no disqualification match-up.”

OR – 91

Seven –vs- A-Train

After last week’s match Seven asked A-Train for a rematch here tonight. This one went the same way as the first, although this time Seven actually managed to get some offence in but A-Train still managed to pull out another win over Seven, hitting him with the derailer.

Winner – A-Train

Sylvan Grenier and Rene Dupree are shown in their locker room.

Rene: "Sylvan tonight you are going to face another piece of American scum in Christian York and I don’t need to remind you what’s at stake do I?”

Sylvan: "If I win, no when I win we get a shot at the tag titles at Retribution. Where we’ll win and become two times tag teams champions.”

Rene: "But there is the wild card in Joey Matthews, he may try to interfere!”

Sylvan: "No need to worry about that, I’ve already seen to that!”

Sylvan whispers something into Rene’s ear, the two then laugh.

Rene: "Sylvan I know I’ve said it before but I’ll say it again, you’re a genius!

Mack then tried to set up Killings for the underhook powerbomb but Killings battled out of it nailing him with a DDT. Killings then took control of the match with a snap suplex on Mack and then a flip moonsault onto Mack’s chest. Backstage Randy Savage is shown with our interviewer Josh Matthews

Josh: "What are your thoughts on Bret making your match with Hulk Hogan at Retribution a no disqualification match?”

Savage: "At first I was just a bit annoyed at Hart for changing the rules of the match but then I realised that this could actually work to my advantage. I have always dreamt of bashing Hogan with a chair, making him a bloody mess, making him cry and beg in the middle of the ring and that dream could finally come true. I can do all these things to Hulk Hogan and I will do them. At Retribution Hogan it’s going to be the time to show the whole world just how fake you are and the person to prove that will be none other than the Macho Man Randy Savage OHHH YEAH!”

OR – 88

Bill DeMott –vs- Buff Bagwell

Bagwell came out first in this match to good heel heat from the crowd, DeMott then made his entrance and got a good pop from the crowd. As DeMott was sliding in the ring to start the match Bagwell laid an elbow in the back of DeMott. Throughout the match DeMott tried to battle back but Bagwell used some cheap way of getting the advantage back. In one case when he was leaning on the ropes and DeMott came charging at him he low-bridged the top rope to send DeMott crashing to the floor below. Another example was when Bagwell low-blowed DeMott he then nailed him with the kobayshi DDT. He then covered Bagwell and got the three count.

Winner – Buff Bagwell

Christian York –vs- Sylvan Grenier

The stipulations of this match state that if Sylvan get pick up the win in this match La Resistance will get a shot at the tag team titles at Retribution. Christian York made his way out to a good pop from the crowd. Sylvan Grenier then came out with his partner Rene Dupree accompanying him, at the sight of the heels the crowd immediately started up a “USA! USA!" chant, much to the annoyance of La Resistance. Sylvan and York hooked up in the middle of the ring to start off the match. Sylvan backed York into the corner and then started to thrust his shoulders into York’s midsection. The ref had to drag Sylvan off York to make him stop and while he was warning Sylvan Rene started to choke York with a piece of rope.

Sylvan then went to the opposite corner and started to take off the padding, the ref soon found out what he was doing and shoved him aside in order to put the padding back on. Sylvan went back over to York and whipped him into the other corner, causing York to collide with the ref. The ref went down to a heap on the floor, this was the signal for Rene to get into the ring and the two proceeded to lay boots onto the chest of York. Rene and Sylvan then nailed York with the La Crepe, Sylvan then covered York and the ref started to stir. He looked up and saw the cover being made and started the count. York was unable to kick out of the beating he had received and La Resistance have won their chance at a shot at tag titles at Retribution.

Winner – Sylvan Grenier

CR – 63 MQ – 69 OR – 66

After the match La Resistance started to beat down York again. They were setting him up for another La Crepe when Joey Matthews came running down the aisle. Matthews had blood pouring out of a gash from his head and we have no found out what Sylvan meant when he said that he had already sorted it. Matthews got into the ring with the intention of helping out his partner but in his condition he was in no state to do so. He had managed to stop them continuing their beat down on York but he soon became a victim of the La Crepe. The heels then celebrated their actions as they headed back up the aisle, as the tag team champions lay bloodied and beaten in the ring.

Chris Chetti –vs- Test

Winner – Test

CR – 61 MQ – 70 OR - 65

Sting –vs- Ken Shamrock

The main event of the evening saw Sting take on Ken Shamrock. As usual Shamrock offered the handshake to Sting before the match started and for the first time someone actually accepted it. The match went in favour of either man throughout the match. Shamrock took the advantage early on in the match, he had even managed to lock in the ankle lock but Sting managed to get to the ropes to save him tapping out. The match advantage changed when Shamrock was setting up Sting for a suplex but Sting powered out of it.

He shoved Shamrock off the top rope and then came flying off with a splash onto the body of Shamrock. Sting then went for a cover but could only get a two count. Sting then set up Shamrock for the scorpion death drop and he managed to hit it. Again Sting went for the cover but Shamrock was just able to get his foot onto the bottom rope to stop the count. Sting then pick up Shamrock and whipped him to the ropes but Shamrock reversed it and sent Sting to the ropes.

As Sting was making the cover after hitting Shamrock with the scorpion death drop Raven had started to run down the ramp, with a chair in his hand. He arrived at ringside when Sting had reached the ropes; he swung the chair and sent it crashing it into Sting’s back. Sting stumbled after the shot right into a belly-to-belly suplex from Shamrock, who the covered and got the three count.

Winner – Ken Shamrock

CR – 71 MQ – 67 OR – 69

After the match Raven slid into the ring and got a mic out of his back pocket.

Raven: "This is just the start Sting, this is just the start of the amount of pain that you are going to be in at Retribution. I will take no threat to my masterpiece. It’s too late for you to back out of it now Sting. I offered you so many times but you ignored all of them, it’s too late now! I will eliminate you from this tournament and I will eliminate you from wrestling forever. This company is too small for both of us to exist in, and I will not be the one who will one who will leave, I have too much to achieve. And if people don’t believe me then I’ll just have to prove it to them how much this means to me and what lengths I will go to in order to achieve my destiny. Quote the Raven…Nevermore.”

Raven dropped the mic and then made his way to the backstage area but as he reached the top of the stage but he stopped when he saw Sting started to move on the titentron. He turned round and saw Sting reach for the mic.

Sting: "I never thought that I would say this but Raven you’re right, this company is too small for us both. For the past two weeks you’ve been saying that you’ll eliminate me from wrestling how you’ll make me an example. You talk about how you’ll do anything to achieve what you call your destiny, how you’ll do anything to fulfil your masterpiece. That’ll mean that you’ll lay anything on the line right?”

Raven just nods his head as a yes.

Sting: "Well how about this then our match at Retribution for the right to be known as the first ever GPW North American Champion, the looser will be utterly humiliated. The looser of this match will not only leave the company but leave wrestling forever.

Raven disappears behind the curtain and comes back carrying a mic.

Raven: "You mean a retirement match?

Sting: "Exactly!”

Raven: "Sting, you have just committed career suicide because now the stakes are so much higher and there is a lot more to loose. This means there is a lot more to defend and it means that there is a lot more to fight for. Sting you had a whole load of pain coming your way anyway but now you’ve just treble that pain. Sting now not only will I be known as the man who is the first ever GPW North American Champion but also I will be known as the man who ended the career of Sting.

Ladies and gentlemen, and I use that term very loosely, I give you the commissioner of the greatest wrestling show the world has ever known Don Callis!

Callis’ music starts up and he makes his way down the ramp to boos from the crowd. He gets into the ring and gets a mic from Piper.

Piper: “It’s a pleasure to have you on the show again Mr Call…”

Callis just raises his hand to shut Piper up, which he does immediately.

Callis: “The only reason I have asked to come on Piper’s pit tonight is to make a announcement concerning some recent events that have happened here on GPW TV. Last week Spanky was viciously attacked backstage, so badly beaten that he had to have seven stitches to his head and was told not to be here tonight, but as you saw he obliviously didn’t take that advice. Later on in the same night Bill Alfonso and Psychosis abducted Torrie Wilson, while she was trying to get an update on Spanky. Now I have only one course of action to take to tackle the situation. Psychosis these actions can only have on solution, and it causes me great pain to do this but at Retribution it’s going to be Spanky –vs- Psychosis for the Cruiserweight Championship.”

The crowd start to boo loudly at this announcement.

Callis: Oh come on what did you think I was going to do suspend him? The actions Psychosis did last week were brilliant and deserve rewarding and that is what I have done! I’ve rewarded him with a great match made by the greatest commissioner the world has ever known!”

She tried to tell Spanky something but it just comes out mumbled. He goes over to her and removes the tape from her mouth, but just as the tape comes off Psychosis swings a chair at Spanky’s head. He slumps to the ground in a heap while Psychosis and Bill Alfonso untie Torrie. Psychosis then lifts Torrie up on his shoulder and walks out the door, but before leaving he turns round one more time and stares at the body of Spanky on the floor, who is just starting to move. He puts Torrie down from his shoulder and makes sure Alfonso has her before turning his attention back to Spanky.

CM Punk –vs- Scott Hall

Lat week CM Punk defeated Scott Hall in a match that meant that he could have a job here in GPW. Hall was infuriated with this and challenged CM Punk to a rematch here tonight. CM Punk came out first and got a good pop from the crowd, Scott Hall then made his entrance to heel heat from the crowd. As soon as Hall got into the ring he attacked Punk, knocking him down with a barrage of left and rights. Hall was so mad at the loss this week that he didn’t allow CM Punk to gain any momentum or offence throughout it. Hall had even gone outside and got a chair to try and use it on CM but the ref pulled it out of his hands to stop him using it.

Scott Hall instead hoisted Punk onto his shoulders looking to hit his outsiders edge, but Punk slipped off and rolled up Hall. Taken by surprise Punk managed to get the three and an upset victory over the veteran for the second week in the row. Punk immediately slid out of the ring and made his way to the back before Hall could retaliate. Hall though was even more infuriated than before and started to have a tantrum in the middle of the ring. The ref had to try and calm him down but found himself the victim of an outsiders edge from Hall.

Jerry Lynn & Jeff Hardy –vs- AJ Styles & Scott Steiner

As a result of last weeks main event Don Callis signed this tag match, at Retribution in eleven days time Styles will take on Lynn for the GPW World championship and Jeff Hardy will face Scott Steiner for the GPW Television Championship. Tonight though they will be teaming up to take on their current nemeses. Throughout this match the heels double-teamed Jeff, not allowing him to tag in his partner and used illegal tactics every time the ref’s back was turned. The finished seemed to be near when Styles was setting Jeff up for the Styles clash but Jeff reversed it into a DDT.

Both men lay out on the mat and the ref had no choice but to utilize a ten count. By the count of six both men were crawling to their respective corners, each desperate for a tag. Styles tagged in Steiner in first and he managed to drag Jeff back to his corner before a tag could be made. Steiner was then attempted to hit a belly-to-belly suplex on Jeff, who reversed it and nailed Steiner with a twist of fate. Jeff crawled over to his corner and tagged in his partner Jerry Lynn for the first time in the match but the referee sent him straight out again as he didn’t see the tag because he was too busy trying to get AJ Styles out of the ring.

Scott Steiner had now locked Jeff in the Steiner recliner and Jeff was struggling to get to the ropes. Lynn was pacing on the outside trying to yell encouragement to Jeff to get to the ropes; in the end though his patience ran out he ran into the ring and broke up the submission manoeuvre. He then knocked Styles off the ring apron and went back to his own corner.

The crowd started to really get behind Jeff Hardy and the enthusiasm of the clapping seemed to give Jeff his second wind, he managed to reach his corner and tag in Lynn, and this time the ref saw it. Lynn was like a house on fire, he knocked Steiner down and went over to the apron and dragged in AJ Styles. Lynn nailed Styles with a crade to the grave piledriver before turning his attention to Steiner.

Lynn mamanged to suplex Steiner down to the mat as Jeff Hardy went up to the top rope and delivered a swanton bomb. Jerry Lynn covered Scott Steiner and he managed to get the three count giving him and Jeff Hardy a very impressive victory here tonight.
