Downloadable Games

I'm talking 'big' games, like GunZ style well known, but not commercial and not pay for, just something you can get really into and at times just play spur of the moment. Any help?

Instead of making a new topic, I'll just post here. I've always been interested in those nation run sims. Can't seem to find a good one, I don't want an online one. Anyone know of any around that genre classification?

I know it's not download, but buy Republic: Revolution, it's only about £5 in GAME (Y)

Republic is about a political Revolution in a former Soviet republic but it's not in Russian...

I found this site that has a lot of downloadable games (all guaranteed to be free and free of spyware by the site.). A lot of the games are worth checking out when you have time.
