Paranoid is definitely their hit, even bigger than Iron Man. My personal favorite songs are Sweet Leaf, Electric Funeral, and Rat Salad. To be honest, you can't go wrong with Black Sabbath.

It's a safe bet to just buy the "Paranoid" album. I got it for like 6 bucks fairly recently, and it has Paranoid (obviously), Iron Man, War Pigs, and Electric Funeral... although the entire album is awesome, and well worth thrice the dollar amount.

I prefer Sabbath Bloody Sabbath myself as far as the albums go.

Sabbath Bloody Sabbath, A National Acrobat, Sabbra Cadabra, and the awesome Killing Yourself To Live all appear on it.
