Impaled Northern Moonforest

It's a sideproject of Anal Cunt's Seth Putnam. Like Anal Cunt, it's not to be taken seriously, obviously. It involves acoustic guitars, knee slapping, coughing, and other stuff. It's a parody of black metal.

The song titles don't even make sense, but they're still funny in a dorky way.

I think the only reason people like Anal Cunt or Impaled Northern Moonforest is because it's a novelty band. There are real no lyrics to Impaled Northern Moonforest as far as I'm aware. It's just screaming and coughing.

Good stuff if you're in the mood for it. You're going to have to search a P2P or torrent program to find anything they've done. They've done a handful of shows since like 1996, and their demo/EP/album/whatever only had 200 copies printed.

Songs (I've Heard):

Lustfully Worshiping The Inverted Moongoat While Skiing Down The Inverted Necromountain Of Necrodeathmortem

Transfixing The Forbidden Blasphemous Incantation Of The Conjering Wintergoat

Nocturnal Cauldrons Aflame Amidst The Northern Hellwitch's Perpetual Blasphemy

Fucking excellent. I was about to post in here saying "Best. Band Name. Ever.", but I love me some Anal Cunt, so I'm definitely going to have track down some of this.

Thanks Tristy!
