Two Pints Of Lager

Two Pints is fucking awful, usually, but last nights episode was the funniest thing I've seen in a long time.

"You're my girl, you're my biscuit, I'll go say it again 'case you missed it"

I don't usually watch it, but I enjoy it when I do.

The 'biscuits' rap was frickin' hilarious.

Damn, ICW beat me to it....

I usually like Two Pints, not as much as Coupling (mum and dad watch TV that time so I can't catch new eps) but I found the musical ep not as funny. APART from the biscuit rap, that was the highlight.

Yes Jeff Murdoch was funny, but there are still other funny characters, plus Sally and Patrick are now together! I can't wait to see Series Four because it's still Stephen Moffat that's writing - that's the main thing.

Coupling's my favourite comedy at the moment - Jeff is my favourite character, but so was Sally - and I'm going to give it a chance.

P.S: Dead Ringers also rules. That show is so bloody funny...

2pints is only worth watching for Ralph Little, who is great. I've seen the musical one before though, and t'was a bit crude for my tastes.

Didn't help that I was watching it at my gf's house while her dad was in the room.

Two Pints Of Lager is the one set in a Liverpool hotel, right?

Edit: Or is that Time Gentlemen, Please?

Whichever one it is, that one pwns.

Time Gentlemen Please is set in a London pub.

Two Pints is set, erm, somewhere random and urban, as far as I know.

Never heard of one in a Liverpool hotel. In fact, the only hotel one I can think of is Fawlty Towers, which obviously isn't it.

Best bit from Two Pints ever was when Johnny (Ralf Little) finds his gf's Dad cheating on her Mum, but covers it by saying he was a crossdresser.

Dad : "I'm a brickie by day.....and by night.............I'm a woman"

Johnny : "And what do you call yourself?"

*Dad lunges at Johnny*

Girlfriend : "Oh, I love you, you big pervert!"

Two Pints is set in Runcorn.

This series is quite good actually after watching it all on BBC3 but the Biscuit Rap was the only good part of the whole episode IMO, the series does get better.

Didn't also keep making Trevor Jordash references as well?
