  1. Just a couple of suggestions/comments:

Any reason for the white border around the edge? Just seems odd and out of place.

I assume the tag with the background image in it has been set to have the height of the background image? If you get rid of the "height" tag, then the entire page won't be scrollable past the point it actually needs to be.

Also, maybe put some padding at the top of the yellow bar with the copyright info in? To centralize it a bit more.

Apart from that, good job. Tis a nice site.

  2. Star Wars Episode III: I've been watching the other episodes again along with a mate of mine who's never seen Star Wars before, so I've watched I and II again fairly recently. I wholeheartedly recommend to everyone to do that at some point, when you have a bit of free time, because really, they are not as bad as everyone makes them out to be. I felt legitimately gutted during Anakin's turn to the Dark Side, whereas last time I saw it I merely thought "cool". Much better on this viewing, 8.9/10.

  3. I think I've mainly stuck with it for a few reasons. I'm used to the world, so it's almost disappointing to go back to new games. Also, things generally seem to have gone well for me, a couple of cup wins and things, so it's a lot harder to get annoyed when you win stuff.

Plus I generally have it on in the background along with the net or whatever, so it's just a case of tapping space and messing with tactics when I hit a bad run of form. Means I don't find it as bad.

  4. So, I am in 2022 (I know.) as Leeds, and I finished fourth at the end of the season. However, the real achievement was two games before the end, when I was the team to send Man Utd down. Over the years a combination of no title wins and debts have destroyed them essentially.

The start of the next season has gone well, 3 in 3. One of which is a 3-1 victory away at the Bernebau in the Champions League 3rd Qualifying Round.

  5. Is Dark Victory the natural progression having read Year One, Man Who Laughs and Long Halloween? (I've also read The Killing Joke too)

Or are there other Batbooks in Year One and Two worth reading?

Also, I want to complement the Brubaker Capt. Americas, I'm up to the end of Red Menace thus far. Also Magneto: Testament, but I'm LTTP with that.

  6. The real disappointment of this movie for me is that I couldn't see it in the cinema, due to the age rating. The Blu-Ray cannot come out fast enough.

That said, it was excellent and I loved it so much. The marker for superhero movies for me is The Dark Knight, and I currently think this might have been as good. I need to watch it properly, but I wouldn't be surprised when I can see all the little details that I find I like it more, which just shows how awesomely I rate this movie.

  7. Got four clips from the movie below:

    http://www.thesun.co.uk/sol/homepage/showb...icle2246642.ece (Fire Rescue)

    http://www.totalfilm.com/news/world-exclusive-watchmen-clip (Police Riots)

    http://www.comcast.net/entertainment/reeln...vewatchmenclip/ (Rorschach and Dan)

http://video.msn.com/video.aspx/?mkt=en-us...rom=&fg=rss (Veidt and Dan having a conversation)

Couple of early reviews out first, most good. Wil Wheaton's is probably the best one for lack of spoilers and obvious enthusiasm for the movie/book.

  8. Has anyone used Marvel Digital Comics and is it any good? I'm considering using it for pure necessity to read stuff I wouldn't buy TPBs of otherwise, and just get TPBs of stuff I really want, especially since I'm so behind the times with comics.

Another note: X-Men Noir #1 is excellent and I'm gonna get the guys at my local shop to track the others down.

  9. So, I've recently finished Ultimate Spiderman Volume 6, and I'm enjoying the series tremendously. Ordered The Watchmen last night, as I really want to see what all of the hype is about.

However, I think the book I've enjoyed the most is The Killing Joke. I'm thinking of buying Batman: Year One, but can anyone recommend any other huge Batman Graphic Novels that are must buy? Really, any graphic novels at all as I'm very much a noob when it comes to Comics.

Oh, also for anyone who's read it, is the MGS Graphic Novel decent? I only gave it a flick through last time I saw it.
