Just beat the arcade version of MKI. If I had been in an arcade I'd have spent about 15 bucks and 12 of it would have been on Goro and Shang Tsung. MKII is staying unbeaten because the AI is so broken you can barely get out of the first fight and MKIII is staying unbeaten because arcade Motaro is impossible.

I didn't know how bad the new Street Fighter was until just now. They have released their "Season 3" DLC characters, and two of them are Sagat and Blanka. How the fuck are Sagat and Blanka not default characters? Who honestly paid money for that shit when they are making you pay extra for two of the series' most recognizable characters THREE SEASONS IN?

And Yakuza 0 is now beat! Now, of my backlog, only Shadow Of War remains! (Although, I haven't touched it in like...a month and a half. I went hard on Divinity + Yakuza)

I also picked up Alien Isolation for like $5 as well. I should play that too. And do my second playthrough of Nier.

Mortal Kombat thought: In the lore is there something special about Johnny Cage? He seems to have his own supernatural attacks and it feels odd that a washed up movie star can compete with magical demon ninjas and 8 foot tall multi-limbed monsters. Like, if you gave me a brief idea of the original MK characters and asked me to write a story around them then Johnny would be a Mr.Satan type figure. Loud, proud and popular the world over but a pissant compared to the "real" fighters with zero abilities outside advanced normal person martial arts. Instead he can beat all these mystical magical characters and has his shadow moves.
