When Spurs signed him he only had 6 months left on his contract hence the low fee, he's still contracted to Spurs for a few more years hence why Everton had to pay more to get him back.

As someone with a long family history in social services everything I read pointed to it being covered over by the offenders and the chicken assistant manager. With the previous experience mentioned I think it's an awful thing to label anyone as a child abuser or a child abuser abet-er without sufficient evidence. Iv'e looked at the case and I feel the main responsibility rests on the university officials who were told what happened and did nothing, they are the real cowards. Although JoePa could have done alot better he did report to Uni officials and to damn an old dieing man just seems wrong to me.
Edit: Being old and dieing doesn't absolve anyone of their mistakes, but on reflection I just don't think JoePa would cover for pedophiles etc as a long beloved personality, and if it comes to pass that he did then I have no problem admitting im wrong.

Yes it sucks that a man will now be loved and cherished when the truth is he aided and abetted a man who was fucking children due to his lack of backbone. I'm sure all of their families are crying over the terrible loss.

Forgetting what mistakes he did or didn't make it's important he's remembered as a top coach and more important a good man. It almost echos Jock Stein in that a pedophile was on his staff, and it's always used against him.

Michael Jordan is probably as close as we get in the U.S. I would wager there are fans of Cleveland, Utah, Seattle, Indiana, and New York who despise just because he prevented all of them from possibly winning a title. I mean you have names like Babe Ruth, Lou Gehrig, and Ted Williams who are adored decades after they played but because nobody was alive at the same time as them (sans Ted) there's such a challenge in calling them loved.
Muhammad Ali deserves a nod but like Federer/Nadal and Borg/McEnroe there's a segment of the population who rooted for his rival.
I imagine there are many out there who dislike Ali because some of his actions towards Joe Frazier were those of a complete cunt.

Giles was player-manager of both Ireland and West Brom, he managed a team back here aswell for a few years, he spend some time coaching in the US and Canada aswell I think, don't think he's done out since the mid 80's though.

With a reasonably in-date update, I've started playing as LA Galaxy (with Beckham). I'm top of the Western League. The MLS is confusing, and I'm waiting to see what happens with the draft thing.

I think Krasner said that Morris and Revie (along with possibily Pearson) may join forces to make a super consortium. That would be a good short term option but I'd question their long term ambitions significantly. I'd like to see us go Redbus route, seems the safest bet. Other thing I found out is we can't negoicate sponsorships in administration, so we may do a Barca and play without one

So i'm playing as Shelbourne and unfortunately only finished 2nd behind Gareth7's own Derry City. Mostly down to the fact that I CANNOT beat teams playing gay 4-5-1 variations. I swear I could be Man U and still lose to a Conference team playing it. I should probably try to shake off the mindset that because I am league leader I shouldn't have to revert my style to try and outdo some lower placed team who is using that formation.
But more importantly I have to deal with around 750k worth of debt since the game is no help whatsoever. We're spending what on 'Other'? 800k? What could we possibly be spending 800k on that is so unimportant that it doesn't require more explination and can get away with being filed away as a miscelaneous expense? 800k is a lot of money for any club, let alone one playing in a pissant league like this one.
Fuck this game, give me some accountants or something please. A football manager shouldn't have to worry about how 800k has slipped through the cracks of the club.

I'm really enjoying this diary, it's different from most other things in the dome and uses a great incorporation of old school workers and modern day styles. I especially like the idea of a Funk led NWA faction taking on Heyman's extreme faction as that could turn out to be gold. I also like the different collections of workers you use, from Sandman to Steele and from Cole to West, some of the workers you use are not really used all the often in other diaries, people like Demolition and Slaughter etc and that only makes the diary better.

I really like where your going with Mikey, I don't know if he was still doing the "scared and timid" gimmick at this stage but it was always the Mikey Whipwreck I liked best, having him pin the Franchise was a great way to build up the PPV as well.
The Dreamer-Gordy thing is going well, I always liked Gordy and Dreamer is one of my all time faves.
The Steve Corino character is probably my favourite thing about this diary right now, what you are doing with him is great and I hope he goes over New Jack. The perfect person for him to fued with would be Terry Funk IMO as he was hardcore and old school at the same time.
The only problem I have with the diary at the minute is how your presenting the bWo as glorified jobbers when they were much more than that. Stevie was near a main event push around the time he left and I really hope your going somewhere with this thing with Rhino, that doesn't leave them looking like total jobbers.
Again don't get discouraged, people are always reading it's clear you enjoy the diary by the regularity of your updates etc, so just stick it at and more people will leave feedback eventually. (Y)

I have been reading this diary from the start and decided to drop some feedback.
The backstage segments are ok, a little unrealistic but they work ok for what your trying to achieve.
One problem I have is the way your using Sid, it's not that I particularly like the guy but his fee was so huge that the money wouldn't be wasted on using him as a ref and I doubt he would job to Chris Candido
The show on UPN is good, hopefully will lead to more angles etc
I like how you put Storm over, i hope he gets a decent push as he has always been one of my favourites.
I also think you should use Simon Diamond more, and maybe give his talk show a name, pretty good so far but there is always room for Improvement

Your showing good promise in this diary, writing matches is always hard at first but your doing pretty well.
I'm guessing this Stacy chick is Stacy Keibler, either i'm a genuis or completely wrong, either way its all good.
I like the edition of Terry Gordy, something origional and works in well protecting the Heel Douglas.
I like the way your writing the F.B.I especially, keep up the good work man, i'm looking forward to that horribly titled show
