WWE DIE

Recommended Posts

For obvious reasons, I wasn't able to continue this diary, but I have been writing this on .400, so I have all the matches and such. I will simply copy/paste the old results here. I'm Finninsh, and I originally wrote this diary to a Finnish board, so the "DIE" stands for "Diary in English". I also had some problems with the account-creation, so I changed my name to match the one I have in .400.

It's year 2004 and No Way Out is just six days away, as we are counting down the days 'till WrestleMania XX. Here are the things that have happened so far...

WWE World Champion: Kurt Angle.

WCW World Heavyweight Champion: Triple H.

WWE United States Champion: Edge.

WWE Intercontinental Champion: Booker T.

WWE Tag Team Champions: Basham Brothers.

WWE World Tag Team Champions: Ric Flair/Batista.

WWE Cruiserweight Champion: Tajiri.

WWE Hardcore Champion: Vacant.

Triple H and Goldberg have feuded throughout this diary. Goldberg faced the Game at the Royal Rumble with the World title on the line.  Goldberg had the match won on several occasions, but the interferences of the Evolution, and a sledgehammer, finally cost Goldberg the match. The next night on Raw, Mick Foley came out and announced that Goldberg deserves a rematch for the World title. Though, Eric Bischoff made Ric Flair the guest referee. The match took place next week. Goldberg had the obvious advantage in this match, as well. Triple H then hit Goldberg with a low blow, causing a DQ, but Mick Foley came out and told that the match would continue as a No DQ, Falls Count Anywhere match. Goldberg took on  all four memebers of the Evolution, and still kept on going. In the end, Triple H escaped the arena in his limousine.

Mick Foley then came out again, and told that he won't give up, unitl Goldberg wins the title or Triple H beats Goldberg cleanly. Eric Biscoff then told us that if Goldberg wants to face Triple H again, he's gonna earn it. Bischoff booked Goldberg to a Handicap match against Randy Orton and Batista. If Goldberg wins, he faces the Game at No Way Out for the World Heavyweight Championship. Against all odds, Goldberg was able to pin Randy Orton after the Jackhammer, therefore earning a shot at Triple H's Championship. Things weren't this simple, though, as Triple H and Flair assaulted Goldberg's knee with a sledgehammer, sending him straight to a hospital. Next Sunday night, on Heat, Triple H told us in an interview that he's gonna drop a bombshell that will cause Goldberg taking back his challenge.

As the 2004 Royal Rumble winner, Chris Jericho, celebrated his victory in his own Highlight Reel, Kane came out un-invited and told us that he's the one who deserves to be at the main event of WrestleMania XX. Kane said that Jericho did nothing in the ring, as Kane eliminated eight men over the top rope. Chris Jericho lost his temper and his ego took control, as he accepted Kane's challenge to put his main event spot on the line. The two will meet at No Way Out and the winner advances to WrestleMania. Later that night, Kane and Batista were facing Shane McMahon in a Handicap match booked by Vince McMahon. Kane hit the Chokeslam on Shane and was about to cover him, but Jericho attacked him with a steel chair, and placed Shane on top of him for the three-count.

Another feud has been going on between Shane and Vince McMahon. Shane pinned his father in Hardcore match at the Royal Rumble. This, of course, pissed off Mr. McMahon and he then made a very special challenge. He announced that They would both find two teammates, one male and one female, to compete in a Six-Man Tag team match. If Shane wins, he can have one "wish" granted. If Vince wins, simply, Shane is fired. Vince has already choesen Big Show as the male competitor to his team.

Eric Bischoff decided to get back at SmackDown!'s Cruiserweight -division, and opened up a tournament for a new (and I mean new) WWE Hardcore Championship. For three weeks, there are matches and the winners of those matches meet in a Triple Threat match for the Hardcore title. So far, Maven has advanced.

Booker T feuded briefly with the Intercontinental Champion, Randy Orton. In the end, the two met in a match that cost Orton the title.

Kurt Angle feuded with Brock Lesnar. The feud led to match at the Royal Rumble for Kurt's WWE Championship. Angle pinned Lesnar in a Cage match fair and square. Next week on SmackDown!, Chris Benoit, John Cena and Brock Lesnar competed in a Triple Threat mathc for the #1Contendership for WWE title. The winner would face the Champion next week on SmackDown!.  Brock Lesnar gave John Cena the F5, but Chris Benoit was the one who made the cover, therefore he faced Kurt Angle for the WWE title. After a very even and exciting fight, Kurt Angle got Benoit in the Angle Lock, and he had no choice but to tap out. Benoit, Cena and Lesnar were in the ring next week, as well, trying to decide tyhe next challenger for the WWE title around Angle's waist. Angle then came out and told us them that he could take on all three of them. The General Manager of SmackDown! then announced that if Angle wants to face all three them, he will put his title on the line in a Fatal Four-Way match-up at No Way Out. The four men have been feuding with each other ever since. But the main focus of Cena, Angle and Benoit seems to be Brock Lesnar, who has targeted the Champ, Kurt Angle.

The two talented cruiserweights, Shannon Moore and ,the Champion, Tajiri have been also feuding. Moore became the #1 Contender for Tajiri's title for No Way Out.

Another Championship feud has erupted between Rhyno and Edge. Rhyno pinned Eddie Guerrero on SmackDown! to become the #1 Conteder for Edge's US title. Rhyno even assaulted Edge backstage with a steel chair, causing a concussion.

I Want Some Action!

Monster Magnet's "Live for the Moment" hits the speakers and the one and only ,Version 1.0, Matt Hardy walks towards the ring, as the crowd boos.

Ross: What the hell is Matt Hardy doing here?

Lawler: We haven't seen Matt Hardy on Raw in a while.

Matt: Do you have any idea, who I am? Well, I'm Matt Hardy, Version 1.0! And I'm thinking that it's time for Matt Hardy to wear gold on his waist. So, I stand here and call out the reigning Intercontinental Champion.

Booker T's theme music blasts the place and the WWE Intercontinental Champion, Booker T, appears at the stage.

Ross: Well, here comes the current Intercontinental Champion, Booker T!

Lawler: Sucka!

Booker: Kill it. What's up, dog? You stand here, bragging about the Intercontinental title, and you're not even the #1 Contender. You see, you don't get to face the Champion, by whining in the middle of that ring. You dig?

Ross: Booker T's is right.

Matt: Oh, I see it: now that you're Intercontinental Champion, you get to decide your challengers, am I right? Well, I...

"I'm Back" starts to play and the Co-General Manager of Raw also comes to the stage.

Ross: Our beloved Co-General Manager, Bischoff also wants to join the party, I assume.

Bischoff: Booker, Matt Hardy is exactly right. You don't make the matches around here, I do. And, as far as I'm concerned, Matt Hardy is the next challenger for the Intercontinental Championship.

Booker eyes the challenger and nods his head, as Matt Hardy calls Booker a "Sucka".

Lawler: It's decided then.

Ross: Booker T and Matt Hardy will go one-on-one for the Intercontinental title tonight!

The car crashes, and Mick Foley's music starts to play. Bischoff has a crazed look in his eyes.

Lawler: Is the whole Raw roster coming here?

Foley: Bischoff, I know how you dealt with things in the past, but now that I'm the Co-GM, all the wrestlers will have to earn their way to getting titles.

Bischoff: But...

Foley So, tonight it will be Matt Hardy one-on-one with RVD and the winner will face the reigning Intercontinental Champion at No Way Out. Have a Noce Day, Bischoff.

Foley leaves, leaving an angry Bischoff behind.

Ross: Foley made his mark here tonight.

How's your Knee?

Coach is interviewing Goldberg, who lies in a hospital in Atlanta.

Coach: So, Goldberg, I guess we all want to know what condition your knee is in?

Goldberg: Well, the doctors said that I should let my match at No Way Out go, but there's nothing that's gonna keep me from beating Triple H for the World title at No Way Out.

Coach: My next question was going to be "Are you still going to face Triple H at No Way Out", but I guess you already answered it. I would just...

Back at Memphis, Triple H's "the Game" theme music hits the speakers and the World Heavyweight Champion walks to the ring.

Ross: Speaking of the devil, this is the man that destroyed Goldberg's knee last week right here on Raw.

Triple H: Goldberg, is your knee hurt or something? Last week, I promised that you would take back your challenge, and that's exactly what you're going to do.You see, Eric Bischoff gave me the permission to choose the stipulation for our match at No Way Out.

Ross: I'm starting to get the picture here...

Triple H: There is a match in the WWE that you have never been in, Goldberg. There is a match in the WWE that I have never lost, a match that I retired Mick Foley in four years ago. That's right, Goldberg, I'm talking about the Hell...in...a...Cell!

Ross: Oh my God!

Lawler: What?

Ross: Oh my God! A Hell in a Cell? Goldberg will never survive!

Triple H: So, how's it gonna be, Goldberg? Do you want to risk your health and career, by stepping inside the Hell in a Cell with the Game?

Goldberg: Hell in Cell, huh? I...

Triple H: No, no, no, Goldberg. Don't answer right now. I'm gonna give exactly one week time to give me your answer. By the way, you can ask Mick Foley what can happen inside Hell in a Cell.

Bischoff: I have to say that I love the idea of a Helll in a Cell match between Goldberg and Triple H. But if I know Goldberg, he's gonna run with a tail between his legs from No Way Out, if he evens shows up. Now, another thing that I came here to adress is tonight's main event. It will also be a tag team match, as Triple H and Kane will take on Chris Jericho and Goldberg. No, wait! Goldberg is not here tonight, so I guess Chris Jericho has to wrestle alone. Good luck!

Normal Tag.

Triple H/Kane vs. Chris Jericho/Goldberg.

Prematch.

Motorhead's "the Game" starts to play, and a very determined- looking World Heavyweight Champion makes his trademark entrance to the ring.

Ross: Well, here comes one of the most ill -minded that man that I konw. He knew that he was gonna face Goldberg one-on-one at No Way Out, so he destroys his knee with a damn sledgehammer, and announces that the match is know called Hell in a Cell.

Lawler: Come on, JR. He's just fair. Triple H chose Hell in a Cell as the stipulation, because he doesn't want the Evolution's help.

Ross: "Fair" my foot, King! He wants the match to be a Hell in a Cell, because he wants to end Goldberg's career. We all know that Triple H has never lost a Hwll in a Cell match, we all know that he masters that match, and we all know that he retired Mick Foley inside that very cell.

The fires of hell explode, and the crazed psycho, Kane makes his way to the ring.

Ross: I have to say that I don't like this guy, either. He tried to set me on fire, he buried his brother alive at Survivor Series, he...

Lawler: He's done all that, but he also has a change of becoming the #1 Contender for the World Heavyweight Championship at No Way Out, if he can defeat Chris Jericho.

Ross: Kane now has a good chance to soften up Jericho for No Way Out, because this is basically a Handicap match, becuase Goldberg isn't in any shape to wrestle. Jericho has to face the 320 pound monster and the World Heavyweight Champion alone.

5...4...3...2...1...the Y2J Coundown hits zero and Chris Jericho appears to the stage.

Ross: I don't know how Jericho is able to overcome these odds tonight?

Despite the fact that his partner lies in a hospital, Jericho walks to the ring, eyeing Kane and Triple H.

Ross: Jericho's got more guts than brains, I can tell you that.

Start.

Jericho starts off with Triple H. The two lock-up. Triple H takes Jericho to the corner and hits him with a couple of right hands. Jericho then counters the situation with some right hands and chops of his own. Jericho floors Triple H and stomps him to the gut. Jericho whips Triple H to the corner and hits a Clothesline. Triple H hits Jericho with a quick Inverted Atomic Drop and tags in Kane, who hits Jericho with a Big Boot. Kane hits Jericho with a big Suplex, 1...2...Jericho kicks out. Jericho crawls to the corner to get himself together, Kane tries to ram him, but Jericho counters with a boot to the face, followed by second rope Missile Dropkick. Jericho hits a Spinning Heel Kick on Kane, 1...2...Kane kicks out. Jericho tries to bulid-up some offense with right hands, but Kane blocks them and tosses Jericho to the other side of the ring. Kane lifts Jericho up to his straight hands and Press Slams him to the outside. Triple H & Kane double-team on Jericho on the outside.

Middle.

Triple H hits an Arn Anderson -like Spinebuster on Jericho, 1...2...Jericho just kicks out. The crowd starts to chant "Y2J". Triple H grabs Y2J by the head and slams it to the turnbuckle. Triple H tags Kane back in. Kane grabs Jericho by the throat, but Jericho counters with a kick to the groin. Kane turns, and Jericho hits him with a Bulldog, followed by a Lionsault, but Kane moves out of the way. Kane hits a big Sidewalk Slam on Jericho, 1...2...Jericho kicks out. Triple H comes to the ring and the two double-team on Jericho. Kane & Triple H hit a double-Suplex on Jericho, 1...2...Jericho gets his foot on the bottom rope. The referee takes Triple H back into his corner. Kane whipd Jericho to the ropes and hits a Powerslam, 1...2...Jericho kicks out again. Kane tags Triple H in. Jericho gets back to his feet, but Triple H floors him with a high knee. Triple H hits a huge DDT on Jericho, 1...2...Jericho pops out again. Triple H picks Jericho up and goes for a Suplex, but Jericho counters and rakes the eyes of Triple H, followed by some hard right hands and chops. Jericho hits a Swinging Neckbreaker on Triple H. Jericho whips Triple H to the ropes and goes for a Backdrop, but Triple H counters with a Facebuster. Triple H tosses Jericho to the ropes and hits a Backdrop of his own. Triple H grabs Jericho's head and talks trash, telling him that he will never get his hands on the World Heavyweight Championship. Triple H whips Jericho to the ropes again, tries to connect a Clothesline, but Jericho ducks and hits a Cross Body, 1...2...Kane breaks up the pin. Jericho Clothesline Kane over the top rope. Kane gets back up, and Jericho hits him with a Dropkick to the back of the knee. Jericho goes to the outside and locks Kane into a Figure-Four Leglock to the ringpost. Jericho releases the hold and goes back into the ring. Jericho backs Kane to the corner and hits him with some knife-edge chops. Kane hits a surprise Chokeslam on Jericho, 1...2...3.

Aftermath.

Ross: Kane has pinned Chris Jericho! Kane and Jericho will go one-on-one at No Way Out, and Kane is on a roll here.

Lawler: If Kane can pull this at No Way Out, he's the one that's gonna face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania XX.

Kane Chokeslams Jericho again and grabs a chair from ringside.

Lawler: It looks like Kane's not gonna wait until No Way Out, JR!

Kane assaults Jericho with the chair, busting him open.

Ross: Come on! You made your point!

Kane once more Chokeslams Jericho on the chair, as Raw goes off the air.

SmackDown! February 12th.

Michael Cole & Tazz.

Opening.

The fireworks from the fist explode, and SmackDown! is live from Mobile, Alabama.

Cole: We are ten days away from No Way Out. SmackDown! is live from Mobile, Alabama! Michael Cole and Tazz at ringside.

Tazz: We have an awesome night in store for you, guys. The self-proclaimed Worl's Greatest Tag Team will square-off with Los Guerreros to determine the #1 Contenders for the WWE Tag Team titles at No Way Out.

Cole: Also, John Cena will meet Brock Lesnar in a one-on-one match!

---------------------------

Bring it On!

Kurt Angle's theme music starts to play and the crowd goes wild.

Cole: He is the only Olympic Gold Medallist in WWE history, and he is the current WWE Champion!

Angle explodes the pyros and makes his way to the ring, as the crowd chants "you suck".

Tazz: He's an Olympic Gold winner, and the WWE Champion, allright, but he's got one hell of a challenge at No Way Out, as he has to face John Cena, Chris Benoit and Brock Lesnar in a Fatal Four-Way match-up.

Angle: I came out here tonight for a reason. As you all know, I have to defend my title at No Way Out in a Fatal Four-Way match-up. I will be put up-against John Cena, Chris Benoit and Brock Lesnar. Now, of course I will try to win at any cost, but my main goal at No Way Out is to keep Brock Lesnar as far away as possible, from winning the WWE title.

Cole: That's his main goal?

Angle: Cena and Benoit are both worthy of the title, but Brock Lesnar... He's just a kiss-ass for Mr. McMahon and Paul Heyman! He's the only man, who does not deserve to be at the...

Tazz: Here Comes the Pain!

Cole: Business is picking up here.

The bottom-line is that Brock Lesnar's main goal is to do the exact same thing to you as I did at WrestleMania XIX: I'm gonna take that WWE title away from you and then I'm gonna break your neck again and send to back to the hospital!

Angle: Snap my neck? I wrestled in the main event of WrestleMania and won an Olympic gold medal with a broken, freakin' neck, so what on earth keeps me from whooping the ass of one Brock Lesnar?

Crowd: Angle! Angle! Angle!

Angle: As a matter of fact, why don't we get it on... right now, you stupid son of a bitch?

Tazz: Angle doesn't want to wait 'till No Way Out, Cole!

Lesnar: You want it? You got it!

Lesnar takes off his shirt and starts to hit Angle with some right hands and knees.

Cole: Here we go!

Suddenly, Angle gets the upper-hand and hits the Angle Slam on Lesnar.

Tazz: Angle Slam!

Angle goes for the Angle Lock, but Lesnar quickly escapes from the ring.

Cole: Look at that! Lesnar just escaped from the ring! Is he scared of Kurt Angle?

Tazz: He's not scared. He's just smart.

Lesnar. Kurt, just for you to know, I had it covered, and there's nothing that I would love to do more right now than to kick your ass, but I have an important match against John Cena tonight, and I...

Suddenly, John Cena blindsides Lesnar and rolls him back into the ring.

Cole: Wait a minute! It's John Cena!

Tazz: What the hell is Cena doing here? Cena and Lesnar will go one-on-one tonight, but that's scheduled for later on.

Cena hits Lesnar with the FU and Angle gets him to the Angle Lock.

Cole: Cena delievered the FU to Brock Lesnar and Angle's got Lesnar in the Angle Lock!

Tazz: Wait a minute. This ain't right!

Cena raises Angle's arm to the ait and the two celebrate in the sound of Cena's music.

She's back.

Shane McMahon's "Here Comes the Money" theme music starts to play and Shane makes his "dance" to the ring.

Cole: Will we find out the members of Shane McMahon's No Way Out team? Vince McMahon has already chosen the Big Show.

Shane: I guess I don't have to tell you about the Six-Man Tag match at No Way Out. I just came here to announce the female member of my team. Ladies and gentlemen, Stephanie McMahon!

The crowd cheers.

Cole: What?

Tazz: Stephanie?

"All Grown Up" hits the speakers and Shane's sister, Stephanie makes her way to the ring.

Cole: The former General Manager of SmackDown!, Stephanie McMahon is Shane's pick!

Steph: I can't really tell you how good it feels to be back on SmackDown!! I have discussed this with Linda, and I have a full permission to be here.

Tazz: Shane chose here own sister. That's cool.

Steph: I promise you that at No Way Out, Vince is going to get exactly what he deserves. Shane and I discussed about thid "wish" of his, if we can pull out the victory at No Way Out. Vince, get this...

"No Chance in Hell" interrupts Stepha and a very angry-looking WWE Chariman makes his way to the ring.

Tazz: Oh, boy...

Vince: What in the hell are you doing here?

Steph: As I said...

Vince: I don't give damd about what you just said! I just wanna know, who the hell do you think you are? In case you haven't noticed, you're fired! And I know what Linda is, so I can easily belieave that she has rehired you and...

Shane: Dad, you never listened to what we had to say about my wish. See, if we win, we will become Co-Chairmans of the WWE Board.

Tazz: Oh my... God! Talk about a bombshell!

Vince looks liek he's going mad.

Cole: Look at those eyes, Tazz. They tell the story.

Vince: You what?

Monday Night Raw February 16th.

Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler.

Hershey, Pennsylvaia.

Recap.

A recap-video hypes the Hell in a Cell-announcement from last week.

Triple H: Eric Bischoff gave me the permission to choose the stipulation for our match at No Way Out.

Triple H: There is a match in the WWE that you have never been in, Goldberg. There is a match in the WWE that I have never lost, a match that I retired Mick Foley in four years ago. That's right, Goldberg, I'm talking about the Hell...in...a...Cell!

Lawler: What?

Ross: Oh my God! A Hell in a Cell? Goldberg will never survive!

A video then reminds us about last week's Chris Jericho vs. Kane/Triple H match plays.

5...4...3...2...1...the Y2J Coundown hits zero and Chris Jericho appears to the stage.

Ross: I don't know how Jericho is able to overcome these odds tonight?

Several replays are shown how Kane and Triple H beat up Jericho last week.

Lawler: It looks like Kane's not gonna wait until No Way Out, JR!

Lawler: If Kane can pull this at No Way Out, he's the one that's gonna face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania XX.

---------------------

Opening.

Across the Nation explodes and the pyros go off as crowd is white hot. There is also a steel cage hanging in the ceiling. Chris Jericho is already standing in the middle of his Highlight Reel-set.

Ross: Ladies and gentlemen, this is Monday Night Raw! We are just six short days away from No Way Out. I'm Jim Ross, alongside Jerry "the King" Lawler. By the way, we have no earthy idea, why that steel cage is hanging aboce the ring? Chris Jericho is in the ring to kick things off tonight!

Jericho: Welcome to Raw is Jericho!

The crowd cheers like hell

Jericho: Tonight, on the hottest on Raw, I'm gonna introduce you a guest who is going to fight for the World Heavyweight Championship at No Way Out in just six days. Ladies and gentlemen: Goldberg!

Ross: Goldberg is here?

Lawler: I thought he was in a hospital?

Goldberg's music starts to play and the injured #1 Contender makes his way to the ring, barely able to walk.

Lawler: Look at him, JR: he can't even walk. I think he's here to announce that he's not facing the Game at No Way Out.

Ross: I hate to say it, but I agree with you. He should just take back his challenge. We are talking about Triple H and a Hell in a Cell here.

Jericho: I guess you would like to have a seat?

Goldberg just stares Jericho.

Jericho: Well, whatever. My first question is going to be the thing that we all wanna know: Are you going to face Triple H at No Way Out?

"The Game" fills the speakers and the current World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H walks down the ramp.

Ross: Oh my God... Does this man have no remorse, whatsoever?

Lawler: What do you mean? Goldberg is going to give us his answer about No Way Out, so of course the Game wants to be here to hear it.

Triple H No, no, no, no, Goldberg... Think before giving your answer. Think about your career, your health and life. You told us a couple of weeks ago that it is your ultimate dream to wrestle at WreslteMania XX, so is it smart to...

Goldberg grabs the mic. from Triple H and the crowd cheers.

Goldberg: Why don't you shut your damn mouth, punk? A couple of weeks ago, I did say that it is my dream to wrestle at WrestleMania XX, but I also said that I will wrestle at WrestleMania XX as the World Heavyweight Champion! And I will walk out of WrestleMania as still the World...

Jericho: Wait just second here. You two have obviously forgotten about something and that is the host of this show, Chris Jericho, the Royal Rumble Champion and that means that I'm gonna face the winner of your match at WrestleMania! And I'm planning to take you Downtown to Chinatown and...

Ross: This thing is getting out of hands here!

Triple H I don't give a crap what you're planning to do, but I'm gonna walk into Madison Square Garden, the World Heavyweight Champion, and I'm gonna walk out Madison Square Garden as still the World Heavyweight Champion! Why? Because I'm the Game, I'm the best wrestler alive today!

Lawler: He may be right about that, JR.

Goldberg: Best wreslter alive, huh? Are planning in to prove it by smashing other people's knees with a sledgehammer?

Suddenly, the fires of hell explode and crazed Kane also walks down to the ring

Ross: First Triple H and now Kane?

Lawler: This Highlight Reel has been an episode of un-invited guests.

Kane Jericho... what makes you think that you even make it 'till WrestleMania? At No Way Out... you're gonna face me! And what I'm planning to do, is beat the living hell out of you, Jericho!

Ross: Oh my God...

Kane When it comes to No Way Out, the beating last week was nothing compared to the beating that you're gonna recieve Sunday..!

Ross: I hate to admit, but Kane may be right. But we have seen that Jericho has defeated...

"I'm Back" starts to play and the Co-GM of Raw, Eric Bischoff appears at the stage. The crowd boos heavily

Ross: Bischoff now?

Lawler: Jericho should have better control over his own show.

Bischoff: Now, Chris, I don't care if this is your very own Highlight Reel, but I just cannot allow this to go on any further. You four guys obviously want to get your hands on each other? Fine. Because tonight, in that very ring, we're gonna have the match that should have taken place last week. That's right, Triple H will team-up with Kane again, and he will take on Chris Jericho and Goldberg!

Lawler: What? Is Goldberg even cleared to wrestle?

Ross: I don't think...

Triple H and Kane seem happy, as Jericho and Goldberg aren't smiling.

Ross: Are we going to have another Handicap match tonight?

Kurt Angle's theme music starts to play and the crowd goed wild.

Crowd: You suck! You suck! You suck!

Cole: The WWE Champion has arrived!

Tazz: The most celebrated athlete ever in the WWE ring, Kurt Angle. And he is our WWE Champion right here on SmackDown!.

Cole: The question is: will he be the Champion after this Sunday's No Way Out?

Angle: Man, I love you guys! You know, this Sunday at No Way Out, I will be facing one of the biggets challenges of my career. I will defend my WWE title in a Fatal Four-Way match-up against John Cena, Chris Benoit and Brock Lesnar. On top of that, I can lose this title without even being involved in the match. Now, you may think that this is impossible for me. Well, you're wrong. Becuase this is exactly the same situation that I was in at December 2000, when I faced Rikishi, Triple H, Austin, The Rock and the Undertaker inside Hell in a Cell. Everyone thought that it was impossible for me to win. What happened? I retained the WWE title. I have said this before, and I'm gonna say it again: I won an Olympic gold medal and wrestled in the main event of WrestleMania with a broken freaken' neck! So what is keeping me from winning the match this Sunday?

Chris Benoit's "Whatever" hits the arena and he makes his way to the ring.

Cole: Well, maybe this man can keep Kurt from retaining the title.

Benoit: Angle. To be honest, I'm getting sick of you. I'm getting sick of your Olympic-sized attitude. You talk like it's obvious that you're gonna win. In case you're forgotten, Chris Benoit is also in the match, and he is thinking about one thing, and one thing only: that WWE title around your waist.

Cole: Benoit sounds very confident.

Angle: Okay, Chris, whatever... But face it...

Benoit: You just shut your damn mouth and listen to me!

Benoit gets a little bit of heat from the crowd.

Benoit: I'm sick and tired of seeing that WWE title around your waist, and I'm sick and tired of you, Kurt Angle. At No Way Out, I'm gonna have that title, when you're tapping like a bitch.

Tazz: Benoit sure made a statement here.

You Can Hear My Interview!

Josh Matthews is interviewing John Cena backstage.

Josh: Nice that you that you had time for the interview, Cena.

Cena: Yeah, any time Joshy-boy.

Josh: I think it's kinda obvious that I'm going to ask your thougts about this Sunday's WWE title match.

Cena: The thing about this Fatal Four-Way match is that every man is in the same situation. And we are all in the same situation anyway, becuase I remember that we have all beaten each other at least once. But you know, Joshy-boy, John Cena has climbed up the ladder quickly. But now I'm stuck. I'm in the high level, but I just can't reach the top of the ladder. This match Sunday gives me opportinty to reach that level, to reach the WWE title.

Josh: So, you think that it's going to be easy for you to win?

Cena: No, not at all. There are three other men after my ass, Brock literally, and I can lose my shot without even being involved. Angle and Benoit are the two guys that I respect, and they are the threat for me.

Josh: Why is it that you don't consider Brock Lesnar as a threat?

Cena: Why? Why? Well, because... he can't see me! Joshy, remember this moment, becuase the enxt time you see me, I'm the WWE Champion.

No Chace In Hell!

Vince McMahon is standing in the ring.

Vince: Last Monday night on Raw, I got screwed by a man, who I trusted. I had my son Shane in my grasp, Big Show was about to destroy him, but suddenly down the ramp runs The Rock to save Shane. With no apparent reason, because my son and The Rock are not best buddies. On top of that, The Rock joins Shane's team for No Way Out! Well, Rock, I hope you recognize one thing: there's only one true force in the WWE, and that is Vincent Kennedy McMahon! I also hope you to understand that if the team that you chose to represent loses not only will Shane be fired, you will get fired, as well!

McMahon gets interupted by The Rock's music.

Cole: The Rock is here! And remember: The Rock has the permission to appear on both shows.

McMahon blocks the microphone.

Vince: Just cut the crap, Rock, and get to business!

Rock: You didn't just do that? No one interrupts The Rock.

Vince: Just...

Rock: No one! Now, first The Rock wants to ask you do you think that you can get rid of SHane and me, by winning at No Way Out?

Vince: Well, I think that...

Rock: It doesn't matter what you think! When The Rock gets to that ring, he's gonna lay the crashboombang smaketh down all over your over-aged candy ass!

The crowd goes wild.

Cole: The Rock is laying the verbal smack down on the owner here!

Rock: My point is that The Rock is sick of you. The Rock is sick of seeing you throwing your way around here. When Shane called me, and asked me to be in his team, I admi that I wasn't sure if I wanted to help oyt Shane. But when he told me that your career is on the line, The Rock said damn right The Rock will represent that team! Because this Sunday, The Rock will whoop you asses just like that!

The Rock gets blindsided by the Big Show's Chokeslam.

Cole: Wait a minute! It's the Big Show!

Vince: What is it, Rock? Why are you so quiet all the sudden? This is your future, Rock! This is what's gonna happen at No Way Out, and after that you don't even have a future. By the way, I would like to announce the third member of my team. She is the very same, lovely woman who defeated my daughter Stephnie last year at Vengeance: ladies and genltmen, Sable!

Tazz: Sable?

Cole: So, it is going to be Mr. McMahon, the Big Show and Sable vs. Shane McMahon, Stephanie McMahon and The Rock.

Hell in a Cell.

WCW World Heavyweight Championship.

Triple H© vs. Goldberg.

Prematch.

The demonic Hell in a Cell is being lowered down.

Ross: There it is, ladies and gentlemen: the demonic Hell in a Cell. This structure is the most dangerous enviroment in the history of the WWE. And the two men will step inside it to decide the World Heavyweight Champion.

Lawler: JR, you gotta admit that Triple H has the obvious advantage in this match. With Goldberg's injured knee and Triple H's experience, I think it's pretty obvious that Triple H will walk out of this arena as the Heavyweight Champion of the World. And , when that cell is lowered, there's No Way Out for Goldberg. Haha!

Lawler: Yeah, inside Hell in a Cell. He just may do the same thing to Goldberg tonight.

Triple H asks a referee to give him the microphone.

Triple H: Goldberg, I'm gonna give you the one last chance to back down. Walk away from this, Goldberg. You don't have to walk down that ramp and get your career ended, Goldberg. Is it worth it?

With a heavily taped knee, Goldberg walks through the fireworks, "explodes" the pyros and makes his way to the ring. Though, he can barely walk.

Against all odds, Goldberg is standing and hooks Triple H up for the Jackhammer. Goldberg drives Triple H to the mat with the Jackhammer, and from out of nowhere, Mick Foley runs to the ring and makes the count, 1...2...3. We have a new Champion!

Aftermath.

Mick Foley hands the World Heavyweight title to Goldberg, who wipes the blood from his eyes and celebrates with the title.

Ross: By God, Goldberg has done it! Goldberg has gone through hell tonight, but he is leaving as the World Heavyweight Champion! It took all that Goldberg was able to give to beat the Game inside Hell in a Cell!

Lawler: I can't believe it! Triple H has lost a Hell in a Cell match!

Ross: An injured knee, the interferences of Batista and Brock Lesnar didn't keep Goldberg from winning the title!

Goldberg lifts the World title to the air and literally falls down in the middle of the ring.

No Way Out Report.

www.wwenowayout.com

The final Pay-Per-View before WrestleMania XX is now over. The PPV saw the rise of five new Champions. Will the WWE be the same after the events of No Way Out? Shannon Moore finally got his revenge, by capturing the Cruiserweight title from Tajiri and Edge retained the US title by beating Rhyno. An interesting situation was formed between the Guerreros before their Tag Team title match. Chavo said that Eddie is the problem of the tag team, and, in the end the disagreements of the two cost them the WWE Tag Team titles. The pissed off Chavo then attacked his uncle and spit on his face. What will happen as a result of this?

In other action, Matt Hardy accomplished his goal and took the Intercontinental title away from Booker T. It seems that Matt's decision to deflect to Raw was a good decision. The Hardcore title tournament came to an end, as Maven, Tommy Dreamer and the surprisingly returned Raven fought in a Triple Threat match for the new title. Surprisingly, the Co-General Manager of Raw, Mick Foley made himself the referee for the match. Raven pinned Tommy Dreamer after an Evenflow DDT to win the title. The Six-Man Tag team match-up between Shane's team and Vince' team saw Shane hit the Coast to Coast on the 500-pound Big Show for the win. This means that Shane and Stephanie McMahon are now the Co-Chairmans of the WWE Board. What will happen to Vince McMahon?

Maybe the most bizarre thing in recent WWE memory happened in the match between Kane and Chris Jericho. Kane was about to seal the victory after a Chokeslam, but the ligts went out and the old theme music of Kane's brother the Undertaker started to play. From the blue lights and smoke, someone entered the ring and gave Kane the Tombstone Piledriver. But Undertaker was buried six feet under at Survivor Series, wasn't he?

John Cena also realized his dream, when he pinned Brock Lesnar to win the WWE title Fatal Four-Way match. However, John Cena recieved some help from Raw's Goldberg, who ran into the ring and hit Lesnar with the Spear, giving John Cena a chance to hit the FU for the victory.

Speaking of Goldberg and Lesnar, the situation between the two superstars reached a boiling point, as Lesnar paid Goldberg back by assaulting his knee backstage. Bischoff told the cops to escort Brock from the arena, but it didn't keep Lesnar from interfereing on the Hell in a Cell match and giving Goldberg the F5. Despite the interference, Goldberg was able to win the World Heavyweight title from Triple H. In any event, the Goldberg and Brock Lesnar-thing is boiling over, and something needs to be done.

We'll see you next month at WrestleMania XX from Madison Square Garden.

Monday Night Raw February 23th.

Orlando, Florida

Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler.

A recap video from No Way Out plays, showing the highlights of the PPV. After the video, the pyros go off, "Across the Nation" starts to play in the sound systems and Raw is live from Orlando, Florida.

Ross: Welcome to WWE Monday Night Raw! Less than 24 hours removed from No Way Out, and we are on our Road to WrestleMania XX! I'm Jim Ross, alongside Jerry "the King" Lawler.

"The Game" fills the speakers and a crazed-looking Triple H walks down to the stage. Triple H has stitches in heas head, complete with three band-aids. One in the corner of his eye and two on the forehead.

Lawler: Here is the former, and I mean former, World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H.

Triple H tosses the waterbottle to the ground like a damn maniac and makes his way to the ring.

Ross: Triple H is not happy, let me tell you that, King.

Lawler: Why should he be? He just lost the most prescious thing in his life, the World Heavyweight Championship, to Goldberg last night. And if that wasn't enough, it was Hell in a Cell match.

Ross: It was supposed to be easy for Triple H to retire Goldberg, but it was Goldberg was the one who walked out of No Way Out as the Champion.

Lawler: Walked? He was carried out in a stretcher, JR.

Triple H: You better shut up before you even start!

Crowd: *******! *******! *******!

Triple H: I'm in a very bad mood tonight, and the last thing I need is a bunch of idiots calling me an "*******".

Crowd: Goldberg! Goldberg! Goldberg!

Triple H looks like he's going to erupt any second.

Triple H: I know! Goldberg beat my ass last night! That makes you happy, doesn't it?

The crowd cheers.

Triple H: Does it make you that damn happy to see me without the World title?

The crowd cheers again.

Triple H: Well, I don't give a crap about what you think! And, in case you didn't notice, it was I, who walked out of the Hell in a Cell match with my own to feet, as Goldberg was carried out on a stretcher.

Lawler: He's right about that, JR.

Triple H: Maybe I am standing here without my World title belt, but at least I can still walk. Yeah, I'm hurt. My face, my torso, my arms and legs are hurt. They hurt like hell, but I'm up. After the damage that Goldberg, and his knee, took last night, I'm surprised if he can ever wrestle again. As I am 100%, I will easily take back my World Heavyweight Championship.

Quickly, Goldberg's theme music begins to play, and the new World Heavyweight Champion walks down to the ring with the gold on his hand. Though, the walking seems to be a problem, as he is basically walking on one leg.

Ross: Injured or not, here he is! The new World Heavyweight Champion, Goldberg!

Lawler: But he's not walking with the other leg, JR.

Goldberg climbs to the ring and shows off the belt to the cheering crowd.

Ross: Goldberg doesn't give a damn about an injured knee! He walked into that Cell and won the Heavyweight Championship of the World!

Goldberg: Triple H...

Crowd: Goldberg! Goldberg! Goldberg!

Lawler: The fans love him, don't they?

Ross: Damn right they do.

Goldberg: Triple H, you come out here and talk about being in better physical shape than I am, but look at what happened last night. I had an injurd knee and you were 100%. The outcome? I whipped your sorry ass! And I'm planning to do so with every punk that decides to cross my path.

Goldberg turns right in front of the camera.

Goldberg: That means you, too, Brock.

Ross: Goldberg and SmackDown!'s Brock Lesnar really had some "disagreements" last night.

Lawler: Disagreements? Goldberg cost Lesnar a WWE title shot, and Lesnar gave Goldberg the F5 in his Hell in a Cell match.

Triple H: Whatever you're thinking, Goldberg, don't think that just by winning one Hell in a Cell match makes you the Best. Because it doesn't. I'm still the Best professional wreslter alive today!

Goldberg: Why don't you prove it tonight in this very ring?

The crowd goes wild.

Ross: Tonight?

Lawler: After last night's beat-down?

Triple H: Tonight? You want to wrestle me tonight?

Goldberg: Did I studder?

Triple H: Well, it's not gonna happen.

The crowd goes boos.

Triple H: You see, Goldberg, I'm not stupid. I'm not going to wrestle you after a Hell in a Cell match. No, no, no, no... I'm gonna wai until I'm fully healed, and it happens a lot faster than your knee gets better. And I know that Chris Jericho won the Royal Rumble and he's going to WrestleMania, but Biscoff, it would be pure stupidity by you to leave me out of the match. I'm the greates wrestler alive today, and Chris Jericho is nothing compared to me.

Ross: He can't just make demands like that! The Royal Rumble winner meets the Champion at WrestleMania. It's been like that for years.

Goldberg: Triple H, I...

"I'm Back" interrupts Goldberg's speech and the Co-GM walks to the ring, with a not-so-happy look on his face.

Ross: The beloved Co-General Manager, Eric Bischoff crashed the party.

Bischoff: I'm not in a good mood right now. Raw's Chris Jericho won the Royal Rumble match, but last night Paul Heyman came to my face and said that SmackDown! is somehow invlolved in the WrestleMania XX main event. And then I have a stubborn Triple H here, claiming that he should be in the main event. Well, face it: you lost, and your out of the match!

The crowd cheers at Bischoff's decision.

Ross: Whoa! My opinion on Eric Bischoff just changed.

Triple H: Don't do this to me, Eric...

Bischoff: The last thing I need is you to screw up an already screwed-up main event of WrestleMania XX.

Bischoff leaves the ring, leaving an angry-looking Triple H and a smiling Goldberg behind.

Normal Tag.

WWE World Tag Team Championship.

Highlight Reel.

Chris Jericho is standing in the middle of his Hilghight Reel set.

Ross: We're back live on Raw, and Chris Jericho is having his own show here.

Jericho: Welcome to Raw is still-the #1 Contender, Jericho!

The crowd cheers.

Lawler: The crowd really loves, doesn't it?

Jericho: You know, there are a couple of things that I want to address before we go any further. Last night, I was fighting Kane to keep my right to face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania XX. When I was about to pin Kane, the lights went out and someone played the old entrance music of the Undertaker.

Ross: As a matter of fact, Kane was about to pin Jericho, but I guess it's not that important.

Jericho: Time after time, I've been hearing people say that I told someone to Tombstone Piledrive Kane in the middle of the ring, but I really had nothing to do with it. I'm not saying that it was the Undertaker, 'cause we all know that he's dead, but I did not tell anybody to do anything! I had it covered.

Ross: I don't know about that...

Jericho: Tonight, I'm going to speak things straight with my next guest: Kane!

The fire goes off and Kane makes his way to the ring in the sound of "Slow Chemical".

Ross: By God, it's Kane!

Lawler: Aah!

Jericho: Would you like to have a...

Kane grabs the microphone from Jericho.

Kane: I didn't come here to play games with you, Jericho. I'm here to get what's mine: a rematch!

Ross: Rematch? Will Jericho accept?

Jericho: No, no, no, no, no, Kane. You had your chance last night, and you screwed. I beat you fair and square in the middle of this ring, 1-2-3.

Kane: You hired someone to turn off the lights and Tombstone Piledrive me, that's what you did! My brother is dead! I buried him alive!

Jericho: I know that it wasn't the Undertaker, but I'm saying that I didn't...

Kane grabs Jericho by the throat.

Ross: Kane's had just about enough!

Kane Chokeslams Jericho in the middle of the ring.

Lawler: You can't do that to Jericho in his own show!

Kane lifts his arms to the air and is about to explode the pyros, but the gongs go off again and the Graveyard Symphony fills the arena.

Lawler: Oh my God, JR!

Ross: It's happening again!

The TitanTron shows a footage of a graveyard. We see a tombstone, but the camera shows us that the grave is empty. Kane takes a look at Jericho and looks at the 'Tron again.

Lawler: I don't think that Jericho's behind this...

Kane has a look of fear in his eyes and he makes his way to the backstage area via the crowd.

New Man in Charge.

"Here Come the Money" starts to play in the arena and the now-Co-Chairman on the WWE Board makes his way to the ring.

Ross: Shane McMahon's team was victorius last night, and it made Shane and Stephanie the Co-Chairmans!

Lawler: It can't be good...

Shane: Here I am!

The crowd goes crazy.

Shane: Now, many of you people may think that me and Stephanie are not capable of handling things here. We are going to prove you wrong. I'm taking care of Raw and my sister is back on SmackDown!. Without going any further, I would like to call out the former WWE Chairman, my father, Vince McMahon.

Ross: He really is the former Chairman.

"No Chance" hits the arena, and a not-so-happy-looking Vince McMahon makes his way to the ring with a band-aid in his forehead.

Lawler: Vince McMahon swore that he was gonna get Shane out of this business, but it's Vince who's going to get fired.

Shane: How's it going, daddy? I'm not here to waste everybody's time with that crap. Insted, let's get down to business.

Vince: Shane, I want you to re-think this before firing me. I'm the one who raised this company from the dirt! I'm the one, who made WWE what it is today. I am WWE!

The crowd boos.

Lawler: He's right!

Shane: I know, and that's why I'm not firing you.

Ross: What?

Shane: I'm not going to fire you, instead, I'm going to hire you as a WWE Superstar.

Lawler: Wait a minute!

Ross: Is he...

Shane: I' gonna show you exactly how you treated the great WWE talent in the past. And I hope you have your wrestling gear with you, as tonight, you are going to have a title shot. Oh yeah, tonight, in one-on-one action, Vince McMahon will face the new World Heavyweight Champion, Goldberg in a No Holds Barred match!

Ross: Good God Almighty!

Lawler: Can Shane do this?

Ross: Apparently, yes!

Vince: Shane, I...

Shane: No "Buts", dad! You didn't give the workers any options, now did you?

----------------------

Lawler: We are looking at the new Intercontinental Champion, Matt Hardy!

Matt: I don't want to sound cocky, but I yold you so.

Lawler: Yes he did!

Matt: Some people still claim that Booker T was a better Intercontinental Champion that I am. We all know that it isn't true, right? Just to prove my words, I'm going to present an open challenge. That's right. Any Superstar in the back, who hasn't been the WWE Intercontinental Champion, please make your way to the ring.

Ross: Matt Hardy has called out any Superstar, who hasn't been the Champion before to challenge for the title!

Coach: Mr. McMahon? Do you have any final words before your match with Goldberg?

Lawler: Somehow, I think that the title isn't going to change hands here, JR.

Ross: I have the same feeling.

Goldberg's theme music starts to play and the World Heavyweight Champion, Goldberg appears directly at the stage, without walking from the backstage. When Goldberg appears, the crowd cheers loudly.

Ross: Listen to the ovation for the new World Heavyweight Champion, Goldberg!

Lawler: Goldberg is the Champion, allright, but he also has a smashed knee, and I think that Mr. McMahon knows how to use that as his advantage.

Goldberg falls to the outside, holding his shoulder. Vince is still dazed, but quikcly notices Goldberg laying on the outside. Vince crawls to the outside and grabs a chair from ringside. Goldberg staggers to his feet and Vince slams him to the head with the steel chair. Vince then drives the chair to Goldberg's right knee. Vince rolls Goldberg to the ring and covers, 1...Goldberg powers out before the two-count. Goldberg gets up on one knee, and Vince drives the steel chair to the spine, causing Goldberg to fall down again. Vince again hits Goldberg to the knee with the chair. Goldberg uses the ropes to get up, but Vince floors him again by sliding the chair to his knee. Vince waits for Goldberg to get up bustes him wide open with another chair shot that re-opens the wound in Goldberg's skull. Vince goes for the cover again, 1...2...Goldberg still kicks out.

Ending.

Vince takes a couple of steps back and raises the chair to the air for another chair shot, but Goldber quickly counters with a Spear. Goldberg, despite the pain, gets up and gets Vince set up for the Jackhammer. Goldberg smashes Vince almost through the ring with a crushing Jackhammer, 1...2...3.

Aftermath.

The referee hands Goldberg the World title and he climbs the turnbuckle and raises the belt into the air.

Ross: Goldberg went right through the fire and dismantled Mr. McMahon with the Jackhammer!

Lawler: That makes Goldberg still the World Heavyweight Champion.

Ross: The Goldberg era has begun on Raw, King!

Goldberg gets down and poses to again to the cheering crowd.

Lawler: But how long will the era last? How long will we see Goldberg as the Champion?

Ross: I can't answer that, King. But I know one thing: Goldberg is going to WrestleMania XX! Good night, from Orlando!

Monday Night Raw February 23th Report.

Orlando, Florida

Jim Ross & Jerry Lawler.

The Era of Goldberg.

This week's episode of Raw was the fallout from No Way Out, and it sure was a wid ride. Maybe the most shocking turn of the evening was Shane McMahon's World Heavyweight title announcement, as Goldberg was put to defend against the former Chairman, Vince McMahon, in a No Holds Barred match. The match took place, and Goldberg completely demolished the former boss of the company. Has the Goldberg Era begun?

In other Championship action, the new WWE Intercontinental Champion, Matt Hardy presented an open challenge to any Superstar, who hasn't been the Interconinental Champion before. The challenge was answered by the Hurricane, who showed that he had the heart of a Champion, but it takes more than just heart to win the title. After the Twist of Fate, and a low blow, Matt Hardy retained his newly-won Intercontinental title.

The week's Highlight Reel was one of the most bizarre ones, as we recieved another message from the Undertaker. Or was it the Undertaker? Kane was Jericho's guest, and the old Graveyard Symphony of the departed Undertaker started to play just like at No Way Out. This time we saw footage of an empty grave. Is this truly a sign from the Undertaker, or is someone just screwing around with Kane?

Ric Flair/Batista def. Val Venis/Lance Storm to retain the World Tag Team titles.

Randy Orton def. Booker T.

Matt Hardy def. Hurricane to defend the Intercontinental title.

Goldberg def. Vince McMahon in a No Holds Barred match to keep his World Heavyweight Championship.

Cena: Yo, yo, yo, yo... Yo! Let's cut the crap right now. I, as in John Cena, won the WWE title last Sunday at No Way Out. Word Life!

Cole: Good evening, everybody. And this is the way to kick-off SmackDown!, with the new WWE Champion, John Cena!

Cena: Alright, alright, Goldberg had his doing in my win, but it was Cena all the way.

Tazz: Raw's Goldberg really had a saying in the outcome of the match, as he Speared our Brock Lesnar.

Cena: Now that I'm the WWE Champion, I'm going to WrestleMania XX! I earned...

Chris Benoit's theme hits the speakers and the Rabid Wolverine walks down to the ring, recieving a huge ovation.

Cole: What now?

Tazz: Chris Benoit?

Cole: Benoit was also in the WWE title Fatal Four-Way match last Sunday at No Way Out.

Benoit: Now, there are a couple of things I want to get straighten up here. First of all, you didn't pin me at No Way Out, second of all, you didn't even beat Brock Lesnar on your own. Right here, right now, I demand that you give me your first title defense... tonight!

The crowd cheers.

Cena: You and me? Tonight? WWE title? You're on!

The crowd cheers loudly.

Cole: We are going to see a WWE title match tonight!

Cole: Brock Lesnar got screwed at No Way Out, by a Raw competitor, Goldberg.

Tazz: Damn right, Cole. Goldberg had no business being out there. He can't just come to a SmackDown! match and Spear our Brock Lesnar. Lesnar was just about to naill John Cena with the F5 and walk out with the WWE title. But no: Goldberg has to interfere and ruin everything.

Cole: You gotta admit that Lesnar had it coming.

Tazz: What?

Cole: He's been getting in the face of Goldberg for several months now.

Tazz: Goldberg started it...

Lesnar: Shut up! I'm not in the mood tonight!

Crowd: Goldberg! Goldberg! Goldberg!

Lesnar: We all know that if it wasn't for Bill Goldberg, I would have won the WWE title last Sunday. Bill Goldberg is a bitch that has to attack me when I'm not prepared! Bill Goldberg, I know you're watching this, and the thing I'm about to do to Billy Gunn, is exactly what I'm going to do to you, if I ever see you again!

Cole: Billy Gunn was the victim of Brock Lesnar's brutality tonight.

Tazz: Lesnar saw Goldberg in they eyes of Billy Gunn, and this is what happened.

Cole: Lesnar took out Gunn with Goldberg's finishing manuever, the Jackhammer, mocking him. There's no doubt that Lesnar wants Goldberg, but there is no way that could happen, as they are in different shows.

Tazz: That's right. Goldberg is on Raw, and Brock Lesnar is here on SmackDown!.

Eddie: What was that last Sunday, Chavo? We were winning the Tag Team titles, homes!

Chavo: You would have.

Eddie: What are you talking about, homes?

Chavo: It'a always about you, Eddie. You, you, you, you... what about me? What about Chavito? I'm 50% of this tag team. Still, you steal the spotlight night after night, week after week. It's about time for me to get some respect from this crowd, and especially you.

Eddie: I don't steal any spotlights. You're my nephew, I respect you.

Chavo: I'm not bying it, Eddie. Not anymore. But next week, it's you and me, one-on-one. In this ring.

Cole: What?

Eddie: Chavo, it doesn't have to...

We see some still-photos of the US title match between Rhyno and Edge.

Tazz: Rhyno gave a rough beating on Edge's ribs at No Way Out, but Edge is forced to put his United States title on the line agains the 500-pound Big Show.

Big Show's music hits the arena and the angry 500-pounder walks down to the ring, signaling that the US title is his.

Christian tells Edge to get up and hits him with the Unprettier on the steel chair.

Cole: What in the hell is Christian doing in here? He's on Raw!

Tazz: Did he change shows?

Christian talks trash to Edge and then poses with the US title to the booing crowd.

Cole: It seems that Edge's brother Christian has deflected from Raw to SmackDown!, but why?

Tazz: I guess only Christian knows the answer to that question, my friend.

------------------

Christian Interview.

Josh Matthews sights Christian backstage.

Josh: Christian! Hey!

Christian: What do you want, kiddo?

Josh: My question is: what are you doing here on SmackDown!? You're a Raw competitor.

Christian: I'm just plain sick and tired of Edge getting the respect that I desrve here on SmackDown!. I'm obviously the more talented, more charismatic and better-looking brother of the two, but still Edge is getting the glory, the respect and the opportunities that I deserve. What do I get? What does Christian get for credit for being the better brother of the two? I get people like Stone Cold Steve Austin and Mick Foley beat me up and put me in Cage matches with Goldberg. Eric Bischoff was the only man on Raw, who respected me and my abilities. I came to SmackDown!, because this is the better place, and here I can challenge Edge to put his United States title on the line at the biggest stage of them all: WrestleMania XX.

Josh: So, you're challenging Edge to a US title match?

Christian: Do you have problems understanding what I'm saying? I want Edge to put his title on the line at WrestleMania XX, so that I can prove that I'm the better man.

05:31

-----------------

It All Begins... Again.

The SmackDown! General Manager, Paul Heyman is standing in the ring with a microphone in his hand.

Heyman: As you all very well know, I am a very busy businessman. So I'm going straight to business here. Last Sunday night, I promosed to shake the WWE's foundation with my announcement of the WrestleMania XX main event. That's exactly what I'm going to do. The rule is that the winner of the Royal Rumble match gets to face the Champion, right? Well, it does not say that there can't be other wrestlers involved in the match. It also does not say what Champion we're talking about.

Cole: Where is he going with this?

Heyman: I spent several hours on the phone with Vince McMahon and the WWE lawyers discussing about the main event. I would also like to introduce, live via satellite, the Raw General Manager, Eric Bischoff!

Tazz: Eric Biscohoff?

Eric Bischoff appears on the big screen.

Bischoff: What's this all about, Heyman?

Heyman: Good to see you, Eric. I know that you were very, very thrilled a couple of months back, as Raw happened to win the Royal Rumble match. But my blockbuster announcement is that the WrestleMania main event is not Chris Jericho versus the World Heavyweight Champion.

Bischoff: What the hell are you talking about, Heyman? Jericho won the...

Heyman: Oh, Jericho will be in the main event, but so will be nine other WWE Superstars.

Cole: Nine?

Heyman: That's right. Five Superstars from Raw, five Superstars from SmackDown!, two Championships, winner take all!

Cole: What the hell?

Tazz: I'm in shock.

Bischoff: Winner take all? That just can't happen. There's no way...

Heyman: I already discussed this with Vince McMahon. It's 10 WWE Superstars, every man for himself, WWE title and the World Heavyweight title. First, two Superstars will start it out. Then, after every five minutes, a new wrestler enters. Elimination occurs via pinfall or submission, and the match will go on as long as there is only one man left standing. Chris Jericho automatically advances to the match, but we will decide the other competitors with some very special advancement matches next week on both shows. You know what the best part of this whole thing is? There's nothing you can do about it!

Bischoff: What about the brand split? Both shows must have their Champion!

Heyman: The winner of the match will have the right to appear on both shows.

Bischoff looks frustrated, but then his tears turn smile, as he gets an idea.

Bischoff: You're on!

Heyman: Excuse me?

Bischoff: I said you're on, Heyman. 10-man every man for himself battle at WrestleMania XX for the Undisputed WWE Championship!

Tazz: What a main event!

Bischoff: There is one thing I would like to add, and that is the stipulation. SmackDown!'s Paul Heyman has laid out the rules of the match so far, so itäs time for me to have my say. In the past, I used to run WCW, and I came up with the masterous matches there. One of WCW's great things was the infamous Wargames match. Heyman, you want a 10-man match for WrestleMania? Let's do it! Let's have a 10-man every man for himself Wargames match!

Tazz: Whoa!

Cole: An every man for himself Wargames match?

Bischoff: We should call it the Warzone match.

Cole: So, the main event for WrestleMania XX will be the first-ever Warzone match. I can't wait!

Haas: You just what? Huh? I don't need your help anyway!

Benjamin: It's not like I did it on purpose!

Haas: I'm not so sure about that...

Cole: Folks, this is a WWE title match! John Cena defends the title for the first time against Chris Benoit.

Tazz: The Fatal Four-Way was one hell of a match-up last night, and I don't think this one will be any worse.

Cole: I respect John Cena's accomplishements, but you gotta admit that he had some help from Raw's Goldberg.

Tazz: Goldberg had absolutely no business being in that match. It was a SmackDown! World title match, Goldberg is from Raw, and he runs in to Spear our Brock Lesnar.

Benoit is able to get back up on his feet and fights out of the hold with shots to the midesection. Benoit goes to the ropesa nd floors Cena with a Shoulder Block. Benoit goes to the ropes again, and hits a mocking version of a Fist Drop on Cena. Benoit waits for Cena to get up and connects a German Suplex, keeping the fingers locked. Benoit explodes with two more unreleased German Suplexes, then he signals for the Headbutt. Benoit climbs to the top rope and goes for the Headbutt, but Cena moves out of the way. Cole: These two men respect each other and Benoit...

Benoit surprisingly pulls Cena to a Crossface.

Cole: What the hell?

Tazz: Crossface!

Benoit releases the hold, grabs the WWE title and knocks out Cena with it, as the crowd boos.

Tazz: I guess the only thing that Benoit respects is the WWE Championship.

Cole: What will happen as the result of this? Good night, everybody!

Monday Night Raw March 1st.

Miami, Florida.

Jim Ross and Jerry Lawler.

Recap.

Befofre the show, we see a brief recap from last Thursday's SmackDown!. The screen is blueish, as the SD! GM, Paul Heyman stands in the ring.

Heyman: Last Sunday night, I promised to shake the WWE's foundation with my announcement of the WrestleMania XX main event. The rule is that the winner of the Royal Rumble match gets to face the Champion, right? It does not say that there can't be other wrestlers involved in the match. It also does not say what Champion we're talking about. I would also like to introduce, live via satellite, the Raw General Manager, Eric Bischoff!

Eric Bischoff's face appears at the screen.

Heyman: I know that you were very, very thrilled a couple of months back, as Raw happened to win the Royal Rumble match.

We see some shots of Chris Jericho's Royal Rumble victory.

Heyman: But my blockbuster announcement is that the WrestleMania main event is not Chris Jericho versus the World Heavyweight Champion. Jericho will be in the main event, but so will be nine other WWE Superstars. Five Superstars from Raw, five Superstars from SmackDown!, two Championships, winner take all!

As Heyman spreads the words "Winner take all", the screen turns blurry

Heyman: It's 10 WWE Superstars, every man for himself, WWE title and the World Heavyweight title.

Bischoff: What about the brand split? Both shows must have their Champion!

Heyman: The winner of the match will have the right to appear on both shows.

Bischoff: You're on! There is one thing I would like to add, and that is the stipulation. SmackDown!'s Paul Heyman has laid out the rules of the match so far, so itäs time for me to have my say. In the past, I used to run WCW.

We see some black'n'white footage of Bischoff running the WCW.

Bischoff: One of WCW's great things was the infamous Wargames match.

We see some more black'n'white footage of the past Wargames matches.

Bischoff: Heyman, you want a 10-man match for WrestleMania? Let's do it! Let's have a 10-man every man for himself Wargames match!

Cole: So, the main event for WrestleMania XX will be the first-ever Warzone match. I can't wait!

Highlight Reel.

After the opening intro, the pyros go off in the sound of Union Underground's 'Across the Nation', and we see Chris Jericho standing in the middle of his Highlight Reel set.

Jericho: Welcome to Raw is Jericho!

The crowd gives Y2J a standing ovation.

Ross: Welcome to Raw, ladies and gentlemen! WWE has arrived to the awesome Miami, Florida. And weäre kicking things off with Chris Jericho Highlight Reel.

Jericho: Before we go any further, I would like to adress that, at firsts, in my opinion this whole Warzone-thing sucks! I won the Royal Rumble, and it means that I get an exclusive right to face the World Heavyweight Champion at WrestleMania! Then the egotestical Paul Heyman comes to screw everything up, just because he wants SmackDown! to be a part of the main event of WrestleMania. But now that I think about, I defeated The Rock and Stone Cold Steve Austin one after the other to become the first-ever Undisputed Champion, so what keeps me from winning it again?

The crowd cheers Y2J again.

Ross: Jericho is very determined.

Jericho: I don't care is it's the whole WWE roster that's going to be in the main event, Chris Jericho is going to win and walk out of Madison Square Garden as the Undisputed WWE World Heavyweight Champion! Let's move on to the next issue, wich is my guest: the Raw Co-General Manager, Mick Foley!

Ross: Mick Foley?

Lawler: Mick Foley's here?

The car crashes and Mick Foley comes out to the ring in the sound of his theme music.

Foley: Good to see you, Jericho.

Jericho: It's nice to have you here on the Highlight Reel, Mick. Now, the question everybody's asking is: "Wich Raw Superstars will make to the WrestleMania XX main event?" Obviously, I'm in, but what about the other four?

Foley: That's an interesting question, Jericho, as I spent the whole weekend, thinking about the brackets here. There will be three advancement matches tonight to decide, who goes to WrestleMania. As you automatically advance and Goldberg is the World Heavyweight Champion. I spent the week, not only thinking about the bracket, but also working on a trade. I think you all know by now that Christian deflected to SmackDown!?

Lawler: He actually had the nerve to betray us.

Foley: Well, the man that I accuired in the trade is the possible fifth Raw represtive in the Warzone match: the Big Show!

Instead of the Big Show's, Evolution's music starts to play.

Ross: What the hell is this now?

The World Tag Team Champions, Batista and Ric Flair, and Randy Orton make their way to the ring, as Jericho shouts: "You're not invited!"

Lawler: It's the Evolution, JR! They can walk into the ring anytime they please.

Orton: Don't worry: the Big Show is on his way here.

Jericho: You think you can just barge on in here un-invited?

Orton: We didn't come here to talk to you, giggypop clown! We came here to talk to you, Mick.

Orton walks in the face of Foley.

Orton: Mick, I'm not here because you didn't choose me to be in the bracket. When Batista beats HBK tonight, he's gonna make sure that Triple H, who is also going to win, walks out of the Warzone match as the Undisputed Champion. But that's not my point. My point is that it's time for the Legend-Killer to go to work.

Ross: What is he talking about?

Orton: I'm the Legend-Killer, I live to take old farts like you out, Mick. And you're the only Legend there is left for me to kill here. You are the Hardcore Legend of this company, Mick. I'm a third generation Superstar, and I'm going to be the new Hardcore Legend, when I beat you, Mick.

Foley: That is an interesting proposal, Randy Orton, and I'm excited about getting in the ring again. But not tonight.

The crowd boos.

Foley: See, I understand that you're a third generation Superstar, Randy Orton, but it doesn't give you the right to step into my ring and get into my face! You maybe 22 years old, you maybe the future of this company, but you're not, not, not a Hardcore Legend! Do you know what it takes to become a Hardcore Legend? I have been thrown into thumbtacks, I have been whipped into brarbwire, I have been thrown off the Hell in a Cell, and so on, Randy Orton! Trust me, Randy, there is not going to be a day when you become a Legend among Legends by stepping in the ring with two other Superstars and whine about being a third generation Superstar! You want a chance to make a name for yourself? I'm gonna give it to you! It's Mick Foley - Randy Orton at WrestleMania XX! Consider the challenge accepeted.

Ross: Mick Foley vs. Randy Orton at WrestleMania?

Foley exits the ring and walks to the ramp, but turns around again.

Foley: By the way, Randy, you wanted to be a Hardcore Legend, right? Well... why don't I give you the chance to prove yourself, as the match at WrestleMania is going to be No Holds Barred, Falls Count Anywhere, Non-Sanctioned Street Fight!

Ross: Oh my God!

Foley: The referee is in the ring just to count the pinfall or ring the bell if there's a submission! The match can't be stopped because, in example, the loss of blood. No, the match goes on until one of us laying in the ring, in a pool of his very own blood, motionless, and the other one is the Hardcore Legend.

Foley turns to leave again, but Orton rushes to blindside him with an RKO on the steel ramp.

Ross: Orton blindsided Mick Foley with an RKO on the steel!

Jericho goes to help Foley, but gets cut-off by a Sit-Out-Powerbomb by Batista.

Ross: The Evolution has taken out Y2J and Mick Foley!

The Evolution celebrates, but we hear a familiar "If Ya Smell..? and suddenly the theme music of the hometown here starts to play and The Rock rushes down to the ring, getting one of the biggest ovations ever.

Ross: He's here!

Lawler: Aah! The Rock!

Batista and Flair exit the ring and accompany Orton on the ramp.

Rock: Hey, hey, hey, hey! The Rock has something to say to you guys but first: Finally..!

Crowd/Rock: The Rock has come back to Miami!

Rock: You want to beat down Mick Foley? You want a three-on-two beat down on Jericho and Mick Foley? That's not gonna happen. That's not gonna happen, when The Rock's in town! Next week, when The Rock has celebrated his victory over Triple H, in a Six-Man Tag Team match The Rock teams up with Mick Foley and Chris Jericho, who The Rock doesn't like, to take on the Evolution! Are ready to go three-on-three with The Rock'n'Sock Y2J?

Lawler: Sock Y2J?

All three men nod their heads. Orton turns around and gets surprise-attacked by Mr. Socko and the Mandible Claw.

Ross: Mandible Claw!

Lawler: There's that stinky, disgusting sock of Mick Foley!

Ross: Next week, ladies and gentlemen, The Rock, Mick Foley and Chris Jericho will face Evolution in a Six-Man Tag Team match!

Ross: The question remains: what was Al Snow doing in here?

Rising Stars and Bigger Egos.

Eric Bischoff is sitting in his office, going through some papers and speaking on the phone.

Bischoff: ...I understand that. But both General Managers should discuss the trades before it happens! Mick Foley can't just make decisions like that. He...

Someone cuts-off the conversation by pressin disconnect on the phone. The someone is the past-ECW great Nova.

Bischoff: What the..? What in the world may you have to do in my office? Do you have any idea, who I am? I'm Eric...

Nova: I know very well who you are. And I know that you're the one making the matches around here.

Bischoff: Get to the point.

Nova: A couple of weeks back, on Heat, I beat Matt Hardy's ass. Though, he wasn't the Intercontinental Champion then. And I still remember him screwing me in our next match. So, as I have pinned the reigning Intercontinental Champion, I would like to challenge him for the title.

Bischoff: Let me get this straight: you, Nova, in your WWE Raw debut, would like to challenge the reigning Intercontinental Champion, Matt Hardy to a title match? Well, that's not gonna happen. You can't just enter my office and make demands like that.

Nova: I just said...

Bischoff: Case closed. Now, if you'll excuse me, I have some business to attend to.

The Co-GM, Mick Foley then enters the office with some papers.

Foley: You wanted to see me, Eric. What is it?

Bischoff: Mick, I want to discuss you about the WrestleMania Street Fight with Randy Orton. Nova, do you mind leaving? And close the door on your way out.

Nova: What about my match?

Bischoff: I told you: there isn't gonna be a match...

Foley: Listen, Kid: you have potential. I've seen you wrestle and I say that you have your match. Tonight, in that very ring, Matt Hardy will defend the Intercontinental title against Nova!

Nova: I won't let you down!

Nova exits the room, as Bischoff looks furious.

Foley: What's on your mind?

Bischoff: What's on my mind? That's what on my mind! I don't understand why you got named as the Co-Generel Manager, as you don't have the first clue how to do your work! First you make trades between Raw and SmackDown! without even asking me, and now this! Not to mentio allt he other times you have made big decisions without informing me! We are Co-GMs, wich means that we need to...

Foley: You shut up, Bischoff! You talk about respecting other people's opinions, as you yourself are a no-good son of a bitch, who fires workers just because he feels like it!

Bischoff: Oh, really? Well, let's see... oh, yeah I was supposed to add a special stipulation to your Street Fight match against Randy Orton. Listen to this: if you happen to lose your Street Fight match with Randy Orton, you're fired as a Co-General Manager! Why do I do this? I feel like it!

Foley gets in the face of Foley, looking mad, before eventually leaving the office.

The Dead Can't Rise... Can it?

The fires of hell explode and Kane makes his way to the ring in the sound of 'Slow Chemical' and corus of boos.

Ross: He is the most evil, most sinister man in the WWE today, King.

Kane: I'm sick of these games! I'm sick of someone trying to make me believe that the Undertaker has come back from the dead. He's not back! Undertaker is dead! Dead! Dead! Undertaker is dead, buried and not coming back... maybe is wasn't Jericho, but someone is trying to mess with me. He's gonna pay... at WrestleMania, I challenge the man, who has been sending these messages, to a one-on-one match. And it's not the Undertaker. Undertaker is...

The familiar gong goes off again, then we hear a sound of thudner in the arena.

Lawler: Oh my God, JR..!

Suddenly, a fire goes off in front of the entrance ramp.

Ross: By God!

A message appears on the TitanTron: 'In 13 Days... the Dead Will Return from the Fires of Hell.'

Payback Game.

Coach is backstage with Triple H, having an interview.

Coach: I'm the Coach, and I am having an interview with the former World Heavyweight Champion, Triple H. Triple H, how are you?

Coach: I'm feeling fine, as a matter of fact, as I know that Eric Bischoff doesn't leave me outside of the WrestleMania main event. I know that Eric Bischoff has put up an advancement match for the Game. Hell, Eric Bischoff would leave everyone else out of the main event, but the Game? Not a chance. See, Eric Bischoff knows who the Franchise is. That would be me, Triple H. Eric knows that if he wants Raw to win the Undisputed title, he has to have the #1 man in the match. That makes him a smart businessman.

Note that the second guy speaking is supposed to be Triple H, not Coach. I guess I should fix it, but the typo's so damn funny that I'm keeping it.

Fighting Heart.

Coach bumps into HBK backstage.

Coach: Shawn Michaels! We just found out that the next advancement match will be Shawn Michaels vs. Batista. The match is about to start. What are your thoughts.

HBK: Coach, when I substained my back injury, all I could think about was to get back into the ring one more time. I accomplished that goal. My next goal was to win the World Heavyweight Championship, I accomplished that goal. My next goal is to walk out of Madison Square Garden as the Undisputed Champion, and that's what I'm gonna do. When they put me in the first-ever Hell in a Cell match, I was the only one who believed in my chances to win. And I won. When I walked into the Elimination Chamber, I believed that in me. I won. And right now, I believe in myself. I believe that at WrestleMania XX, Madison Square Garden, I win the Warzone match and become the Undisputed WWE Champion.

Advancement Match.

Singles.

Batista w/Ric Flair vs. Shawn Michaels.

Prematch.

Evolution's music starts to play and the one half of the World Tag Team Champions, Batista walks down to the ring, accompanied by the other half, Ric Flair.

Lawler: Think about it JR: if Batista wins this match, and if Triple H finds his way into the main event, Evolution would rule the main event, and leave everyone else behind.

Ross: That may very well happen, but the match is every man for himself.

Lawler: Come on, JR. Batista wouldn't betray the Evolution.

'Sexy Boy' fills the speakers and the living Legend, Shawn Michaels makes his trademark entrance to the ring.

Ross: He is a true Legend from San Antonio! His last time in a WrestleMania main event was against Stone Cold, at WrestleMania 14. That's where he substained his career-ending back injury. But the show didn't stop there: HBK returned in 2002 to beat his former best friend in a Street Fight.

Lawler: We, know, we know... then he won the Elimination Chamber and became the World Heavyweight Champion. But that only happened once, and HBK can't accomplish that again.

Ross: We'll see about that, King.

Lawler: Calm down, JR. HBK hasn't the Warzone match won yet.

Hardcore Legend, or a Whining Bitch?

Mick Foley is walking backstage, when he gets stopped by Randy Orton.

Orton: This is kinda funny. At WrestleMania, not only am I gonna retire you once and for all, I'm also going to take out your job as the Co-General Manager of Raw. I'm going to beat you down into a pool of your very own blood, Mick. At WrestleMania, you will regret that you agreed to fight me. I'm going to put you down, Mick. I'm going to force you to enter retirement. Again.

Orton turns to leave, but Foley grabs him.

Foley: Randy Orton! Our match is at WrestleMania XX. But there's nothing stopping you to give me the best you've got right here, right now! Let's do it, Randy! Bring it on!

Orton takes off his shirt and throws it at Mick. Randy then attacks Mick and rams him to the wall. Randy hits Foley with right hands and hits the RKO on him. Randy then is about to leave, but Foley gets back to his feet.

Foley: It's gonna take a lot more than that to keep me down, Randy!

Orton knocks Foley down with a right hand and grabs a nearby steel chair. Orton waits for Foley to get up and unleashes a huge chairshot to the forehead of Foley. Foley gets back up again, and the amazed Orton chairshots him again. Foley is still moving, and Randy decides to drop the floor and signal for another RKO. This time on the chair. Foley gets up and Randy comes from behind with the RKO on the steel chair.

Orton: Stay down, Mick! Just stay down!

Foley: You're not winning me like... this, Randy! Come on! Show me what you can do! Come on!

Batista and Flair come to help out Orton and have a three-on-one beat-down on Foley. Orton hits Foley with a straight kick to the face. Orton grabs the chair again and hits Foley in the back of the head with it. Orton waits for Foley to get up again, drives the chair to his gutand then to the spine, followed down with one more shot to the head. Champ Has Something to Say #1.

We see Goldberg arrive and head straight down to the ring.

Ross: It's Goldberg! And he's heading our way!

Goldberg's music starts to play.

1:00

---------------

Champ Has Something to Say #2.

Goldberg walks through the fireworks and walks down to the ring, carrying the World Heavyweight title.

Ross: Does Goldberg have something to say about the Warzone match at WrestleMania?

Goldberg: Unlike most people, I'm not hear to talk crap. I came here to talk about this Warzone match, and especially about the inter-promotional part of it.

Goldberg starts to smile.

Goldberg: Brock Lesnar!

Lawler: Oh-oh...

Goldberg: I believe that you're trying to make your way into the Warzone match, eh? You're hoping that you get one more chance to win the title, right? Well, be careful what you wish for, punk! If you do enter the match, it will truly be a Warzone, as I beat the crap out of you, Brock! I know you're watching this. The true reason I'm here is that I want to make a deal.

Lawler: Deal?

Goldberg: Yeah. I know that you want to beat me just as much as I want to beat you. So, make sure that you drag your SmackDown! ass into the Warzone match, and let's settle this off once and for all. Let's see if you really are the Next Big Thing. Or are just the Next Big Victim?

Lawler: Goldberg is begging Lesnar to be in the match!

Ross: Now this is unique.

Eric Bischoff interrupts Goldberg with the sound of his music.

Ross: What the hell is this now?

Bischoff: Goldberg! You seem to think that it's obvious that you're going to be in the main event of WrestleMania? I did say that the World Heavyweight Champion 'ensures' his place in the main event, but I never said that the title wouldn't be defended before WrestleMania.

Ross: Where is he going with this?

Bischoff: Goldberg, I never liked you as a Champion, and I have decied that you will defend the World Heavyweight Championship next week, live on Raw! Against Kane!

Lawler: Kane?

Ross: Kane gets a chance to be in the main event again?

Goldberg: You can bring on every opponent you can find, Bischoff, but nothing is keeping me from entering the Warzone and beating the living hell out of Brock Lesnar!

Lawler: See? Winning the Undisputed title isn't his main goal: it's beating Brock Lesnar.

Ross: But will Goldberg be in the main event?

Goldberg: By the way, Bischoff... you seem to have something against me here. Why don't you tell me what it is? And why don't you tell it to my face?

Ross: I'm fine right here, Goldberg.

Suddenly, the new Co-Chairman Shane McMahon blindsides Bischoff and takes him to the ring.

Lawler: Oh no! What is Shane doing in here?

Goldberg Spears the Co-GM.

Ross: Was this a message for SmackDown!'s Brock Lesnar?

8:54

---------------

Lay It All on the Line.

As Goldberg and Shane still celebrate in the ring, Vince McMahon's 'No Chance' hits the speakers and the former Chairman walks down to the ring.

Ross: The happy hour has just ended.

Vince: I have finally made my decision: you're the worst Chairman I have ever seen. You can't jus throw the General Manager in the ring with a psychopath like Goldberg. You can't just book your own father to a match with a psychopath like Goldberg!

Shane: That's exactly what you did, dad.

Vince: Maybe... but I always did it for a reason. Now, I'm gonna give you a chance to prove that you're an equal Chairman with me. In November 2001, I laid it all on the line, as I challenged your team to the elimination match. Let's see if you have the guts to put it all on the line? At WrestleMania, my creation, it will be Father vs. Son for the 100% control of the WWE.

Ross: By God!

Shane: You and me? One-one for the 100% ownership? You're on!

Vince: Father vs. Son for the 100% ownership of this company at WrestleMania XX. And, by God, it will be a Last Man Standing match!

Ross: By God!

Ross: Here is the 500 pound Big Show! Mick Foley traded him from SmackDown! to Raw, just to get him represent this show at WrestleMania. All Big Show has to do is get through RVD.

Monday Night Raw March 1st Report.

The WWE will enver be the same after the shocking events of this Monday's Raw! A lot of huge announcements were made, concerning the upcoming WrestleMania XX. Most importantly, the main event. Raw had its advancement matches, and the Raw Superstars who made it through were: Triple H, Shawn Michaels and the newest Raw Superstar, Big Show. Big Show arrived to Raw as Christian was traded to SmackDown!. So, it's Jericho, Show, HBK and Triple H in the main event for sure. You'd think that Goldberg makes it in for sure, as well, right? Well, as Eric Bischoff is concerned, things are never that simple. It was said that the World Champions would be in the main event for sure, but no one said that the titles couldn't be on the line before that. So, next week on Raw, Goldberg will lay his title on the line against Kane!

Speaking of Goldberg, he made it very clear that he actually wants Brock Lesnar to be a part of the Warzone match. However, it's not because the twio Superstars like each other, it's because Goldberg wants to beat Lesnar up to a bloody pulp. And, at WrestleMania. he may very well get his wish granted.

Another huge announcement was an actual match between Randy Orton and Hardcore Legend himself, Mick Foley. Orton interrupted Jericho's Highlight Reel, where Mick was starring, and let us know that there is only one more Legend in the company for him to 'kill', and that is Mick Foley. Mick Foley agreed to fight Orton, but it would happen on his terms: it would happen at WrestleMania, and it would be No Holds Non-Sanctioned Barred Street Fight match! Will we see Orton's face as it is for the last time?

The final of three announcements was the final solution for the blood feud between Vince and Shane McMahon. Vince asked his son if he has the heart to put it all on the line, like he did three years ago. Vince challenged him to a match for the 100% ownership of the company. And it would be none other than the infamous Last Man Standing match. Shane accepted.

Another new Raw Superstar made an impact, as Nova challenged Matt Hardy for the Interontinental Championship. The match was extremely even, but in the end Nova had the match all wrapped up, but Matt decided to play it safe and get himself DQ'ed in order to keep his title. Expect Nova to be out for revenge soon.

Also on Raw, Raven put his Hardcore title on the line against Steven Richards. Though, in the middle of the match, Al Snow made an impact and knocked out both men! What was the purpose of this? Stay tuned for Raw to find out.

Raven def. Steven Richards to defend the Hardcore title at 11:24

Shawn Michaels def. Batista in an advancement match at 12:32

Nova def. the Intercontinental Champion, Matt Hardy via DQ at 17:03

Big Show def. Rob Van Dam in an advancement match at 05:32

Triple H def. The Rock in an advancement match at 19:12
