Being that I am late to many show either fad's and/or popularity, and I just grew attraction to this show this last week, and thanks in part to the DVD purchases and online resources, I am very thankful I caught on. And due in part to their not being any other topics here, atleast to my knowledge, I hope we can get some discussion about the show.
-
First off I want to say that I loved the movie, and I think it was a great set up, as well as a instant buy once it comes to dvd for me. Now that that is out of the way, there is only a few things I didn't like:
- The color imagery in this one did work to perfection, though I will always be a sucker to the black and white. I was hoping that
When they went back to the Quick Stop, when Jay and Silent Bob walked up, the color would have faded back to black and white, just for sentimental value. But that is nothing major.

I believe bands such as some 311, Death Cab For Cutie, Dashboard Confessional, H.I.M., Matchbook Romance, Relient K, Senses Fail, Stroke 9, The Used, and Yellowcard are all worth checking out as well, and that's just a rough look at some of my play list.
Especially Dashboard, Senses Fail, and Stroke 9. Stroke 9 isn't too commonly known, but their "Rip It Off" CD is awesome.

I agree with the majorty mentioned so far, but I believe a shout out goes out to almost all of the Resident Evil series, and especially the first Silent Hill. Silent Hill's intro lead perfectly into the story and still makes me spooked today.

I enjoyed it a lot. I like horror movies that are over the top so I laugh through them though. Some of the twists, while predictable, were well done. Some of it seemed repetative, but definately worth seeing again.

With lyrics like "Pressure wash the quiver bone, in the bitch wrinkle", how could it be about anything OTHER then sex.

Maybe alittle late, but something I like to do now is create an image at the poker table. As stupid as it sounds, making your opponents think you are playing on "tilt" is a perfect trap. Tilt, if you don't know, is playing loose and aggressively after getting a bad beat. For example, I lost putting someone all in when I had 2 Queens and he had K-Q. I lost to a King on the turn. So in response I got up from the table, screaming, and calling it bullshit and such. Three hands later I caught A-K and bet wildly, and people called with lower over cards, letting me catch 2 pair on the flop. Fun stuff.

"When you're chokin' your chicken your chick will be chokin' on this chicken's bone...."
All in all, Bloodhound Gang isn't meant to be highly talented musicians or whatever, they are meant to be a band that fucks around and sings about sexual phrases and other things. If you look at them as if they were a serious band, then yes, you aren't going to like them.
But BHG still is fucking amazing.

Fuck Metallica, RATM is such a better band. This list makes me cry.

Owen was actually on TV right after Survior Series, and was working a feud with HBK leading to a match in December, that's about it.
Other than that, it is a decent diary, and I hope to see it around for awhile.
-
Good PPV Javert, but I still think Inoki should have knocked Bret out.
-
And here goes one of the best angles done in a diary. Hurry and post the PPV.
-
And there ends The Dark Patriots time in WWF. Meh, I always enjoyed his character when first reading it. Now, I want the PPV Javert, soon, and especially the month after, considering that is one of the most interesting times, I feel, for this diary.
-
Probably not. Cobra Commander was used in a Javert diary, but it was in his WWF 1986 one, and the character was played by Shane Douglas.
-
Good first show syco. I like the idea of Hall as champion, simply due to the fact that it is something that I never see.
Also, Russo wasn't a part of TNA until mid 2003, IIRC.
-
Let me answer, no he doesn't. What he is posting now, as said many times, is all he has left.
-
Shangril-a, woo. That was one of the best PPV's I read before in a diary. So keep posting, as I want it now.
-
In all seriousness I think you should un-pin this diary because I think people will notice that you updated your diary faster when it isn't pinned then when it IS pinned.
-
Simply beautiful. You really did capture the timeframe of ECW in 2000. Plus, Corino winning = always good. I really hope this lasts and good luck, but yet again, you won't need it.
-
HBK is a lockeroom cancer anyway, same with Nash and Hall? Why keep them around when they are uneeded. Plus, Corino > all three of them anyday.
-
Callous was changed back into "Mean" Mark Callous soon after the diary first happened, and then eventually was fired, and went to WCW.
-
Because Javert has no need to use them with the talent he has now?
Great PPV Jav, and honestly, I forgot that Corino was the Dark Patriot, even though I read awhile ago. When he was introduced as annoucer, it all came back to me though.
Now, get to next years WM and we will all be happy.
-
Yes, WM 97 was posted, it was WM 98 and the Javert scenario that never came to be.

I have just caught on to the first season after seeing three of the second season(The ones with "Hands" specifically), and I am roughly on the 9th episode. Please, I am hoping that the Alan Shore character isn't ruined, as well as the Paul Lewiston playing the "heel" to his character. Granted, I haven't seen much, but, this is exactly what I am hoping.
