  1. Real minor, but you're missing the last couple NJPW World Tag League winners. The current linage is missing...

World Tag League    2014    Hirooki Goto and Katsuyori Shibata
World Tag League    2015    Togi Makabe and Tomoaki Honma

    EDIT

Now that I'm looking at it, all the NJPW toruney's need a lookie-loo.

  2. My suggestion is that male workers, with a few exceptions, should have an upper limit somewhere between 50 and 80, since most male wrestlers' attractiveness isn't their key selling point.

thats a fair point, its something i havent worked on in a long time, so i will tidy it up

That's the one stat I really hope changes (or even vanishes) with TEW'13... "attractiveness" is such a strange thing to apply to wrestlers, and honestly mostly apply's to female talent (in sports entertainment promotions at the very least)... when was the last time a male worker in ANY fed was pushed because he was hot? Just a strange stat to have to parse out for mod makers. Such a weird hobby, these games, having to sit there and honestly think. "How good looking is The Undertaker... ?"

  3. Nobody in the indies outside maybe Cabana deserves a shot in WWE more than Sara Del Rey. Honestly... between Kharma, Beth, Natty and now Sara? The WWE ladies division might actually have a glimmer of hope to gel into something worth watching. Really excited to see Del Rey in a WWE ring. As for PAC he's one of the few indie guys I like that I won't be butt hurt to see spend some real time down in Florida. Dude looks like a million bucks and can pull off some serious crowd popping shit in the ring. If the FCW team could inject a little personality into the man (ala Seth Rollins) he could be a real asset to WWE.

Good stuff. Looks like Triple H might not be as terrible as head of talent development as previously figured...

  4. ROH Best in The World Spoilers:

    - Kenny King and Rhett Titus are the new ROH World Tag Team Champions.

    - Add The Headbangers [Thrasher and Mosh] to ROH as a tag team called "The Guardians of Truth", put them in the House of Truth stable. Call them Guardian #1 and Guardian #2 respectively.

First spoiler, good for them. But still meh.

    Second spoiler, eww...

What the devil is going on with ROH? Weird show the other night.

  5. I know its a mouth full, but..

With Adam recently announcing TEW 08, this friggin' thing would make a dynamite scenario for when that puppy debuts.

It's an undertaking, but whoever would undertaker it, they'd have six whole months to work on it. (write the bunk of it in TEW 07 and convert it later)

Any way, just tossin' that out there for someone far more motivated than me. Heh.

  6. Rhapsody - The Flames Of Revenge

    Blind Guardian - Fly

Led Zeppelin - Going To California

    Pink Floyd - Arnold Layne

    Metallica - Human (Live)

    Iced Earth - Dante's Inferno

    Queen - Bohemian Rhapsody

    Slayer - Dittohead

Bruce Dickinson - 1,000 Points Of Light

Megadeth - Set The World Afire

  7. It's nothing ground breaking, and yeah the story itself sort of paints the game into a corner in terms of how far it can grow.. but damn it all, this is one awesome MMO. Solid as solid can be with fun and well written quests and a very cool crafting system. Myself and a bunch of my friends started playing as a time killer as we wait for Age of Conan: Hyborian Adventures to be released (I know, we have one hell of a wait) and we've found LOTRO to be a great little game. Lord of the Rings Online was the perfect game for a bunch of burnt out former WOW addicts.

Anyone else tried LOTRO as ended up as pleasantly surprised as I did?

  8. Some people take diary writing way to seriously.. when I look at this diary I see a well written, fun diary. He takes, what Dukes above mentioned as a "typical TNA diary" and made it into one of the best reads on the board through great storytelling and a fun twist in the whole "looking back" gimmick. No it's not a damn book, Jesus, he's basing it off the "Death of WCW" book that came out years ago, that's the gimmick behind the diary.. a look back on the fall of WWE. Der. Misanthrope, you've put together a fantastic diary, don't let the "EWB elite" tell you any different. Keep up the awesome work.

Anyway.. on to the next few PPV's.

World X Cup Ultimate X Final: Teddy Hart (Canada) vs. Mistico (Mexico) vs. Bryan Danielson (USA)

AmDrag picks up the win for Team USA, I see him climbing the card and working his way into the main event sooner rather than later.

Sean O'Haire vs. Abyss vs. Raven in Monster's Ball VI

Abyss is a TNA lifer, one of their signiture talents.. O'Haire is fly by night, Raven is old.. Abyss picks up the clean.. bloody as fuck.. win.

Team 3D vs. Avatar & Bane

I have a funny feeling the new kids on the block are going to get a bit of an upset win in this one.. and it'll be looked at as way to soon and a bad move by the booking team.

Nicho El Millionaro © vs. Rob Van Dam for the X-Division Title

RVD picks up the strap and goes on a run to rival that of his old ECW TV title run from back in the day, becoming the tentpole talent of the X Division.

Carlos Colon © vs. Chris Jericho vs. Christian Cage for the TNA World Heavyweight Title

Again, no way does Carly drop the strap so soon.. me thinks Colon versus someone who says 'Wooo' at the next PPV..

Gauntlet for Gold to decide a #1 contender

Confirmed participants include: Samoa Joe, Sonjay Dutt, Homicide, Rhino, Kurt Angle, AJ Styles, Bob Backlund, and someone who goes 'Woo'

    See above comment.

    ---------------------------------------

Brock Lesnar & Edge vs. The Hardy Boyz vs. The New Age Outlaws in a TLC match for the WWE Tag Titles

Gotta' love the token WWE "two random main eventers holding tag titles" gimmick.

    Scott Hall vs. Kane

Scott Hall seems to be coming back hot and reayd to go.. a win over someone like Kane will cement that fact.

Rey Mysterio vs. X-Pac for the WWE United States title

The dirty win, Credible or someone like that runs in and helps with the win.

Mr. Kennedy vs. Lashley for the WWE Intercontinental Title

Both have main evet written all over them.. but Kennedy could use the title reign more.

Chris Masters vs. Tommy Dreamer in Extreme Rulez for the ECW World Heavyweight Title

Nothing says ECW like a roided up pretty boy.. am I right?

Randy Orton vs. Triple H for the World Heavyweight Title

Triple H and Co. est. 1992 "Holdin' people down for over a decade!"

The Rock vs. John Cena for the WWE Heavyweight Title

Total heel turn for Cena, please. I'd love to see Cena go ape shit and bloody Rock all to hell post match, just Cena going absolutly out of his mind.

  9. I love it.. I love how different each WWE show is, Raw being the flagship with Rock and Cena at the helm with stand outs like Punk, James Storm and Kennedy. ECW morphing into a great throw back to old school ECW, I love the pushes of Cliff Compton and Goldust, very cool.. the Dreamer / Masters feud is also something I want to see more of. Smackdown is so the Triple H show.. all it needs now is HBK and Nash and you have a Clique reunion on your hands. TNA is rocking hard, Danielson versus Burchill makes my pubes tingle.. I'd kill to see Homicide or Joe versus Burchill, that'd be seriously off the charts. I really want to see more of Carly Colon's personality, dude needs WAY more screen time to really cement himself as a nasty heel champion. Also like RVD moving down the card a bit and getting involved in the X Division, good booking right there.

Amazing diary, love every second of it.

  10. Holy shit!

Burchill AND PAC in the X Division?

Also nice touch on Solo, didn't think that by controversy you ment having an affair with Linda.

Actually, Solo is Deuce, I believe - Domino is the one knocking boots with Linda.

  11. The last big with Orton was priceless.. but this had me laughing harder for some reason.

Dusty Rhodes: The newetht th-upathtah’ to come to Tuethday Nighth ith gonna put good ol’ Bobbay Lathley up on the top uh’ the mapth, if you weeeeell….

Dave Lagana: Dusty, man, it’s fine if you want to stop talking in that voice now…

Dusty Rhodes: Whatcha’ mean, Tonay Schiaaaavonay??

Dave Lagana: I’ve been telling you for the last year now, my name is DAVE!

  12. Let me just say first, I just spent all afternoon farting off at work reading this masterpiece.. amazing work, man.

Nicho El Millionaro © vs. Sonjay Dutt in a Ladder Match for the X-Division Title

I'm not totally feeling the picks for Nash's stable, but Nicho (when he's not stealing cars) Joey (when not sticking a needle in his butt) and Kidman (when motivated) are all solid veteran talents. Nicho will retain with help from Nash and Next Gen X.

The Steiner Brothers © vs. LAX vs. Team 3D vs. Motor City Machine Guns in Tag Mayhem for the TNA Tag Titles

Shelley and Sabin for sure, they're such a cool team, and make for amazing heels. Shelley is such a talented mat tech that the two of them can easily hang with non X stars (like in this very match for example) I say M.C.M.G.'s take the straps and hold them for a nice looong while. I'd kill to see Joe nad Danielson versus these two, maybe a little mini feud over the tag straps.

    Abyss vs. Sean O'Haire

Abyss needs to get a little heat back, unless you plan on letting him go.. which would be a silly indea in my opinion, the dude is awesome.

    AJ Styles vs. Kurt Angle

Personally I'd give the win to AJ, face of heel the dude is the heart of TNA.. but Angle went down for 'Cide on Impact and was more or less promised to come out big at the end of this feud, which is fine.

Homicide vs. Samoa Joe in an 30 Minute Iron Man match

Joe is the future of TNA, I call another MOTY, showstopping, out of this world match with Joe standing tall after all sorts of insane run ins from Konnan and the rest of LAX.

Sting vs. Christopher Daniels in an 'I Quit', Loser Leaves TNA Forever match

I see Daniels winning the actual match, but Sting getting the moral victory afterwards, freeing his daughter. The match stip giving Sting a break from TNA for a while, and Daniels to move on to bigger and better things.. like the main event.

Carlos Colon © vs. Rhino in a Steel Cage for the TNA World Heavyweight Title

No way in hell does Carly give up the strap yet.. I call a dirty victory over Rhino, and this feud evolving a little, and continuing.

Chris Jericho and Rob Van Dam vs. Christian Cage & Tomko

No way do these two debut on PPV and come away with a loss.. but it'd be a good way to keep the fans on their toes if things went the other way.. either way it'll be a surprise show stealer.

    ----------------------------------------------------------------

    Kevin Thorn vs. Charlie Haas

From what little you've said about Thorn, he has big things in store for him.

    Val Venis vs. Viscera

    Winner.. Val.. loser.. us.

MVP © vs. Jim Duggan for the United States Title

MVP clean and nasty.. a star (and company man) in the making.

Melina © vs. Michelle McCool vs. Candice Michelle vs. Maria for the WWE Women's Title

    Because she's hot.

Santino Marella © vs. Paul London for the WWE Intercontinental Title

The rise of Paul London as a star, and Marella fades into the "Who?" history books.

The Hardy Boyz © vs. The Highlanders for the World Tag Titles

Easy call, champs retain.. and I'd imagine split up and feud down the line somewhere.. it always happens eventually.

The Great Khali © vs. Triple H for the WWE Title

The Game.. WWE Jesus. Trips drives the giant's face into the mat and saves the WWE title.. and possibly WWE itself.

Bobby Lashley © vs. William Regal for the ECW World Heavyweight Title

Lashley retains, but Regal cements himself as WWE's go to guy, a true main event player.

Brock Lesnar © vs. The Undertaker for the World Heavyweight Title

Total DQ, I can see the scene as the PPV goes off the iar.. a bloody and shocked Lesnar crawling up the ramp, looking back towards the ring at an equally bloody Taker standing tall, his eyes rolled back in his head. Lesnar having thrown everything he had at the Deadman and him still standing tall.. Heyman having to get his client DQ'ed to keep the gold.

Wow.. I'm marking harder for WWE in this diary than I am TNA, lol..

I've always been a fan of the underdog.

Anyway, keep up the good work, I'll be reading.
