Don't be a jerk.  The show is ending with King Aegon VI with his Kingsguard of Eddison Tollett, Grey Worm, Beric Dondarrion, Theon Greyjoy, Jamie Lannister, Brienne of Tarth & Podrick Payne.  Davos will be Hand of the King.  Bronn will get Castamere, Sam will became Grand Master.  Tyrion Master of Coin.  Varys Master of Whispers.  Tormund will become Lord of the Wildlings or something.

I am only slightly kidding. I really want Davos to survive. And I could very well see Samwell alive at the end.

Beric definitely ain't living. Dude literally dies all the time. His whole thing is dying. Varys was told he'd die in this weird land. 

Everytime I think Tormund is going to die, he lives so they may want to keep him around. I think Bronn dies. Edd either makes it alive as the Lord Commander or he dies so someone else has it by the end of the series.

The only person I care about is Jaime, and, yeah, he dead, so cie la vie. Maybe Yara makes it out somehow.

S8 episode lengths out. Season premiere is shortest at 54 minutes. S8E3 (all but confirmed to be the Battle of Winterfell) is an hour. Last two episodes (including series finalie) are 80 minutes each.
