  1. 1. Bought it this evening and already banged out two episodes

    2. Yes

    3. Good question. Tomacco maybe?

    4. Very hard to narrow down to one. So here are my top five, in no particular order:

    Last Exit to Springfield

    Homer at the Bat

    Deep Space Homer

    A Street Car Named Marge

    A Fish Called Selma

  2. Tobias: As you may or may not know, Lindsay and I have hit a bit of a rough patch.

Michael: Really? When did that start?

Tobias: Well, I don't want to blame it all on 9/11, but it certainly didn't help.

This show was so different and hilarious that there was no way it would ever last in America. I think one of the big problems was just how Fox promoted the show. None of the previews ever fully conveyed exactly what the show was like to watch. Moreover, AD really rewarded their long-time viewers with various in-jokes/recurring jokes that would not appeal to someone who hadn't kept up with the show. Also, as the quote above demonstrates, AD was not afraid to make jokes that might be considered offensive or taboo to many people (the recurring kissing cousins, gay humor with Tobias, etc). It's a damn shame, this show is/was excellent.

Tobias: You know, Lindsay, as a therapist, I have advised a number of couples to explore an open relationship where the couple remains emotionally committed, but free to explore extra-marital encounters.

Lindsay: Well, did it work for those people?

Tobias: No, it never does. I mean, these people somehow delude themselves into thinking it might, but...but it might work for us.

  3. 1) Kingpin

    2) Dumb and Dumber

    3) This is Spinal Tap

    4) The Big Lebowski

    5) The Blues Brothers

    6) Animal House

    7) Rushmore

    8) Groundhog Day (IMO, one of the most underrated films of the last 20 years)

    9) The Naked Gun

    10) Zoolander

Obviously there are other movies that may shift on and off the list, but these were the first 10 that came to me.

  4. The Godfather

    The Godfather Pt. 2

    Goodfellas

    Field of Dreams

    This is Spinal Tap

    Grosse Pointe Blank

    Pulp Fiction

    Rushmore

    Wet Hot American Summer

    Groundhog Day

    Kingpin

A few more comedies than most people, but I feel each of them brings something unique to the table.

I also must give BlackFlagg some props for mentioning Pump Up the Volume. It wouldnt be on my must-see list but that's one underrated flick. Great pick.

  5. I think we all know it's the return of Adam!

Honestly, it could be anyone. For a comic though, I'd expect them to go with something that has the potential to be something huge and detailed that they couldn't quite pull off on television. The First seems like the most logical choice there.

  6. There are only two names that come to mind when thinking of great enemies.

    1. The Master -- Of course, he was taken out by one slayer, but what if he reached his max power as was alluded to in the Wish episode.

    2. Glory -- Glory was never officially killed, just Ben. I'm thinking a god could definitely go toe to toe with an army.

The Master wouldn't be able to come back due to Buffy taking a sledgehammer to his skeleton. They've already done the whole "Master come back" thing and it was stopped before it happened.

The point was that Glory would die if Ben was ever killed. This was explained in the show with Xander sayign soemthing like "We can kill Ben, right? We can kill an ordinary guy. I mean, I know he's an innocent, but he's not Dawn innocent."
