Dizzee Rascal - Showtime

Just bought it with my first wages from my new job. It is currently blowing me away. The production is so varied, layered and adventurous, I think I'm in love with this CD. Anyone else have it? Stand out tracks at the moment are Stand Up Tall, Graftin', Respect Me, Imagine, Fickle and Flyin'.

I also bought the Razorlight and new Libertines albums, pretty decent also...

I've never got the Dizzee thing...just not my type of music.

Razorlight's album sounds 10 times better after seeing them live.

Libertines new album is disappointing, it's alright though.

The beat for Stand Up Tall is funky, but his lyrics are trash and his voice is quite annoying.

The album is pretty much crap compared to his first. It's not that he's not good, it's just he has done so much better.

Agreed. Kanye is the only hope for mainstream rap now. Dizzee is a stupid wanker, so much talent as well. Whhhhhhhhy.

I dont really like Dizzee Rascal, just beacuse of the horrible accent. I can barely understand what the hell he is saying. I dont understand the fasanation with the Libertines either, as I listened to them and have heard much better bands.
