Myfriends think I have weird Movie watching habits

So earlier today I watch American Physco for about the 50th time since I recorded it a while back. While i was watching it a few friends came by and started watching it with me. after the move , they asked me how many times have I watched it and i told them. They thought the movie was weird since it didn't have any big time actors(in their Opinion).

I will watch a any movie at least once , if I like it I'll watch it more than one time and if I hate it I'll never watch it again , but the thing is I find it hard to find a movie I actually hate.

I think I might be the only person to actually watch all those sci-fi exclusive movies and such more than once.

everytime my friends come in while I'm watching movie on the sci fi channel my friends laugh and walk off talking about how bad the special effects and such are.

and at times my friends say I creep them out while watching horror movies , because I can tell which character will die and when , even though I haven't seen that movie. I chalk it up to having watched a lot of horror movies.

All the dvds I own have been watched at least 10 times or more.

the bad news to come from all this , my vhs copy of American Physco broke , guess it gives me a reason to go out and get the dvd.

Nope, theres nothing wrong with watching a great film many times....even 50. Whats even better is that the DVD's you buy were worth your money, since they all garnered repeated viewings.

yeah i agree , the main thing they rag me about is watchign those movies that come on sci fi channel. Looking back I thinbk I watch way more horror movies than I do of any other genre

American Psycho is a great movie, but I suggest you read the book. It truely is the most gruesome disturbing piece of literature I have ever had the pleasure to read.

Same with me, some thing is just so appealing watching the first two Ninja Turtles movies over and over again. Same with Tim Burton's Sleepy Hollow and Batman. Don't get me started with how many times I've watched Kevin Smith's movies. I think I've done it since I was a kid as I know I use to watch "Who Framed Roger Rabbit?" at least three times a week when I was 3 through 5 years old.

Also I think the reason why I watch my DVDs so much is my collection is relatively small as I buy DVDs/movies I know I enjoy or will mainly. Well that and my money status doesn't exactly have my wallet overflowing with cash on a daily basis.

Panic when you've watched the movie Snakeater with Lorenzo Lamas (of "Renegade" notoriety) more than once.  God does that movie suck but the one liners make me laugh.  Crappy movies can draw me in if it has something I can quote from it for like a month.
