The game is the shit, though I got the PC version and it freezes every time I get to the Heaven & Hell mission.

I just rented it yesterday, it is pretty awesome. I'm only on the third level, but the opera one was fantastic.

I'm hating using the syringes though, the victim almost always manages to run off

I love it, I'm just playing through not really worrying about my scores at the moment, although once I've completed the game I'm going to go through and try to get Silent Assassin on each level.

Loving the 'accidental' kills as well, my favourite was the opera mission - replacing the replica gun with a real one to kill the actor then dropping a chandelier on the other target when he runs down was awesome.

I've got it for the 360. Just done the Casino level (taking out the Arabs or whatever) which is level 8 or 9 I think. The wedding reception level was by far the easiest. Too easy in fact, it only took 4 minutes to get through and get a Silent Assassin rating.

Just wondering, should I use the bit of money I have left and buy this thing, or should I continue saving up to buy NCAA and Madden when they come out?

Buy, definately. There's so many ways to kill each target there's way too much stuff for a rental.

I didn't realize this was only $40. I've got 65 right now so I guess I can go ahead and buy it, I loved the other hitman games but never got around to buying them, they were always a rent thing to me.

I'd say it's the best of the series so far. The whole "accidents" aspect is very cool, giving you a new way to look at killing the targets. I've completed most levels so far without firing a shot.

Then again, calmly walking from room to room, silenced ballers in hand, putting a bullet between the eyes of everyone you see is equally cool.

I got it on the day of release and I'm glad I did, it's fantastic. I got up to the boat level, but somehow managed to overwrite my profile creating a new one . So I'm going back through it now, trying to get Silent Assassin ranks on all of the missions I've already played. Managed to get them for both the vineyard and opera missions so far. I'm close at getting a SA for the rehab clinic one too since I've discovered a new way to go about it.

Yeah, awesome game, recommend it to everyone.

Boy am I glad I bought this. I just beat the Opera level, which I personally found hard due to the fact that I always wanted to basically snipe out the 2nd guy to kill. I absolutely LOVE this game so far. Great buy

After reading this topic, I'm going to have to go buy this.

I loved the first game, but then I never got the second one, I'll be getting back unto the series with this.

I'd rather not spend some money right now, so maybe I'll trade in.

I downloaded the demo onto my 360, and it was great. But not something I'd buy. Too much creeping around and stuff. I'd prefer just to shoot everyone, because it's simpler, faster and easier.

Tom Clancy games also get this treatment from me. But at least you can get shot in Hitman and not die like those shitty games.

Well I have to go to Future Shop to pick up new headphones today so I might as well pick this up since I fucking loved the second one. Could never get silent assasin though, I just liked shooting stuff.

Problem with that on this one (especially the later difficulty levels) is that if you leave to many witnesses, caught on camera, make a disturbance etc. it affects your notoriety rating, so you'll be recognised in later levels.

I loved the Silent Assassin version on the PS2...I'm definitely gonna get this soon!
