What song is that in the Spiderman commercial

It is the commercial where the guitars in the song start at the beggining of the commercial and then the lyrics kick in when spiderman swings through the big truck and is sliding/swinging down the street.

I think it might be yellowcard but I am not sure so I was just wondering if anyone knew who it was.

It also might be Dashboard Confessional "Vindicated". It's the single they released from the Soundtrack, but I haven't seen the commercial..so I dunno.

im almost positive he's talkin about dashboard, but i don't think they sound anything like yellow card

note: I have never heard any yellowcard before except for the one song noted above about 5 minutes ago. My sister said it might be Yellowcard but then again she is addicted to Nickelback, Default, Theory of a Deadman and High Holy Days so what does she know?
