A major improvement over 1.2e. There are a lot of new features and with more stipulations, angles, and stats updates, this could be really good. Maybe we could even see the return of RXPW ...

Yeah, he died while on tour with All Japan in late 2003/early 2004. I believe La Parka and NOSAWA had gone to his room and found him dead.

You need to extract the .rar file. In there is the Promtion Wars 1.3 .exe file which will run the game. That setup file in the .rar must be something that gives you neccesary VB files if you don't have them.

As for the game, "The value of the GWF Cruiserweight title is good"

There's a few updates have come out since 1.3 to fix bugs, etc.
