The opening to James Gang's "Funk #49", right before the vocals start.

The whole guitar thing on Neil Young's "Harvest Moon" is awesome. A nice little folk line.

The opening solo on moe.'s "32 Things". It's short, but awesome.

Led Zeppelin's "Over the Hills and Far Away" is good the whole way through.

Keller Williams has some good ones, most notably on "Freeker by the Speaker" and "Eyes of the World".

The guitar in Fleetwood Mac's "Oh Well" is also damn good.

I've always been a fan of the Pearl Jam - Alive solo. Also, Alice in Chains - Man in the Box has some nice licks.

Iron Maiden has more than I care to list. Fear of the Dark is one of my favorites, just because it's one of the first I really liked.

Extreme - Cupid's Dead. It's a fun song.

Yeah, there's tons of great riffs out there... it's important to learn the whole song though, when you're learning guitar.
