Two of her friends won tickets, which is pretty cool.

Apparantly - it was on the News today - Geldof said, whilst recieving an Honourary Degree, that there was "plans for hundreds of thousands more people to be allowed into the park". Anyone going if this turns out to be true?

A mate of mine got tickets and is taking his brother. I'm not to fussed about it. Yeah, free concerts/festivals are all well and good but it doesn't excite me. The only thing i'd do if I got a ticket would be flog it on E-Bay, but that's not allowed. Maybe there's a way around it. Like selling a blowup Bob Geldoff with 2 free Live8 tickets .

One of the local music stations is having a great Live8 competition, they are offering flights to the UK and a hotel room but can't guarantee entry to Live8..
