40. Ogre Battle 64 (N64)

A game with certainly no equal on the N64, Ogre Battle 64 came out in 2000 above many gamers' heads. However, with a devoted fanbase, OB64 has gained status as one of the system's top underrated titles and possibly its only good RPG.

39. Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars (SNES)

Released in the final days of the SNES, Super Mario RPG represented a bittersweet time for Nintendo. The game was an excellent collaboration between Nintendo and famed RPG giant Squaresoft and proved to give a great RPG experience for gamers, as most Square games usually are. Unfortunately for Nintendo, it would be the last Square game on a Nintendo console until 2004's Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles for the Nintendo Gamecube.

38. Fallout (PC)

A classic that has made PC fans (as well as X-Play's Adam Sessler) happy for years, Fallout centers on a nuclear holocaustal United States and your quest to search for survivors. The game was a very different RPG compared to most RPGs, which usually went to fantasy realms for inspiration. Its sequel, Fallout 2, also has made a massive impact on the PC RPG world.

37. WWF Smackdown (PS1)

In the midst of the Attitude era, almost every good wrestling game franchise had been put on the N64 and the only good wrestling games on PS1 were the hard to master Acclaim WWF games. In 2000, though, the Playstation's biggest and best wrestling series arrived to end the rest and finally give Playstation buyers the game they had been missing. The series now has five titles and will gain a new one with the upcoming Smackdown vs. RAW this November in the US (December in Europe).

36. Age of Empires II: The Age of Kings (PC)

When it comes to RTS games, a few franchises are supreme. The Age of Empires series is definitely one of them. This installment adds even more dazzling graphics and hours of gameplay that will suit any history buff (or evil emperical ruler) just fine.

35. Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles IV: Turtles In Time (SNES)

When one thinks of TMNT, the, of course, remember the classic TV shows and remember the games as well. The games proved solid due to Konami actually being interested in making a solid game and using the arcade-style gameplay to their advantage. This game is also a testament to the turtles' enduring popularity, even today.

Is there any reason that you're releasing these one at a time? Really doesn't seem practical.

Anyway, so far the list has been good, just would like to see it go a little faster to put it into perspective.
