Yeh. So, i just finished watching this movie about an hour ago and i just love it so much. It's hillarious and makes you think. Also makes me appreciate Jude Law as an actor more than i thought i could.

Anybody seen this movie ? Anybody who hasn't ? Go buy it on dvd... Fucking now.

This movie needs to die. I've seen it twice, I say that but, well I've seen the middle & end. In reverse order.

I have no fucking clue what it's about, or what's going on.

The worst part, it looks reaaally good. I just need to see it all, in one go.

I really, really like this movie. It's so mock-pretentious and over-the-top that I can't help but love it. Mark Whalberg and Jason Schwartzman are awesome in it.

I thought it'd be good with the cast, but I found myself wanting to stop watching it. I finished it, but didn't think all that highly of it.

It's probably my least favorite David Russell movie but it's still pretty good.

Really? What didn't you get? I thought they pretty much did a cop-out ending and pretty much explained the entire idea behind the movie. Or maybe I just misinterpretted what you didn't get.

I thought it was a great movie. Great cast and great script.

I enjoyed it. It was just mock-pretentious and absurdist enough to work, even if it wasn't great or anything. Like, on a scale of one to ten it's maybe a seven.

Of course, I saw it two years ago and probably couldn't hope to explain it now, so.

I don't know. I just had people telling me how funny and brilliant it was so I watched it and I just didn't get it. It made little sense and wasn't funny at all.

I'd give about the same grade GoGo gave for it. I love that they'd go into pretentious ideas and then have such ridiculous scenes as the Jason Schwartzmann-Isabelle Huppert mud sex scene to remind you that it's meant in mockery.

As for David O. Russell films, out of the two I've seen, I'd put it and Flirting With Disaster on a pretty equal level. I love that Russell is an absurdist but does have a point to his madness.
