Collyer is in the ring with the mic when the show comes back from commercial.

Collyer: “I have been wrestling in this promotion for over a year and I have put on some of the best matches that have been seen here. Tonight Arik Cannon is going to be another victory in the books for me and another win that doesn’t get me anything. Cannon you are good, I’m not going to argue that. However you aren’t as good as me, Chad Collyer. You got some nice moves buddy but I am the master of technical wrestling. I was trained by Dean Malenko and I’m going to make your sorry ass tap out right here in this ring tonight!”

Segment 4: Prime Time Runs the SMWA

Elix Skipper and Puma walk down to the right and they both slide in and Skipper takes the mic from the announcer as the crowd boos them.

Skipper: “Why don’t you people shut tha’ hell up! Don’t you know who I am? I am the SMWA Champion! This belt around my waist says that I am the best in the SMWA and that you must respect me. I earned this belt, dammit! I put Halo down for the three count with the Play of the Day! Tonight Petey Williams has to go against my main man, Puma. Tonight Puma is going to make sure that Williams is ready for his match against me Saturday in Kalamazoo. Puma took Williams to a draw on Rage before but tonight they’ve got more time and Puma is going to put the hurt on that punk Williams. That bitch got kicked out of Prime Time for a reason and that was because he didn’t have the tenacity to win. He wouldn’t do whatever was necessary to win. Prime Time is all about no limits and Williams kept holding himself back. Tonight Puma will show him what being a member of Prime Time is all about and then on Saturday I’m going to show him why Prime Time holds the gold here in the SMWA!”

Skipper drops the mic then rolls out of the ring. Williams walks down to ringside to cheers and faces off with Skipper on the outside and the two men start trash talking.

OA: 74

Guppie: “Puma and Williams are two of the best wrestlers here in the SMWA and tonight the fans are going to get a great match to go home to.”

Card for It’s Prime Time

September 10, 2008

www.smwawrestling.com

Our next big show It’s Prime Time is just three days away and we have a big card lined up for the show. The show will take place on September 13th in Kalamazoo, Michigan. The Exile has warned SMWA officials in cryptic messages that he will reveal himself in Kalamazoo. We have hired extra security for the show to make sure he can’t get in. Here is the scheduled card.

Elix Skipper ©vs. Petey Williams (SMWA Championship)

Elix Skipper makes his first title defense against Petey Williams. Williams has been on a roll recently although he lost his match on the last episode of Rage to Puma thanks to Skipper’s interference. Williams took a beating in the match but he is determined to win the belt and even the pain may not be enough to stop Williams for capturing the belt for the second time.

Jimmy Rave vs. Halo

Two former SMWA champions clash in a battle for respect. Only one man will be able to walk out with the victory in this match.

Backseat Boyz ©vs. Havana Pitbulls (SMWA Tag Team Championship)

The Pitbulls get a rematch for the belts. The two teams have split their two matches and whoever wins this match takes the belts home and the rubber match.

Black Tiger IV vs. Johnny Spade

These two men both wanted a chance to shine and they get it as they face off one on one. These two guys have really been impressing the fans and officials lately and the winner of this match could really get a boost.

Scott Lost ©vs. Ricky Marvin (SMWA Premier Championship)

Scott Lost gets a big challenge in this defense as he takes on Mexican star, Ricky Marvin. Marvin has also made a name for himself working for NOAH in Japan. Marvin’s international experience could give him the edge against Lost but Lost has the champion’s advantage on his side.

Vito Thomaselli vs. B-Boy

Former SMWA Champion Vito Thomaselli returns and he will face B-Boy in what should be a hard hitting match. These guys have had some vicious battles in the SMWA and this should be another great match to add to the list.

Essa Rios vs. Brandon Thomaselli vs. Zokre

So-Cal wrestler, Zokre, will make his SMWA debut against Brandon Thomaselli and superstar Essa Rios. All three of these guys need a win to get some recognition and show the fans what they can do.

Tickets are just $15 or $25 for ringside seats. Come to Kalamazoo on September 13th and support your favorite indy wrestlers.

Guppie: “The Backseat Boyz win an incredible tag team match against the Havana Pitbulls to retain the tag team titles.”

Patterson: “Reyes and Puma are excellent wrestlers but the Backseat Boyz work as a team so well. They know what each other wants to do and how the other wrestles. That is what makes them such dominant champions.”

Guppie: “Our next match is going to be a showcase as Paul London takes on Jimmy Rave. Originally Halo was going to take on Rave but he suffered a broken leg while training and London is being brought in as a replacement.”

Patterson: “London didn’t have much notice about this match but he’s a great athlete and he’s going to be ready for a fight.”

Segment 6: The Exile is Here

Jimmy Rave bursts out from backstage to cheers from the crowd. He starts walking down giving fives to the fans but a masked man runs out from the back and clobbers Rave in the back with a chairshot. The man sets up the chair then grabs Rave and picks him up and spikes him with a piledriver on the chair breaking it and sending both men down to the floor. The masked man gets to his feet and slides into the ring. He grabs the mask and pulls it off revealing himself to be N8 Mattson! Mattson gets boos from the crowd as he takes the mic from the announcer.

Mattson: “You fans thought I had left the SMWA for good. I didn’t leave though. I was driven out of this promotion. The wrestlers in the back and the management ran me out of this place. Do you know why? Because I was too good. When I won the SMWA Championship the first time I set the record for the longest title reign. I was on an unprecedented undefeated streak. I ran over everybody in the SMWA and brutalized anybody who got in my way. I eventually lost the belt but I didn’t give up. I came back and I kept on fighting and I won the belt again. I ran over the challengers until Jimmy Rave stepped up and won the belt from me. That’s right the man I just left in a heap on the floor took the belt from me. That’s why I put him down here tonight. Tomorrow I don’t have anything to do though and if he wants to show up at the tapings for Rage and go one on one with me that is fine with me.

“I wanted to take his place tonight because I wanted to prove that I am still the best wrestler in the SMWA. I wanted to prove that by beating Halo, the man who held the championship as long as I had but he injured himself. It’s a damn good thing he did or I would have killed him here tonight. Instead I take on Paul London. Paul has drifted through the SMWA but never stayed for long. He is a man who has proven his skills in Japan and in the WWE and tonight I want to face him one on one. This fight isn’t as personal to me as beating Halo but I will fight Paul and I will prove that I am better than him. However when you get in the ring with the Exile there are no rules. I played by the rules of the SMWA before and they ran me out of this place. I’m back now and I’m not going to follow their bullshit rules! I won’t let them tell me what to do this time! Paul if you have the guts to come out here and face me this is going to be a fight. This isn’t going to be a match. There are no rules and there are no restrictions. If you come out here Paul you are going to be putting your body on the line. So if you have the balls to accept my challenge come on out!”

As Mattson delivers his diatribe paramedics come out and help Rave to the back. As Mattson drops the mic “Battle Without Honor or Humanity” starts playing over the speakers and Paul London runs out from the back and slides into the ring as the crowd cheers.

OA: 61

Guppie: “Nate Mattson has revealed himself to be the Exile and he has taken Jimmy Rave out. Now he is taking Rave’s place and he’s going to face Paul London one on one.”

Patterson: “This isn’t the match we were expecting but it should be a good one. Mattson said there are no rules in this match. London isn’t a hardcore wrestler but he has been involved in some street fights and he knows how to get things done in that type of environment.”

Guppie: “What a brutal match between those two men! They used tables, ladders and chairs to beat each other senseless.”

Patterson: “Did they ever. I thought Mattson was brutal before he left and he may have become even more merciless since he’s been gone.”

Guppie: “After that display of brutality it’s time for our main event as Elix Skipper defends the SMWA Championship against Petey Williams. Williams did face Puma in a tough match on Rage last week and got a number put on him thanks to Skipper’s interference but he’s ready for this fight.”

Patterson: “He may be ready but to beat Skipper he’s got to be more than ready. These two were both in Prime Time, which Williams was attacked by after he left the group. Williams wants revenge and he wants the belt. However Skipper was determined to win the belt from Halo and I don’t think he’s going to be willing to lose it after less than a month.”

Guppie: “That son of a bitch! Elix Skipper manages to walk out of here with the belt thanks to Puma and Ricky Reyes.”

Patterson: “Skipper is the leader of Prime Time and he is willing to use them to his advantage. Skipper has a lot of talent but he hides it behind these cheap tactics.”

Guppie: “He won the belt using the ropes to get the pin then makes his first title defense with the interference of his stooges. Elix Skipper is pissing off a lot of people with his antics.”

Patterson: “Lucky for him he has some of the best backup already with him. For Brian Guppie, I’m Mike Patterson thanks for supporting the SMWA. Check out smwawrestling.com for info on upcoming shows.”

It's two days later than I promised but it turned out to be a longer show than I expected and a damn good one at that. I hope you enjoy it and that it was worth the wait.

Guppie: “Ricky Marvin loves to use the hurrincanranna and he caught Kim with a great one there to finish the match.”

Patterson: “Marvin can hit the ‘ranna from anywhere and he will do it. Kim had an explosion there at the end of the match but Marvin stayed calm and got the win.”

Guppie: “After the commercial break we have a huge six man tag as the Prime Time team of Puma, Ricky Reyes and B-Boy take on the Gertner Associates composed of the tag team champion Backseat Boys and Brandon Thomaselli.”

Patterson: “Six great wrestlers are getting into this ring tonight and each team has a great tag team on their side. Both teams are going to be hard pressed to win this match, that’s for sure.”

Segment 2: Prime Time Baby!

Elix Skipper is in the locker room with the SMWA Championship belt around his waist and he has Puma, Reyes and B-Boy by his side.

Skipper: “Last night I put Petey Williams down. I destroyed his ribs and when I locked in that abdominal stretch he had no choice but to tap out. Of course that injury might have something to do with the number Reyes did on his ribs with the chair but who knows for sure? Tonight, Prime Time is going to get business done. These three men with me are going to get in the ring with Joel Gertner’s boys and only one team will be walking out under their own power and I guarantee that it is going to be Prime Time coming out on top. Sure the Backseat Boys have the tag belts right now and they beat the Pitbulls last night but their time has come. Tonight those two and Brandon are going to be left lying in a pool of their own blood. I’ve said it before and it’s still true. Prime Time is running the SMWA and tonight we are going to beat that into some people’s heads.”

Guppie: “Prime Time gets a win over the Gertner Associates and the Pitbulls get some revenge for losing to the Backseat Boys last night.”

Patterson: “The Prime Time did a good job of working over the neck of Brandon throughout the match and it let them get the win after Puma planted him with a tombstone piledriver.”

Guppie: “Last night at It’s Prime Time, Nate Mattson made his return to the SMWA and he laid out Jimmy Rave before his match and then beat Paul London in a brutal street fight. Mattson laid out a challenge to Rave here tonight and Rave has accepted.”

Patterson: “Rave is coming in with an injured neck after Mattson delivered that piledriver on the chair, however Mattson and London fought a brutal match which saw both men take a lot of punishment. Neither one of these men is at one hundred percent. However Mattson is coming in to make an impression and he’s determined to get wins.”

Segment 4: Closing the Deal

Nate Mattson comes out from the back to boos from the crowd. Mattson just ignores them and jumps onto the apron then goes through the ropes into the ring and takes the mic from the announcer.

Mattson: “Jimmy Rave, last night I planted you on your head with a piledriver on a chair. I offered a challenge for you to come out for the main event of Rage and face me one-on-one in a street fight. I told you to come on out here if you wanted some revenge. I know you didn’t see what I did to London after I knocked you out, but believe me, he regrets stepping into the ring with me. He gave me a few good shots but I put him through a table with a brainbuster from the apron. You thought the piledriver was bad? That was nothing compared to what I have done and what I’m going to do to you tonight. The Exile is back and havoc will rule the SMWA!”

Guppie: “Nate Mattson just destroyed Rave with a top rope powerbomb onto a bunch of chairs! That was sickening!”

Patterson: “I thought Mattson knew no limits last time he was here but he has gone over the edge on his return. That powerbomb was one of the most brutal things I’ve ever seen in a wrestling ring.”

Guppie: “The paramedics are tending to Rave and hopefully he’ll be okay. For Mike Patterson, I’m Brian Guppie thanks for watching.”

Status of Jimmy Rave & Petey Williams, Rage 17 Card

September 19, 2008

www.smwawrestling.com

After this brutal weekend we have seen quite a few wrestlers put out of work due to injury. Halo broke his leg during training and will be out for seven months. Petey Williams suffered injuries to his ribs during his match with Elix Skipper and will be out until the middle of October, we are unsure of when exactly he will be able to return. Jimmy Rave has suffered back injuries after taking a powerbomb off the top rope onto the chairs. He is being checked out by doctors and we are not sure when he will be able to return. However Rave is on fire to get back in the ring and get some revenge on Nate Mattson.

We do have a card for the taping of Rage taking place Sunday, September 21 at the SMWA Gym in Detroit.

The Exile Challenge

Nate Mattson has told SMWA officials he will be sitting in the ring until somebody comes out to accept his challenge in a street fight. Nate Mattson has been tearing a path of destruction through the SMWA in just two matches. It will take a brave man to get into the ring with him.

Sal & Vito Thomaselli vs. Essa Rios & Ricky Marvin

The Luchadores take on the Thomasellis. The Thomasellis are making their debut as a tag team and want to make an impact. However the luchadores have a lot of experience around the world in their favor. Rios and Marvin don’t have the tag experience that the Thomasellis do. Both teams have their advantages and this should be an intense encounter.

Chad Collyer vs. Ricky Reyes

In our main event Chad Collyer takes on Ricky Reyes. Reyes is going to be looking to throw his stiff kicks and strikes but Collyer is going to want to take him to the mat and wear him out enough to get a submission. However both men can play the other mans game and neither man has a clear advantage.

Come down to the SMWA gym and see an awesome show for just $5.

Rage Episode #17 (SMWA Gym, Detroit)

September 24, 2008

Announcer: Brian Guppie

Color Commentator: Mike Patterson

Guppie: “Welcome to SMWA Rage. I’m Brian Guppie and I’m joined on commentary by Mike Patterson.”

Patterson: “And we have a good show lined up here tonight. As you folks at home can see Nate Mattson is in the ring to start the show.”

Segment 1: Exile Challenge

Mattson is standing in the ring wearing cutoff jean shorts and a black shirt that says “The Exile” on the front and “None More Dangerous” on the back. He’s got the mic in his hand and has one leg up on a chair.

Mattson: “In case you don’t know, I am the Exile Nate Mattson. Last week I put Paul London down and then the next day I sent Jimmy Rave to the hospital. I powerbombed Jimmy off the top rope and onto a bunch of steel chairs. I knocked Paul out with a brainbuster off the apron and through a table. That same night I hit Jimmy with a piledriver on a chair. I am back in the SMWA and nobody is going to hold me back. Now I know a lot of you boys in the back are going to be afraid to face me one on one. I don’t blame you. I’m obviously crazy and I will sacrifice my body to get the win in the ring. But right now I’m sending out an open challenge. Anybody in the back can come out here and face me in a street fight. You new guys in the back may want to take me up on this offer. Maybe tonight you can make your name against a former two time SMWA Champion and the longest reigning champion of all time. Hell, even you veterans back in the locker room should come out and take this opportunity.”

“Our Lady of Sorrows” by My Chemical Romance starts playing and a few scattered fans start cheering. Josh Abercrombie comes out from the back and the cheers increase although not by a huge number. Abercrombie stops then goes into the back and comes out with a barbed wire board which draws a good sized pop from the crowd. Abercrombie drags it with him and drops it on the outside of the ring and slides in then takes the mic from Mattson.

Abercrombie: “Nate, you don’t scare me. You may be hardcore and you may be crazy but I’ve been in some ringwars. I fought Ian Rotten in a barbed wire match. He broke his fist on my head. I’ve fought Tyler Black in scaffolding matches and ladder matches. You may be crazy but I’m hardcore and I’m going to show you what hardcore wrestling is all about. When you issued that challenge I was going to accept it and I brought along that barbed wire board just for you.”

Mattson takes the mic back and just looks at Josh.

Mattson: “I’m not impressed with your list of accomplishments. Ian Rotten is an out-of-shape has been. Tyler Black is a nobody. Did you hear what I said? I am a former two time SWMA Champion. You may have fought some tough matches with a bunch of losers but tonight you are going to fight a war with a champion and you are going to see that is something else entirely.”

Mattson looks to hand the mic off to the ref but instead slams it down on the forehead of Josh sending him down to the mat.

OA: 64

Guppie: “Nate Mattson is going to start this match out with a cheap shot.”

Patterson: “From what we’ve seen of Mattson since he’s returned that shouldn’t be a surprise. However he could be in for a surprise. Abercrombie knows how to handle himself in a hardcore environment and he is a great wrestler.”

Guppie: “He does have a lot of experience and has held the IWA:MS Heavyweight and Light Heavyweight Championship. He is going to surprise Mattson in this match.”

Segment 2: N8 Mattson vs. Josh Abercrombie (No Holds Barred)

Mattson crawls over on top of Josh and makes a cover for a two count. Mattson pulls Josh up to his feet and plants him with a sitout powerslam. Mattson rolls out of the ring and grabs a table and slides it into the ring. Mattson sets the table up by the corner then slides the barbed wire board on top of it. Josh gets up to his feet and clubs Mattson in the back with a forearm shot then takes him over with a belly to back suplex. Josh climbs up to the top rope and comes off with a phoenix splash but Mattson gets his knees up driving them into the midsection of Josh. Mattson gets to his feet and grabs a chair. Josh gets up to his feet holding his midsection and Mattson blasts him over the head with a chairshot. Mattson drags Josh with him around the table and shoves him into the corner. Mattson fires off a European uppercut then follows up with two stiff forearm shots. Mattson spins Josh around then goes out to the apron and climbs up to the top rope. Mattson pulls Josh up to the second rope. Mattson pulls Josh up and sends him through the barbed wire table with a powerbomb from the top. Rage Episode #18 (SMWA Gym, Detroit)

October 1, 2008

Announcer: Brian Guppie

Color Commentator: Mike Patterson

Segment 1: Shell Shocked

The show starts out with Alex Shelley in the locker room.

Shelley: “I’m back here in the SMWA and I’m here for one reason. I’m here to win the SMWA Championship again. I started this company and I’m going to grab the ball and run with it once again. I have experience all over the world. I’ve wrestled for TNA and I’ve wrestled in RoH but I’m coming back here. I come here for a challenge and the best they could find for me to wrestle is Brandon Thomaselli. Now Brandon has had some success in the region, I’m not going to deny that, but that’s nothing compared to what I’ve done. In that ring tonight I’m going to show Brandon what chain wrestling is. I’m going to tie him up and leave him in a ball in the middle of the ring. People have told me Brandon is looking for the one big win to make a name for himself. Unfortunately for him, I’m not that win. I’m one more person who’s going to mark up a victory against him. Brandon you should know that you don’t want to mess with somebody who has talent on loan from God.”

They lose, a lot of matches. Tonight, when you step into the ring with me you are going to get another lose. Tonight, I’m going to leave you lying in this ring. NWATNA Heavyweight Champion, RoH Pure Wrestling Champion, PWG Champion and NWATNA X-Division Champion. Styles has an impressive resume, that’s for sure. Collyer: “That’s it! I’ve tried to play by the rules but that hasn’t gotten me anywhere! The ref received the brunt of my anger. It was bad enough I’m not getting a title shot. I can deal with that. Nate Mattson beat me in a clean match, which was something I didn’t think he could do. But now I lose to Alex Shelley and then I’m booked in a four way match on Birthday Bash Five! The only good thing about that is it means there are three people I get to beat up. I’m faced with Paul London, Homicide and Vito Thomaselli. A lot of people would look at those names and be intimidated, but not me. Those are three good competitors but I’m coming to get on the right track again. I’m coming to Birthday Bash Five to rack up some wins and that’s what I’m going to do. I’m going to get the title shot I deserve and Joey Ryan is going to be the first step on my path to the gold!”

OA: 76

Patterson: “He’s pissed off right now. Collyer is competing in that four way against Homicide, Vito Thomaselli and Paul London at Birthday Bash Five and he’s going to be bringing his all.”

Guppie: “After a commercial break we are going to come back with CM Punk taking on Zokre.”

Patterson: “Zokre is from Southern California and has a lot of lucha influence in his style. He’s going to be pitting his speed against Punk who is no slowpoke. Punk is known for his ability to work any style and we’ll see how he faces off against Zokre.”

Birthday Bash V Card

www.smwawrestling.com

October 14, 2008

Birthday Bash V will be taking place in Kalkaska, Michigan in just three days and we have lined up a huge show. I know we say this all the time but this show is stacked. Every match match could be the main event but only one will be.

Elix Skipper ©vs. ‘The Exile’ Nate Mattson (SMWA Championship)

That one main event is Skipper defending the SMWA Championship against Nate Mattson. Mattson has the longest title reign in SMWA history and you know he is going to want to try and break his record again. However Skipper has managed to keep the belt around his waist by hook or crook and looks to keep that going.

Ace Steel vs. Petey Williams

Williams makes his return after suffering injured ribs at the hand of Elix Skipper and the rest of Prime Time. He has a tough challenge as he faces Ace Steel who beat AJ Styles on Rage. Both of these men are in title contention and a win could secure them a shot at the belt.

CM Punk vs. AJ Styles

These two men have just shown up in the SMWA but they are already making an impact. Punk has made his with words having two fairly easy matches. Styles on the other hand beat Alex Shelley in a competitive match and lost a brutal war against Ace Steel. Punk needs to get a win over a big name to prove himself here and Styles wants to get back to his winning ways by putting Punk down for the count.

Backseat Boys ©vs. KENTA & Marafuji (SMWA Tag Team Championship)

The Backseat Boys face KENTA and Marafuji for the first time in a couple of months. The Backseat Boys won the last match but the belts weren’t on the line then and that changes everything.

Low Ki vs. Alex Shelley

The hard hitting Low Ki takes on the amazing technical wrestler Alex Shelley. This match is going to test both men’s skills and push them to the edge of what they can do.

Samoa Joe vs. Satoshi Kojima

Two big men face off in this match. Kojima represents AJPW as he takes on Samoa Joe who represents NOAH. These two men have more than just personal pride on the line here. This is going to be a hard hitting slugfest between these two behemoths.

Homicide vs. Paul London vs. Chad Collyer vs. Vito Thomaselli

We start the show off with a four way elimination match featuring some great talent. Homicide, the strong style thug; Paul London, trained my Shawn Michaels; Chad Collyer, trained by the Dean Malenko; and Vito Thomaselli, who helped make the SMWA what it is today. These four men want to get a win and get out of the opening match and into the main event.

This is going to be a fantastic show that you don’t want to miss. Tickets are just $15 or $20 for ringside seats. Come to Kalkaska and see what could be the best show of the year!

Patterson: “Neither of those guys were pulling their shots and Steel busted Williams open with a headbutt. Williams managed to capitalize near the end when he reversed Steel’s tombstone into one of his own.”

Guppie: “That win could push Williams closer to getting a title shot and our main event is next as Elix Skipper defends the SMWA Championship against Nate Mattson.”

Patterson: “Mattson has been on a roll since returning to the SMWA with wins in brutal matches. However there are rules in this match tonight and Skipper, and Prime Time, are experts at bending those rules to their advantage.”

Guppie: “Elix Skipper loses the match by getting disqualified but he gets to keep the belt around his waist.”

Patterson: “Skipper was really scared of Mattson. He planned a sneak attack to start the match and he planned on Reyes and Puma interfering. He wasn’t confident in himself or his first plan.”

Guppie: “Skipper likes to cover himself and if he keeps doing that he won’t lose the belt. Fans, thanks for joining us for a great night of action here in the SMWA.”

Patterson: “For Brain Guppie, I’m Mike Patterson thanks for supporting the SMWA. Be sure to check out smwawrestling.com for info on future shows and your favorite wrestlers.”

OA: 73

So it was about two and a half weeks late, not too shabby, huh? Sorry about the delay but I wrote quite a bit so I hope that makes up for it. Unfortunately I'm pretty busy with school and work right now so delays will slow down but hopefully not this much all the time.

Patterson: “Vito is showing a resurgence in his singles career here in the SMWA and he wants to become a title contender again.”

Guppie: “Before we go to commercial break we have Elix Skipper in the back with some words for the fans.”

Patterson: “I can’t wait to here what he has to say about his cheap win against Nate Mattson last night.”

Segment 2: Skipping Along

Elix Skipper is standing in the locker room flanked by Ricky Reyes and Puma.

Skipper: “Once again I kept this belt around my waist. I’ve been told that some of you punks are talking smack about me on the internet. I hear, some of you don’t think I deserve to hold this belt. Some of you are saying I got disqualified intentionally to keep the belt against Nate Mattson at the Birthday Bash! That’s not the way it went down. Nate Mattson came back to the SMWA with a vengeance. In all of his matches he’s wrestled a garbage style. He’s fought in hardcore matches and sent people to the hospital and eliminated them from competition. At Birthday Bash Mattson just got a taste of his own medicine when I, and the rest of Prime Time, laid him out in the middle of the ring. This belt is around my waist now and it’s going to stay there for a good long time and there is nobody in the SMWA that can change that!”

OA: 71

Guppie: “I guess Skipper had his excuses planned out way before he took the action. After the commercial break we’ll be back with Paul London taking on Homicide.”

Guppie: “Homicide massacred London with that lariat at the end of the match. That was a hard-hitting, back and forth match between those two men.”

Patterson: “Those are two top indy talents and they both showed why right there. London put up a good fight but he couldn’t pull out the win.”

Guppie: “When we come back from commercial break we have our main event as Trent Acid takes on Samoa Joe.”

Patterson: “Samoa Joe has a big size advantage but Acid is a hard hitter and he knows how to use everything to his advantage in the ringside area. If Joe can keep this match in the ring though he should be able to dominate Acid but you never know what’s going to happen.”

Segment 4: Still Samoan

Joe comes out from the back to some cheers but more boos. Joe walks down to the ring and threatens to backhand a fan at ringside then walks away from him and climbs into the ring. Joe goes up to the announcer and yanks the mic away from him.

Joe: “In my last match I beat a bonafide star, a former IWGP Champion and now I face Trent Acid. What’s his claim to fame? He held the very prestigious BJPW Junior Heavyweight Championship. This match is an insult to my talent! I’m better than facing a garbage wrestler who is half my size! I don’t need to work my way through a list of chumps so I can get a goddamn title shot! I had one of the longest title reigns in recent history in RoH! I have had huge winning streaks in every promotion I’ve shown up in! I’ve beaten Jushin Lyger! Trent is getting in over his head tonight and he’s going to get his ass beaten all around this ring and all you f***ing fans are going to get an up close and personal view of his beating. Tonight I’m making a statement tonight! This is for all of you assholes in the offices! I want a shot at the belt and I’m going to show you f***s why I am going to be the champion here!”

Joe taunts the crowd before he steps over the guardrail and among them. Acid is on his knees and he grabs a chair and folds it up before throwing it right into the face of Joe drawing big cheers from the crowd. Acid grabs another folded up chair and slams it down across the head of Joe sending him down to his hands and knees. OA: 77 CR: 74 MQ: 80

Guppie: “Samoa Joe dominated that match but Trent Acid kept fighting and refused to stay down.”

Patterson: “Considering the size advantage Joe had Acid didn’t want to give up even after taking a brutal beating, like I said, Acid used chairs and everything he could get his hands on although it ended up working against him.”

Guppie: “That’s all we have for you fans tonight. Be sure to tune in next week at the same time on the same channel.”

Patterson: “For Brian Guppie, I’m Mike Patterson thanks for supporting the SMWA. Be sure to check smwawrestling.com for info on upcoming shows and your favorite wrestlers.”

Oh, My God! I posted a show earlier than I said I would, it's amazing!
