No, what I tried to say is that WCW had the TV deal but 0 money and public image was 1% Global in the January 2001 update and in March they went out of business. The same thing is with TNA now.

Without a TV deal you're dead and ECW & WCW know that. Look at the scenario from January 2001 where WCW has 0 money and public image is at 1% Global I think.
